Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
This technique may only be used after the user has exerted all non-combat options but still wishes no harm onto his opponent. It is the ultimate means of capture, but there are requirements for activating it. First and foremost, the target must have made contact with the user’s reiatsu already, activating the ability of the Light. If the target, even after understanding the user’s peaceful intent, still pursues combat, then Shackle may be used. However, it cannot be activated under the target initiates the fight once more even after making contact with the user’s reiatsu via the Light.
Upon activation, a dozen chains emerge from objects and areas imbued with the user’s reiatsu via the Light. The user may choose the locations from which the chains emerge and even choose for them to appear from multiple separate locations at once. They move at a speed of 800 and possess a strength equal to the user’s reiatsu strength. These chains will instinctively home in on the target of the technique, although they do answer to mental commands regarding slight deviations of their course (ex. if the user wishes to have the chains curve around the target from different sides or approach from below) as long as the chains are still moving toward the target. The Light: Shackle can only be used on one target at a time.

In order for this technique to be learned and used, the Light must first be mastered. Anyone with more Light Aura than Dark Aura can learn the Light, but it will be locked during any point in time when an individual intends to take a life or do harm. Once the requirements for activating Shackle have been met, the user must pay 300 reiatsu to activate it and 100 reiatsu per additional post to maintain it. While it is active, the user must maintain focus on Shackle. Each time they distract themselves by activating another technique while Shackle remains active, the chains will halt their movement until the user’s focus returns. Furthermore, if the user's intent becomes hostile while Shackle is active, this technique will immediately end. The user may not use Shackle to restrain a target for an ally to attack, as this also counts as hostile intent.
There are ways to ignore Shackle’s effects in terms of a technique/ability clash that are enhanced by SoW (Strength of Will) superiority, which only occurs when an opponent is actively exerting their will. Those with one point higher than the user in SoW who are attempting to break Shackle may interact with Shackle as though it has 10% less durability and strength. Those with two points more than the user in SoW may interact with Shackle as though it has 25% less durability and strength. With 3 more points in SoW than the user, may interact with Shackle as though it has 50% less durability and strength. Physical attacks must have 2x offensive stat superiority to break Shackle.
