Board Member:
Not presently available, but this rank is one of the few Rank 4 positions available. Each Board Member will report only to the CEO and to each other. Each of them will have a specialty that they oversee among the subordinates. Whether it be Destruction, or what, that will be dependent on their skills. To become a Board Member, one must be extremely trusted by the CEO, at least Class 1, respected by their subordinates, a good leader, etc. The Promotion Request form from Manager to Board Member must be incredibly detailed if they were not invited to the position. Usually, Board Members will be invited. However, with a Vote of No Confidence, this position can be contested.

Manager:
Managers oversee large groups of Senior Employees and New Hires . This position can be filled in one of two ways. A class 2 minimum Senior Employee can demonstrate exceptional leadership and be invited to the position, or they can fill out another Promotion Request form. It must be much more detailed than the last one, and show actual proof of usefulness to the company as well as leadership ability. As this position is limited in number, it can be contested for. The contest can be a showing of strength or of leadership, and will be determined by the CEO or a Board Member.

Senior Employees:
A Senior Employee is an Employee who is at least Class 4 and has filled out a Promotion Request form. All that is required for this form is the Employee list things that they have done for the company, ways they have demonstrated their potential for use, or explain what potential asset they may have for the company. This could be multiple paragraphs or a few sentences. As long as it has a fair reason why they want/deserve the promotion, it won't be turned down.

New Hires aren't necessarily just the grunts of the Company. While they may be inherently powerful or talented, they're just plain new to the organization and how it functions. While they find their place in the company, they will be paired with a Senior Employee (if possible). Organization Rules and Regulations

The Primary Rule of Uzaki Enterprises is to avoid and prevent the unnecessary loss of innocent life. While its primary focus is presently defenseless humans who cannot even sense the Spiritual World and the creatures that hunt them, this rule can apply to any and all spiritual races as well. Beyond breaking the primary rule, Employees have a great amount of freedom in the company. They are free to come and go from headquarters as they wish, as long as they do turn in reports on a semi regular basis and stay on call at all times. If they are summoned back for the purpose of a mission, it is not optional, obviously.

At the present time, there is not a large amount of funding for groups, however, the organization is still small. To qualify for shares of the small bit of funding there is available, mentor and student pairs must contribute to the organization on a monthly basis (OOC months). Whether it be submit a single designed item for the sake of selling in the organization's shop, recruiting a new employee, or taking down an enemy big enough to be of note, the pairs must be actively contributing to the organization to be able to receive funding.

Item Name: Uzaki Enterprises Detection Network

Item Description: This system is, at present, not too technologically advanced, however, the UEDN still covers the entirety of Karakura Town and part of the outskirts. This Network is capable of broadcasting cell, radio, and tv signals, meaning that it can not only provide cover for its outgoing signals it can also send all forms of messages to employees in the network. Videos, texts, whatever it needs to get the message across. The message that it usually conveys to employees is Hollow activity which it is capable of detecting due to its brain being a Soul Society communicator that detects new forming and already born Hollow activity. The UEDN has also been programmed to detect active releasing from most races save for Akki, Arrancar, and Saika by Kazura collecting reiatsu samples from a Quincy, Bount, Mod Soul, Fullbringer, Shinigami, and Hason.

{Emergency Response Team Department}

Managed by Irina Davayte, the Emergency Response Team is in charge of the field work of the UE Spiritual Division. It is their job to respond to alerts from the UEDN and act accordingly. Their reports go directly to Irina who manages their pay and documents their activities. She expects all of her Senior Employees and New Hires to regularly report on their activities as well as expects others not in her department to report regularly as well so she can maintain the records.

As an update to the workings of the company:

Mentorships and Departments are still in effect, however, they are now optional for promotion. You can become a Senior Employee without mentoring someone, however, that does mean that your salary will be lower than other Senior Employees, due to the fact that you are only being paid for your own work, not for your subordinates work too.

Demonstrated here, Luca has a role to play in Irina's plans to reform the disorganized and directionless Emergency response team by taking Luke's former spot as its head. If promoted Luca would better be able to serve as a second in command, using his own experience in the department to help Irina build it back up. Though Irina also believes a higher position closer to her own will allow her to keep an eye on Luca and make sure he doesn't get into too much trouble.

It was Tuesday, and Irina had some free time, so she popped into Kazura's office. "Hey, happy Tuesday. When is the last time you ate a vegetable?" she said as a way of greeting her almost certainly exhausted and under-nourished -looking boss. Whatever his answer, it probably wouldn't be recently enough to satisfy her, and she'd make a note in her phone to have Door Dash bring him some later before hitting him with a barrage of information, just like she usually did.

"Hey, I've been thinking I can help solve a problem you've got. The organization in the spiritual department is a mess. Since Yoko left, no one is managing the Response Department. Then Luke left, which meant all of the emergency calls are going directly to you. Which even if you were feeling, ah," she hesitated, eyeing the pile of takeout boxes on the table, "at your best, is a lot, considering you're running the whole company. Not to mention, it seems like everyone seems to be reporting directly to you these days? And that seems like a lot.

"I also think things just need to be organized better as far as reporting on activity in emergency situations...It would be more beneficial if everyone was kind of briefed on what everyone else was seeing. Maybe if we just used a shared spreadsheet or something simple. That way, you know, if something of note happens, or if anyone does something crazy, at least we all know." She didn't name any names of whom she thought might be doing anything crazy, but Kazura could imagine. "Also, I want to rename the department. Just 'Emergency Response Team' sounds better. Anyway, I'm willing to take over managing that department to help you out there."

She'd plunk herself into a chair and wait for a response. If, as she expected, Kazura told her that she'd still have to fill out a promotion request as per the usual protocol, she'd hand him a neatly-typed document from her backpack.

Report on: Leviathan

Luca would place this letter written in loose free-hand on Kazura's desk at his earliest convienience

At around 12:00 on the night of [REDACTED] I was leaving the Uzaki Enterprises headquarters. I seem to remember that I intended to buy an energy drink and continue my training later into the night. However, before I could make such a purchase, I was intercepted and accosted by a member of the Vandenreich. She began interrogating me, though I could sense her intentions were to kill me. Even so, I allowed her to strike first. Everything thereafter was completely justified on the grounds of self defense. She would even later confirm her intentions were to torture me to death. During this fight, I performed well. I scored many hits before achieving anything that might have been lethal. In this, I showed her that she could not win. In spite of this she continued to attack and I continued to defend myself. Ultimately I saw she would not stop and in her desperation she posed a greater and greater threat. She was a threat and I dispatched her. I showed her mercy she would not have showed me.

So, now that my innocence is established, let's talk intelligence. The vandenreich didn't tell me her name, but I did see some of her powers. To my knowledge, her release is based on psyching her opponent out through implanting thoughts, sensations. If one parry's her blade (she is adept at melee combat unlike most quincy.) they will feel like something has been taken from them, though they won't know what it is. It is reasonable to assume from there that such an effect would get worse over a prolonged melee. Her sword is large, capable of being used as a shield to block projectiles, though not very well. The last ability of note I saw her use was the ability to shoot arrows that implant thoughts into one's head. This is an area ability, so the arrows don't have to hit the target to do this.

Lastly, I believe our new prisoner is a Vandenreich Captain. I recommend thorough interrogation to gain everything we can from her. I hope I don't have to tell you that such information would save countless lives. From this, we can learn more about the vandenreich and how to undermine them. At the very least, this information can be used to neutralize our prisoner should she try to escape. Enclosed with this letter is the prisoner's quincy cross. I think you'll find it useful

PS, in case you want a reminder of the things i did here, I have included some bullet points.

-I removed a dangerous and unstable entity from the streets before she could cause more harm to herself or others

-She lost a lot of blood during the fight. I have stored it in the break room fridge to keep it fresh. Her arm is in there too.

-In addition to providing information about the Vandenreich, this entity may also serve as a blood doll. Being drained of blood regularly would keep her in a weakened state, and her blood would prove useful to study.

Walking into Kazura's office after knocking on the door, William wastes no time approaching the desk and placing down a standard tan colored folder with a couple different sheets of paper within. "It's not much, but this is everything I've come across since coming to Japan. I left out the event on Koburi Pass for obvious reasons. If anything seems strange or further detail is necessary I'll do what I can to recall further."

Paper #1

While in Tokyo on patrol I came across a Fullbringer by the name of Raphael. I spoke with him for a couple of minutes in a casual manner before the both of us felt something was off in the environment. Pursuing this feeling led us to a construction zone. Thankfully this was during the late hours of the night so there weren’t many civilians in the area and no workers on the construction crew were present. Once there a Bount was discovered, it was obvious upon seeing him that he hadn’t fed in quite some time and succumbed to his hunger. Although similar to a Hollow at this point, he fought directly and never attempted to run allowing us to eventually overpower him.

Bount Eliminated. Raphael no injuries. Myself suffered bite wound down to the bone on right shin.

Paper #2

Went to see a movie on a day off from the department, while in the movie threat a shinigami in a gigai approached me. We had a conversation although nothing serious or eventful enough to report besides it being a rather recent addition to their academy that had managed to sneak through. Shinigami’s name is Kuro Adachihara. After the movie Kuro asked to spend some time in a sparring session in order to test their skills against someone from the human world. I obliged on an empty floor in a vacant building. The spar consisted of zanpakuto against a knife. Nothing more eventful, Shinigami is a very agreeable good potential partner in case of emergency for all UE members.

Paper #3

While stationed at one of the train stations in Tokyo I came across what I believe to be a Saika that’d managed to crawl its way out from the pit. Despite being a citizen of Hell this entity made an attempt to harm the normal citizens in the area. They were more interested in simply speaking. I continued to converse with them in order to hold their attention knowing that they couldn’t have long out of the pit. Nothing more to report as the Saika was dragged back to Hell at the end of our conversation which consisted of him asking questions about the spiritual activity I’d seen and do see in Tokyo.

Irina took the slightly crumpled report from her locked mailbox. On it was a post-it note that said "He's in your department, so you can handle his compensation. By the way, co-director?" Irina began reading, brow furrowed. Energy drink? What does this have to do with anything? On seeing the word Vandenriech, Irina began skimming rapidly, trying to get as much information as possible in a short amount of time. "Scored"? This is not a boxing match. "Innocent"? This is not a court of law. Can you even use Vandenreich as a noun to refer to one of its members? "Prisoner"??? Where would one even keep a prisoner in here? The note didn't say. Were they in the building? Irina had no intention to interrogate anyone today.

There's blood in the fridge? And an arm?? Sure, nobody unauthorized went down to the break room in the spiritual department, but still, this looks terrible. Would the other guys in the department question it? Kazura, she suspected, would not be nearly as concerned with this as he should be. What kind of post it note was this, there was no information about how he intended to proceed with this mess. She supposed it was to be her responsibility. Jak? Probably wouldn't care. Impossible would certainly not be in the office anytime soon. Leon was more often in the garage. She should probably let Raph know about this in case he was to use the fridge. Speaking of fridge, where was she supposed to put her lunch now? That thing was going to need sterilized or thrown out. Does Kazura want the arm? If Kazura didn't want the arm, she didn't want the arm.

Amare would probably be equally as concerned as her about this, but probably wouldn't call the police. Speaking of police, what would William have to say about this thing? She didn't think he would report it to anybody outside of the organization; he knew they were up to activities outside of the law. She should inform him about this too, just in case.

Irina wasn't sure whom Luca intended to "drain" the prisoner of blood regularly but it sure wasn't going to be her. Did Luca intend to feed this person too? Do they have a toilet where he locked them up? Is it climate controlled? Do they need medical attention? They are, apparently, missing an arm. What if people outside of the spiritual department found out about this? Irina had always figured her activities at UE could lead to her being imprisoned or declared insane. But acknowledging this whole situation felt like a new level. There was an arm in the fridge for goodness sakes. There was no way she was not going to prison if she covered that up. That wasn't completely new, but she felt especially confident that this one would get locked up. What was she even doing with her life? Was she some kind of criminal? The least she could do, if she was found out, was tell the police everything she knew about this particular situation. At least she could be a cooperative felon.

She wrote Kazura a note stating that this prisoner situation was above her pay grade and requested that he look into it. As per usual, she would send the hardcopy of the report back to Kazura for filing but first out crossed out the words "co-director of the". With this decided, she signed her name to the bottom of the report in acknowledgement of her receipt. At least she could help the authorities with a paper trail. Mental wheels still turning, she scribbled out a check to Luca and put it in his mailbox.
