This technique allows the user to focus the Immortality Drink into their fingertips, elementally recomposing their reiatsu as they do. This in turn allows them to blast from their fingertips, 12 bolts of blue electricity, which move at the same speed as the Shinigami Kidou, Byakurai. This Bount technique is different from the Shinigami's counterpart, however, in that when it hits an adversary, it electrocutes them, turning them into a melted pile of goo. This goo contains the soul of the adversary which the user drains and absorbs into their body to strengthen themselves in the same way they do with the Immortality Drink technique.

Using the Bount ability to intake spirit particles to heal, the user intakes the spirit particles onto their body to form a glowing outline upon themselves. Using this, the user is now able to walk on water and on air, and also they gain a 50% increase in speed. Also, along with these abilities, the user also gains the ability to heal others. The user is able to cast spirit particles onto someone they wish to heal. If it is in the right concentration, then they will heal, however, if one was to make the concentration too high, then new flesh would be created and the one being healed can now be drowned in their own flesh. They will become slower and heavier until they suffocate in their excessive flesh. This technique lasts for 5 posts.

With this technique, the user is able to divide themselves into clones. Twelve total. The user also divides their stats when doing this. Each clone of the user will have all of the user's powers, including their doll, but these too will be divided in strength. The bodies are realistic and must be killed like anyone else. When this does happen, they fade. The user may also absorb them back into their body if they so wish, however this must be done through touch. When divided, the user is able to see everything that the clones see, sense everything that they can sense, and will all also experience what the other experiences. When one is killed, his power will return to the user, added to the total. When the user is killed, their own awareness, consciousness, along with their power, will transfer to one of the bodies for survival.

This technique allows the user to create, simply by placing their hands onto the ground and thinking of the technique and it's name, an earthquake for 12 seconds. Then, after that, an enormous blast of raw energy, 5 times the strength of the user's own reiatsu, will erupt out. Everything within 8 miles of the user, all around for a 360 degree radius, will be reduced to ash, all except the user, and any Bount they choose to protect with their willpower.

The user simply places their hand to the ground and thinks of the technique and it's name. Then they must think of any Bount around them that they want to protect.

Schiene allows the user to move from one place to another by gathering Reiatsu particles under their feet and connecting it to Reiatsu at a location that the user wishes to go to. The user then rides the invisible path of Reiatsu connected between the two, until they reach their destination. Initially, this technique can only be used to travel in straight lines, allowing the user to move at 6x Speed from the first point to the next. At mastery, this straight-line movement increases to 7x Speed. However, at mastery, another trick becomes available; at this point, a Bount can create curved rails rather than straight lines. While they cannot move at sharp ninety-degree turns, they can gradually curve up to a maximum of that full ninety degrees when traveling from one point to the next. Because curved paths require a little more focus to maneuver along, speed is reduced to 5x along these curved paths in exchange for versatility of greater movement range. A straight-line rail costs 50 Reiatsu per use, while a curved rail costs 100 Reiatsu to use.
Finally, this technique is modified further by the True Bount technique Vok Sheit, which gives the user a greater mastery of the manipulation of spiritual particles. This technique, if active while Schiene is being used, increases the movement speed of Schiene by 2x for each different method of movement (8x for non-mastered straight-line, 9x for mastered straight-line, and 7x for curved). Additionally, this technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique:
The user must first create a platform of Reiatsu under their feet and then think of where they want to go, which is where the platform of Reiatsu will connect to. From there, they ride the platform of Reiatsu to its new location.
Drawback:
The drawback to this technique is that the user must stick to the path of reiatsu that they created. They cannot deter from it at all, and at lower levels this leaves them open and their attacks able to be easily tracked since they move in a straight line. As they grow more proficient with this technique, they are harder to track.

Rather than being a separate technique on its own, Verzweigen Schiene is an extension of the original Schiene technique. Taking the same concept, the user can use Schiene to create rails of Reiatsu to move along. However, when Verzweigen Schiene is used, the user can create additional branches off of their initial rail to alter their movement path and throw off enemy predictions. Using this technique, the user pays a simple 25 Reiatsu to create a new branch of their Schiene path. Switching to a new rail reduces the rate of movement by one tier (6x would become 5x, etc), but unlike Schiene which requires mastery, Verzweigen Schiene can create curved rails off of the initial path, following the same rules on curved rails as Schiene has but maintaining the original speed that the user had, minus one tier per rail switch.

When moving along a Schiene rail, the user simply has to focus to create a branching rail and move along it, losing a small amount of speed to compensate for the sudden shift of movement.

Unlike Schiene, this technique is slightly damaging to the user's legs. The initial rail doesn't create any strain, but the sudden jolt from switching tracks can cause strain to the user's leg muscles. Willpower is a technique that is available to most who dwell within the human world, and has a variety of effects that make it a versatile and useful technique. This technique is one that manifests the willpower of the physical body. It essentially causes spirit and physical body to "become one" and merge their powers. There are two uses of it. The first is a non battle use, and is the main use. The main use is simply to know the technique, which slows the aging process of the body and allows the possessor to live easily as long as a Shinigami or Arrancar. This is a will-based technique, however, and thus, if will vanishes, so does its power to stop the aging, which quickly catches up. Mod Souls and Bounts have a minor version of this part at all times, which allows them to age slowly at all times; humans and Quincy learn this version at Class 1.
Willpower has three stages that are associated with it, as listed below:

This is a movement technique. It's to keep up with things like Shunpo or Sonido. While all races using this have their own variant of a step technique already, this one is pretty much an in-general type of move. It attunes the physical body to the reiatsu in the air, rather than spiritual to spiritual. It is now physical to spiritual. This allows the user to step at 3x speed for the cost of only 25 Reiatsu.
How to use technique: Focus the body’s energy and release during a step. This technique can be broken off in the middle of its use. Unlike other step techniques, this one can be repeated while in the middle of the previous one, allowing someone to change their movement course in mid movement.

This is probably the hardest technique to use. It involves a physical body having to generate and output Reiatsu directly from the physical form. It costs an insane amount of stamina, and it's also very taxing. This technique is the only one that does not have a "default" version. All races except for mod souls can create extended "Reiatsu output" abilities, as long as they generate Reiatsu, and fire it off in some way. This is the requirement of these abilities. This technique can only be used by those who are Class 2 or above. It is the ultimate direct counter to Kido.

Drawback: Output techniques used in conjunction with this ability have a special condition. If anyone that is NOT a Level 3 Rank tries to use these techniques, it's a doubled cost from normal. That's how extremely taxing it is to use.

This is the staple technique which all Bount develop eventually with age, though of course it takes practice to master. This technique allows Bount to sink into the shadows, and melt into the darkness. As long as there is a shadow that the Bount stands over or in contact with, they can melt their entire body into it. In this way, they can reside within the shadow and watch situations unfold, with only glowing red eyes showing from inside of the shadow. Or, instead, they can disappear completely into the shadow and use it to transport themselves. Bount can travel anywhere within shadows as long as these shadows are connected. So if two shadows are disjointed, Bount cannot travel in between them. This makes this technique most effective at night, especially during a new moon. The class 5 version is the most commonly used, and allows the Bount to sink at half their speed. Class 4 allows full speed sinking. Class 3 allows double speed sinking.

This technique costs reiatsu, but has another drawback. It makes Bount skin extremely sensitive to heat and to light. Therefore, hot things seem hotter, and bright things seem brighter. And, the sun has a harmful effect when this is used. For 24 hours after use of this technique, Bount must avoid sunlight, or their skin will begin to blister and burn. The higher class of technique they used within the last 24 hours, the more they will burn. If the class 3 version was used, the burning may even kill them if they stay in sunlight long enough.

This is a main feeding technique of the Bount, and is the first that they learn. When they begin to feel the hunger and the thirst, this technique must be used. They can also feed with Immortality Drink, and heal as well. However, Futter is the technique which allows them to feed off of the living for greater power. First of all, the reason that Bount feed in the first place is to survive and maintain their dolls. Bount, if they sink their fangs into the neck of a victim, can use Futter to suck out ALL of the victim's reiatsu. For the duration of the thread, this reiatsu becomes usable by the Bount or by their doll. It is considered "storage reiatsu." Likewise, Bount can use this technique to drain victims of their blood. If a victim is drained of their blood after use of this technique, of course they will die. But the Bount, for every victim they feed upon in a thread, will gain a 20% increase to physical stats. And their doll will gain a 20% increase in reiatsu strength. This is for duration of the thread only.

This technique costs reiatsu, but also causes deterioration. Basically, it makes the victim even more susceptible to sunlight. If the Bount is bathed in sunlight within 24 hours of use of this technique, the Bount will suffer a heavy burning. Coupled with the burning from the last technique, this can turn a victim to ash. Also, this can be used ONLY on the living. The Immortality Drink must be used on souls. If Futter is used on a dead victim, the Bount will age 40 years physically. And if physically a human would die at the age the Bount reaches, the Bount will die.

This technique is one of the Bount staples. It is also one of the first learned. It can be used to dominate the mind of a victim or enemy. This is the use of the technique. There are four levels to the technique. They all have different effects.
Class 4* - The Bount can use this to seduce. Any victim inferior by at least two classes is susceptible to this version of the technique. They will feel a compelling attraction and naivety in the face of the Bount, who will therefore be able to order them around, or brainwash them into doing as the Bount desires. They can even be lulled into so full a sense of security or ecstasy that they do not even understand the world around them, and are unaware that the Bount is feeding upon them.
Class 3 - This is an intimidation portion. This version allows the Bount to intimidate anyone who is at least one class under them. Anyone outclassed by the Bount will feel their heart pounding and their adrenaline running. They will feel afraid, and are definitely prone to make mistakes from shaking, shivering, and obviously a lack of oxygen due to the constantly pumping heart. It becomes much harder to breathe, and all will feel nervous because of this technique.
Class 2 - This is an expansion upon seduction. As long as the victim is one class lower than the Bount or more, this can be used. They will without question become the Bount's slave and obey every single order. The way to break this is for them to be snapped out of it by a third party.
Class 1 - This is an expansion upon intimidation. Anyone that this is used on will feel intimidation. If it is equal class, they will feel class 3 effects. If the victim is inferior class, then fear will grip them so much that they will be unable to tap into their own powers with ease, and costs for all techniques and releases will double.

This is a Bount technique which allows the Bount to dissipate into mist. This can be done only upon being struck by a physical attack. One must be impacted by an attack for this to work. Reiatsu based attacks do nothing to stimulate this technique. However, the mist can flow out to become a large mist that covers the area and makes impermeable fog. "So thick you can't cut it with a knife." The Bount can reform at any time. Maximum limit to how long said Bount can be mist is 6 posts. The Bount's body can "partially form" within the mist. While the technique is class 5, the reiatsu cost to form the body inside the mist is class 4 cost. (Dissipating and reforming are both separate class 5 costs.)

This is the most lethal Bount technique to be used in close quarters combat. It cannot be used on other Bount. One touch to a victim of inferior reiatsu strength. One touch of the palm. If done for a mere instant, the victim's stamina is drained by an amount equivalent to 75% of their total stamina. If for two seconds, all stamina is instantly drained. If for four, all reiatsu is depleted. If for eight seconds, all bodily fluids are depleted to nourish the Bount. The victim is left with a dried husk body that can no longer move, and is dying quickly. They are left in dryness and misery as the Bount's stats double for the next 10 posts.

This technique is meant to be used with the doll. It allows the doll to transfigure into a partially incorporeal, black smoke form. The doll can still be damaged by reiatsu based attacks. Physical attacks also still work on the doll. What point is there, then? The "partially incorporeal" part means that the Bount can step into the doll. Inside the doll, it is treated as if it is night. As if it is darkness. And in this way, the doll can shield the Bount from the sunlight if big enough. But then the doll and Bount would have to move in unison, perfectly timed. A feat that is difficult by itself. Unless the doll has a field effect, this technique is impossible to use.

The strongest Bount technique that's ever existed. This wraps the Bount in a cloak of darkness. This cloak is a black cloak made of spewing black smoke. Anyone that approaches will smell sulfur on the air, even though there is none. Anyone that sees the Bount wrapped in the cloak will feel dread. Anything that the Bount touches feels fear and dread, and also loses a stamina amount equivalent to a quarter of the total. This isn't the most important set of effects. Those are basic side effects. Most importantly, the Bount is immune to sunlight while this is in use. Why? Because while this is in use, darkness covers the sky for a mile around and it becomes night. Think about it this way. Most any human with spiritual powers should know the four basic techniques of the human world: Willpower, Output, Movement, Energy Generate. Any who fails to know these is simply a low class combatant. To be a true contender, these techniques are necessary.
Well, likewise, knowing Ken is what puts a human world dweller in the upper echelon of the human world's spiritual abilities scale. Oftentimes, high level contracts or organizations won't even accept someone who does not know Ken. Let's explain. Martial Discipline refers to a mental or physical discipline, or both. In this case, it means disciplining one's soul. It is tempering the soul to achieve a certain effect. This is where Ken Comes in. That's what this technique is. Confused? What this technique does can be located below.
Ken is the next step from Willpower, Output, Movement, and Energy Generate. Ken focuses the user's soul into an aura around their body. What this technique does is utilize the spiritual aura of its master to create a glowing field of energy around the user. The field extends a quarter inch off the skin for every 100 reiatsu strength the user possesses. What this field does is repel incoming attacks by utilizing the current physical strength of the user combined with the current reiatsu strength of the user. That's the strength of the aura. It repels them, but doesn't destroy them. It simply deflects them or blasts them away. Simultaneously, the user produces an intense feeling of intimidation which would cause even the most tempered of warriors to feel extreme fear. Wild animals will flee instantly from this aura. The aura can, if the range of the user is wide enough, actually be directed at and focused straight onto a certain target or group of targets.

Simply activate it at will. The reiatsu cost to activate it is 200 reiatsu per post active. The user must know all four HWD main techniques to learn this one. This is considered an extension of all four.

The aura of intimidation can be resisted completely by the use of an opponent's Ken, regardless of user stats or class. Otherwise, if the opponent does not know Ken, then it can be resisted by those of superior class. This technique can be broken by techniques of superior class, or by opponents of superior class. It is also extremely fatiguing to use, especially in consecutive posts. The user must remain immobile when activating this technique, and cannot use any attacks, other defenses, or other spiritual abilities while Ken is active. Luckily, to those who have mastered the technique, it can be switched on and off in a split second as long as previous conditions are met. The user burns up more stamina in a single post of Ken than if they were going all out with movement the post before. Therefore, knowing and using this technique both require built up stamina.

This allows them to strengthen their Willpower and rejuvenate their bodies by feeding on the souls of others. This is a technique that all Bount eventually learn to use. Bounts are humans that were plunged into a spirit form. Essentially, they were half killed. Bount are like half human half spirit creatures. Thus, they are not immortals, despite having the power of spirits. As a result, Bount developed a power to sustain immortality for themselves. This allows them to either feed on dead souls to sustain their immortality, or feed on living souls to sustain it for a longer time. This technique also allows Bount to take in spirit particles to heal their injuries. This technique counts as Class 3 for learning purposes, though its various uses vary in Class.
How to use technique:
It is necessary to bite the victim to suck in their soul. If the spirit particle effect is used, simply release Reiatsu and have it suck in spirit particles. The Class of this technique depends on the extent of the usage. Sucking in a dead soul is Class 3. Sucking in a living soul is Class 2. Sucking in weak dead souls (as the majority of Bounts do) is class 6. Weak souls can be a child's soul or a young girl's soul. Healing injuries is where the other classes are used. Healing slashes and whatnot, or injuries less severe than that, is class 4. Healing stabs and impaling is class 3. Healing severed body parts and whatnot is class 2. Regenerating organs (though this does not include the heart or brain, as they cannot be regenerated) is Class 1.

The most powerful technique in Jin Yamada’s arsenal outside of his doll’s techniques and truly the most devastating technique in his possession. So powerful, in fact, that he is unable to use his doll while this technique is active. Upon activation, the area turns dark as clouds are pulled in by the True Bount’s power and reiatsu. The storm clouds blanket the area in darkness and as a result of this darkness a vicious, unrelenting cold soon envelops the area for 5 miles all around, setting the stage for heavy snow to fall. Within the area there is a cold so vicious and chilling that frostbite will occur over the duration of 8 posts that this technique lasts. Anyone caught within this vicious, unrelenting cold and darkness will develop hypothermia and die within minutes. It becomes so abysmally cold that even reiatsu based spell techniques (projectiles, Bakudo, Hado, energy generate techniques, raw energy type techniques) will freeze over and collapse if used within this area. Solid constructs made from reiatsu, however, will be less affected but overall still affected by the harsh cold. Techniques like cero or projectile-type Kido attacks will explode back on the user and devastate them, causing destruction of the casting limb and burns. However, those not Class 0 with 250% more reiatsu strength than Jin or Class 0 with superior reiatsu strength are able to cast reiatsu-based spell techniques within the area. Also fire techniques of Class 1+, or fire techniques of Class 2+ with double Jin's reiatsu strength can be used during this technique. Air ground becomes impossible within this 5 mile area as it becomes so cold that spiritual particles cannot be sustained. This, of course, limits the Quincy ability to draw in spiritual particles when within this area. Those with cold resistance are able to survive an extra post for each level of Cold Resist skill they have. For example, a 1 in the skill will allow an extra post of survival while a 3 will allow 3 extra posts of survival past the 8 post limit of the technique. This technique is the epitome of the True Bount’s power.

Before use of this technique, the user must focus on the will of past True Bount coursing through their body. It is this will that they draw out to affect the area. The user must then focus their reiatsu and draw a large portion of their power out, enough that it will begin to affect the environment itself. Pulling the clouds in to cast darkness uses the same mechanism as the True Bount technique, Unheimlich. From there, the incredible darkness and cold drops the temperature enough for snow to begin falling. Continued reiatsu output by the Bount will keep the clouds in place until a total of 8 posts have passed.

Other than reiatsu cost, while this technique is active, Jin is unable to use Hitze. There is also a stamina drain for using this technique. This Bount technique is different from the Shinigami's counterpart, however, in that when it hits an adversary, it electrocutes them, turning them into a melted pile of goo. Using the Bount ability to intake spirit particles to heal, the user intakes the spirit particles onto their body to form a glowing outline upon themselves. The user is able to cast spirit particles onto someone they wish to heal. If it is in the right concentration, then they will heal, however, if one was to make the concentration too high, then new flesh would be created and the one being healed can now be drowned in their own flesh. With this technique, the user is able to divide themselves into clones. Twelve total. The user also divides their stats when doing this. Each clone of the user will have all of the user's powers, including their doll, but these too will be divided in strength. The bodies are realistic and must be killed like anyone else. When this does happen, they fade. The user may also absorb them back into their body if they so wish, however this must be done through touch. When divided, the user is able to see everything that the clones see, sense everything that they can sense, and will all also experience what the other experiences. Everything within 8 miles of the user, all around for a 360 degree radius, will be reduced to ash, all except the user, and any Bount they choose to protect with their willpower.

Schiene allows the user to move from one place to another by gathering Reiatsu particles under their feet and connecting it to Reiatsu at a location that the user wishes to go to. The user then rides the invisible path of Reiatsu connected between the two, until they reach their destination. Initially, this technique can only be used to travel in straight lines, allowing the user to move at 6x Speed from the first point to the next. At mastery, this straight-line movement increases to 7x Speed. However, at mastery, another trick becomes available; at this point, a Bount can create curved rails rather than straight lines. While they cannot move at sharp ninety-degree turns, they can gradually curve up to a maximum of that full ninety degrees when traveling from one point to the next. Because curved paths require a little more focus to maneuver along, speed is reduced to 5x along these curved paths in exchange for versatility of greater movement range. A straight-line rail costs 50 Reiatsu per use, while a curved rail costs 100 Reiatsu to use.
Finally, this technique is modified further by the True Bount technique Vok Sheit, which gives the user a greater mastery of the manipulation of spiritual particles. This technique, if active while Schiene is being used, increases the movement speed of Schiene by 2x for each different method of movement (8x for non-mastered straight-line, 9x for mastered straight-line, and 7x for curved). Additionally, this technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique:
The user must first create a platform of Reiatsu under their feet and then think of where they want to go, which is where the platform of Reiatsu will connect to. From there, they ride the platform of Reiatsu to its new location.
Drawback:
The drawback to this technique is that the user must stick to the path of reiatsu that they created. They cannot deter from it at all, and at lower levels this leaves them open and their attacks able to be easily tracked since they move in a straight line. Rather than being a separate technique on its own, Verzweigen Schiene is an extension of the original Schiene technique. Taking the same concept, the user can use Schiene to create rails of Reiatsu to move along. However, when Verzweigen Schiene is used, the user can create additional branches off of their initial rail to alter their movement path and throw off enemy predictions. Using this technique, the user pays a simple 25 Reiatsu to create a new branch of their Schiene path. Switching to a new rail reduces the rate of movement by one tier (6x would become 5x, etc), but unlike Schiene which requires mastery, Verzweigen Schiene can create curved rails off of the initial path, following the same rules on curved rails as Schiene has but maintaining the original speed that the user had, minus one tier per rail switch.

Willpower is a technique that is available to most who dwell within the human world, and has a variety of effects that make it a versatile and useful technique. This technique is one that manifests the willpower of the physical body. It essentially causes spirit and physical body to "become one" and merge their powers. There are two uses of it. The first is a non battle use, and is the main use. The main use is simply to know the technique, which slows the aging process of the body and allows the possessor to live easily as long as a Shinigami or Arrancar. This is a will-based technique, however, and thus, if will vanishes, so does its power to stop the aging, which quickly catches up. Mod Souls and Bounts have a minor version of this part at all times, which allows them to age slowly at all times; humans and Quincy learn this version at Class 1.
Willpower has three stages that are associated with it, as listed below:
- [Stage One: Cog]: By giving up 100 Reiatsu, the user pumps an explosive amount of intimidating power out. Anyone of inferior class will immediately be intimidated. This does not mean they won't fight. Those who are weak enough in comparison will feel a huge, exaggerated surge of power that will probably make them surrender. This can also be used on Hollows to actually scare them away instead of having to kill them. This does NOT work on animals! It only works on "intelligent beings." This means unless it has a similar to human intelligence, this wont' work on an animal.
- [Stage Two: Pulley]: This causes physical output to increase based on draining spiritual energy. It costs 400 reiatsu. When activated, it increases physical stats by 50%. However, it causes the skin to begin to blister from pumped out Reiatsu. Essentially, skin begins to burn. It's a quick burn. Within 5 posts, burning will start to become quite serious. On top of that, statistic gain is lost by the post, starting after the second post of this being active. After that time, 10% of the gain is lost every post. It can only be restored by sacrificing 150 Reiatsu per 10%.
- [Stage Three: Gate]: This has no initial cost. Reiatsu strength and Spiritual pressure (but NOT Reiatsu amount) both double. From there, reiatsu output goes up, meaning that costs are also doubled for everything. On top of that, 100 reiatsu is lost per post until this is deactivated.
Drawback: See each individual stage. Atop that, when Willpower is learned, it comes with all three stages, but costs double the TTP to learn. Humans, Mod Souls, Quincy, and Bounts only.

This technique is one that makes use of the body directly, using the user’s spiritual strength to increase the body’s capabilities in specific ways. Like Willpower, this technique comes in stages as well, but is limited to two:
- [Stage 1: Push]: This power coats the user in a sort of "Output Aura." It does two things. First, awareness can extend out by two more inches. This means someone will become more aware of an incoming attack two inches of distance from the attack earlier than normal. It means that one can try to use this to predict enemies, though not as successfully as actual prediction or reading. The secondary point expands "damage." Essentially, it bypasses defenses. A human using this is completely immune to cutback effect regardless of state, and this extends to weapon uses too. Hierro is also completely ignored during use of Push. This defense ignoring is only present during physical attacks. Reiatsu-based strikes can still meet Hierro resistance. This lasts for 5 posts, and costs 100 Reiatsu.
- [Stage 2: Impact]: This stage can be used only for physical confrontation. When activated, hit strength quadruples. This means that one can activate it while punching an enemy. If the user has 200 strength, that strength will count as 800 during the instance of the punch. This is very physically draining, and quickly exhausts the body's nutrients. It shortens lifespan to use too often, and it weakens stamina very quickly. This lasts for 1 post, and costs 200 Reiatsu.

This is a movement technique. It's to keep up with things like Shunpo or Sonido. While all races using this have their own variant of a step technique already, this one is pretty much an in-general type of move. It attunes the physical body to the reiatsu in the air, rather than spiritual to spiritual. It is now physical to spiritual. This allows the user to step at 3x speed for the cost of only 25 Reiatsu.
How to use technique: Focus the body’s energy and release during a step. This technique can be broken off in the middle of its use. Unlike other step techniques, this one can be repeated while in the middle of the previous one, allowing someone to change their movement course in mid movement.

9. Technique Name: Energy Generate

This is probably the hardest technique to use. It involves a physical body having to generate and output Reiatsu directly from the physical form. It costs an insane amount of stamina, and it's also very taxing. This technique is the only one that does not have a "default" version. All races except for mod souls can create extended "Reiatsu output" abilities, as long as they generate Reiatsu, and fire it off in some way. This is the requirement of these abilities. This technique can only be used by those who are Class 2 or above. It is the ultimate direct counter to Kido.
How to use technique: Generate Reiatsu from the physical form, and shape it in some way.
Drawback: Output techniques used in conjunction with this ability have a special condition. If anyone that is NOT a Level 3 Rank tries to use these techniques, it's a doubled cost from normal. That's how extremely taxing it is to use.

This is the staple technique which all Bount develop eventually with age, though of course it takes practice to master. This technique allows Bount to sink into the shadows, and melt into the darkness. As long as there is a shadow that the Bount stands over or in contact with, they can melt their entire body into it. In this way, they can reside within the shadow and watch situations unfold, with only glowing red eyes showing from inside of the shadow. Or, instead, they can disappear completely into the shadow and use it to transport themselves. Bount can travel anywhere within shadows as long as these shadows are connected. So if two shadows are disjointed, Bount cannot travel in between them. This makes this technique most effective at night, especially during a new moon. The class 5 version is the most commonly used, and allows the Bount to sink at half their speed. Class 4 allows full speed sinking. Class 3 allows double speed sinking.

This technique costs reiatsu, but has another drawback. It makes Bount skin extremely sensitive to heat and to light. Therefore, hot things seem hotter, and bright things seem brighter. And, the sun has a harmful effect when this is used. For 24 hours after use of this technique, Bount must avoid sunlight, or their skin will begin to blister and burn. The higher class of technique they used within the last 24 hours, the more they will burn. If the class 3 version was used, the burning may even kill them if they stay in sunlight long enough.

First of all, the reason that Bount feed in the first place is to survive and maintain their dolls. Bount, if they sink their fangs into the neck of a victim, can use Futter to suck out ALL of the victim's reiatsu. For the duration of the thread, this reiatsu becomes usable by the Bount or by their doll. It is considered "storage reiatsu." Likewise, Bount can use this technique to drain victims of their blood. If a victim is drained of their blood after use of this technique, of course they will die. But the Bount, for every victim they feed upon in a thread, will gain a 20% increase to physical stats. And their doll will gain a 20% increase in reiatsu strength. This is for duration of the thread only.

This technique costs reiatsu, but also causes deterioration. Basically, it makes the victim even more susceptible to sunlight. If the Bount is bathed in sunlight within 24 hours of use of this technique, the Bount will suffer a heavy burning. Coupled with the burning from the last technique, this can turn a victim to ash. Also, this can be used ONLY on the living. The Immortality Drink must be used on souls. If Futter is used on a dead victim, the Bount will age 40 years physically. And if physically a human would die at the age the Bount reaches, the Bount will die.

This technique is one of the Bount staples. It is also one of the first learned. It can be used to dominate the mind of a victim or enemy. This is the use of the technique. There are four levels to the technique. They all have different effects.
Class 4* - The Bount can use this to seduce. Any victim inferior by at least two classes is susceptible to this version of the technique. They will feel a compelling attraction and naivety in the face of the Bount, who will therefore be able to order them around, or brainwash them into doing as the Bount desires. They can even be lulled into so full a sense of security or ecstasy that they do not even understand the world around them, and are unaware that the Bount is feeding upon them.
Class 3 - This is an intimidation portion. This version allows the Bount to intimidate anyone who is at least one class under them. Anyone outclassed by the Bount will feel their heart pounding and their adrenaline running. They will feel afraid, and are definitely prone to make mistakes from shaking, shivering, and obviously a lack of oxygen due to the constantly pumping heart. It becomes much harder to breathe, and all will feel nervous because of this technique.
Class 2 - This is an expansion upon seduction. As long as the victim is one class lower than the Bount or more, this can be used. They will without question become the Bount's slave and obey every single order. The way to break this is for them to be snapped out of it by a third party.
Class 1 - This is an expansion upon intimidation. Anyone that this is used on will feel intimidation. If it is equal class, they will feel class 3 effects. If the victim is inferior class, then fear will grip them so much that they will be unable to tap into their own powers with ease, and costs for all techniques and releases will double.

This is a Bount technique which allows the Bount to dissipate into mist. This can be done only upon being struck by a physical attack. One must be impacted by an attack for this to work. Reiatsu based attacks do nothing to stimulate this technique. However, the mist can flow out to become a large mist that covers the area and makes impermeable fog. "So thick you can't cut it with a knife." The Bount can reform at any time. Maximum limit to how long said Bount can be mist is 6 posts. The Bount's body can "partially form" within the mist. While the technique is class 5, the reiatsu cost to form the body inside the mist is class 4 cost. (Dissipating and reforming are both separate class 5 costs.)

This is the most lethal Bount technique to be used in close quarters combat. It cannot be used on other Bount. One touch to a victim of inferior reiatsu strength. One touch of the palm. If done for a mere instant, the victim's stamina is drained by an amount equivalent to 75% of their total stamina. If for two seconds, all stamina is instantly drained. If for four, all reiatsu is depleted. If for eight seconds, all bodily fluids are depleted to nourish the Bount. The victim is left with a dried husk body that can no longer move, and is dying quickly. They are left in dryness and misery as the Bount's stats double for the next 10 posts.

This technique is meant to be used with the doll. It allows the doll to transfigure into a partially incorporeal, black smoke form. The doll can still be damaged by reiatsu based attacks. Physical attacks also still work on the doll. What point is there, then? The "partially incorporeal" part means that the Bount can step into the doll. Inside the doll, it is treated as if it is night. As if it is darkness. And in this way, the doll can shield the Bount from the sunlight if big enough. But then the doll and Bount would have to move in unison, perfectly timed. A feat that is difficult by itself. Unless the doll has a field effect, this technique is impossible to use.

The strongest Bount technique that's ever existed. This wraps the Bount in a cloak of darkness. This cloak is a black cloak made of spewing black smoke. Anyone that approaches will smell sulfur on the air, even though there is none. Anyone that sees the Bount wrapped in the cloak will feel dread. Anything that the Bount touches feels fear and dread, and also loses a stamina amount equivalent to a quarter of the total. This isn't the most important set of effects. Those are basic side effects. Most importantly, the Bount is immune to sunlight while this is in use. Why? Because while this is in use, darkness covers the sky for a mile around and it becomes night. And in this night, no light can exist. All except the user are blind. None except the user and his designated allies can use Bount darkness requiring techniques.

Think about it this way. Most any human with spiritual powers should know the four basic techniques of the human world: Willpower, Output, Movement, Energy Generate. Any who fails to know these is simply a low class combatant. To be a true contender, these techniques are necessary.
Well, likewise, knowing Ken is what puts a human world dweller in the upper echelon of the human world's spiritual abilities scale. Oftentimes, high level contracts or organizations won't even accept someone who does not know Ken. Let's explain. Martial Discipline refers to a mental or physical discipline, or both. In this case, it means disciplining one's soul. It is tempering the soul to achieve a certain effect. This is where Ken Comes in. That's what this technique is. Confused? What this technique does can be located below.
Ken is the next step from Willpower, Output, Movement, and Energy Generate. Ken focuses the user's soul into an aura around their body. What this technique does is utilize the spiritual aura of its master to create a glowing field of energy around the user. The field extends a quarter inch off the skin for every 100 reiatsu strength the user possesses. What this field does is repel incoming attacks by utilizing the current physical strength of the user combined with the current reiatsu strength of the user. That's the strength of the aura. It repels them, but doesn't destroy them. It simply deflects them or blasts them away. Simultaneously, the user produces an intense feeling of intimidation which would cause even the most tempered of warriors to feel extreme fear. Wild animals will flee instantly from this aura. The aura can, if the range of the user is wide enough, actually be directed at and focused straight onto a certain target or group of targets.

Simply activate it at will. The reiatsu cost to activate it is 200 reiatsu per post active. The user must know all four HWD main techniques to learn this one. This is considered an extension of all four.

The aura of intimidation can be resisted completely by the use of an opponent's Ken, regardless of user stats or class. Otherwise, if the opponent does not know Ken, then it can be resisted by those of superior class. This technique can be broken by techniques of superior class, or by opponents of superior class. It is also extremely fatiguing to use, especially in consecutive posts. The user must remain immobile when activating this technique, and cannot use any attacks, other defenses, or other spiritual abilities while Ken is active. Luckily, to those who have mastered the technique, it can be switched on and off in a split second as long as previous conditions are met. The user burns up more stamina in a single post of Ken than if they were going all out with movement the post before. Therefore, knowing and using this technique both require built up stamina.

This allows them to strengthen their Willpower and rejuvenate their bodies by feeding on the souls of others. This is a technique that all Bount eventually learn to use. Bounts are humans that were plunged into a spirit form. Essentially, they were half killed. Bount are like half human half spirit creatures. Thus, they are not immortals, despite having the power of spirits. As a result, Bount developed a power to sustain immortality for themselves. This allows them to either feed on dead souls to sustain their immortality, or feed on living souls to sustain it for a longer time. This technique also allows Bount to take in spirit particles to heal their injuries. This technique counts as Class 3 for learning purposes, though its various uses vary in Class.
How to use technique:
It is necessary to bite the victim to suck in their soul. If the spirit particle effect is used, simply release Reiatsu and have it suck in spirit particles. The Class of this technique depends on the extent of the usage. Sucking in a dead soul is Class 3. Sucking in a living soul is Class 2. Sucking in weak dead souls (as the majority of Bounts do) is class 6. Weak souls can be a child's soul or a young girl's soul. Healing injuries is where the other classes are used. Healing slashes and whatnot, or injuries less severe than that, is class 4. Healing stabs and impaling is class 3. Healing severed body parts and whatnot is class 2. Regenerating organs (though this does not include the heart or brain, as they cannot be regenerated) is Class 1.

The most powerful technique in Jin Yamada’s arsenal outside of his doll’s techniques and truly the most devastating technique in his possession. So powerful, in fact, that he is unable to use his doll while this technique is active. Upon activation, the area turns dark as clouds are pulled in by the True Bount’s power and reiatsu. The storm clouds blanket the area in darkness and as a result of this darkness a vicious, unrelenting cold soon envelops the area for 5 miles all around, setting the stage for heavy snow to fall. Within the area there is a cold so vicious and chilling that frostbite will occur over the duration of 8 posts that this technique lasts. Anyone caught within this vicious, unrelenting cold and darkness will develop hypothermia and die within minutes. It becomes so abysmally cold that even reiatsu based spell techniques (projectiles, Bakudo, Hado, energy generate techniques, raw energy type techniques) will freeze over and collapse if used within this area. Solid constructs made from reiatsu, however, will be less affected but overall still affected by the harsh cold. Techniques like cero or projectile-type Kido attacks will explode back on the user and devastate them, causing destruction of the casting limb and burns. However, those not Class 0 with 250% more reiatsu strength than Jin or Class 0 with superior reiatsu strength are able to cast reiatsu-based spell techniques within the area. Also fire techniques of Class 1+, or fire techniques of Class 2+ with double Jin's reiatsu strength can be used during this technique. Air ground becomes impossible within this 5 mile area as it becomes so cold that spiritual particles cannot be sustained. This, of course, limits the Quincy ability to draw in spiritual particles when within this area. Those with cold resistance are able to survive an extra post for each level of Cold Resist skill they have. For example, a 1 in the skill will allow an extra post of survival while a 3 will allow 3 extra posts of survival past the 8 post limit of the technique. This technique is the epitome of the True Bount’s power.

Before use of this technique, the user must focus on the will of past True Bount coursing through their body. It is this will that they draw out to affect the area. The user must then focus their reiatsu and draw a large portion of their power out, enough that it will begin to affect the environment itself. Pulling the clouds in to cast darkness uses the same mechanism as the True Bount technique, Unheimlich. From there, the incredible darkness and cold drops the temperature enough for snow to begin falling. Continued reiatsu output by the Bount will keep the clouds in place until a total of 8 posts have passed.

Other than reiatsu cost, while this technique is active, Jin is unable to use Hitze. There is also a stamina drain for using this technique. It is so draining, infact, that it can only be used once in a thread. While this technique is active, Jin also suffers from an inability to use reiatsu based spell techniques or risk them backfiring on him. He is as susceptible to the cold as all others, since this technique does not distinguish between friend or foe.
