Board Member:
Not presently available, but this rank is one of the few Rank 4 positions available. Each Board Member will report only to the CEO and to each other. Each of them will have a specialty that they oversee among the subordinates. Whether it be Destruction, or what, that will be dependent on their skills. To become a Board Member, one must be extremely trusted by the CEO, at least Class 1, respected by their subordinates, a good leader, etc. The Promotion Request form from Manager to Board Member must be incredibly detailed if they were not invited to the position. Usually, Board Members will be invited. However, with a Vote of No Confidence, this position can be contested.
Manager:
Managers oversee large groups of Senior Employees and New Hires . This position can be filled in one of two ways. A class 2 minimum Senior Employee can demonstrate exceptional leadership and be invited to the position, or they can fill out another Promotion Request form. It must be much more detailed than the last one, and show actual proof of usefulness to the company as well as leadership ability. As this position is limited in number, it can be contested for. The contest can be a showing of strength or of leadership, and will be determined by the CEO or a Board Member.
Senior Employees:
A Senior Employee is an Employee who is at least Class 4 and has filled out a Promotion Request form. All that is required for this form is the Employee list things that they have done for the company, ways they have demonstrated their potential for use, or explain what potential asset they may have for the company. This could be multiple paragraphs or a few sentences. As long as it has a fair reason why they want/deserve the promotion, it won't be turned down.
New Hires:
New Hires aren't necessarily just the grunts of the Company. While they may be inherently powerful or talented, they're just plain new to the organization and how it functions. While they find their place in the company, they will be paired with a Senior Employee (if possible). They aren't necessarily subordinate to that employee, but they definitely should attempt to be mentored.
Organization Rules and Regulations
The Primary Rule of Uzaki Enterprises is to avoid and prevent the unnecessary loss of innocent life. While its primary focus is presently defenseless humans who cannot even sense the Spiritual World and the creatures that hunt them, this rule can apply to any and all spiritual races as well. Beyond breaking the primary rule, Employees have a great amount of freedom in the company. They are free to come and go from headquarters as they wish, as long as they do turn in reports on a semi regular basis and stay on call at all times. If they are summoned back for the purpose of a mission, it is not optional, obviously.
At the present time, there is not a large amount of funding for groups, however, the organization is still small. To qualify for shares of the small bit of funding there is available, mentor and student pairs must contribute to the organization on a monthly basis (OOC months). Whether it be submit a single designed item for the sake of selling in the organization's shop, recruiting a new employee, or taking down an enemy big enough to be of note, the pairs must be actively contributing to the organization to be able to receive funding.

This Network is capable of broadcasting cell, radio, and tv signals, meaning that it can not only provide cover for its outgoing signals it can also send all forms of messages to employees in the network. Videos, texts, whatever it needs to get the message across. The message that it usually conveys to employees is Hollow activity which it is capable of detecting due to its brain being a Soul Society communicator that detects new forming and already born Hollow activity. The UEDN has also been programmed to detect active releasing from most races save for Akki, Arrancar, and Saika by Kazura collecting reiatsu samples from a Quincy, Bount, Mod Soul, Fullbringer, Shinigami, and Hason.

Their reports go directly to Irina who manages their pay and documents their activities. She expects all of her Senior Employees and New Hires to regularly report on their activities as well as expects others not in her department to report regularly as well so she can maintain the records.
