Dimitri was sitting peacfully beside a small stream, Watching the fish swim by, Hearing the soft noise of the water moving down stream, The cool wind flowing around him, His hair blowing with the soft wind. This was the first time in a while that he actually got to sit down and just relax, It was nice to relax, No fighting, No worries, Nothing but him an nature. He like to get out every once and a while and feel human again, However he knew he would never truely feel human again, He was stuck as a Shinigami, He was not upset about it as much anymore, He only wished that one more time could he feel and BE human again. He simply sat there by the stream enjoying the gargling brook, The sounds of the bird's around, And the animals that he occasionally saw walking about. He leaned back closing his eyes, As he began to doze off abit.

A lone figure was walking through the darkness cast by the storm clouds within the Shadow Kingdom. The figure's steps were slow, slightly cautious as he moved forward. The figure moved silently though so as not to attract attention. As a flash of lightning crashed down, the light from the bolt lit up the figure's appearance. It was a man, middle aged from the looks of it. Probably in his late 20's, yet his brown eyes told something different. They told of maturity and of age. The man had black hair which was slightly grayed and went down to the back of his neck while spiking up slightly in the back. Bangs hung slightly down on his forehead as well. The man's tanned skin complexion gave the impression that he had lived all his life in the desert, which he had not.
In terms of clothing, the man wore a white longsleeve shirt which was unbuttoned slightly at the top to reveal the top part of his clavicle bone slightly. Over the longsleeve white shirt, he wore a dark blue hoodie which wass unzipped. The hoodie had the Bount symbols stitched onto the chest on each side of the midline. On the back of the hoodie, there was a much larger stitching of the Bount symbol, covering the whole backside. On his lower half, the figure wore simple baggy khaki pants with black sneakers. Over all of this, he wore an unzipped black leather trenchcoat that reached down to his ankles. The collar of the trenchcoat was upturned as well to hide the sides of his face slightly. His appearance would instantly give him away, for this was Jin Yamada, the Leader of the Bount. He had been told to come here by the voice in his head. He wasn't sure why, but he was going to find out. It was never good to ruin a surprise, and he kind of enjoyed those.

"It feels as if I've been here before. Nostalgic, yet annoying." Faust muttered to himself in a low growl.
Indeed, his dark armor seemed to glow faintly amidst the dark area of the Shadow Kingdom. He didn't know what's up, nor why he was there. But somehow, he felt that he needed to be there. Something had been scratching at the back of his mind, as if he was being literally pulled to someplace in the Shadow Kingdom. What was it? He did not know. All he knows is that the Shadow Kingdom was a treacherous and deceitful place, filled with danger at the most seemingly unexpected places. Faust knew that intruding on the domain may have repercussions, but somehow, his mind was telling him it was fine.
This better be good. My instincts can tell this place is a hell-hole. But for some reason, why does my mind keep telling me to push on? Perhaps the answers I seek is somewhere here.
He secured his swords and armor in their proper place, making sure he was prepared for anything. He gave a slight sigh before returning to his senses. He needed to find out just what was going on in his head. For the past few battles, he's had an eerie voice speaking directly to his head, one who identified itself as a certain 'Husk'. Just who that being was, Faust had no clue, but he certainly wanted to know. His mind was whirring with thoughts, or rather questions, regarding this 'Husk' and somehow, his mind was telling him that the answers are here, in the Shadow Kingdom.
Just one thing, though. Why are does he know that? Why does he think that the answers lie in the Shadow Kingdom? It was probably the last thing he would've thought were the answers lie. But why did the thought of it entered his head? Too enigmatic, perhaps, is the place he was on. And yet, he pushes forward.. In a seemingly unaffected manner
OOC: I'll post stats once Faust gets an Upgrade. xD
The entire Shadow Kingdom was eerie, dark. It was nothing but countless black towers all around, some of them stretching for miles into the air. The center of the Shadow Kingdom had one tower large than all of the others, enormous, easily the size of one thousand of those towers. This was the obvious destination. But. . .Why would anyone wish to go on? The Shadow Kingdom, could very well be what some would consider to be, Hell itself. All around, there was nothing but darkness, and the black towers. The sky was a dim, vaguely glowing dark red. The moon was a menacing, glowing black, and it was full. It cast the rays of black light down onto the world, barely illuminating anything. All around, figures marched aimlessly, just for the sake of walking. There were many people walking around, but none of them had any vestiges of hope left. They were all devoid of color, literally black and white as they walked around.
Their eyes held empty expressions, their mouths hung open. Every now and then, groans escaped from their lips. All of these people, they were nothing but shells, broken. And, all they did was walk around, ignoring everything, even each other. They walked around aimlessly, they did nothing but walk. Walking was all that was left to them. This was the obvious fate of any that stayed in this God Forsaken world for so long. This was a world devoid of any emotion whatsoever, and it was a world which could make even some of the most terrifying demons from hell shudder. It wasn't even that the place was creepy, it was that it was menacing, evil. It wasn't a place that could be fully described with words, it was only a place that could be visualized through sight. The horror of it all was incredible. The horror of this world, was somehow symbolic, of the evils, and corruption, of humanity.
It was almost as if, almost as if t here was nothing left but darkness, very similar to the idea of there being nothing left but hate. Everyone wandered around, and the towers loomed menacingly over them. Over where Dimitri Lucious was, a black portal ripped open, sucking him in. It opened up, and spit him out into the Shadow Kingdom, right next to Jin Yamada, who was wandering alone in this world. The two of them would end up traveling together as a result of this. Far away from them, Faust had the exact same destination as they did, except that he was alone for the moment. All across this barren, and forsaken world, all across this hell, there was nothing. Nothing but the towers. It was definitely weighing, such was definitely going to crash down on their minds. Why shouldn't it? This place was an abomination, the very materialization of evil.
That was when it started. A white hand ripped through the ground in front of Dimitri and Jin, clasping the rocky earth. A second one followed, and a humanoid beast slowly pulled itself out of the ground. It had a sagging beer belly, and the entire body was white. Red stripes of dried blood were visible across its arms and chest, where there were no nipples. The beast had clawed hands and feet, no genitals, and was completely naked. The face was the most horrifying, though. It had a circular opening for a mouth, with sharp fangs lining this mouth in two neat rows, one behind the other. The beast stuck its palms pointing towards Jin and Dimitri. What was visible, was an eye on each palm. The eyes had black cornea, crimson red iris, black pupils. They blinked once. The creature's eyes were on its palms, and it could see Dimitri and Jin with those eyes. From out of the ground, three dozen more of these creatures sprouted, stumbling and wobbling towards Jin and Dimitri, their mouths expanding to hiss every now and then. The beasts were, without a doubt, evil.
And, over where Faust was, these beasts were also materializing. Two dozen clawed their way out of the ground, stumbling towards Faust as well. He, unlike Dimitri and Jin, had experienced these beasts before. They were overwhelming because of their numbers. Last time, Faust had come here with the aid of Kuroi Naito, the Segunda Espada. Kuroi's Enma Cero had finished off the remnants of these beasts during their confrontation. There was no such backup here, Faust was on his own. He was stronger than he had been, but he was still at the point where it was hopeless to fend them all off with just a sword. There were too many. More and more kept coming. For Faust, for Dimitri and Jin, there were lots of these beasts, lots of little monsters to combat them, lots of enemies to daunt them. And, if they should be overtaken by these enemies, they would be trapped in this hell for the remainder of eternity.

Faust was walking a long an expansive lot when he saw the ground around him starting to burst out. He wasn't surprised at all, and kept his composure. Somehow, he saw this one coming, especially since they're in the Shadow Kingdom. Indeed, now he knows that he's been here before, and this little phenomenon confirmed it. He moved faster than before, and with that knowledge, he immediately, dodged the first few that tried to attack him. He had no time to idle around, not especially with these types of opponents. His battle-thrist was not as strong as most espadas, and he usually kept a level-head, especially when he can avoid opponents.
Of course, 2 dozen of these creatures aren't really easy to dodge, not when they've got the grounds covered. Faust managed to evade around half of them, but the rest was blocking his way. It seemed, he had no choice but to open a path with force. He immediately pulled out two swords, his nodachi, and his serrated blade. If they have the same powers as before, then Faust was expecting a rather tricky sword fight, that's why he had his serrated blade out. He moved cautiously, and deceptively among ranks of the creatures, hacking away those that tried to attack. His goal was to simply move from point A, to point B, and did not wanted to waste his strength fighting creatures like these. Twice had he ducked an incoming attack, and lashed out with his own sword, effectively decapitating 4 creatures at the same time, then moving lightly on his foot, performing several maneuvers with his foot that somehow, he learned to do.
However, to his surprise, more of the creatures appeared, bursting out of the ground. Faust's eyes widened, but not so much. He was getting annoyed, but he can't let his annoyance cloud his judgement. He needed to do something, and fast. He stretched out his nodachi to the opposite side, and concentrated his reiatsu towards the sword's tip. He was going to create his own way, with using the least amount of reiatsu as possible.
"Screw you." Faust muttered with a growl.
He swung his nodachi in a wide arc in front of him, horizontally, and aimed to take out a significant amount of creatures by severing the creature's heads in front of him. A white arc of reiatsu escaped from the nodachi mid swing, traveling at a high speed to the front, cutting off the creatures' head in front of him, effectively creating a path to go through. His Recorte Bala was effective, perhaps because his reiatsu strength has grown, or perhaps because the creatures were weak, or perhaps both. He didn't care, as he sped through the gap and rushed away. He didn't care about not finishing them. A cero would've done a more splendid job, but he didn't know what he'll face in the Shadow Kingdom, and so he wanted to conserve his powers just in case. He headed towards the library, not expecting to see anyone. The answers he was seeking would probably be there. Thing is, where is the library?
Faust's remaining Reiatsu: 1150/1500 (-300 because he starts with less reiatsu since his Hierro is off, -50 from Recorte Bala)

Flames slowly started to dance out of the ground, increasing in ferocity as they came, crawling, spewing, out of the very ground beneath Faust, forming a ring around him and the attackers, surrounding them. Someone didn't want him getting to the library. More and more of the creatures slowly began crawling out of the ground. This time, eyes began opening up on their chests as well, large ones. They all drew out two kodachis, one sword in each hand. They were moving faster than before, the pace having stepped up. They cautiously slashed at Faust, and did so with skilled maneuvers, twirls, flips, whatever could get through his guard while he was distracted by other enemies. They used each other as distractions, and they came towards him. He was trapped! The flames were not normal, they were black, and burned with an intense fierceness normal flames did not give off. The creatures, with their change, had become more skilled.
Now, they were fighting with more battle ability. It was not only ridiculously difficult now since there was over eight dozen of them, and Faust was stuck with them in a huge ring of black flames, but it didn't help at all that new enemies were starting to show up as well. Tougher enemies. Some of the emotionless humans. Blood spewed out of their mouths with a few coughs. They started making grosteque cough type noises, which were similar to growls, but they sounded like sick little coughs. Their eyes gained hunger, and a crazed insanity, menace inside of them. Not all of the wandering, emotionless humans because this way, just a lot of them. About 50 started running towards Faust. They literally jumped over the circle of flames, landing inside of it and running towards Faust. They weren't just running either. They were sprinting. It was as if they were full of adrenaline, and as if they were on steroids since obviously they were strong enough to jump over the giant flames.
It wasn't a good situation to be in. Faust was going to die if this was how it kept going on. If he was facing enemies like this, if he was facing these powerful foes, then he really was finished. They sputtered out blood as they came, and they were more formidable than the ground husk creatures. But, the ground husks were still there too. So, on top of a new enemy presenting itself, there was still the old enemy. Not only was the new one aggressive and strong, but it had numbers. The old one had increased the difficulty level, become stronger and more skilled, and increased the numbers too. This world seemed devoted to killing Faust. It was going to destroy him. IT WAS GOING TO DESTROY HIM! It had to stop. This was just bordering on more than ridiculous. It was an evil, evil world. It was cold, and dark. It was murderous.
The creatures kept on coming. Off in the distance, a figure cackled as it sat perched atop the tallest tower, which the library lay in. The figure was shrouded as a silhouette, with nothing but darkness and shadows. The only part that wasn't outlined in black was the glowing red eyes, and the sharp, glistening white teeth, perfectly straight and arranged as the figure cackled. No one could see the figure in the distance, for all were concentrating on their battles. And yet, the figure, with the cackle that it gave off, was more menacing than anything that those down below were battling. The figure, was the one orchestrating. The ruler of this world. The one watching those down below. Ka-Ek.

What am I even here for? How does coming here help me? There's nothing around. Jin though this as he walked within this bleak world. It was sad, depressing. He wasn't sure what to make of it. He continued walking, however, searching for clues as to what brought him here. He was wondering this when suddenly, a hole ripped open next to him and deposited someone. Jin was taken aback slightly by the sudden appearance of someone and stepped back a little. He then calmed himself, for his heart had begun racing. Calm yourself Jin. It's nothing. Jin stepped forward a little more and stared at the figure now before him.
He noticed the black robes, brown sandals, and white socks of the figure. Only one group of people wore those garbs. "Shinigami..." Jin muttered under his breath. His most hated enemy, dropping right out of thin air before him. He looked closer and noticed the face. Though shrouded a little in shadow, he could still make out some features. He could never forget that face. The shinigami who always messed up his plans. The one with whom he had fought against Kuroi with. Jin had never learned of his name, but he did know that he was a seated Shinigami.
"This time, I cannot let you live Shinigmai." Jin said as he lifted his right hand, pulling it back and preparing himself to spread his reiatsu into the arm to attack when a hand ripped up from the ground near him. He turned his head and looked, only to see a second hand pop up. Followed by the second hand was a hideous beast. It then pointed it's palms at Jin and the Shinigami, but there were eyes on it's palm. "What are you? What do you want?" Jin asked, when suddenly more of them popped up, three dozen to be exact. "Guess the calvary has arrived to greet us. This will have to wait. Zeige Dich, Sturm." Jin said with a smirk on his face as he pulled the keychain from his pocket. He held it in front of him, and there was a flash of light.
Before him appeared Sturm, who was wrapped within his black wings. Sturm then pushed his wings out from his body and stared at the beasts before him. "Truly a gruesome sight. Shall I eliminate them master Jin?" "Yes. Take them out with a tidal wave. Don't let them near." Jin said. Sturm nodded his head and then cupped his hands together. A ball of water began forming within his hands. He then slammed his hands into the ground, and the water within it pushed outwards, moving from where he was outwards in a 360 fashion around them, with Jin and Dimitri being the epicenter. The water rose high into the air, building up to form a tidal wave that surrounded them on all sides. It then moved towards the beasts surrounding them, freezing over as it did. It crashed down onto them, growing spikes on it as it did. It was now basically a spiked fly swatter as it crashed down onto the beasts near them. Jin wasn't sure if it would take them all out, but he knew for a fact that it could take out the front line of them. He was prepared to attack again if they did survive, even gathering reiatsu into his legs to prepare himself.
Reiatsu: 1100 Sturm's Reiatsu: 1100
"I'm tearing it all down. No structure. No Gods. No Masters. Just pure Anarchy..."
All of the beasts that came out were destroyed by Jin, only to be replaced by more. More beasts began crawling out of the ground. These new ones had eyes on their chests, and two swords, one per hand. They started running towards Jin and Dimitri, slashing skillfully at them. Now, there was over seven dozen dozens of them. Hundreds of them coming to swarm Jin and Dimitri, to destroy them.
OOC: Sorry this post is short. I'm preparing stuff so I can take some friends and drag our friend to his vegas bachelor party. Dimitri's post skipped again.

A white portal with a blue outlining opened up above the dozens of dual sword weilding beasts. The grotesque beasts were about to cut one of the Shinigami soldiers up, and the random stranger who seemed to be his ally. The Shinigami that appeared out of the portal was wearing the traditional Captain's Haori. The 3rd Division's symbol could clearly be seen on his back. The black steel claws he had instead of his hands grasped the well ornated, red hilt of his Zanpakutou. ""Nan Zennen no Ketsuzoku" (Thousand Years of Blood)!" the voice commanded as the reiatsu pressure unfolded upon the Shadow Kingdom. Blood splurted up into the air like a fountain from the Zanpakutou and let blood rain all over them. Chi Akuryou was a greedy one, so the blood would affect his allies too. So they would have to try and dodge the blood, or suffer the same consequences it would on his enemies.
Raito appeared in front of his seated officer, blood engulfing his blade, as he blocked a slash. Blood would start to deteoriate these beings, as he defended against their attacks for the time being. The Captain slashed at the first beast in front of him. The stab sent him to the floor covered in the dangerous blood. More slashes were met with the grotesque creatures and the blood would start to show the symptoms. The reiatsu from the creatures would slowly start to be eaten away by his Zanpakutou and the Captain was easily going through them. He blocked the blades from his enemies, returned an attack, and would also use his claws to stab into their chest and eyes. He would use his blood to splash it upon the chests of the beasts blinding them.
The Captain was merciless as he savagely started to destroy the beasts. He was about half way through with the beasts. They slowly kept creeping on him with swords trying to cut him. Raito parried some blows before deciding this was taking too long. They simply had more numbers than him, but they were all weakened by his blood. The Shinigami took a step back and positioned his bleeding Zanpakutou before disappearing in blink of an eye. He would appear at the other side of the mass of creatures. His blade was positioned to the floor so the blood leaked to the ground. Raito turned around and watched as blood swamped the floor around all the creatures. The blood was now slowly making its way towards Raito, attracted by his Zanpakutou Spirit.
"Hope that's the last of them," the Captain said, as he used his flash step to appear in front of Jin and Dimitri. He looked around to sense that their was more people around that didn't have the same reiatsu feel as the beasts from the Shadow Kingdom. Raito looked at the creatures then back at the two he was with. "So I suppose there is an Ogatago protecting that tower we're trying to get into?" Raito said, but mostly directed to one of his Shinigami.
