Circumstances: Tsukuyomi is resting in the park waiting for Vesta to get out of school when suddenly he is attacked by a Mod Soul that goes by the name of Takara Takeda.

[Tsukuyomi Kawada]

Beneathe the tree of Karakura's park sat the young noble of the Kawada family in Soul Society by the name of Tsukuyomi. His long black hair rested against his left shoulder as he rested against the tree awaiting the time that he would be able to go to the high school and meet up with Vesta. He had oly recently become the Vice Captain of the Eleventh Division and because of that he hadn't had much free time. It was soemthing that he knew he was going to have to deal with when he had applied for the position.

At the moment there was no Captain of the Division meaning that Tsukuyomi was in charge of the entire war Division of Soul Society. He had to handle all of the paperwork that the Division had a duty to finish yet at the same time had to train up all of the other members like his former Captain Kimiko Shihoin had been doing for his former Division. It put everything that she had gone through in a clearer light to Tsukuyomi as he now knew how difficult it was to run a Division. It had left him with very little time to actually come to the world of the living and spend time with the girl that he felt actually could lay claim to his heart.

He knew that during this time of day which was currently just past noon she was attending the school that taught her of the normal human world. Tsukuyomi had thought more than on one occassion perhaps it would be interesting to join her and find out more about the world that she lived in. Tsukuyomi had been born in Soul Society and for the most part stayed there all the time so he didn't have much knowledge about the human world passed the fact he and the other Shinigami were meant to protect it from Hollows and other evil forces.

At the moment he was the only one in the park or at least from what he could tell and it gave him time to actually relax and take a breather from his job. He was excited to meet up with Vesta and actually have some time to spend with her and find out how she had been doing, but also felt the grasp of slumber wrapping around his mind as he slowly drifted off into the land of slumber. His vision becoming blurred while his head began to move downwards. His eye lids closing ever so slightly over the next few moments until everything was engulfed in darkness and his conciousness was claimed by sleep.

As his vision came back to him awakening from his brief slumber Tsukuyomi felt something in the area around him. He didn't even really know what he was feeling his ability to sense reiatsu was almost none existent , but right now he could sense something near him. He didn't know what it was as it felt different than anything he had ever sensed before. He knew that in order for him to actually sense anything that entity had to be using the majority of their power or their true power which meant he was possibly in trouble.

Rising from his sitting position against the tree that he had been slumbering against Tsukuyomi was now upon both of his feet looking over the area around him trying to figure out if there was actually someone near him or if something was wrong with him. He didn't see anything in fact there wasn't anyone in the park just like when he had fallen asleep. That was when he realized what he was sensing. It was similar to how Jak had sensed, but wasn't dark or tainted enough to be an Akki which meant one thing; a Mod Soul.

[Takara Takeda]

Everything had been so boring as of late. Kazura hadn't needed Takara to do anything since the problem in Russia and since the grand gathering of the Mod Souls there hadn't actually been anything that Takara had done that she found to be enjoyable or even entertaining. She didn't understand how normal humans could go about their normal average lives without ripping themselves apart from sear boredom. In fact it gave light to why so many humans saught out trouble or went to war against one another. She wasn't sure what she could do, but knew that she had to find something entertaining while she searched for other Mod Souls.

While she had been searching for other Mod Souls since her awakening it had only been recent that she had started to find some success at actually finding any of her race. Many of them kept to themselves staying out of the spiritual world in the hopes that if they did they wouldn't be found or hunted by the Shinigami that sought to eliminate them all from existence. Takara could understand the logic behind their decision as it was quite literally next to impossible for them to find each other and rally against their creators in victory.

That though was exactly what Takara planned to do with her existence. She wanted nothing more than to find all of her race and rally them together to make a stronghold where all of them could live together and rely on one another for life and survival. They had been created as nothing more than weapons and tools for the Shinigami and now they were hunted to the point that extinction was a true possibility. Takara had seen how many Mod Souls were still left at the gathering and knew that if she was able to find them all and more than her race would be able to survival and perhaps get revenge on their makers for the pain that they all caused for no other reason than fear.

Takara for once wasn't actually wearing the normal purple or black dress and heels that she enjoyed. The outfit while appealing and beautiful wasn't all that comfortable every single day anymore. Takara had awoken today and for whatever reason her mind simply was wondering leaving her unable to think accordingly or even do any sort of work for Kazura's company. She had dressed herself in what others deemed casual clothing consisting of a think black shirt that covered her chest down to her belly and both of her arms down to her hands. A matching set of black pants were worn over her legs starting just below her belly button and reaching down to her ankles. Lastly she wore for perhaps the first time a pair of black sneakers that actually felt rather nice compared to the heels.

Of course Takara didn't leave her apartment without the ear rings through her lobes and the pair of violet colored gem necklaces around her neck. All of her thoughts ran throughout her mind as she walked the streets of Karakura Town trying to figure out her next step on the path to reuniting her race. This went on for what felt like hours until Takara felt something in the surrounding area. It didn't take her more than a few moments for Takara to pin point the exact location of the reiatsu that she was sensing. It was about half a mile away which Takara knew meant it was in the park of Karakura.

Making her way over towards the entity that she was sensing Takara's attitude and focus were now completely back to the normal calculating and percise manner that she always seemed to have. She knew what she was sensing in the park. "A Shinigami in here again." Takara spoke to herself as she walked upon the grass in the sneakers that covered her normally revealed feet. This Shinigami Takara could tell was different from the norm it wasn't a complete Shinigami it was a half breed. A Nakkabakki something that perhaps she could take her anger and aggression out on while maybe getting some information out of him.

She could also peer into this Shinigami's soul and while she didn't quite know how to get a clear picture from an entity she gathered enough to know that this boy was just that; a boy. He was a young Shinigami that hadn't been blessed with a good life all she could see from his soul was torment and pain. While her heart would break for one of her own race that went through this type of life she didn't really feel anything for this boy. He was a Shinigami and while he wasn't one of the Shinigami that caused the eliminate of her people he was strong enough that if he came upon one he more than likely would be able to and wouldn't think twice about going against the law of Soul Society she could feel that much about him.

That's why Takara was going to kill this boy before he ever got the chance to eliminate a Mod Soul. Takara walked up to the tree that she could sense the Shinigami on the other side of getting about twenty feet from the tree and than connecting with the Omega Arsenal. The Shinigami was starting to move Takara could hear the sound of his body moving yet could tell that he was still almost right up against the tree. Manifesting a giant shuriken from the Omega Arsenal Takara would launch it forward at a speed of 500 towards the tree. In the next instant the shuriken would cut through the bark and body of the tree while rotating clock-wise in an attempt to cut the Shinigami in half from behind.

Standing with his back to the tree Tsukuyomi believed that in his current position he was actually keeping at least his back safe as there was no way for someone to make an attack from a distance when there was no visual sight of him from that direction. He kept that thought in his mind for a brief moment until he realized that such a thought was naïve as in the world of spiritual individuals there was always a chance that this feeling he was getting was being given off by someone that could in fact disregard the tree all together. Luckily for him Tsukuyomi ears had been trained from birth due to his birth defect that he had eventually evolved from known as blindness.

Thanks to his senses Tsukuyomi picked up the sound of something moving throughout the air behind him it wasn't when the shuirken moved forward towards the tree it was when the shuriken began to rotate that Tsukuyomi picked up on the noise that it was making. It was at that moment that the young Shinigami knew that whatever sensation he was getting at the moment was more than likely justified and as such executed the step technique known as Shunpo. In that instant Tsukuyomi was no longer next to the tree known he was about ten feet to the left turning around which allowed him to see the individual that had been giving him the sensation and just attacked him.

Tsukuyomi moved to fast to actually see what had just been used to attack him. At the moment he could make out the appearance of a woman that looked to be in her early twenties with a body that caused the young man to blush and hate his impulses as a male. She looked to be no different than a normal female that was wearing a black workout clothing with her hair tied up. Tsukuyomi couldn't actually tell why she had attacked him or what she was which just served to remind him that at some point he had to develop his ability to sense energy. Gazing out of the corner of his left eye Tsukuyomi tried to see what had just been used to cut the tree in half which he now saw was laying on the grass. The problem was though that there was no weapon to see.

Whatever this woman had just used against him if anything at all Tsukuyomi wouldn't tell for there was nothing left to see. She had some sort of ability though or weapon and one thing was clear; she intended to kill him. His hands moving to the opposite sides of his waist gripping ahold of his zanpakuto Tsukuyomi was ready to defend himself against this woman. "Why are you attacking me? I didn't do anything to you now did I? Who are you?" Tsukuyomi just asked some brief questions to which he didn't expect any type of reply. This woman had the look of someone that wasn't in a good mood or even gave a crap about what he thought or felt.

She was someone with a goal and she was going to do everything she could to complete that goal and at the moment as far as Tsukuyomi could tell that was killing him. Tsukuyomi had no intention of dying though especially not to someone that he didn't even know. So unless this woman simply gave him an answer and then walked away he knew this was going to become a battle for survival. Drawing both of his zanpakuto at the same time Tsukuyomi couldn't afford to hold back against someone that he knew nothing about. For all he knew this was someone that could challenge his former Captain or even some of the other Captains in Soul Society. He decided that it was better to be prepared than suffer later.

The normal non-impressive looking wakashi that Tsukuyomi drew from the right side of his hip and held in his left hand suddenly was engulfed in blue fire the body of the wakashi shifting into something far more crude. The change in the body of the wakashi wasn't the only difference though as now the handle was wrapped in black leather that moved up Tsukuyomi's left arm beneath his clothing up to his shoulder. On the opposite side of his body the much longer katana changed more so than the wakashi as the form became that of a crescent sword. A long beautiful weapon that shined with a silver body reflecting the sunlight that was shining downwards upon the park.

The long crescent blade held tightly in his right hand matched to some degree the crude wakashi in his left hand. The blades were nothing alike yet just as the wakashi had black leather that wrapped up Tsukuyomi's arm the crescent sword had silver chains that did the same moving up his arm to his shoulder. These zanpakuto were connected to Tsukuyomi and both of them were ready to fight against this woman. She had come with the intention of killing him, but he and his zanpakuto were going to change that. She was very soon going to be simply looking for some way to survive.

"So what's her problem? I don't get it why'd she attack you from behind and for what reason?" Honshitsu hopped around with her hands held behind her back holding her zanpakuto form the crude wakashi with her left hand. Tsukuyomi could hear her humming and wasn't sure if she understood the situation that he was currently in at the moment. She always seemed to be in a good mood when she wasn't having an argument with Mikoto. He had to be serious right now which meant that he couldn't hold back and while he agreed with Honshitsu and didn't have any idea why this woman was attacking him he really didn't expect to get any answers.

Inside his inner world though there was the other zanpakuto spirit the one that continued to push him to even greater heights and while she was controlling and saw herself as the leader she had greater knowledge than even he. Mikoto the female warrior of silver moonlight stood about seven feet away with his arms crossed and the crescent sword imbedded in the surface of the moon on her right side. "You can't afford to hold back against this woman Tsukuyomi. She doesn't appear to have any sort of emotional resonation towards you meaning that she won't hesitate to kill you if you give her that chance. So I'll make this simply use both myself and this annoying girl to kill her first."

There was a moment of silence, but Tsukuyomi realized that he was correct to release both of his zanpakuto at the same time. This was still strange though it was the first time that Mikoto had been willing to work alongside Honshitsu normally hating the idea and even threatening Tsukuyomi should he use both of their powers as one. Honshitsu at the moment was standing in front of Mikoto with an angry look written across her face. "I'm not annoying you old hag!" shouted Honshitsu at Mikoto who simply psuhed the smaller spirit to the side and starred at Tsukuyomi. "Finish this quickly or else you simply give this woman more chances to succeed."

Just like that Tsukuyomi was back in the park in the bright sunlight starring at the woman who had attacked him holding both of his shikai at the ready. There was one last thing though that was new about this situation the fact that Tsukuyomi now had three white moons the size of basketballs circling around him. Focusing his reiatsu into the silver blade of his shikai Mikoto though Tsukuyomi crafted two additional moons that quickly moved forwards. Tsukuyomi had a plan to eliminate this woman in a way that she more than likely wouldn't see coming as he had thought about it in the past yet never been able to try it out in actual combat.

Holding Mikoto outwards Tsukuyomi caused the two moons that he had just made to rush forward at 500 speed while they moved forward though Tsukuyomi raised Honshitsu and slashed at the air in a horizontal manner leaving behind in the wake of his blade a trail of blue fire. Just like that the trail of fire rushed forwards catching up to the sphere of influence of the white moons causing the fire around the moons to be pulled around the moons. As they reached roughly five feet from the woman the moons would be surrounded in blue fire. There was a moon to each side of the woman that were only about three feet apart and even past them on the sides was still the line of blue fire which meant if she evaded to the side she'd be cut and caught by the fire.

Takara stood watching as the giant shuriken that she had manifested from the Omega Arsenal flew forward through the spectrum of spavce towards the back of the tree. In the next instant she knew that the blades of the shuriken which were spinning creating a chainsaw like effect would slice through the bark of the tree along with the inner wood of it's body until it would finally reach the other side and cut through the body of the Shinigami that was standing on the other side. The fact that the Shinigami had stood a few moments ago was an indicator that perhaps he was able to tell something was wrong or that something would happen or even more possibly that she was there.

Takara wasn't someone that was good at hiding her reiatsu or perhaps she was the fact of the matter is though that she had never really given it any thought in the last few months. The only time that she had actually thought about submissing her reiatsu was when she was confined to the stuffed wolf that had been her body prior to the beautiful body that she now inhabited as her own. What was even more surprising though was that Takara was able to sense the incredibly swift spike in this Shinigami's reiatsu. It was obvious that he had been able to tell something had happened and just prior to the attack that would have caused his death was able to execute Shunpo in order to get away preserving his own life for a few more moments.

It seemed that this Shinigami was slightly more special then Takara knew even though she already had ample knowledge that this young boy was in fact a Nakkabakki and not a pure blood Shinigami. He was one of the rare Shinigami that were able to develop two separate Zanpakuto which he now drew against her and released at the same time. Takara took care to analyze both of the zanpakuto that were now the weapons of her foe. Although her face and body language appeared apathetic with no care to her whatsoever when it came to the Shinigami her eyes were moving throughout the battlefield that had been created around them.

The long katana that this young Shinigami had drawn and released had turned into a crescent blade of silver that was most likely the cause for the three white orbs that now rotated around him at a speed that Takara suspected wasn't the actual limitation of them. "A battlefield manipulator it seems. Now what of the other." Takara thought to herself as she scanned the small crude looking wakashi that had yet to show any distant sign of it's ability. It was at this point that the boy asked why she had attacked him. "Sorry, but it's really quite simple despite my appearance I'm not a very complicated woman. You're a Shinigami or at least half of one and will kill any of my people without hesitation if one of your superiors gives you the order and that's not something that I can allow to happen. So I'm left with no other choice than to simply kill you right now."

Takara wasn't lying to this boy or pretending that her reason for attempting to kill him was anything other than the truth that she had just spoken to him. He was her enemy for no other reason than for following the laws of Soul Society which would eventually lead him to if he ever got the chance killing another Mod Soul that never deserved such a cruel fate. This was when the true battle between Mod Soul and Shinigami began as the young boy crafted a new set of white moons from his silver zanpakuto that quickly moved forward towards Takara who was watching everything in front of her as it occurred.

She was analyzing everything that this boy was doing regardless of whether it was small or big made no difference for she was going to learn his method of combat and the abilities of his zanpakuto and then she'd crush him like the boy he ultimately happened to be. His moons moved at an impressive speed that Takara had rarely seen obtained through projectiles outside of Quincy. However, she quickly called upon the connection between her and the Omega Arsenal strengthening the bond they shared in order to manifest even more powerful and modern weaponry. The moons were approximately ten feet from Takara when suddenly two assault rifles that could be seen in actual war in far off lands on Earth appeared on both her sides.

Takara was quickly making work of the list within her mind that she had thought about in order to quickly obtain victory over this child. Utilizing her ability as a Mod Soul she executed the technique known as Function Terminate in order to cut off the sense known as Hearing from her gigai meaning that she was now deaf and noise would cause her now harm. A single milli-second afterwards the assault rifles began to fire off the clips that were loaded into them sending bullets flying through the air right at the moons that were now wrapped in the blue fire of the Shinigami's second zanpakuto.

Takara didn't know what these blue flames were capable of doing and although she was curious of the possibilities she realized that she wouldn't ever need to find out if she simply killed him now and his zanpakuto would never be able to effect anything else ever. The bullets that flew throughout the air in the space between the moons and Takara moved at a speed superior to the moons themselves and would collide with the moons. Although the penetration power of the bullets were actually weakened due to the ability of the blue fire they were still enough to get through the body of the moons causing them to crack apart until nothing was left and the reiatsu that formed them disappeared leaving the blue fire to simply fall downwards due to the no longer present gravitational pull.

This wasn't the only thing that Takara had been able to achieve though as Tsukuyomi was going to be facing a different problem at the same time his offensive method of attack had been thwarted. Above Takara approximately ten feet above and two feet ahead of her manifested at an angle downwards towards Tsukuyomi was now a crude looking cannon that could be dated back to the time period of the American Civil War. Just as it was manifested from the Omega Arsenal the cannon was fired sending out a small cloud of dust and smoke along with the small yet heavy ball of metal that now traveled downwards aimed to strike Tsukuyomi's chest.

Takara's aim was perfect there wasn't a better mathematical processor that could hold a fight against the spiritual world in existence and she used that specific skill to her advantage. At the moment it meant that Tsukuyomi was going to be kept on his toes and she was going to eventually pin him down or simply finish him in a single fell swoop of her power as the Mod Soul who would usher in a time of peace and protection for her people. It didn't matter how long Tsukuyomi was able to survive against her or if he'd even survive past this first exchange as the end of this battle would be the same regardless of how long it'd take. He'd be laying dead in this park and she'd return to Uzaki Enterprises and continue preparing for her plan to come together.

The young Kawada stood upon both of his feet watching as the white moons of Mikoto rushed forward through the spectrum of space between himself and the Mod Soul woman that was standing in front of him now as a definite adversary. She had answered his question and it seemed that based upon the way she spoke to him she knew he was different than the typical Shinigami. However, that didn't seem to make any difference to her though as she continued with her statements and ultimately her offensive method of defending herself afterwards. It seemed that she believed due to the simple fact that Tsukuyomi was a Shinigami he would inevitably kill a Mod Soul and she wasn't going to allow such a thing to occur.

In truth Tsukuyomi although he knew he'd be fighting for his life against this Mod Soul who had already displayed powers that could very well lead to his death by her hands he couldn't bring himself to hate her for the simple reason that he actually could understand her motivation. To be perfectly honest Tsukuyomi actually actually felt like this Mod Soul was an exceptional individual for making this decision for no other reason than protecting the others of her race. However, he also felt that perhaps she was simply saying that when in reality she was being led by her hate for the creators of her race that now were seeking to eradicate them.

Whatever the actual reason for her attacking him and wishing death upon him though didn't really matter as Tsukuyomi wished to survive and continue living so he was going to do everything within his ability to succeed at doing just that. As Honshitsu's blue flames wrapped themselves around the white moons of Mikoto thanks to the gravitational pull that the moons possess in regards to reiatsu Tsukuyomi wasn't expecting the Mod Soul to do anything more than perhaps disappear through the execution of whatever step technique they possessed. That wasn't the case though and as he stood watching awaiting the chance to strike whenever his foe moved his eyes widened in surprise.

Above the woman that was dressed in work out clothing with her long black hair tied up into a ponytail appeared two objects that Tsukuyomi hadn't ever seen before and thus didn't have any idea what they were actually able to do. All he did know was that whatever these objects that looked to be some sort of long black colored . . well whatever they were. Tsukuyomi had never seen a firearm before. He'd never faced off against a foe that possessed one nor did Soul Society possess them and even though he was now the leader of the war division he had no knowledge of them. He assumed though that whatever was above her now had to be some sort of weapon meant to fire upon him so that the moons would stop moving towards her.

That was where she would mess up for the moons weren't going to stop moving towards her whether or not he evaded whatever type of attack she was planning and that would secure Tsukuyomi's foothold in this battle of survival between the both of them. However, the young Kawada as experienced as he was in combat couldn't have been further from the truth. He had no other choice, but to watch as the weapons that he assumed to have been summoned to attack him suddenly began to cause loud noise in a repetitive manner over and over again which took Tsukuyomi off guard, leaving him off guard for a moment as he witnessed his moons suddenly crumbling apart and the blue fire dropping to the ground a few feet from the Mod Soul.

"What the hell is going on? What did she do? What do those weapons do?" his thoughts rushing throughout his mind as his grip on both Mikoto and Honshitsu tightened as what felt like desperation gripped like a vice around his heart. How could this be happening? Tsukuyomi had faced off against many ranged practitioners in the past mainly that utilized kido as they main source of combat yet whatever this Mod Soul had just done was different. He had only seen his moon crumble apart after the sound from those things began which meant they were the cause, but how was beyond him at the moment. Just like that though he noticed something new even farther above the Mod Soul.

There was now something else above her that was much much bigger then whatever she had summoned previously to destroy his moons. What appeared above her now looked as if it were a cannon yet how could that be? How was it hovering above her in the air as if there was no gravity whatsoever? Tsukuyomi had so many questions running throughout his head yet as he noticed the new weapon he realized that it's barrel was aimed directly at his current location which meant only one thing. He was the target of this weapon and it was better to get out of the way while he could then only assume what it was capable of doing and risk being wrong.

So in the following instant as the cannonball was fired from the cannon that had appeared above the Mod Soul Tsukuyomi would vanish from his location just as he waved Mikoto forwards in the direction of the Mod Soul. The three remaining moons that had been continuing to rotate around him as he stood now rushed forwards at the speed of 500 right towards the Mod Soul like the last two had done. The cannonball though in the following moment would slam into the ground right where Tsukuyomi had been standing causing an eruption of dirt, grass and smoke to rise up from the area as it was blown apart from the impact of the projectile weapon.

Tsukuyomi reappearing in that very instant as the results of the cannonball were displayed in what was widely accepted as reality. He was now located standing on a new patch of grass in the park roughly twenty feet to the right of where he had been while being only about five feet from the Mod Soul. Holding Mikoto in front of him he waved her forwards sending out the newly formed condensed form of his reiatsu that took on the sphere form of the white moons. These two new moons rushed forwards just as the three others nearly were upon this Mod Soul and now with the small distance between Tsukuyomi and his moons to the Mod Soul Tsukuyomi was confident that he had gotten her this time.

The idea of using Honshitsu at the moment wasn't even in his head although he was still holding onto her. Tsukuyomi had to calm down and think about what was going on and not just rushing this opponent and trying to take her out before she could summon any more weapons that he didn't have knowledge about for his own safety. Honshitsu hadn't seen nearly as much combat experience as Mikoto who was Tsukuyomi's zanpakuto of choice in most situations due to her massive versatility. While Honshitsu was a great aid to Tsukuyomi in this battle for survival due to her ability at the moment the young Kawada had to regather himself for he was simply relying on his instincts and not his strategy to emerge victorious.

While Takara wasn't in her typical attire her stance was reverting back to the normal one that she would take whenever facing off against any individual. Due to the limitations between her and the Omega Arsenal Takara wasn't able to actually move all that much while she was connected to it or else she risked disconnection and thus all of her weapons would vanish and she wouldn't be able to materialize others until she was still for a brief moment. That was why she stood still with both of her arms crossed over her mid section beneath her bust that regardless of what she wore always overshadowed her small, thin forearms.

Unlike the shinigami that she was facing off against she could see everything that he was able to do at least so far and wasn't taken aback by any of it. She had faced off against individuals that could manifest fire in some way or another not to mention all of the information of different abilities that each race possessed pertaining to that specific element. She would admit and had thought about it when she first saw it though that she didn't have all that much knowledge on blue colored fire which meant that it was either far more intense in heat or possessed some sort of unique ability. Takara assumed the latter of which due to the fire coming from this shinigami's zanpakuto.

They didn't seem to effect the bullets that were fired from the assault rifles of the Omega Arsenal though as Takara witnessed the white orbs that were now engulfed in the blue flames shatter apart as if they were made of glass. She knew for sure at that moment that regardless of what the flames could do they weren't effective enough. They didn't possess enough heat to melt the bullets fast enough that they couldn't still penetrate through solid matter. Nor did they possess an ability that would allow them to prevent the bullets from tearing through them and getting to whatever was behind them which meant this shinigami was done for if he relied on them.

In the following moment though Takara also witnessed that this young Shinigami possessed more than the standard skill she had come to expect from shinigami in terms of footwork and Hoho expertise. He had managed to execute Shunpo in time that the cannonball that had just been sent flying from the weapon above her didn't reach him in time despite the short distance between the both of them. This meant only one thing; he was fast and very skilled at Hoho. She would have to be careful against this boy and make sure that if he managed to get close to her he wouldn't have enough time to finish her off with either of his zanpakuto. Her disadvantage was obviously close range in this battle which meant that she would have to use that to her advantage.

It didn't seem to escalate to that immediately though like Takara expected it too. She had been expecting the young Shinigami to appear near her and attempt to strike her right away with one if not both of his zanpakuto's in an attempt to finish her as fast as possible now that he had seen that her weapons could destroy his zanpakuto's abilities. She was somewhat surprised though as the young Shinigami appeared after executing Shunpo only a mere five feet from her on her side. He had definitely put some distance between where he had been standing and where he was right now, but he was far to close to her. She'd have to make sure to either eliminate him right here and now or pressure him enough that he'd fall back away from her.

Immediately after appearing to her side the Shinigami swung the silver zanpakuto that he had in what Takara assumed to be his dominate hand based on the fact that he seemed to rely on that Zanpakuto more so than the one that could generate blue fire. As he waved his zanpakuto though Takara could see from the corner of her eye as she began to turn her head. Two white orbs of reiatsu rushed from the crescent shaped zanpakuto right towards her at surprising speeds. They were indeed fast and if Takara didn't do something about them she'd be hit and lose connection with all of the weapons that she had already manifested from the Omega Arsenal. So that left her with only a moment to react on instinct alone as she manifested the next issue of weaponry from the arsenal outside of time itself.

Suddenly as the white orbs of reiatsu continued to rush towards Takara two long broad swords manifested from nothingness just as the other weapons had seemed to only moments ago. As they were manifested the broad swords swung downwards vertically the grayish color of each blade slicing through the white reiatsu that formed the moons that were nearly upon Takara. It was as if the orbs were simply made of butter with how effortlessly the blades slashed throughout their bodies. In the moment that followed the rifles that had already been manifested from the Omega Arsenal were re-positioned and in that next instant fired upon this young Shinigami. Takara could see how fast this Shinigami was and aimed towards thighs of this Shinigami with the plan of slowing him down enough that killing him could be easily accomplished.

Takara was prepared for this young Shinigami to suddenly disappear once again, but as she continued to review his physical movements what she had been witnessing so far was a lack of aggressive frontal movement. It was actually quite the oddity from what Takara had experienced against other Shinigami. She was always expecting Shinigami to execute Shunpo in the hopes of closing the distance between them and herself and then quickly end her by slashing her with their zanpakuto. This young one especially seemed to fit into the type of Shinigami that would flourish under such a tactic. He was fast and skilled with more than a single blade not to mention his obvious skill in Hoho. Why he hadn't rushed her was a question that Takara was studying in order to answer.

While there weren't that many bullets fired off at the young Shinigami compared to how many Takara could easily manifest through the body of other firearms manifested from the Omega Arsenal the two rifles that were already manifested fired off in rapid succession one right after the other guided by Takara's vision and mental prowess adjusting to any movement that this Shinigami might make. While he was fast there was a pretty good chance that at least one of the bullets that had been just shot off towards his legs would hit the mark and leave him in sever pain and hopefully limit him enough that these hit and run attempts wouldn't continue.

[Tsukuyomi Kawada]

Tsukuyomi felt the grass beneath his feet get pushed down from his body weight as his accelerated movement ceased after executing Shunpo. He was in position and now as he swung Mikoto and sent out the two white moons from her towards this Mod Soul he was sure that he had gotten her at least to some degree. There was no way that someone could react fast enough to his moons when there was such a small distance between them. What he had seen so far told him that This Mod Soul possessed the ability to freely create or summon weapons and use them mentally. There was no way that she could process everything that was going on and react in time.

That was what led Tsukuyomi into one of the toughest situations he'd ever gotten himself into. He allowed himself to assume things about his opponent after only seeing a small amount about her. Jumping to conclusions in the heat of battle was something that he had been taught not to do by his former Captain. This wasn't because of a lack of training, but more his inexperience and young nature failing him against someone that possessed features that he didn't yet understand. As he watched the white moons rush forwards he was sure that in the next instant they'd both smack right into this Mod Soul and send her flying backwards more than likely breaking the bones in the body that she was inside of right now and that'd be the end of it.

He was shocked to see though that as his moons were right about at her little more than two feet from her suddenly there were broad swords in their pathway. "How can she think so fast." thought Tsukuyomi as he swung Honshitsu sending out a horizontal wave of crescent blue flames towards this Mod Soul in the hope that if the moons couldn't reach her in time than perhaps the fire could and she'd be forced to show a weakness or give him a chance to attack. He watched as the white moons of Mikoto were sliced apart as if they were apples being prepared for lunch. How her blades were this sharp and could so easily destroy his moons was unknown and frankly frightening to Tsukuyomi.

He was almost to caught up in everything especially with the distance between them to notice that the strange weapons that she had summoned not even ten full seconds ago were now back to being aimed at him. Based on what he had seen last time these weapons worked basically the same as a bow. Firing some sort of small projectile out from them towards him. The problem was the the object that they fired was incredibly small, fast and possessed enough force to actually destroy his moons as well. This Mod Soul seemed to have enough experience with her ability that she knew what to summon for both ranged and close combat and it was getting more difficult to find a weakness.

He began to step forward thinking that if he couldn't defeat her from a distance than the best course of action would be to get right up in her face and finish her off as fast as possible. As he stepped forwards though and held tightly onto both Honshitsi and Mikoto he felt a sharp pain through his left thigh. It was enough pain and shock that actually standing and continuing to move forward was next to impossible. Tsukuyomi lifting his left foot off the ground would disappear executing Shunpo once again to get away from the remaining projectiles that were being fried at him from the strange weapons that were hovering over the Mod Soul.

He'd reappear a moment later now on the opposite side of the Mod Soul his leg bleeding badly, but at this new vantage point Tsukuyomi could see more clearly the effect of these strange yet powerful weapons that the Mod Soul was able to summon. He quickly looked at where he had been standing just a moment ago and could see that the grass itself was being penetrated and seemed to be exploding a small amount as dirt and grass itself was being sent into the air a small amount. What he could see easily though was that whatever was causing the ground to act like this the small projectiles that these weapons seemed to be able to fire out of them they were dangerous and possibly lethal.

He couldn't waste anymore time or try to analyze her powers any further than this he had to eliminate her right now otherwise now with the danger to his leg he was placing himself in to much danger. This Mod Soul was smart and she seemed to possess an ability that could truly rival or even surpass his zanpakutos and could kill him. He had no intention or dying. So his already tight grip on his zanpakutos got even tighter as he executed Senka and would disappear only a moment or two after executing Shunpo. He'd move forwards at the Mod Soul at a speed even faster than what he could accomplish with Shunpo and as he stepped passed her he'd slash her arms just below the connection to the shoulders.

His zanpakutos would bite down through the flesh that made up this Mod Soul's current body striking bone, but not cutting through them completely. Blood would immediately start to spray from the wounds even as Tsukuyomi would appear directly in front of the Mod Soul on the other side. He was likely going to be looking the Mod soul right in her eyes now and placing himself in danger once again. So as fast as he could Tsukuyomi would slash again raising both of his zanpakuto's upwards to cut her arms in the same position that he had just done on the opposite side. He wasn't the strong of shinigami, but this should be enough. Enough to cut her arms right from her body and hopefully end this battle right here.

This battle was starting to show some results thought Takara as she watched the Shinigami that for the last minute or so had been standing off against her doing his best to constantly evade her weapons. The white orbs that resembled moons that his crescent zanpakuto were able to form were moving towards her, but like before the bullets of her rifles simply tore through them shattering it before it reached her. Whatever these orbs could do Takara wasn't completely sure, but it wouldn't matter so long as she continued to destroy them prior to getting any closer then they had managed to so far.

In retaliation against the destruction of his white orb this young Shinigami swung his other smaller wakashi zanpakuto sending out yet another wave of blue fire that grew longer the farther it traveled. The distance between the both of them wasn't that much so the blue wave of fire that he had just sent out towards her didn't grow that much and by the time it got within five feet of her Takara had already positioned the swords that she had summoned from the Omega Arsenal only seconds ago to deal with the white orb to now being positioned in a wide stance anticipating the wave which now smashed into the swords.

The wave broke apart into three separate sections now as the fire covered the swords that were in front of Takara keeping her body from being hit by the wave of flames while the other sections of the wave continued onward to her sides until they finally hit the ground and began to burn the grass roughly fifteen feet behind her. The scene of Takara now was something that no foe would want to challenge as there were multiple projectile weapons hovering above her along with the two broadswords in front of her now re-positioning themselves as the blue fire continued to burn on them. Takara kept her eyes on the Shinigami feeling the rise in his reiatsu as he executed shunpo to appear beside her.

Takara was quick to gaze at her side relying on her peripheral vision to see the shinigami. Now though when she had been ready to begin firing out at him and finish this battle now did she feel his reiatsu spike even more than it had less than a moment ago. He was going to do something that required more reiatsu than a simple execution of Shunpo. She wasn't all that sure what he was going to do with the damage that she had managed to inflict on his thigh. She could see the blood pouring out from the wound although she couldn't really see the wound itself she could see his clothing saturated in the crimson liquid now.

She was going to need to defend against whatever it was he was planning to utilize against her right now yet that was a natural response perhaps she could counter him or strike him prior to him even being able to utilize whatever it was he was focusing his reiatsu to use against her. That was what the Mod Soul decided would be the best decision against this young Shinigami that had only been utilizing swordplay against her with the exception of his zanpakuto abilities. The only real techniques of his race that he had been employing throughout this battle had been physical or step in nature meaning that his arsenal was perhaps extremely limited.

Bullets were fired from the rifles positioned above Takara towards the Shinigami at her side aimed to pierce into his chest yet just as the bullets were fired from the rifles the Shinigami vanished and Takara could feel a sharp cold pain on her shoulders as the Shinigami stepped past her delivering two quick slashes across her shoulders just above the section that connected her shoulders to her arms. Blood was pouring from the wounds that he had just inflicted upon her down her arms now and yet she ignored the pain to the best of her abilities. She was getting ready to turn her head and the top half of her body along with it when she realized that the Shinigami's reiatsu although less was still spiked from the base line.

He was still going to use another step technique or perhaps something else. His attack against her wasn't done yet and she had to do something now. The Shinigami appeared in front of her and she re-positioned her rifles to aim down at him when she felt the swing of his crescent zanapktuo slash against her flesh. She couldn't contain the loud shrill scream of pain that escaped from her as her arms dropped to the grass beside her. This Shinigami was attacking her with rapid quick slashing attacks so fast that she couldn't predict what he was going to do fast enough. She couldn't keep up with him. Reactivate fighting wasn't going to claim victory over this Shinigami anymore.

This Shinigami wouldn't defeat her so easily though and now Takara was going to go on the offensive. An explosion of dirt behind the Shinigami along with the loud boom of the canon being fired from above Takara directly behind him would hopefully by her a moment. In the moment that followed that impact the two swords that Takara had manifested from the Omega Arsenal only moments ago that were now alight with the Shinigami's own blue flames spun around Takara like the blades of a saw. If this Shinigami didn't move he'd suffer a similar fate that he had just inflicted upon Takara. The broadswords would slash into his chest leaving not only a deep cut, but the fire to burn his flesh as well.

It didn't matter though whether or not the blades inflicted the maximum potential wounds or not even if they missed him all together he was as good as beaten now that Takara was angry. She manifested a new weapon one that Takatra hadn't actually ever utilized in battle against anyone before yet a simple one that many would view as outdated. A whip of brown coloration that looked to be made from an ancient time lashed out at the Shinigami to not only strike at his left arm where his wakashi was held, but also wrap around his forearm to keep him from evading away from her again. In that next moment the rifles above her were in position and would fire aimed to penetrate through his shoulders.
