First off, I want to say... WOOHOO, THE REVAMPS ARE FINISHED. That took way too long. x.x
Anyway! This is only the first phase of the rule revamps. Now that the rules have been redone and clarified, that doesn't mean they are all there! Over time, there have been a lot of "unwritten rules" that have come into play, little things that have been forgotten or not written down because they're known off-hand. I personally do not know many of these, as they tend to be individual rulings.
So what do we do? Simple. Post any "unwritten" rules here, or rules that might have been overlooked. I will confirm them as they are recorded, and if they are legitimate rules, they will be added into the Amendments to be edited into the proper spots later when I have the time to figure out where they go.
Below, I will also make a list of rules that have been confirmed as legitimate or not; please do not add ones that have already been asked about!

CONFIRMED RULES
- Status effects such as illusions, poisons, auras, stat reduction, and similar abilities, as well as barriers, defenses, traps, areas of effect, containment areas, guarding areas, and similar, can all be overpowered by 3x reiatsu strength superiority (or in the case of defensive powers such as Zeruel's statue stance, 3x offensive power superiority), or 2 class superiority (in the case of status effects), by default, with or without being stated in an ability. This means a reiatsu strength which has 3x superiority to either the reiatsu strength or spiritual pressure of the opponent, depending on which is the currently in use offensive stat. This is true of all powers which are status effect powers or special defensive powers, such as mental manipulation, assault on stats, poison, Enma's "solid," Rave's Bankai borders, etc. Note that Class 0 techniques are the exception to this rule. This 3x superiority to break effects cannot be used by anyone of inferior class.
