Takara and Vesta seemed to be on good terms after the exchange that they had just gone through against the Bount. Takara had actually been expecting Vesta to be much more aggressive towards her considering that her Doll could have gotten much more wounded from the land mine that had gone off only on the other side of the foe Doll. It was actually something that gave Takara a sense of relief that she might have an ally in this situation who wasn't just head strong and didn't know how to listen or when to go along with a plan instead of just winging it with brute force.
Vesta even seemed to be more aware than the others that Takara had so far met in UE aside from Kazura as she had been smart enough to pick up on the fact that the Bount was injured and left a trail of blood in the snow after he had ran away. As the phone was ringing Takara shook her head forwards the first time indicating to Vesta that Jak was in fact the one that she was calling, but then to the side while pointing at the blood. The Bount that ran away had suffered damage due to the fact that it's Doll was destroyed for the time being which meant unless he possessed a second one he wouldn't be coming back.
Takara had to make sure that while she was on the phone she used her other senses to stay alter and protect herself and Vesta. The both of them were in an area that quite frankly wasn't the best suited for either of them yet Takara's senses were such that the moment anyone got even close to the alley she'd pick up on them somehow. It didn't matter if it was a new scent, a shadow being cast off from the sun in the sky or a new source of reiatsu. Whatever the reason if anyone else got close to them Takara would be able to tell and plan accordingly.
After the few rings that happened while she got ready to scout the area through her other senses Jak finally picked up the phone and began to speak. If Vesta was looking to Takara she'd see the expression of concern and worry that had been consuming her face over the last few minutes vanish immediately shifting into an expression of displeasure and judgement. "I . . I just . . . ugh you're annoying sometimes Jak. Listen Vesta and I have been trying to catch up to you for the last few minutes. We were just attacked and lost track of you. Are you alright with the Quincy and Fullbringers?"
Takara had to make sure that above all else even the assignment that Kazura had sent them here to accomplish that Jak stayed alright it was what she was meant to do no matter what. She'd wait for Jak to answer her first question and then immediately make sure that he got the rest of the information as soon as possible knowing that at any moment she or he might need to end the call. "Alright then. If you get into trouble and need help I want you to flex your reiatsu as much as possible. I should be able to sense it so long as you aren't on the other side of the town. Do what you wish Jak, but promise to think and be safe I'll meet up with you later." After that Takara hung up the phone ready to move out yet the problem now was where they would be able to go.
