Why it seemed like every mission she was sent on was beyond her. Kimiko had been sent earlier in the morning to Karakura Town by a high ranking officer in squad two. Her objective was to gather information on the multiple disappearances that had been going on over the last week. She had been told that they believed it to be the work of some kind of hollow. Although they had no actual details other than the strange reiatsu that lingered over the town yesterday. Kimiko though stealthy and excited to take on any kind of challenge was beginning to dread gathering information or sending messages.
That just seemed to be the only type of assignments she was given and it was getting depressing. How someone could live most of their life as a low member of squad two was far beyond what Kimiko could comprehend. Now she was in Karakura Town perched on the roof of a large business building that had a good view of the entire town. She had been searching through the areas and homes of those that had already vanished over the last hour. Sadly it seemed it was for not due to her being unable to gather any new additional information.
She couldn’t help the wish of being back in Soul Society either taking a hot bath or just sparring against another Shinigami. This damn black uniform why did it seem to intensify the heat. Kimiko could feel it sticking to her skin and just wanted to cool down. The idea of finding some kind of pool somewhere and taking time to relax was almost overpowering to the princess. Damn it all though she had to do her job and find out what was going on in this town.

"[smear:#c0c0c0]How did I get here?[/smear:#0066cc]"A walking glow stick of a man asked himself, finding himself lost. He shrugged, and continued to try and continued on. He was currently searching for someplace to eat, but hasn't had any luck in his quest. It was early morning, and there were already a lot of people out and about. What's worse, is that everyone around him kept staring at him, silently judging him. He was getting annoyed by it, but decided to ignore them for the time being. Not that he had much choice in the matter.
He couldn't help it if he stands out in a crowd, but this was just getting ridiculous. Everywhere he looked, no matter what direction, someone was looking back at him, not even bothering to hide the fact that they were staring. People were going out of their way to avoid him, giving him a wide girth, and eventually forming a crowd around him, halting his progress, and irritating him greatly. This caused his body to glow an angry red. Something that he didn't notice, despite how obvious it was. The crowd did though, and this only got them talking.
The crowd began whispering to themselves, pointing, staring, and even recording him with their phones. Still trying his best not to lash out, he walked forwards, parting the people with his presence. "[smear:#c0c0c0]Just ignore the idiots. They'll get what's coming to them soon.[/smear:#0066cc]" He said aloud, stalking past them all. His day was quickly going South, as no matter where he went he continued receiving those annoying astonished stares. By now his body was glowing red, and his hair was burning the same color. What was wrong with this town?

Sheniamar exited the senkai gate and landed lightly on the roof of large house before surveying the area. It was a rather nice day in the real world and the sun was warming the streets while white fluffly clouds seemed to drift lazily across the sky. She took a quick moment to review her assignment in her head. She had been sent by her squad seat to gather information on and attempt to collect trace samples of a strange reiastu that squad 12 had been monitoring lately. Though she still had not learned any kidou yet, her sqaud felt she could handle the assignment as it should be a simple information gathering assignment. She had been told to meet up with Squad 2's Kimiko Shihoin upon her arrival and collaborate with her.
As Sheniamar stated making her way across the rooftops to the assigned meeting place she couldn' help but admire the town. Karakura town was par of a much larger city and ever since she had come to the human world again during her time at the academy, she had been amazed at how far society had come over the course of a couple hundred years. Artificial lights, cars, planes, and even the design of buildings all still amazed her. No city she had ever heard of during her life as a human compared to this city.
Sheniamar arrived at the meeting point but there was no one there. She assumed that Kimiko had already begun. That was a problem. Sheniamar had not developed the ability to sense peoples reiatsu yet and trying to search the old fashioned way was going to get time intensive, but she did not want to go back empty handed. She began searching the areas where reports of missing souls and humans had been detected. As she entered the first house her mouth dropped. even seing the city from above as she had could not have prepared her for what she saw. The luxury seemed unfathomable. Selaed windows, carpets, plush cushioned furniture and many odds and ends she could not even begin to imagine uses for. She had to fight to keep her curiosity from getting the better of her as she searched for trace amounts of reiatsu with a small device that had been given to her.
There were indeed traces of reiatsu in many of the places she searched, but the reiatsu was that of a Shinigami. After turning up nothing in several locations, she decided to use the device to trace the reiatsu of the Shinigami that always seemed to have been there before her. She had a sneaking suspicion that it was Kimiko, but she wasn't about to make assumptions.
She followed the reiatsu traces back to the main part of town near the commercial district. The signal was fairly strong near a large building with a nice view, and sure enough, At the very top, she could just make out the figure of Kimiko. Sheniamar wouldn't have know it was kimiko, but she had been to a training session at the 11th squad barracks recently that Kimiko had attended. And It was hard to forget such a face. Sheniamar jumped from the build she was on and landed lightly beside the tan shinigami.
"Hello again. Didn't know we'd get grouped together again so soon. Nice to see you. You weren't at the rendezvous point so i figured you had already started your assignment. If it wasn't for this thing I would never have found you. So, Find anything?"
Sheniamar held up the device that she had been using to trace reiatsu. Her tone of voice was happy and she sincerely was glad to see Kimiko again. It was hard to meet new people and Sheniamar was thankful that she knew at least one person on this mission. She had been told there would be others, but so far she had seen no one. As she looked around she took in the view. It was amazing. The people all looked like ants scurrying allong their trails to and fro. Sheniamar noted that everyone seemed to be in a hurry. That seemed to be a constant in large cities and it perturbed her somewhat. But the vie of the mountains in the far distance was by far the best of the view, in her opinion.
"You sure know how to pick a good view! This is gorgeous! How long have you been here in the human world for your assignment in this hollow case?"
Sheniamar continued to enjoy the view. She would have to get back to work soon enough, but for the moment while the sun was shining and the day remained beautiful, She would not feel so bad about atking a few moments to enjoy it. After all, life was series of moments, and what was life if you couldn't enjoy the smallest of those moments. Silently she wondered if the hollow responsible was the one that killed her parents. Her hand tightened a little on her Zanpaktou. She WOULD purify them one day.
Something heavy was hanging over his head as he walked towards the park near the center of the town. The air felt off, like something was excreting pressure on him. He assumed it was the fact that he was out in the day and the sun was hitting him at full strength. He was covered up with a light white shirt and blue pants to keep from burning in the light, but he guessed the heat made him feel this way. He had no idea it was do to something excreting a spiritual pressure on the town. He had made plans to go and train with Jin today to become stronger, that was the only reason someone like him was out in the town, but something is causing him to feel ill.
Christoph silently walked into a back alley that was empty and looked around to see if he could see anyone nearby. There was no one, he sighed as he took his mask from under his shirt out and placed it on his face. The moment it came in contact with his face it glowed and activated. The mask was his fullbring and without knowing it he had activated it. His mask wrapped around his face and changed from the simple masquerade mask with a black tricorn hat to a full black body suit with a red X across the chest. A cape black cape draped over his shoulders and kept his body concealed. His face was now masked, by a white skull that had a smaller red x across one of the eyes.
It felt good to use his fullbring, it was good to be covered up, to not be judged to not have others see the freak that he is walking around town. Being in fullbring however meant that he had to travel ontop of the rooftops instead of walking on the streets. Luckily for him there was a ladder that lead up to the top of a building right here in the alleyway. Quickly climbing up the ladder it took him a few seconds to get his feet on the top of the rooftop. Looking around it was peaceful and quiet, unlike the streets. He had to look around as to see the next rooftop that was close enough to jump to. Even though he had learned about air ground he still didn't trust it and so he jumped towards the nearest rooftop, not knowing that today training with Jin wouldn't happen.

The distant light that bounced of from the sky scrappers, flickered across Aevus's cold visage as he kneeled atop of one of the many skyscrapers in the city. His eyes caught the passing reflective annoying lights of cars and streetlights that cities had always made. It was a different experience than being stuck in the Seireitei all the time and Aevus much preferred the high elevation and solitude like nature it brought to him. The breeze was stronger up here and it was in these moments of seclusion Aevus truly felt himself.
Yet the breeze had also reminded him of a passing smile a young girl once brought him and with that a rush of sadness. His breathing was well laxed yet something stirred in the man. Something he hadn't felt in a long time: freedom. He was free from the prying eyes of those in authority and now how he proceeded was simply up to him and of course the ragtag squad that he arrived with. One hand held the edge of the building, keeping him stationary and balanced. While the other he kept neatly around the hilt of his Zanpakuto.
He kneeled much like a gargoyle, perched over the building as if ready to swoop downwards towards his prey. The missions notes weren't necessarily that long but no hunt was ever fun unless you had to work to find your prey. He didn't possess any energy sensory but his senses perhaps would be keen enough for this mission. Narrowing his eyes, he would follow the form of a female Shinigami, the red hair signaled Aevus to whom it was: Yuri. 'I suppose this is a mission to test the recruits than.' Aevus would think to himself passing an elongated sigh.
With his dark hood over his head, Aevus would keep watch over the building, Yuri had landed on. His eyes never trailing off where he initially placed them. The burning sensation of sunlight clad over his form as the cloud that veiled it like a curtain passed. It illuminated his pale skin, causing Aevus only the slightest of irritation. He wasn't a vampire but he was nocturnal, if it wasn't for this mission he'd probably be asleep. It wasn't all bad though and hunting after hollows would surely put his mind at ease.

Aurora Guerrero popped out of another Garganta. It seemed like her Espada, in all of his horsey wisdom, decided that she needed to go scouting...AGAIN...for something that he really wouldn't tell her. But, he did say this time that there have been a lot of human disappearances going on in the normal hollow hunting ground of Karakura Town. He wanted her to find out what was taking all of the food away. She was sure he might've said some other things, but she just stopped listening at that point. She just nodded and walked off when he was done.
She now found herself in the human town of Karakura. She hadn't been here before, and if she remembered correctly from her human life, which she didn't remember too much of, the human world had advanced quite a bit. It was impressive, but she wasn't concerned about that. The smells hit her more than anything else. She also felt something. It was like a gathering of people with varying reiatsu pressures in one place. Horse Man did tell her that other people might be there to 'help' her in her search. She didn't need the help and how dare he think she would.
While she walked towards the signatures, she just started cursing her Espada under her breath. By the time she got to the gathering, she had used up all the swear words she knew towards him, and being on the sea as long as she was, it was quite a lot. The first thing she noticed was that the shinigami that she had fought before was there. It was very interesting to see her again. She wanted to have another swing at her, especially after the smell comment. She was the one that smelled horrible.
The next one was also a female shinigami. She had joined the first up on the roof of a building. She could sense that they were about the same power wise. She assumed that Soul Society was interested in these disappearances as well. Of course those stupid idiots were. They were way too concerned about the prey that lived here. She then looked over and noticed someone clad all in black. It was interesting to see someone dressed in all black in this heat. She walked up behind him and right when she got behind him, she growled really loud. Depending on how he would react, she would either laugh loudly or be discouraged from her failed attempt.

Kimiko surveyed from the building down upon the walking humans below attempting to find some kind of clue. After a few moments of search she found a small crowd that was forming. Yet it wasn't forming for nothing from what she could tell there was a man within it. Kimiko had no idea why humans would act in such manner against one of their own yet that might just be the clue that she required. She cast her vision down specifically to gather details on the individual that the crowd was surrounding. Kimiko wasn't able to make out a good amount of information however her eye id seem to become rather stern and then she saw. That man's skin was glowing with reiatsu and she had no clue what that meant.
It was then that Kimiko heard something land right beside her it actually caused a small gasp to escape from the princess in freight. However she just as swiftly saw that it was Yuri a Shinigami female from a previous event that the both of them had attended. Kimiko couldn't bare the embarrassment that she had been frightened especially by someone she actually though beautiful. The princess turned her gaze back downward to the individual that was glowing more due to her embarrassment than anything else. "Damn why is she so beautiful and why do I care."
Kimiko managed to hear what Yuri was saying while she kept an eye on the strange man. “Yeah sorry about not staying put I got bored and decided to go ahead. I’ve been here about a half an hour now in this spot glad you could check up. Honestly you know more about strange things then I do, but I'm pretty sure humans aren't able to glow. Let's go down there and find out what is going on.” Kimiko then proceeded to lift herself up and start swinging over he ledge of the building.
Looking back at Yuri Kimiko grinned widely in joy "This is just to much fun." Kimiko then simply spun around and jumped from the building a small distance. Kimiko's laughter could be heard easily as the princess slide down the side of the immense building holding herself to its side through contact with her hands. At the end of it she landed on the doorway of the building perched once again. Kimiko then searched again finding the glowing man and awaiting Yuri's arrival next to her.

"[smear:#c0c0c0]Huh. It seems that I'm not the only strange one around here.[/smear:0066cc]" The failure idly commented, as he watched the two shinigami. If it hadn't have been for the laughing, he might not have noticed them. As his curiosity grew, his body color shifted, from red, to yellow, but the flaming red hair would remain the same. This would more than likely alert the two that he noticed them, but he couldn't help it. He was like a mood ring. Only a hundred time better. He was curious as to why they were running around on the rooftops, instead of walking on the sidewalks like a civil human being.
Forgetting his hunger for now, he decided to see what they were doing. He walked over to the door way slowly, not bothering to rush for two reasons. The first was that he doubted they were going to go anywhere yet, considering the one was looking right at him, just like the rest of the people on the street. And the second reason was to give the people time to move out of his path. They did so quickly, wanting to avoid the glowing man like the plague.
After a few seconds, he reached the front of the doorway upon which the woman was perched. She was dressed in some sort of black robes, and reminded him of some sort of samurai for some reason. Maybe it was the sword she was carrying, who knows. She also had a companion with her, dressed in a similar style, with a weapon on her as well. He was sure the two were dangerous, so he had to make sure he didn't do anything to anger them.
"[smear:#c0c0c0]Why were you two climbing around on the rooftops? If you were trying to impersonate a monkey, you're doing a pretty good job at it.[/smear:#0066cc]" He told them with an irritated look on his face. He was currently glowing a forest green color, while his hair had taken on an orange-red hue. He was watching them with his glowing purple eye, and his hollow eye, probably startling them. "[smear:c0c0c0]Honestly, walk down here like normal people, it's hurting my neck.[/smear:#0066cc]" He told them, rolling his neck after it had gone stiff.
The normal humans walking around just continued to stare at this oddity, as he grew stranger and stranger every second. First, the man is glowing of all things, as he nonchalantly walks down the street. Now he's talking to the top of a doorway, and complaining of all things, while changing colors. If they had been avoiding him before, they were clearing they streets to get away now. They wanted nothing to do with the crazy glowing guy, who may or may not be an alien. This left the street clear for them to talk, if they chose to do so.
Post by Sheniamar Yuri on Nov 18, 2014 2:49:51 GMT -5
Sheniamar smiled as Kimiko seemed startled to see her. She understood though, as the woman seemed to have been focused on the street below. She probably would have been startled herself. The woman went back to gazing at the forming crowd as she responded to her question and the sun reflecting off of her skin gave it a soft glow that made her already natural beauty seem to glow. Sheniamar was jealous. Sheniamar envied those women who were beautiful without makeup and indeed, Kimiko was. If they weren't on assignment Sheniamar might have been tempted to flirt, but those thoughts quickly passed as Kimiko mentioned why she was focused on the crowd below and began sliding down the side of the building. The woman's face lit up as she did so, smiling at Sheniamar and exclaiming how fun it was.
Sheniamar took another glance at her device and noticed a couple of other readings a short distance away, but Kimiko was already mostly down the building and quickly leaving her behind. As long as those other signatures stayed away, there was no need for concern. Shenimar carefully picked a route of lower roofs to make it down as she was not comfortable sliding down a perpendicular wall. When she arrived at the place Kimiko was on the ground, she quickly took a reading of the glowing guy's reiatsu. While the device did seem to indicate a wild reiatsu pattern there was no other information. But she put herself in a position where the guy must surely see her if he could see spirits. It was highly likely that he could, given his reiatsu, but there were odder things in the world than someone with reiatsu that couldn't see spirits.
"I don't think this guy is the cause of the problem we were sent here for," Sheniamar told Kimiko. "His reiatsu doesn't match the signature that was detected from soul society. Still, its fairly obvious he is no normal human. perhaps we should find out if he knows anything."
Sheniamar continued looking at the strange glowing man in curiosity. What set of circumstance had happened that could cause someone to look like that. What hardships must he have to endure because of it. Sheniamar was uncertain, but one thing she would not do is pity him. Sheniamar did not believe in pity. Everyone has a part to play in the world and everyone endures hardships. Regardless of the guy's situation it would be much more beneficial to him if he were treated like a normal person and in turn be held accountable for his own actions.
Sheniamar did not now if he could see her but there was one sure way to find out. She would talk to him. If he responded then she would know. But there was risk. Other people could see the guy and if he started talking to air they might decide he was dangerous. Sheniamar prefered to give people the benefit of the doubt and would decide for herself if he was dangerous only after interacting with him. Though it certain was disconcerting to see a glowing person.
"We would like to ask you some questions about some strange happenings around here. No one in this crowd can see us but you. We don't plan on harming you in any way, but your assistance would be greatly appreciated."
Sheniamar hoped asking the man for assistance would put his mind a little at ease, as Sheniamar did not want the man to think she was accusing him of being involved with those strange happenings. At the very least she didn't want the guy to run. He was interesting already and her natural curiosity was peaked. But more than that, if he could help in any way with identifying the hollow or creature that was responsible for the disappearances, it would mean that the chance of more people going missing would drop drastically. Every piece of information they could find would lead them closer to their foe.
Now that Sheniamar was on the ground she figured she should let Kimiko know about the other few reiatsu signatures that were close by. In fact, in the few moments that had gone by since she last looked at her device, another signature had popped up. It this kept up it was going to be hard to separate the reiatsu signature they were looking for from the ones they were not. In any case, Sheniamar was getting a little anxious. The longer they spent in the real world, the more chance of being attacked they were.
"There are a couple of reiatsu signatures nearby, Kimiko-chan, and a third a little farther away. It is likely that we are being watched, though i wouldn't begin to be able to tell you by what or who. We probably need to find a better place to talk than out in the open. With this many Reiatsu signatures around such a small area, we make a very big target to any wandering hollows. And we are close to many people. What do you think?"
Sheniamar hoped that Kimiko wouldn't be offended by her use of the chan suffix. But what she said was true. If their reiatsu attracted and malevolent spirits, being this closee to this many human would certainly mean that innocents would get hurt. She would do anything in her power to protect them, but she also knew that she offered very little in the way of being able to help. Hopefully they would get done here in the human world before a fight occurred. Very little did she know yet that that just wasn't going to happen.

So many spiritual entities so rare for a gathering such as this to even occur yet there was also something even rarer at hand. As all of these individuals enclosed to a small enough space something began to change yet it wasn’t the area. No reiatsu was released or felt in the area yet the hollow’s will had infected the area. Somehow unknown to anyone in the area a single human had entered into the crowd of humans that had been starring down the glowing man. That single human had just caused more problems for both Karakura Town and these eliminators then they could imagine.
As the female shinigami talked at the top of the skyscraper and the glowing man walked away from the crowd a man in the back had been bitten on the back on the neck. A small gasp had been the only reaction only loud enough or significant enough to cause alert from anyone nearby. The soul of the male human seemed to wither and as it did all the uniqueness of his eyes vanished leaving only black eyes. His skin took on a more sickly yellow leather look that would make anyone just assume of a long dead body. It was after this had occurred in a time span of little more then three seconds that both of these catalysts of the hollow’s will began to bite additional humans in the crowd.
Over the time that the Arrancar had arrived in the area of events along with the release of some kind of Fullbring from a human another two living had been consumed. Something had to be done quickly or else all of the humans were going to die yet they were being consumed in such a quiet manner that none of them realized what was going on. All they cared about seeing was the strange glowing man in front not the indescribable monsters behind them. As both female shinigami descended from the skyscraper to the buildings door and began to speak to the glowing man yet another third had joined the hollow’s ranks.
As the scientist shinigami spoke her reiatsu device would start to go crazy in response to the sudden changing of human souls. Just like that as she began to suggest that all of them move to a different location the crowd of humans would scream in horrible and start to run in all directions. As this happened it was obvious that all of the spiritual entities in the immediately vicinity would look toward the crowd. What they would see however would be the lost bodies of those humans that the hollow had already consumed and claimed the bodies as his. Eight of them stood in the area looking around with the eyes of a void each of the eight starring in the direction of one of the spiritual entities.
It would be strange though as each one looked towards the five nearby those numbers would be rushed by equal numbers. Five against five three heading towards the two female shinigami and the glowing man while two rushed towards the Arrancar and Fullbringer. The strange thing however was that outnumbering them was not a factor as the three reaming began to rush the screaming humans in an attempt to continue consumption. As the five rushed forward the arms of the humans would rip apart from the inside casting blood onto the ground. What was revealed though after that was that the flesh had somehow morphed into curved blades that held the flesh color. Whatever this hollow was doing and how it had to be stopped.
From atop the building he was on he noticed that there was a crowed of people looking at something in the center. He was rather invested in this watching the way normal people acted in these sort of situations. He wasn't normal in any sense, he was a freak, a monster that hid in the skin of a human. Yet he was curious about others, how they interacted with one another, how they spoke to others of their kind. He wanted to get closer to them to see what had caused them to gather around in a mass, yet he knew that he couldn't. He knew that he would cause them to look at him and judge him.
Just as he was about to get going there was a loud growl that came from behind him. It was humanish not totally human, yet not beast like. He turned around slowly to see what had caused the noise. What he saw was not what he had expected at all. It was a human female standing there, well not totally human as part of her face was covered by a strange mask, close to what he had over his own face, but it didn't seem as if it was something she could take off. The energy off of her felt off, not like a shingami, which he had met, or like the bount that was training him. No, this was closer to that man he had met with Asmo that one night.
He kept silent as he watched the strange woman, it was interesting, however he didn't have time to waste here. His teacher was expecting him and he needed to go. A scream from down below made he turn his attention back to the crowed of people. That's when he saw that something was going on. Eight of them seemed off and lifeless, as they started to move he moved as well. No way was he going to stand around and let them get in his way. He was already to dash away from this area, but he saw three of them go after normal people. People who had no way of defending themselves. He felt the need to help them. Even though there were two of them running at him and he assumed this girl he dashed to the left and away from them, it seemed as if he was faster than them so it was easy to avoid those two.
Jumping down from the rooftop he extended out one leg to kick one of the three creatures right in the face. As his boot made contact he extended out his other leg to let it slide against the ground stabilizing his landing in between the three creatures. He didn't know how strong they were or if that kick would even do anything, but he just needed to get their attention. His cape wrapped around his body as he stood there. His hands raised up under the cloak, yet hidden so that only he knew where his hands were. He got in close to one of them quickly and struck at the creatures throat with his hand. From under his cloak a fist shot out without warning to try to crush the wind pipe of one of the monstrosities.
(OOC: they undid one of the nref's to clown type so I have to redo his stats a bit sorry these are his current real stats.)

Aevus had followed suit after both Kimiko and Yuri, jumping across the building in a single stride. Catching himself with both hands, he would rise, sauntering to the edge of the building. His sapphire eyes narrowed as he stared down at the two. Yet he had now noticed another, a different breed of creature. ""No it can't be human, they don't change colors like a mood ring and they certainly don't glow erratically" Aevus would whisper under his breath. This creature was something different all together and it unnerved Aevus faintly yet it also keenly caught his interest.
Keeping his ground, Aevus would keep an ever watchful eye from up high and keep a eye out for any danger around the group. Though truthfully in a way this was an excuse for him to stay away from the entire group. Yet oddly enough he wanted to make sure they were alright and it seemed they had indeed found something, perhaps it was their target. " 'Is this the thing, that's been causing those disappearances?' Aevus would ask himself, watching as the odd creature began to actually attempt to communicate with the two Shinigami.
Like being awoken from a dream, Aevus was thusly thrown back to reality. As he heard the distant cries of men, woman and children alike, his eyes would swing towards the direction of monstrosities. It had seemed he too had been cast under the spell of the strange glowing man and had lost sight of his surrounding. A mistake these humans had paid dearly with their lives. Aevus would ease his breathing calming his body and mind as he eyed his target, the closest monstrosity to his group.
Moving completely on instinct, Aevus would make a leap of faith. ""At one fell swoop." Aevus had quoted Macbeth as he would leap off of the rather tall skyscraper. Unsheathing his blade and diving down into the fray that stood below him.The silver blade twinkled in the sunlight as he dove. The wind fell through him, shifting his body and yet he still persisted on his fall. Yet he fell true an true, lunging forth his blade, attempting to pierce his prey from on high and using it as a cushion for his fall.

Aurora growled and the man turned around. From what she could sense of him, he seemed human enough, but he could see her. Which shouldn't be possible for a normal human, so he had to be one of the 'special ones' Horse Man told her about. Interesting that the scents were almost the same except for just a few little differences. He turned around and saw her. He kind of just stared at her before running off. She smiled wide when he started to run off and she was thinking to herself that she had done it, scared a puny human. She was patting herself on the back for that one.
It was then that she heard the yells of the pathetic humans. She didn't care about them, but it seemed like the man she scared was going to help them. Oh well, no skin off her nose. But, she noticed that eight humans looked more off than the others. They were all pale and sickly looking. Not a real appetizing color for her. It was then she looked over and noticed the other three in a group. She knew that the two females were definitely shinigami. The other person though, she had no idea what it was.
It was changing colors and was bright enough to be called a human glow stick. It was the weirdest thing she's ever seen. But then, she was curious as to how he tasted like. With all the different colors and brightness, he definitely piqued her curiosity about it. She then felt the presence of yet another shinigami coming from above and attacking one of the affected humans. So, the Horse Man sent her on a mission filled with shinigami, a human and a thing. She definitely wanted to beat the shit out of this guy now. How dare he put her in with these people.
It was then that she noticed the other affected humans were going after this little group of people. She jumped down from the ground and watched her effected human come after her. She drew her sword and held it with her right hand horizontally, the blade facing out to her enemy. For the first one, it ran at her and she just put the sword up to neck height. She figured that these things weren't too smart. She was right. It just ran into her blade and cut off its own head.
She then saw the next one and it started to run towards her. She figured that that stupid one was going to go after the human, but he ran away to deal with the actual humans, so it was left to her to deal with. No matter to her, she would use their strength against them. She did the exact same thing as she did to the first. She put her blade neck height and while running towards her to get her, it chopped its own head off. These humans were really stupid. She bent down and smelled the bodies, seeing if she could smell anything different.
There wasn't too much different, but she did smell a distinct difference between what a human should normally smell like and these things. It was obvious that something, which was probably the hollow they were looking for, did something to these humans, making them pretty much brain dead. She stayed down and took her finger in the blood of one of the affected humans. She sniffed it and then licked her finger clean of blood. It had a tang of hollow taste in with the human flavor. It was actually a very nice taste to it, compared to what a normal human must taste like. She bent down and grabbed an arm, wanting to take a bite. She was curious if anyone would stop her.

Kimiko had been looking and paying most of her attention to the strange glowing man when Yuri arrived next to her. It seemed that this man had a problem with the method Kimiko had went to in order to get down the skyscraper faster then normal. Well honestly screw him that and was and she would do it again and again if she wanted to nothing was wrong with it. It was when the man commented on how impressing a monkey was a definite that Kimiko snapped for a moment. "Screw you candle man at least I'm not attempting to be fireworks." Kimiko snared at the man fist extending outward ready to just clobber him for his comment comparing her to a monkey.
As Yuri spoke an told her that this man couldn't be the cause of the problems that were going on in Karakura that Kimiko crossed her arms and looked to the right away from them both. Kimiko couldn't help the need to punch the guy in the face and so she felt cheated now that she couldn't do it. As Yuri spoke to the man and claimed that neither she nor Kimiko world hurt him Kimiko didn't realize she spoke her thoughts. "Yeah right give me a few seconds and the guy will turn into a black light." It was then that Kimiko heard the screams of the humans in the crowd.
Kimiko reacted completely on her instincts not even thinking of speaking with Yuri as she rushed from the door frame toward the crowd of people. As she reached where the crowd had been she saw the sickly disgusting humans. She couldn't help herself from cringing at the sight. She had hoped to finish anything today with her hands, but the idea of touching that yellow skin was unthinkable to her. As one of them rushed her she lifted her zanpakuto up and withdrew the blade with her left hand. Now that the blade was out Kimiko dropped the sheath and gripped the hilt with both hands. She jumped backwards from the humans attacks and only to rush forward and attempt to cut the things head from its body and end the poor thing.
