Thread Title: Tournament of Might: A Ravenous Rematch of Hatred

Location: Each participant has been summoned to a slaughter house freezer room measuring one thousand feet squared in the single main room available to the participants. It's very cold inside of the room. Inside of the room it's very foggy due to the low temperature. Inside of the main room where the participants are allowed to fight there are hundreds of prepared carcasses lined in rows with a few feet between them. These is nothing else inside of the room.

Each participant is summoned on the opposite side of the room at different corners. Visually seeing each other is not possible at the start.
Special Conditions: No gravitational Pressure, No exiting of the main room is allowed as a barrier has been set up along the walls of the room that will push back anything that makes contact with it by a force of 300. Barrier can't be broken!
Circumstances: You've both been summoned fight to claim victory and progress onward in the tournament of Might!

So, this is where she's going to be fighting then? In a room filled with meat sacks, the cold, and a large distance for them to travel back and forth. Annoying. These meatsacks would serve as obstacles for stepping techniques, but yet could be used to her advantage if she did it right. Her opponent, Tsukuyomi Kawada, Vice Captain of the 13th squad of the thirteen court guard squads. He wielded two Shikai, one known as Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto, and the other was named Honshitsu. She was well aware of his skills, and lack of, as well as how powerful he could be. She was well aware now, that he without his Shikai would be unable to harm her. Not anymore. Drawing her blade in a swift manner, she gathered Reiatsu within it, the veil that was known as Cero, coating her blade. Swinging out, the blast released in a horizontal crescent that was ten feet wide. Slicing through the cold hooks keeping the meat afloat, she made sure there was nowhere for this Shinigami to hide within the immediate area. 

Lowering her blade immediately after, she focused her Reiatsu, channeling it, molding it, absorbing it into her being to strengthen the power of her spiritual energy in exchange for stamina. Of course, she was making herself known to Tsukuyomi, and frankly, she couldn't care less. She wouldn't have it any other way. She swore vengeance upon him and upon the Shinigami. She couldn't be any more grateful for such an opponent. After being sliced so many times in the previous battle, she knew his speed was dangerous. Dangerously powerful if she did not have the protective power of her Hierro to assist her. Thus, this was but a small price to pay, having been able to gauge what would be the proper amount of energy needed to counter his blows and still have ample stamina for a battle. Standing still, she paid attention to the environment for movement, sound, anything to assist her. 

He would be unable to effectively face her with his moons in this environment, she was aware of that now. The moons that absorbed reiatsu, the burning blade that he called Honshitsu. It was imperative that she never let any of those tough her, especially Honshitsu. His techniques were in her mind, and she recalled every surprise she forced him to bring out upon her. However, unlike the last time, she looked cold, uncaring, and far less blood thirsty. This was an opponent that would be worth using her blade on, one that had actually given her trouble from before, but she had learned far more about him and more battle experience. There was no mercy for this foe, not for the agonizing pain he put her in the last time. Especially seeing she learned that he was no mere Shinigami. He had a demon inside of him, one that she still hadn't known the origin of despite searching for such information. 

A Shinigami with three transformations of blades and one that did physical changes to the body? It seemed to her that he was more Arrancar in that last form, some sort of metamorphosis. Tapping her fingers along her handle, she waited for him to do something, engage her in bloody combat. Last she recalled, he wasn't the very talkative type. No use talking to someone that wasn't going to talk back now was there? The only pleasure she had received from him was his scream of pain. That was still music in her ears, mostly because of the hard work and effort she had to put in order to earn those screams. In her left hand rested her Katana. Lagos' right hadn was open, ready to be used as both spear and shield against the man's oncoming assaults. If she could be efficient, this battle would be over swiftly. 

Tracking the Shinigami's movements may prove to be the greatest trial yet, but from the fact that he had essentially no strength, her weapon and body were stronger than his own, and from the final fact that this Shinigami was in a tightly enclosed space, she wondered how he'd fare. She was confident, but not so much so that her pride would consume her in this fight. Taking a single deep breath, her chest rose and fell while the cold air lifted with her exhalation. The moment he'd release that Honshitsu of hers, she would be on tighter guard. It could burn her despite the fact her Hierro was far stronger than his blade. It left a lingering burning sensation as if she were in the depths of hell. Taking a step forward, she wanted to get this done with as soon as possible. She didn't want to deal with a troublesome enemy that she's already fought for long. One decisive blow was all it would take.

It seemed like one moment he was standing in the courtyard area along with so many other spiritual entities that had been gathered together and told that from the vast reaches of the spiritual realms they had all been picked to partake in a tournament of power against one another to provide entertainment for powerful individuals that would be betting on each battle. Tsukuyomi like so many other individuals that had been summoned to that courtyard didn't think for a moment about actually entering into the tournament until the older man mentioned that there would be rewards given to participants.

Although normally very serious and stern about the matters that go on throughout his life and what allows him to simply keep living under the blackmail of his grandfather while in Soul Society at the idea of winning potentially very grand rewards the young Shinigami re-evaluated the idea of taking part in this tournament. He knew that with the knowledge that his grandfather possessed and the fact that Soul Society once his secret came to light wouldn't permit him to continue living that eventually he was going to be left with virtually nothing. His zanapkutos were going to be destroyed like so many others and while both of them knew that as well none of them were ready for that day to come.

Tsukuyomi had began to make steps for that day to greet him when he started forging his new weaponry which at the moment only consisted of Unum the thin straight sword that was attached to the middle of his back with two black straps kept under his shirt. Unum was a fine sword that Tsukuyomi knew would help him against a variety of enemies, but it was still nothing when compared to Honshitsu and Mikoto. He never hoped to be able to make anything that could provide him with the type of power that his zanpakuto could because he simply knew that such a thing was unrealistic and next to impossible.

He'd simply have to resort to relying on the decent and passable while the arsenal that he could craft for himself continued to grow until that faithful day of his life would eventually come. Tsukuyomi had accepted all of this while he had been in the hospital a few weeks ago after another battle against an Arrancar that had done catastrophic damage to his legs had knocked him unconscious, causing the monster inside of himself to slaughter and damage much of Karakura that was in the immediate area. The young Shinigami's hope of living in Soul Society for much longer was slim as he knew that it wouldn't be much longer until he was figured out and his secret made public.

So at the news of potential rewards that could aid him once he had nothing else, but the weapons that he himself was skilled enough to craft the young Shinigami jumped at the chance. If he could win even a few rounds then perhaps he might obtain a weapon that could aid him more than anything else he could craft. It could be leagues better than Unum. Although still inside of his heart there was that doubt that no matter what he managed to win in this tournament if he managed to win anything at all that it'd be able to replace even a fracture of Mikoto or Honshitsu.

He knew the tournament was starting at suddenly he was no longer standing in that open courtyard with the others that had been summoned, but no out of nowhere he was suddenly standing in what looked to be a large meat storage room. He could see the deceased already prepared bodies of what looked like some sort of large animal perhaps a cow or bull. The temperature wasn't something that he had noticed until a second or two passed when he felt the cold sensation brush across his arms. It actually caused a slight pain in his right hand as he looked down at the back of his fingers and could see the dark of his knuckles.

Tsukuyomi as he looked down at his hand picked up something else as well. The misty looking air that the cold caused inside of a room like this was actually moving away from him like it was being pushed away by some unknown force. Knowing his own grand weakness at being unable to perceive the reiatsu signatures of others or even really his own for that matter Tsukuyomi had been taught some ways to pick up what reiatsu might do to the environment. This was definitely one of them. He wasn't quite sure what was going on, but instead of doing nothing Tsukuyomi crouched down bending his legs and withdrew Mikoto from his hip with his right hand.

He was going to release when suddenly he heard the loud sound of a cero being released and watched as the metal hooks that were keeping the carcasses of the deceased animals up in the air fell to the ground all around him and throughout the large room. The cero had been arced enabling whoever it was that he had been paired to fight against to cut down the majority of the carcassess and open up the room to view. "Descend From The Abyss Onto The Battlefield, Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto." Tsukuyomi whispered as he held out Mikoto with his right hand in front of him and the katana transformed into the beautiful silver crescent blade.

"Alright so it's safe to assume that I'm up against either an Arrancar or a Hollow or some type. That or I could be up against a Failure." Tsukuyomi thought to himself as he listened to what was going on around him to try and pick up whether or not his opponent was moving, but based on what he was able to hear there was no such hint. So holding Mikoto safely in front of him while the three white moons slowly moved away from him in different directions Tsukuyomi looked out into the fridge of a room and saw his opponent.

The three moons that Mikoto had materialized from the moment that she had been released moved away from Tsukuyuomi just a small amount stopping once they reached five feet from him. One moon was positioned directly behind him while the other two were positioned on each of his sides. Tsukuyomi could see now his opponent as the hooks had all been cut and now lay on the ground potentially ruining all of that meat. It was the same Arrancar that he had fought only a week ago. The same Arrancar that had caused him to lose control. The same Arrancar that led all those people to their deaths by simply not leaving Karakura.

"You've got to be kidding me. I'm surprised someone like you even had the patience to listen to the old man about the tournament. I figured someone like you would have simply started attacking everyone right from the start." Tsukuyomi waved Mikoto forwards sending out two additional white moons from her crescent body that flew a few feet in front of Tsukuyomi and then stopped. All of the moons were in positions around Tsukuyomi and were spinning, but not rotating around him like one would expect from a moon in orbit. "We know how this played out last time . . so give up savage." Tsukuyomi wasn't hiding it at all he was spiteful towards this Arrancar and while he was normally quite and calm right now he seemed angry and violent and ready to slash this Arrancar to pieces, but wasn't willing to make the first move for some reason.

Calling her the savage? Fascinating how he dared to say such a thing. She was careful on how to engage this foe as she was able to logically put together assumptions of what his ability was and how it worked. Remembering the time when she attempted to use the Cero and burned her own chest and jaw with it, she was able to discern that the moons around him affected her reiatsu in a manner that diverted and or manipulated it. Not to mention there was the moon that grew larger in size every time a reiatsu attack collided with it. She was able to gauge speed and power after fighting each of these moons, so...how to deal with this opponent now? Lagos was very spiritually inclined, and while Tsukuyomi was weak to physical confrontation, the moons would only buffer her. The answer was simple.

“You’ve already released your Shikai against me. So, what now? If you send them against me, you leave yourself open to attack that you know you can’t possibly face. However, if you do nothing, your moons will simply vanish when your Shikai is overburdened. You spoke of this repeating like “last time” so please do show me what you’ve improved.” She would simply stand and wait, looking to see what her foe would do from his side of the room. She’d dare not exhaust her stamina on such troublesome matters. The meat sacks would serve as obstacles or buffers now to make running straight a bit of a challenge.

There was no need for her to take the initiative for he was the one who needed to be careful on how to approach. Talentless in Kido, mediocre in everything else, it was but his Zanpakutou that provided danger, and he was not even aware that they couldn’t cut through her at this moment. Her eyes were sharp, peeled to look at this Shinigami that had caused her oh so much agony and pain before. She no longer was going to underestimate him, but would simply look at him for how he really was. He was an enemy that was going to have few ways to harm her, but it wasn’t impossible. Her blade held sharply in her left hand, her right in an open hand prepared to be both her sword and shield. She wasn’t so cocky anymore.

The fox mask that rested on top of her head began to have it’s skeletal cackle as it taunted him, waited for him to make a single mistake so that she could reap him. “That demon like creature you turned into before. You’re not a Shinigami, I’m well aware of that at this point. I conclude that you are a demon of sorts. Not hollow...nor Shinigami. I’m going to have a thrill ripping you piece by piece and playing with your mangled corpse.” That was but all as those bored cerulean eyes looked on as her silver locks lazily rested as a ponytail cut medium length. She tracked him carefully with her eyes, picking up on anything and everything possible she might have missed and to prove if her hypotheses from the last battle were correct.

The key to facing Tsukuyomi was a single decisive blow that would end his life immediately, or something of the like that would cripple his fighting ability. His secondary Shikai while fearsome was not something that she was overly concerned about. The key to defeating that was to avoid getting hit, and if she did get hit, simply end the battle as fast as possible. Lagos was no longer a warrior for Las Noches, her now almost commoner and modern clothing pointed that out easily. The disgusting look on that Shinigami's face made her silently grit her teeth. Getting rid of those moons was top priority, but could she pull that off? That might be a good question to ask herself. They were the biggest annoyances of all.

This Arrancar wasn't the best match up that Tsukuyomi could have been put up against that thought was moving throughout his mind at this very moment as the two of them starred at one another recognizing the other and the battle that they had fought not so long ago. While it was true that Tsukuyomi had something against this Arrancar that he wasn't expecting to have against any of the opponents in this tournament that benefit didn't really matter. It was simple. While he knew her abilities that advantage was cancelled out by the fact that she knew his own as well.

Both of them knew what the other had to work with against them and thus this battle was far more strategic in nature than the last time they had fought one another. Tsukuyomi had already released Mikoto into her beautiful shikai something that this Arrancar remarked about immediately. Tsukuyomi could tell despite not possessing the ability to sense reiatsu that this Arrancar had grown more powerful than the last time they had fought. The first clue was her attitude she was much to confident with how the battle had finished last time to not have gotten stronger and the heat of her cero was much hotter than the last one she had fired at him.

That was all Tsukuyomi needed to know to take this battle more seriously than a typical tournament match. It was clear from the demonstration that the old man had given everyone that no one that took part in the tournament was going to die if they were all to believed. Which meant that although he was facing off against this Arrancar was again there would come a time again when they'd most likely clash blades after all of this. So even now he'd have to show this Arrancar that he was someone not to be challenged for the only thing she'd ever accomplish would be pain.

From what he could gather about the Arrancar at this moment she wasn't in any real hurry to release her true power. Why that was though Tsukuyomi didn't really know for sure. The last time that they had fought her abilities weren't displayed to him in full, but he had seen a glimpse of what she could do. It had been during the last true attack that Tsukuyomi had attempted against her that suddenly the area beneath her had erupted with what he recalled to be lava. It had scorched his legs and caused him to fall unconscious. He wasn't completely sure what that meant for her abilities as a whole, but what he did know was that getting close to her wasn't something wise.

It was obvious based on the fact that this Arrancar wasn't spamming attacks or rushing towards him that she was anticipating and thinking over what she could do against Mikoto. She had seen a good deal of the abilities that Mikoto possessed during the last battle which meant actually utilizing said abilities was going to be much more difficult this time around. Already there were five new moons in creation spread out around him. Tsukuyomi at this moment swung Mikoto once again as this Arrancar once again spoke.

As he swung Mikoto two additional new moons were released from Mikoto's crescent blade that quickly moved forwards at two different angles one would rush towards the edge of the room on the right while the other would move identically to the left. That left the five moons currently moving around Tsukuyomi together in rotation. "You may know my secret Arrancar. You're right I'm not a typical Shinigami, but while I may not remember the exact end to our battle last time one thing is clear. . . You weren't strong enough to face me once I transformed. So exactly how are you going to rip me apart?"

Unlike before, Lagos was cold, calculative, and analyzing every movement that Tsukuyomi had to make, and it was when he swung his blade at her that she realized another thing. In order for him to manipulate his moons, he’d have to swing the blade as an extension of his will. However, on top of this, these moons were surely limited in number as well as their size, for a basketball sized moon was not typically something she’d be concerned about. On top of this, she was aware that they affected her reiatsu techniques in a sense that within a certain radius, she surmised that the moons would affect them...much like the cero that had burned her mouth when up close to the faux Shinigami. Though, as the moons didn’t seem to be attacking her, Lagos simply looked to the left and to the right, before her gaze fell upon him. “I’ve analyzed and come up with a number of theories since our previous meeting Shinigami. You seem to think that surrounding me with your moons intimidates me..”

Simply walking forward now, her sword in her free hand, she stopped as she cut the distance between herself and him in half. “You are probably wondering why I don’t bother releasing against you immediately. The answer to that should be evident. The reason is because I find your powers so insignificant, that I don’t need to release.” The great insult she stated was aimed right at Mikoto and Tsukuyomi himself. “Your Zanpakutou is not worth my release...and it is only with assistance from those techniques...those surely non Shinigami techniques that it has any worth.” She had come up with a countermeasure to the man’s power in theory anyways. So, she decided to throw it into motion. A brief moment of silence between the two, and she used the Sonido, closing the remaining distance between them in a mere instant, transitioning into a blur of speed.

Why, appearing right in front of the man, slipping past the moons thanks to superior speed, she thrust outward rapidly, in speed that was so quick that most other observers of this battle would but only see blurring images, the thrusts launching rapidly for his torso and arms, stabbing back and forth with ease considering it was such a basic motion and her own proficiency with the blade. If he were to retreat, she’d simply pick up the pace, forcing him to dodge. He likely knew that she was far stronger than he was physically, near a superhuman level. So, when she dashed forward, she was attempting to push him farther away from his moons, his arm likely unable to swing due to the effort put in dodging the precise strikes. However, that was exactly what she wanted. After pushing him around seven feet away from his moons, she’d thrust her hand out surprisingly in an open palm, as to surprise him.

Bala. Her yellowish ball of energy was lethal, certainly so at her strength. It had basically no charge time, and it was so large that it’d wrap his whole body in it’s embrace, not to mention the fact it was being launched from essential point blank. However, she was already far aware that the man wasn’t going to be killed by just that. This was but a test, to see if her hypothesis was correct and to gain more data and perspective about her enemies power. If it missed the man, the Bala would simply shootout at extremely fast speed. Though, that would logically mean it would collide with the barrier, and that was what she was intending. At that point, simply twist to the side, a pivot as her Bala would soar past her, straight for the moons.

Her thought was that the moon would simply cause the energy, or rather the volatile Bala to revolve around it, but there was more to her thought process. Eliminating Tsukuyomi’s arms and or his Zanpakutou was one way to win this confrontation. However, what she was looking for was an opportunity to strike out in one decisive blow, to end his life in that fluid strike. That way, she wouldn’t have to worry about the odd demon like creature that came out before. Now...to see how everything would turn out. Controlling the flow of the battle would be detrimental, and hopefully she’d be able to end the battle swiftly. She had other priorities at the moment than fighting an old face she already knew.

Standing in this meat storage cooler was actually starting to get to Tsukuyomi despite his attention being set on his opponent at the moment who stood on the other side of the room. The white moons of Mikoto were getting into position now one at each edge of the room on the other side by his opponent. This Arrancar continued to speak and told him that she had analyzed his abilities and that simply by surrounding her with his moons she might be scared. Tsukuyomi just starred at her blankly already realizing that she could have gathered all the information that she was thinking of using against him.

While they had both faced one another before not to long ago there was one thing that this Arrancar was overlooking that Tsukuyomi was cautious enough not to overlook. They hadn't utilized everything either of them possessed in regards to their abilities against one another. That meant this Arrancar possessed other abilities besides whatever she had used to make lava erupt from below her that had burned and scarred his legs. The same was true for Tsukuyomi though Mikoto possessed abilities that this Arrancar had yet to experience.

Tsukuyomi was going to start employing Mikoto against this Arrancar when she began to walk forward towards him and quickly eat up the distance that was between them as she started to speak once again. The words that came from her mouth were to be expected from her as they were nothing more than insults directed at him and his abilities. It didn't matter what she said to him because during their last battle he knew that he had hurt her despite anything that she happened to say now. If she wanted to keep herself from releasing than he was going to end this quickly and not give her the chance.

She seemed to be thinking something along the same lines though as she blurred while approaching him. Tsukuyomi possessed superior base speed than this Arrancar that much hadn't changed even as she executed Sonido Tsukuyomi kept his eyes on her expecting what she was doing as he had done virtually the same thing to her during their last battle. Stepping to the right with his left and right working seemlessly together Tsukuyomi starred into the eyes of the Arrancar as her Sonido ceased and she thrust out her zanpakuto at him.

Mikoto danced through his palm as Tsukuyomi twirled her in his right hand. The zanpakuto of this Arrancar was motioned forwards aimed at his chest while he had been standing to his left a moment ago. Now as that zanpakuto pierced into the left side of his torso cutting into the edge of his chest cutting him enough that his blood began to seep from the wound immediately, but not enough that her blade had actually made a hole in him. She had cut the side of his chest and now as Mikoto danced and she drew back her zanpakuto a new white moon was formed from her crescent that would slam into the Arrancar's face before she could even finish pulling her zanpakuto back.

The movement of the white moon was 500 making it nearly impossible to react or even spot it as it had just been formed from Mikoto which was now right in front of the Arrancar. It would smack into her face with a force of 600 hoping inflicting some heavy damage to her head and if not it would at the very least cause her to be dazed and blinded for a moment. His fingers tapping on the hilt of Mikoto suddenly one of the moons that had been rotating around Tsukuyomi stopped behind the Arrancar. It's white body shifted to that of a black moon that began to seep out red forming into a sinister cheshire smile that starred at the back of the Arrancar.

Instantly the Arrancar would feel it she had felt it during their last battle, but it was already to late to prevent it. The evil looking moon behind her was pulling her backwards away from Tsukuyomi and towards it with a force of 600 that she wouldn't be able to fight against as it would overpower her own brute strength and even executing Sonido wouldn't be enough. Tsukuyomi bit his bottom lip fighting off the pain from the slash he had received and leaped backwards as the Arrancar was pulled back. Waving Mikoto forward he watched as the other four white moons rushed forwards at 500 speed and would slam into the Arrancar's limbs with a force of 600.

Lagos most certainly was hoping that her plan to rapidly assault the man with blasts would be the utmost effective, but apparently not. As a result of her using the Sonido to proceed into a series of rapid thrusts, the man dodged, and in tandem she sliced him as opposed to impaling him like a shinigami kabob. However, one thrust wasn’t bad. Though...before she could initiate a rapid strike of jabs, she suddenly saw, almost in slow motion, a basketball sized thing slam her right in the face, making her head rear back from the force. However, he would see that her skin was completely unharmed and unbroken despite the physical force. She of course felt it, and she ground her feet into the ground, only partially being knocked up before she skid along the floor. It was thanks to her damage recovery and pain resistance that she was able to stand through such a physical blow like that strike.

Though...she quickly reacted to the sudden pull, tugging her as her body vibrated. She didn’t have the best reflexes, or the best senses, but what she did have was superb speed. Reacting almost instantly to her body being tugged as it was before, her free hand formed a Cero and shot it straight for that cheshire red moon at fast speed and surface area due to her mastery, full intention of disintegrating the thing. She was able to see it because as her face was struck and her head flew back, she could see the thing, and it’s metamorphosis. It wouldn’t work on her a second time so easily. So, assuming the moon was vanquished due to the offensive superiority, Lagos quickly used the Sonido to avoid the four moon strike if it was still happening and to make her next move.

His weakness was a close and personal encounter, and again, she analyzed his blade could do nothing to control if he couldn’t move it. So...she was a bit more wary this time and proceeded to grasp the blade’s crescent with her free hand as she tugged using Sonido Gaara to pull Tsukuyomi at incredible speeds, not only to dislocate his shoulder, but to slam his soft skull against her iron hard one. If she were successful in her assault, she’d wrench the blade free from Tsukuyomi by kicking the bastard away from her while in his daze. She knew the way to defeat this Vice Captain in particular...and he was going to die. He might notice that her free hand was in fact not cut by grabbing and pulling on his blade in such a manner. She was beyond such a tactic. On top of that, without his Zanpakutou, he wouldn’t be able to manipulate those pesky moons any longer and leave them floating surely in stasis. Though she did keep one thing in mind. She was well aware of the man’s technique to pull his sword closer to him and was prepared for it.

If the sword was indeed pulled back, she would not resist the force and instead ride it using her acrobatics and deliver the fiercest kick to Tsukuyomi’s chest to send him flying back at incredibly speed if that was the case. Even though he was fast, there was surely nothing he could do to stop her in the event of a physical confrontation. He needed range which was why he was relying on her to begin the assault. However, since she’d gotten through, would he truly be able to stop her? She would stand there with a gruff look on her face, spitting out a small mouthful of blood as she certainly did feel her teeth rattle. Licking her lips, she looked at the Shinigami closely.

“That all you've got Shinigami? It seems obviously you haven’t gotten any better.” With Tsukuyomi disabled, that would leave that other Zanpakutou, the one that was actually concerning. It was the one that could burn her just by hitting her directly once. Though...she’d have the advantage without the moon that could swallow reiatsu and grow in size. She would be able to for once display the full power of her Ressurecion and crush the disgusting fool in front of her. She wasn’t being cocky anymore, and that was why she was performing dramatically better. She was actually fighting to kill him now...not play around. Those eyes stared at him in silent anger as she was completely ready to kill him.

As Tsukuyomi felt the long pole-arm head cut into his flesh he knew that for the moment at least he had been successful in evading a lethal thrust from this Arrancar. In the moment that followed the sequence of movement that Tsukuyomi delivered with Mikoto that had been practiced thousands of times was like water flowing throughout a river. It all happened over the course of what felt like less than even a single moment. The new moon was that crafted from Mikoto was flung upwards straight into the face of the Arrancar sending her backwards for a moment with a deafening thud.

Now as the new moon that Tsukuyomi had just smashed into the face of the Arrancar shifted into that of the Cheshire smiling bad moon he watched as he planned to move in to eliminate the Arrancar with a technique that she hadn't seen during their last encounter. While he couldn't sense her reiatsu it was easy to see the reiatsu that glowed bright being formed in her hand as she gazed at the bad moon that had toyed with her so badly during their last encounter. Tsukuyomi knew that she was going to blast the moon with either a bala or cero which meant he'd lose the opportunity to keep her in a single spot where he could eliminate her easily.

Mikoto was twirled in by Tsukuyomi's fingers lifting her upwards and spinning her only to grab her before even half a full second was over and in that instant Tsukuyomi flowed his reiatsu throughout Mikoto and the moon symbol on Tsukuyomi's forehead glowed brighter than it had ever in the past. Just as the Arrancar prepared the cero to be fired off as the time to prepare it finally reached its conclusion all of the moons that had been spread out over the area were no longer where they had been in that last instant. The cero that was emitting the sound that Tsukuyomi had become so usual to hearing was fired yet just like last time it wouldn't progress forward towards the bad moon or Tsukuyomi.

Instead in the moment that followed that was now taking place this Arrancar would feel the impact of every moon that had been crafted during this battle. The two moons that had been positioned behind her at both corners of this freezer. (5000 speed) The bad moon that had only just bashed into the Arrancar's face. (4000 speed) Along with the five white moons that rotated around Tsukuyomi all of them at this very moment all smashed into the Arrancar at the same moment at various places across her body. The two moons that had been behind her struck the Arrancar together one hitting the back of her head the other hitting the back of her lower spine just above her ass.

While those two hit the Arrancar the bad moon that had been directly in front of her smashed into the front of her shins. The five moons that had been posotioned around Tsukuyomi all struck together just like the others. One smashing the Arrancar in the face once again just as the other hit the back of her head. Two of the others struck in a perfect line one striking the Arrancar in her gut while the other above it hit the center of her chest smashing not only the section of her body that housed the most important organs, but also her breasts which suffered a direct hit from the moving moon. Another slammed into the Arrancar's right knee cap just above the impact of the bad moon. The last two would slam into the Arrancar's shoulder joints.

In that single moment there would be the loud slamming sound of each moon simultaneously striking against the Arrancar. The cero that the Arrancar had just fired off to strike the bad moon in front of Tsukuyomi left her hand and was pulled toward her by the now seven separate white moons right on her body causing the cero to encircle her burning her body entirely. The moons would keep the reiatsu of the cero moving burning her constantly over and over until she finally would manage to break them or get away. However, that'd be impossible the bad moon hadn't been destroyed meaning the pull of it was keeping her from getting away even if that was possible after all of those hits. The only way to survive was to destroy the moons, but to do so she'd have to strike each of them while her cero burned her body.

Tsukuyomi was standing where he had been while he watched the Arrancar who had been assuming that he hadn't grown at all since the last battle between them. She had been mistaken. While it was true he hadn't gotten much better. It was also false that he had shown her everything during their first battle. She was now facing his true power. As he awaited the actions of this Arrancar he swung Mikoto once again crafting two new moons that began to rotate around Tsukuyomi. This was getting to be quite tiring that last technique took a lot out of Tsukuyomi, but one thing was for sure. This Arrancar was going to be in a worst place then him.

In the moment that Tsukuyomi had moved his blade in such a manner, she immediately knew not to fire the Cero as she was planning. No, now was not the moment. Instead, as she was being pulled, she only said a single word before she was slammed on all sides by the moons, her Cero simply failing it’s cast. “Sly.” There was a tremendous crash from all around her body, so much force in fact that the very ground itself would crack from the impact exerted by the moons. It would be hard to see from the amount of smoke and debris that rose through the air, and in the passing moment, he’d suddenly feel a great wind pressure. The dust was blown away, and immediately all the meat hooks from 100 feet away and closer would be sliced, falling to the ground simultaneously. Lagos’ form was revealed to him and in her full glory.

Her fox mask’s eyes glowed with bright yellow reiatsu, vibrant, and the moons had indeed all collided with her, with her iron tough tails, they soaked up the impact, and she growled at the fact her bones felt like they were ringing. However, in that next moment, every single moon he had sent against her were sliced up nigh instantaneously considering their close proximity with her. The wind...yes, he’d remember it surely. The wind was oppressive, powerful, and he’d find his speed was cut in half, and steps of any kind while in this 100 feet would be impossible. For him that is. She was unimpeded...and oh how sweet it felt. Yet, she was wary of one thing. There was that golden moon he was able to use before, and it was for that reason she was not so reckless to launch the moons immediately.

Instead, she chose a different approach. Her Hierro felt weakened, nigh, almost unusable after that assault, but she used Sonido, and in this period, there was no need to mask her sound, for the wind did it for her, making both the start, and the finish sound untraceable. She appeared right in front of the man, her Ko Naginata being vertically swung with her full upper body strength using Sonido Gaara, aiming to slash the man down with a single blow, and at full speed. However, also in that moment, her tails pulled inward, and several wind bullets, all from behind him would shoot, three from above, four from behind. He could not deal with her and her moons at the same time. Of course, these wind bullets were moving at the speed of 900. He was surrounded on all sides, just as he had surrounded her a moment ago.

The difference howeever, was that she was sure that he couldn't defend himself as she could. Yes, she would have surely been heavily injured if all of those moons hit her body directly, even with Hierro. She was indeed in pain, but it was through her pain tolerance, damage recovery, and the invigoration of releasing that she was able to push aside all of that. Tsukuyomi as it was, was going to be put into a very unfavorable situation, and that made Lagos feel wonderful both inside and out. Her halberd and her strength would be enough. She'd show him the true powers of her release. As it was, she had fired those wind bullets and spaced them out so that no matter how he moved, he would be hit by at least some of those projectiles.

The feeling of the Lunar Dance was something almost foreman to Tsukuyomi at least when it came to using it right now in the heat of battle. In truth the young Shinigami hadn't ever utilized the technique in an actual battle. The only times that he had ever executed perhaps the strongest technique of Mikoto had been during his training to use Mikoto and against his former Captain. At the moment he was facing down an opponent that he knew if he slipped up could definitely defeat him so he couldn't slip up or give her the chance and that's why he was holding nothing in reserve anymore.

Even with the reiatsu flowing throughout his body granting him a feeling that was rare to Tsukuyomi his eyes showed him that despite all of his strategy he hadn't emerged victorious over the Arrancar with the Lunar Dance alone. The Arrancar released at perhaps the last possible instant. Tsukuyomi could see her tails protecting the rest of her body from the impact of his moons. Her tails were likely damaged, but that wouldn't alone be enough to finish her off and Tsukuyomi had just played his trump card against her. For a moment Tsukuyomi didn't have a clue what else he could do short of releasing Honshitsu and relying on her to bring down the Arrancar. Mikoto hadn't been enough and that was when he recalled the Arrancar's ability that had been displayed the last time she released.

Just as his mind recalled what had happened last time the sight of all the moons that he had sent at the Arrancar being sliced apart by the wind that she controlled was collected by Tsukuyomi's eyes. Acting on instinct and reflex alone the young Shinigami shifted Mikoto holding her in a vertical position with the blade facing downward while Tsukuyomi's arm was directly above him. The wind that blew towards him would cut into his body doing large damage to his legs while the rest of his body only suffered slight cuts as Mikoto took the blute of the wind herself.

Tsukuyomi lacking the physical might of many other Shinigami felt his legs being pushed back across the floor of the cold storage room as the sting of each cut was gathered by his mind as each was inflicted upon his legs. It seemed that despite training both his legs and arms equally to make himself as effective a Shinigami as possible this Arrancar always managed to damage his legs more so than his arms. Tsukuyomi hadn't been expecting the Arrancar as strong as he knew her to be to actually survive the onslaught of Lunar Dance especially not with the number of moons that had actually struck her.

"I've no other choice." Tsukuyomi thoughts as inside of himself he felt both Mikoto and Honshitsu grab hold of him as if the both of them were holding onto his very soul in order to keep him from doing what he now knew was his only chance of victory. This was something new something that Tsukuyomi had never done in the past. He felt a fire within himself one that he had always pushed away and did his best to suppress, but the Arrancar already had seen his inner fire and this battle was only being observed by individuals powerful enough to actually summon him from Soul Society. If they wanted anyone to know about what he was about to do he never had a chance of hiding it anyway.

In the moment that the Arrancar vanished by executing Sonido a wicked grin spread across Tsukuyomi's face an expression that seemed so out of place on him. Just as the grin spread he could feel the grasp of Honshitsu and Mikoto vanish as black flames burst from his body. The area around Tsukuyomi would suddenly feel overbearing in heat as the black flames rushed upwards hitting the ceiling and being sent downwards by the barrier. As the Arrancar appeared and motioned downwards with her zanpakuto planning to slash Tsukuyomi downwards her blade would strike what sounded like metal before it sank into Tsukuyomi's right shoulder.

The black fire would suddenly rush back inwards vanishing in a moment as the Arrancar positioned her tails to fire off the bullets of wind. The fire revealed the same appearance that the Arrancar had fought during the last encounter. She was one of the only entities to ever see Tsukuyomi's other half and one thing that she and the others might know about this other side of Tsukuyomi that no one else would; restrain wasn't something it practiced.

A low hollow sounding growl escaped from the helmet that gazed at the Arrancar and in the next moment suddenly the Arrancar would feel her chest and limbs slashed deeply along with a burning sensation. The secret technique that Tsukuyomi had never actually employed against anyone Stella Impetum a sword technique that he had developed from hours of constant practice that enabled him to slash five times simultaneously at near instantaneous speeds forming a star of blurring motion and in this case black fire as the broadsword that danced through the air was ignited with the Hell fire of Eternity.

The broadsword would deliver a slash to each of the thighs, biceps only to leave a heavy burning gash across the chest of the Arrancar. The star marking was actually visible from the Hell fire. Although only a millisecond had passed and if the Arrancar pushed passed the pain of her limbs and chest being slashed alongside the pain of the Hell fire burning through each wound her air bullets would just now be reaching the end of their formation. Mikoto still released although any speech from her was gone or perhaps just out of reach as what wielded her now was nothing more than a monster. She though was brought down along with the monsters right arm holding her now in a reverse grip with her blade facing backwards away from the Arrancar.

This monster knew everything that Tsukuyomi did and more having experienced battle against this Arrancar the last time it had been freed. It recalled everything of Tsukuyomi's while Tsukuyomi held nothing of the monster's own experiences. This monster knew of the trouble the wind this Arrancar used caused. It was ruthless and fleeing from it was something that many had chosen to do in the past. It wasn't going to allow that to happen again. The right arm would shot forward at a speed of 2365 as Bringer Flash was executed and the pommel of Mikoto was slammed into the left side of the Arrancar's chest.

Although the five slashed had been faster than this bashing strike that anyone who knew Tsukuyomi would likely take as nothing to worry about the fact remained that it would be to swift for her to avoid. The reality of the situation though was that despite the last technique being faster this technique would be the more lethal. Suddenly from the point of impact with Mikoto the Arrancar's chest would burst open creating a cylinder shaped hole similar to a Hollow hole by a shockwave that had been delivered into her body caused by Tsukuyomi's spiritual pressure. This match was as good as over considering the Arrancar's heart was now gone.

Technique Description and Effects: Onibi is a brutal technique used with either a blunt weapon or with a blunt part of a weapon such as the pommel. The user's thrusts their weapon into the target of choice. This sends a force equal to the user's strength alongside a shockwave equivalent to the user's highest offensive stat into and out the back of the target. Thus creating a large gaping, cylindrical hole through the target struck by Onibi. Upon mastery Strength user's that have above 600 strength half the stamina cost.

How to use technique: The user performs a powerful thrust with a blunt part of a weapon and releases a shockwave created from their highest offensive stat excluding SpPr unless in release.

Technique Drawbacks: This technique requires at least 600 strength to pull off without straining the user's arm from a single attack. The user also requires a 2 in a weapon skill to learn. If the user doesn't have at least 600 strength, they can only pull off this technique once per arm. If they attempt to perform this technique again, they will lose all function of that appendage during the rest of said thread. Unless healed or given a rest period during the thread it was used. Those with 600 strength can take the stress of this technique twice per arm.

Technique Description and Effects: Many physical techniques require the use of reiatsu in order to accomplish things that many believe to be physically impossible this technique however slips off from that notion and follows some of the rarities that prove the physical body is capable of unthinkable things. The user of this technique begins by flexing their arm and then concentrating the majority of their attention and physical energy into that arm causing the blood to rush into it and the arm itself to visibly shake as if it were vibrating. It's at this point that the user slashes with their sword towards their target. When this is done the energy that has been focused into their arm explodes outwards enabling them to continue through their motion of attack in a simultaneous series of slashes that lead from one into another so fast that they all seem to blend together into a single attack. The only constant about these slashes is that they take on the shape of a star of some type. The level of proficiency with this technique enables the user to slash more times in that single instant actually increasing the number of points on the star they trace. How to use technique: Stated above.

Technique Drawbacks: This technique is not one to be used lightly or more than twice in a single day as the stress that it places on the arm is immense. The blood vessels of the arm are strains during the use of this technique along with the muscles themselves and using this technique twice in one arm will result in both areas of that area being torn apart causing massive damage to the user of this technique. This technique unlike many physical combat techniques actually takes a moment to channel in order to execute properly and without that moment this technique can't be executed.
