Hell Down Under [UE, Medium, NDE]

The armadillo's arm was successfully pulled out of socket, lying limp at his side, but he wasn't about to get blown up from the inside without putting up a fight. As soon as the Nakabakki noticed that its torso was locked at no speed, hanging in the air from the string, he breathed in deep and howled. This Howlburst would throw Marcus back quite a ways with its 600 strength, right into a pile of Hason dogs. The creatures snarled and snapped at him with their flaming fangs which could do some serious damage if he wasn't careful. He had to be especially careful not to stop himself with his strings lest the 600 strength force deal quite a lot of impact damage to him by suddenly stopping.

Meanwhile, Kitai was going after the shade. As he hurtled to the ground, the shadowy figure transformed his body to combat the threat. He was suddenly armored, with a flaming core at his chest. Kitai would find a large red shield put up in his way that he'd crash into. Once he hit that, or even if he avoided it in midair to still crash on the ground, the shade would step backwards with a small pillar of fire left where he had been before. But the figure didn't go far. He stepped back just ten feet to stay away from the madman hurtling downwards. He changed again, his left arm becoming like fire. A swarm of sparks left the arm, burrowing themselves into the ground where they stayed for the time being. And then... the shade just sat and waited for whatever came next.

The blast from the hason sent Marcus flying backward. Had he continued in his path unhindered, he’d meet with an eager pack of wolves waiting to devour him. The fullbringer had no intention of getting eaten alive, however. As he shot through the air, unable to slow himself, Marcus mentally commanded the kunai above to swoop down just above him and anchor him to the string. Now, while he was stuck to the kunai, he didn’t set his velocity at zero. He maintained his initial speed at first, instructing the kunai to climb upward and avoid the hason dogs. Over a period of ten seconds, he reduced his speed along the string until he could stop without damaging himself.

There was still another kunai circling over the armadillo. Marcus was tempted to follow a path back to the armadillo, but he recalled the second crystal that hadn’t been taken care of yet. To destroy it would likely release another monster similar to the armadillo, but Marcus would have to worry about fighting those creatures later. For now, he needed to stop more beasts from spawning. He commanded his kunai to fly toward the other crystal as Marcus followed it through the string at a speed of 300. When he neared the crystal, the kunai dove downward, allowing Marcus to tap the stone with his hand as he flew past. With that small contact, he left an imprint of his reiatsu that would expode with a force equal to his reiatsu strength. It should be enough to break the crystal. The kunai led Marcus back up into the air, where he would await the arrival of a new demon to battle.

Kitai slammed into the red barrier like a meteor, hitting it with a booming explosion, audible for miles. Still it held true, and Kitai could only sneer at it. He jumped off, landing on the ground a moment later, once it was clear it wasn't worth his effort to break it. He landed on the ground with a soft thud, unintentionally showing more grace than he wanted to. He growled at the demonic spirit, wanting it dead and gone so he could go home. "Hehehehe, you think, hehe, you think a SHIELD will stop me!?" He yelled at it, insanity hanging off every word.

The now armored ghost called forth the elements, fire and lightning coating its hands, more than intimidating Kitai. He had a fear of the fire, of all fire. He hated how weak he was to it, how poorly he dealt with burns. Luckily for him, the monster embedded them into the earth. For what purpose he knew not, but it gave him an opening. Not even bothering to think, Kitai chose to blitz the monster. Activating his Willpower, Kitai dashed at the immobile creature with a speed of 900, fully intending on striking it with a 1200 strength punch to the head. Or body. "YEAHAHAHA! DIE DEMON!"

Well since Kitai's dead, Siggy's gone, and the thread didn't finish...

I... guess the only real rewards for this would go to Marcus?
