Hotaru walked in side-by-side with Asmoskon into the dark warehouse. She looked around the warehouse, noticing the glass on the floors. She looked up and saw that all the lights had been broken. This hollow obviously wanted to make sure that it was completely dark. She looked up and noticed only a small window that light could come through. She was looking around, trying to see if she could see this hollow. When she looked to the center of the warehouse, that's when she saw it.
She tried her best to remember all the details, just in case someone asked her about it back in Soul Society. It reminded her of a giant snake. But, when this snake-thing reared up, she noticed that it actually had limbs about four to five feet down from its head. She had just gotten into an attack stance and getting ready to try an attack, the thing flung itself backwards into shadows. She took a quick sniff of the air. She knew that the hollow that they were looking for smelled fairly horrid, like waste. This one, however, had no such smell, but she heard the scales scrap against the wall and floor of the warehouse.
She heard the hollow, Zakuto, roar out. She assumed it could've been to let them know that the hollow was here. But, it was a little too late for a warning. She heard Asmoskon say that she should stay close to him, since it was going to rely on speed. He also wanted the hollow to be ready in the shadows for a surprise attack. She didn't know if Zakuto would be fast enough to surprise this hollow, but anything would be good. She hoped that this rag-tag group would actually be able to bring the hollow down. She saw Asmoskon prepare his bow, stringing an arrow. She stayed close, so that they were back-to-back, guarding every way. She was ready for this hollow whenever it wanted to rear its head.
