Thread Title: Round one of the Waffle House Tournament!
Participants: Kimiko Shihoin and ☾ Aevus | Umbra ☽ vs Eris Discordia and Leon Strife
World: Human World
Death Setting: Non Death Enabled

Location: The new Kitai Brand Fight Club! An extension of the Waffle House. A second building connected to the first, with its own separate entrance, this building looks to be made of purple brick and mortar, with a flat roof, and a bright black and yellow sign that reads 'Waffle House Fight Club'. With a red carpet that runs down the sidewalk, and a bouncer at the door, this has a much different vibe to the original building. On the inside is where the similarities pick back up. A mid sized stadium surrounds a larger than average boxing ring, surrounded by what looks to be a glass dome. Everything has a nature vibe to it, as the stadium seems to be inside an impossibly large tree. The ceiling is made of tree canopy, and branches make up the walls. The bleachers are made of oak, not metal, and the acoustics are dampened by all the open air. On one of the branches is an announcer's box, with a squirrel and a bird as the announcers. There are no less than four concession stands, run by various mid sized animals.

Special Conditions: All characters are boosted to Class 1, Rank 4, 25 skp, with 20-23 tech slots, depending on training tier or not. Characters can respec however they want, and are able. This will be 2v2 matches, inside an indestructible arena dome. Each participant will have one week to post, before they are skipped to the next person. Two skips result in the disqualification of the fighter. Players may join up with a partner, or may join solo, and get paired with another random player. Tournament will start a month after all players join, and the brackets will be posted the day of. There is a losers bracket, for those willing. Fights are as canon as the players want them to be. No Org leader bonuses!

Circumstances: The Kitai Association has unveiled a new arena, and is hoping to build up hype for it through a special tournament. A mysterious figure claiming to work for Kitai has been sent to scout out special talents to join, giving each of you a special invitation to join.

[Kimiko Shihoin]

Coming to the human world like this for a martial arts tournament or at least that’s what she really was hoping it would be for the most part, this was something that Kimiko lived for, something that she had done much more before having the responsibility of adulthood cast upon her. How she wished to just shrug off what needed to be done for her family and soul society so she could roam around endlessly finding those that could challenge her. Perhaps her feelings weren’t hard to discern as a random individual had come and given her this invite.

Although she accepted without hesitation there was one thing that she did hold with concern. Aevus had accepted the tournament invitation as well. The both of them once realizing each other would be competitive agreed to team up. Kimiko though was nervous. To almost all it would be due to Aevus having the taint of a Hollow now attached to his soul. How could a Shinigami trust something like a vizard. He was no better than an Arrancar. Kimiko though simply didn’t want him taking all the fun with his melancholy attitude.

Aevus although Limiko still after everything considered him a friend, he was a downer. Almost all the time he drained the enjoyment out of fighting despite being the best swordsman that Kimiko knew. His zanpakuto and skill with a blade had reached the very sky. The two of them fighting together were enough that Kimiko in truth would fight anyone, whether it be Kouhai, the Captain Commander or the Emperor of the Vandenreich. It didn’t matter who the both of them would be victorious, something that for a tournament may kill the excitement.

It was the time now for their match to begin, Kimiko was standing by the entrance to the arena, rolling her head around her shoulders while stretching her arms and legs. Stretching wasn’t necessary, but very important for how she fought. She was certain that Aevus was going to be coming up any moment now and would be with her, she couldn’t be wrong when his scent was so easy to pick up. Once it opened Kimiko made her way right inside.

She wasn’t wearing her Captain Haori instead clothed with her pitch black stealth force uniform, a cloth mask concealing from her nose downward. Appearing as a ninja to most in the human world, Kimiko’s long brown hair was kept up in a high ponytail like normal while her light blue eyes scanned what would be the fighting area. Her massive zanpakuto held in her right hand, the nodachi so large that most would laugh at the small woman holding something her size. “Are we going to take our time or just blitz it?”

[☾ Aevus | Umbra ☽]

Waffle House Fight Club huh? Can’t say I much like the name. Aevus sighed as he eyed a gaudy sign with icy blue eyes. Stepping down a red carpet in black boots, he would give the bouncer a subtle nod when he announced his name. The Vizard gave off a disheveled look. Sporting a scruffy beard, with untamed shoulder length hair that seemed to spike away from his head in random directions. He wore a black leather coat, that had several patches from previous battles. Underneath a black shirt with a stretched out v-neck collar. Attached to his belt, he wore a sheath behind him. Sheltering his Zanpakuto neatly behind his back.

Soon Aevus found himself within a strange arena. Taking full note of his surroundings, he sensed faint traces of Bount. He spotted his former captain Kimiko eyeing her shortly. She wasn't dressed as he had expected. No Captain Haori in sight. Instead she wore a stealth uniform, and held her massive Zanpakuto. Heh, he knew that was just for show though. He never knew Kimiko to be one to fight with a blade. No, she much preferred to get up close and personal. Regardless her opponents would have no idea what they were in for.

Next he saw someone else too. His blue eyes would widen as he shifted his tired gaze to his side. Draped in a darkly cloak seemingly bleeding wisps of shadowy smoke, a young woman now stood. Under her cloak revealed a dress black in color. Cut in such a fashion that it revealed one of her thighs as she inched foreword. A dark bushy tail rested under that darkly fabric. As he trailed up, he would see those long ravenette hairs, with black tufted ears poking out. Aevus had recognized the creature immediately.

The Vulpine of a Hollow’s golden eyes met his blues and a hint of a smile perked her full lips."Greeting dear Hunter~" She seemed very much at home in that arena. “Curious, are we hunting Bount?~”
“It seems so." Aevus replied coldly.
"Now... I wonder how many Dolls they command?"

Aevus looked askance as Umbra spoke. His left hand threading through his stubble for a moment and next to his sheathed Zanpakuto that sheltered behind his back. Even with Umbra there he felt a hint of excitement, just from the idea of fighting beside Kimiko again. They never really fought against a proper enemy that could give them trouble before. Hopefully this time would be different. One could only hope. He'd begin to tap the sheathed blade. Without even looking at his former Captain he would reply. "I'll give them ten seconds to release their Dolls, and that's all.”

Out of the shadows and into the light. The Bounts were going to have to enter beyond their accustomed territory if the plan was to be maintained. In this instance it was paramount that the two acted whilst the others had their duty. The pair would enter into this tournament in order to serve as the distraction for what was to come, and to keep the as many participants here, especially if they were strong. What was offered here presented an opportunity for the Bounts. Therefore, Eris had to make full use of the circumstances in order to initiate. Down into the darkened hall, the veil of shaded violet fluttered in the breeze that welcomed her and her companion for this mission. "It seems as though our opponents are they. The ones who we are destined to face." the woman uttered. And of course it had to be them, as their lives were intertwined with one another.

The chime of metal rustled with the sudden to the side step, buckling in their position when turning to face the opposite direction. "I know you have mixed feelings when it comes to these situations, but know that this is an enemy that will not show mercy." Eris began. Her hips swayed to the side, nearly swinging herself to face in the mans direction as they neared the entrance to the arena with Eris resting her on hand on her hip. "Remember, these individuals were careless in their duty and because of it many have suffered. So, show them no quarter. Their injustice will cease." the woman added, her tone growing firmer. Yes, the Shinigami... these Shinigami were to blame for how their lives turned about. Their ceaseless involvement, or lack involvement change the course of many lives and was something that Aura was putting into motion to end it. All that was needed for them to do their part.

Nothing more needed to be said, with the woman opening her senses into the arena as the light bathed the pair with its illumination, and bringing the Bount back into the public eye. There were many individuals within the dome like structure, with the essence of nature looming around it just outside the cage like barrier. Eris adjusted her senses, viewing many of them as to not causing herself to fall prey to that of overwhelming her. That focus was drawn to the two in front of them-

-four actually......or was it five.

The spiral arrangment of colors in the womans eyes beamed on the three individuals that stood across from the Bounts. A man and two women, with one being shrouded in obscenity. The first was the Human shaped woman. Shrouded in black, much of her features were visible by merely observing her natural feminine characteristics. The manner in which her spiritual activity radiated told Eris she was lacking in spiritual prowess with her analytical eye. Unlike Luke, whose spiritual aura was denser, larger, she could already dictate that the woman was not as proficient, if not meager compared to the rest of the occupants in the arena. The only one who had such overwhelming aura was the one who stood beside her; the man. No, the woman must be either "That woman over there, within the shrouds of her black uniform must be a sensory individual, or physically capable. So watch her for strength and her speed." Eris whispered quietly to her partner.

"As for the other, he is spiritually strong in his aura..."

Among their opponents, the other was going to cause more issues than that of the first woman. Eris kept her reiatsu in check, surpressing her aura and power down to the minimal.[Stealth- 3] The man, the ninjas partner, yielded a much denser aura. Much like to Luke in comparison, the sensation was different considering that their level. Was there a difference? What Eris felt from the man was a larger aura, denser, yet....lacking in a manner. The woman couldn't put her finger on as to why this was the case. While Luke had a strong aura that she could feel it in waves, what this man possessed was a larger yield, but not strength. "The man beside the woman has little strength behind it. It is likely more difficult to cut through, but it does not have the capability to truly strike back on its own. Thus, make for certain you are capable of resisting the 'Cutback' if you attack him."

Little by little Eris was developing a wavelength with her opponents the more she was able to analyze them. Their body language. Which area they specialized in. Although she could not grab a certain grasp of their strengths and weaknesses, at least not at this point in time, Eris was capable of eliminating their strong suits, and vulnerabilities to a degree. This, however, will be proven over time as the two groups collided. Yet, what remained a mystery were those that stood beside the man. A spirit? The Bount thought, looking a bit conflicted with the ideas that came to mind without noticing the similarities to the man, and something....... something grotesque. Eris had to be certain. "Leon, ready us. I want to see something." she whispered again to the man, tilting her head in his direction without averting her gaze.

"You there.....You are not what you seem to be, are you?! Eris called out.

The Bount shifted in her stance, readying herself to take on what Leon would bestow upon her. "You feel....as though you are like him, her magenta eyes peeking over towards Aevus, "You are one of them, are you not?....You are a Hollow." Eris declared. Foreign in its spiritual activity, as being something akin to a Hollow, yet having the similar to that of the man. Eris compared the two, both man and woman humans, both sharing too many similarities to those to whom she faced as a child; Shinigami. What remained odd about this encounter with these two was that of the man. Eris could feel another within the woman, a presence that held its own mindset and individuality. This was strange to her, but with the information that Aura provided to them about the Shinigami, that they possess another spirit. Eris didn't know what this meant, but if what she was detecting was this other spirit, then.....

The other was different by far...

What made this other different was its presence drawing closer to that of those abominations than that of a Human, or anything else. Too many Hollows were destroyed by her hands in their protection of Karakura, so she knew their aura quite well. "You are fighting alongside these... Humans, as much as these Humans are fighting alongside this.... grotesque creature." the Bount called out to the yellow eyed Lupine woman. "I am surprised that Humans can tame you, chaining you like a servant, or more accurate... a slave." her eyes darted to that of Kimiko. "And you, with your service to defend this realm from their kind.... how have the great Shinigami have fallen so low. To neglect the duty handed to you.. I can only question if your kind ever had honor to begin with." she spoke out loud, but more to it, this was more desginated to the one residing deep within the woman.

[Leon Strife]

Well, this was not a way that Leon expected to spend his day off. Going to the beach, yeah. Shopping for parts for his car, sure thing. A light work out at the gym down the street, most likely. But spending his day participating in a all out brawl tournament, which he would more than likely get his ass kicked, and end up waking up sore on his first work day of the week, was not something he was looking forward too. Literally, what the man was told a week ago was he was going to be joining Eris for tournament in order to push their plans into motion. First of all, Leon was not on board with the plan to begin with. It was outrageous. It was cynical. And secondly, he was going to be used as bait, or as a distraction for something that he didn't want to be a part of. Yet, before the Bount knew it Eris was literally dragging him by his tank top collar out the door of the club to this.... whatever.

Just as Leon was getting familiar with the whole spiritual aspect of his world he is tossed into another whimsical, outlandish, cheap looking arena. Did a toddler come up with this sort of place? Why did he question, let alone feel like that everything in this world was out to screw with his mind one way or another. Like honestly, WHO THE HELL ALLOWED THIS PLACE TO BE SET UP?! How didn't no one even see this place or even question its construction. Honestly, the Bount Citadel was one thing as it was built out of the innards of a mountain. It was more reasonable as it would remain out of plain sight. But this contraption was just absurd. Leons head felt like it was goingt to explode thinking about all of these and more, wondering when it will all stop. Adjusting his stretched white loose tank top, the Bount trodded annoyingly through the hall with partner, with steeled toe boots hammering the ground as they came into the light.

Being told that he was going to fight was fine, but being seen as a means to commit to what they were going to do made Leon feel uneasy, especially when fighting when he didn't need to. The promise to Shizuka came to mind that he would fight for her, and to what Xcution needed. So, thinking about where he was now in this situation were going to come up eventually. The tattoo on his backside burned, almost as if he was feeling the ink being applied again the second time. Leons bronze eyes peeked back at the phantom that was scalding his skin, knowing it was not there nor the pain. All that he remembered was that of the past, where he earned his ink and his bones. And now, he was going to face the enemy that the Bounts would eventually face if they wanted to move forward. If Leon was going to help them become free, then this was absolutely necessary.

To be honest, Leon has never seen a Shinigami in his entire life and for Eris to place blame on people that he doesn't know that even exist was... His eyes narrowed upon being struck by the light over head. Beams of lights shined down on them with Leon taking his left hand out of his tanned cargo pants to shield his brow line. It was definintely bright, so there were going to be some issues with using their powers and all. Leon knew that much of what was going to happen, but with what Eris ran by him earlier it wasn't going to be an issue. Still, for the Shinigami to create the Bount, and to make them what they were now...being weapons, slaves, repressing a people that he saw who were suffering-

-it made his stomach turn a knot.

A rounded arena surrounded them with large branches over head filled with chirping and other noises that were turned into people talking. The mans blank and annoyed stare was taken away when Eris redirected her attention to ahead of them; to the Shinigami. A man and woman and...two women? "Hey now, wasn't this suppose to be two on two?" Before his question could even be answered Eris spoke, pointing out the situation in front of them. Leons gaze fell onto the woman, then to the man as Eris pointed out what she was feeling. She was good at that, and Leon trusted those instincts of hers. The man himself didn't seem himself as being keen on a depth like that compared to Eris, while he was growing more familiar with sensing these sorts of things, what he did know was to not judge a book by its cover; much like referring to Shizuka and himself. Despite the warning about what the pair, or trio were not good at he didn't want to take that risk, especially when in a place like this. Nevertheless, seeing the Shinigami as they were he didn't know what to think as they looked like anyone else.

"Leon, ready us. I want to see something."

That was the que to make his move. Just as Eris explained before Leon went ahead to not waste any time with what they needed to prepare with. Both arms extended outwards, with palms opened. He did this plenty of times, calling out to the small crucifix around his neck and chain around his wrist. "Show yourselves-" The shadows beneath his feet expanded, spreading around the man as they began to split into two. A single shadow that twirled around the pairs feet as the other went around behind the man. The black blots in the ground widened, eclipsing his own and the shadow belonging to Eris into a pool of mist. Their feet swallowed by the fumes, giving rise to two of Leons largest Dolls. Hands rose up from the ground, piled bones that stretched out and pulled at the larger mass that remained within the shadow. The sounds of restless metal and gears firing up with a metallic appendage whipping out from around the mists borderline. Snaking up and around the massing bone creature did the squid like machine emerge, following the ascend of the large Skeleton that towered over the two Bounts, leaving nearly a quarter of the arena covered by its shadow. [-800 Colossus + Sarah]

-Colossus. Sarah."

The beast of metal took to the air, slithering with flares of fire and smoke erupting from its gears along with the Skeleton, gnashing its knuckles against the arena floor keeping itself up straight. As the Dolls woke and arose Eris pointed out some details that Leon was keen on listening to. Well, just one detail that made his blood boil. "What?"] His eyes darted to the man, then to the woman that stood next to him, appearing as a hybrid between two seperate species. Why? What did Eris- His eyes narrowed. Their kind. Monsters that attacked indiscriminately to anyone that they desired. Monsters that Leon put down time and time again when working with Uzaki, the Covenant, and now for Xcution. These monsters were what the spirit children in the city were afraid of. "One of those things is here.....with them?"

Eris ranted, or more like poked about with both questions and statements. Leon knew that this was not something that she was trying to use to amp the Bount up. No where close to it. But she was more sure of herself than anything else. Protectors. Guardians. That was what Aura and Eris said the Shinigami were suppose to be, taking up the mantle that was to insure the safety of spirits and the World of the Living. Eris' claims were her own, along with Aura. While he did feel for them, for sure, but he couldn't take on people's word without some degree of evidence. But this was genuine. Eris was serious about this topic. And for Shinigami to just...For them to have. "Are you fucking kidding me?" The mans face turned from a simple scowl to that of a glare. Leon was pissed. "If these guys are teaming up with those monsters, then fuck this." the man said ripping away his white top. He cracked his knuckles. Kinks worked out of his neck and back.

For this time. Just this time.. He will let loose a bit.

Standing in the arena with Aevus by her side was something that Kimiko didn’t really ever expect to have again. They’d spent some time together as partners, enough time that she knew what he could do as a swordsman and he knew what she could do as a martial artist. Enough time had passed since he’d left Soul Society she was certain he had gotten some new movies. She’d done the same and now it was time to really show everything she’d developed since they’d last gotten to fight side by side.

The individuals that they were out against in the first round of this tournament, a pair of Bount that likely matched the two Shinigami. One of them stayed reserved although ran her mouth like this wasn’t just a competition and nothing more, the other got right down to business, releasing two different dolls immediately. One of them possessed the appearance of a girl around her own size while the other was some mechanical monster. She could only compare it to something from a human world movie.

“If you two want to end things quickly then let’s savor the championship match later.”

Kimiko remarked to both Aevus and his zanpakuto spirit that was going to be taking part in this physical battle with them. She hadn’t ever really fought alongside the zanpakuto, but she had no doubt the methods it was going to use in battle having extensive experience with Aevus. Whether or not his zanpakuto would take advantage and really utilize the abilities she possessed though like an assassin was something Kimiko couldn’t say. One of the Bount, though gave Kimiko a bit of information, something she wouldn’t have been able to figure out this early without her words. She was someone able to sense reiatsu.

“I see no Hollow here with us, just a zanpakuto willing to fight alongside its Shinigami.”

Kimiko smiled widely as her reiatsu signature spiked and the nodachi form of her zanpakuto shattered like black glass in her hands. This was the moment that Haunzu joined the party and Kimiko began to really put in some effort. The black and gray dire wolf dropped to the ground in front of Kimiko. Its eyes darted through the arena gathering up every bit of information available. “Who shall we tear apart first?” Haunzu spoke telepathically to Kimiko, already aware of the situation and the enemies in this match.

“Target the talker first.”

The Dolls were summoned and Haunzu would take off like a bullet leaving the barrel of a gun straight for Eris. Haunzu was full grown so he moved as a blur to most that would even be able to keep track reaching 800 speed with every intention of lunging at Eris’s throat. Four enemies in this match but being outnumbered wasn’t something that could happen to the wolf pack. Kimiko continued to stand where she had been although she made her own attack now with a swing of her right arm.

Concentrating her reiatsu down to her hands and her teeth, the Shihoin Shinigami unleashes one of her signature techniques. Her fingernails grew considerably in length and thickness in a mere moment. This was all she needed for her horizontal swing to matter. A shockwave sent outwards not just at Eris, Leon and Sarah but Haunzu as well. Five horizontal shockwaves that moved with a speed of 1200, sharp like a blade that would cut through everything in their way. They’d have to jump high up like the giant machine doll to avoid the attack or they’d have to show some way to defend.

Ten... Aevus counted down each second with a single tap on the handle of his Zanpakuto. As he waited for his opponents to reveal their cards a look of focus would begin to paint his once aloof expression, as he inspected them. To aid himself, he would activate the technique Hakaiten. And through his blue eyes, thin lines beckoned his sheathed blade to the weak points on his opponents. Nine... The first thing he took in was their Reiatsu signatures. As Umbra pointed out earlier, the two were indeed Bount. He recognized casually as one would a friend in a crowd. His many nights with Luke made that aura a second nature to the Vizard. Eight... He noted the woman was inspecting them as well. She was indeed a beauty, both in face and body. Those eyes... A swirl of violet and crimson. He almost found himself lost in them, yet with the disappearance of her signature he was taken aback.

This Beauty will be a troublesome one, Dear Hunter~ His Hollow’s voice paraded in his mind. She was right... Aevus would need to mark this woman as soon as possible when it came down to it. After all a Bount’s release didn’t thwart their ability to hide in the shadows. She would be his main target. Seven... That didn’t mean the other wasn’t a threat. For all he knew, he was fully capable of hiding himself from Aevus as well. Aevus glanced at him. He was a muscular man, clean shaven with a buzz cut. Aevus couldn’t let himself underestimate the Bount’s strength. A Bount was formidable without their doll still. The Doll just enhanced that threat is all.


Six... As the woman spoke, he would watch with keen interest as the muscular man released two of his Dolls. Perhaps he was limited to only two? He would have to see. Colossus, was a large mechanical squid like creature. And Sarah... a literal skeleton. Though slightly smaller than Colossus, she still towered above all of them. The two immediately reminded Aevus of Springflut. Not in appearance, but sheer size. This... this was gonna be an exciting fight. Five...

His analysis would be interrupted as the female Bount revealed that she knew what Umbra was. Her golden eyes lit up as if she was predator who had just been outed by her prey. A smile perked her lips. ”A slave am I? How cruel of you.~” She inched forward with those words. Aevus stopped counting... With the lash of that Bount’s tongue she had commenced the fight. Aevus listened as his former captain spoke. Her words were true, kind, and yet they were illy placed. Umbra embraced her Hollow nature. She reveled in it. He felt her desire for the chase, as much as he desired throw himself into the fray.

They wouldn’t dance separately though... He followed Kimiko’s release. Unsheathing his Zanpakuto, Aevus had wordlessly activated Shikai calling Umbra to his inner world. A silver fox head howled up the handle of that stylistic Zanpakuto. A long black ribbon fell from the pommel of the now longer blade, swaying freely behind the vizard. A cold, dark and bleak aura spread thirty feet around his very person. Part of that arena had become his territory, his domain. Several threads of pale reiatsu, began to pulse around his person, and yet they hadn't been woven into form yet.

He eyed every target for a heartbeat, taking in their placements, and their weak points with Hakaiten. Watching as Kimiko and Hauzo attacked, Aevus would follow suite. Tearing his hand across his face, a darkly fox mask sheltered his pale visage. And as quickly as it formed, Aevus would leap, flipping ten feet into the air, disappearing with a Shunpo. [16,000 speed] Instead of going over Kimiko’s attack. He instead weaved between the two highest of her clawed shock waves. Showing a mastery of both his acrobatics, and ability to step. Lunging foreword like a bird of prey, he darted past them, passively marking Eris with a Mark of Fate. It would form between her collar bones, above her breast. She would be able to realize its placement immediately, and could easily displace it if she wished. Yet there would be consequences to such an action.

He'd adjust mid air, flipping himself as he appeared behind the Bount and their Dolls ten feet in the air against the glass dome. One foot atop the air ground and the other against the glass dome. He leaned gently against the cool glass, holding his blade reverse gripped with his left hand, the other held neatly against the wall. All six phantoms of his very blade, had fully formed. And with narrowed golden eyes, he released four of those six blades at both the Bount, and the Dolls that had been released. [6,000 speed] Aiming for their weak points that he saw via Hakaiten respectfully. [You choose the weak points] For each attack that struck he would mark them, and for each attack that landed true, the injury would be truly immense.

Technique Description and Effects: Watching from the shadows. Patiently biding your time, for the most opportune moment to attack where your enemy is the weakest. Allowing even one small in stature, to kill a behemoth in possibly one strike. As one trained within the Onmitsukido, Aevus has created a technique meant for assassinations. A sneak attack which he simply has named Fracture Point.

By focusing Reiatsu into the eyes, the user can enhance their perception in a rather unique way. By spending 600 Reiatsu For up to five posts, or by spending 120 Reiatsu for short bursts, the user can see the fracture points, the said faults in both techniques, objects and people alike. These fracture points appear as thin lines within the users perception. And by striking these places, the targets offensive stat will be treated 25% less for that exchange. When Mastered this becomes 30%. This allows the user to destroy objects, destroy techniques, and potentially kill their enemies with a single blow. It should be noted because of the weak point, if the user strikes it, it'll do significantly more damage. Tripling the damage they would have imposed with but a single strike. This can allow the user to break glass with single tap, and perhaps even cripple enemies with a single precise stab. Against techniques, such as cero, the user could attack the weakest point, causing the technique to fizzle out or possibly be split in two.

[Eris Discordia]

The Inner World is not something that Eris has a tendency to do, at least when it is not required. Often times Eris could find the smallest of fractures within an individual despite her lack in physical capabilities. Luke was the first. Leon and Aura were the second and the third. Diving into the Shinigami's World was something that Eris detested given her history with them, yet, for the blind devotion provided to its Master the Hound was choosing to ignore the duty that was bestowed upon it. The first attempt at communication failed, but it was an ongoing task. Her own ability to tame wild animals to a degree, even intelligent creatures that took on a persona of a wild creature. The name that the Bount heard, called by the name of Haunzu from its Master gave more repore than what Eris started with. A level of equality between the two.

Haunzu's thoughts and spirit were like an open book. Without the intimate details of its existance, and that of its Master, Eris could read a lot and decipher what resided with the glimpses into their history. Police force? A type of security from what Eris could see in Haunzu, within Kimiko. "It looks as if you are someone of honor; to a degree. Succeeding where your Master fails, or should I say who continues to fail. Not being able to even see the enemy beside her. But you can, can you not?" The inner dialogue that the Bount hammered away at the spirit, pulling some attention back at the outside world as Eris glanced at the sudden change of the battle field. The man who drew away his Hollow spirit, taking on a new porecelan bone mask while the woman called upon the Hound to engage. Each of their movements laid bare to her, taking them apart while within the Inner World.

"I am surprised that you are willing to work together with a grave threat to your community. I can understand the necessity to assist your Master as a loyal warrior does. But to side yourself with your enemy, even you must know that there are limits that you can only stand to take. Or has Soul Society truly lost its honor." Duty and honor. A respectable idea and code to follow that Eris once shared with the Hound. A sense to strive to protect those under her station, serving her King once upon a time. Eris' ability was not that of her combat, but her ability to bond with others and see beyond what the physical eye can. The Bounts aura could be felt within the Inner World, emphasizing with that of the Zanpakutou spirit. Duty. "The danger isn't that of us. And you know this quite well. So, how long will it be before he turns against you, when that thing is with him?"]

In the outside world Eris' eyes immediately began to process what she was seeing. Her mind already breaking down what she saw, a Hollow spirit vanishing to join with the man. The long curved blade of the Nodachi, shattering it for the Hound to take its place beside the woman. With its appearance and that of the masked man, could the Hound truly ignore what was being spoken of within the Inner World? It did not matter. Their overall natures were peeled open for Eris to see. Their drives, ambitions, and how each of their muscles and reiatsu moved were clear as day to the Bount, processing it as information to be used. "Leon, dodge and run now." she called back before she made her move as the cluster of reiatsu of the two Shinigami came as Eris saw it.

A puff of smoke was introduced to the blade that came forward. An invisible blade that was to come and commit to something that Eris did not know about was met with the trail of smoke left behind by a blurred figure, which it followed [Speed: 3000]. There was not sufficient time to look over the mans history. At least not with the time given. She read his intentions, followed his muscle contractions and reiatsu flow. Each motion of all that the man committed to told Eris what was about to happen, and what the man desired. He wants to mark us? Tap us?...For what? the plume of smoke traveled upwards, scaling the height of Sarahs arm as she reached her shoulder blade to leap away off of it to the center of the arena in midair. The danger that the man present was true, following the alarming sound of her own instincts to avoid the man at this point in time was to be the best option of winning. She didn't know much of him aside from the outside information she gathered. Yet there was more to it, and something that Eris was opening her eyes to see for the moment. A mere glimpse into the past of the man, to see whether or not what the man was hiding.

The woman reappeared within the Inner World, be more or less static as a part of herself phased from between realities. Her voice was clear as she spoke, yet her appearance drifted from the separated worlds. The evidence is as clear as the Sun, Haunzu. It seems that your Master and this man know each other, yet the knowledge between you two and that spirit residing beside the man doesn't seem to be as familiar. Tell me, how much do you know about it?

After reading through old archives on the Ancient Bount in the Bount Citadel, Jin developed this technique once used by them. This is a general step technique for all Bount to use. Use of this step makes Bount seem more like the vampires of lore. By releasing reiatsu across the body and the feet in preparation for a step, the Bount is able to disappear at 10x their normal speed. The reiatsu gathered around the body before the step will be released as a burst of gray smoke, which conceals the user as they step away at 10x their normal speed. As the Bount moves, the smoke will move with them and further conceal the user while still lagging behind them. This essentially makes it appear as if the user has burst into smoke and disappeared when in actuality they are simply moving too fast to be seen while using the smoke to obscure their movement. Upon reappearing where they intended to move, the user will appear before the smoke catches up to them as if teleported there, meaning that opponents are unable to discern the user’s intended destination by following the smoke. This technique costs 50 reiatsu to use.

[Leon Strife]

The fight was on.

The burly man with black bangs imposed himself on the situation after Eris began talking. Something looking to be triggered by what she said, joining in unison the dark skinned Shinigami revved herself into action with that of her dog and- Oh great. It talks too. Honestly, what in the world was in stored on the other side of reality. A Fox like woman that came and went as quickly as she appeared, taking more out of the man than what he generally expected when Eris mentioned the pair being "strong." Both of their "reiatsu" roared, sending what little did Leon have in Energy Sensory on blast that rang his head a bit with the new level of intensity. Shizuka was the first that the Bount had come to experience this feeling of dread. Then there was his bro' Luke giving him chills the second time. At first he thought he was going gay for a time, swinging the door both ways, but luckily enough this fight did shine some light on the subject.

Spiritual wasn't something that should not be visable to the naked eye, but no one said that it heated waves resonating from the Shiningamis' figures was not really seeing. The fusion of the Fox and man hummed with dancing whips of light that snaked in the air in his vicinity. The woman on the other hand appeared to be more blurred, super heating the air around her as the chills ran up his skin, knowing full well that what they did was this "release" or "Shikai" or "Bankai" whatever business was going on. Their power didn't take on the same appearance as their Dolls but the similarities were there as Aura described them to have. Leon balled his fist further, cracking the knuckle as he braced what was to come next, and he wouldn't have to wait long as Eris already gave out her chimes. Leon moved. Leon commanded, sending his orders to the two.

But what the hell was he looking at? The ground beneath his feet swallowed him when Eris called out. The man had complete trust in Eris, being the one whom the man spent more time around when it came to training. He recognized her capabilities, but more than that-
-Eris was smarter than he was, and didn't like it when Leon ignored her. She would yell at him. Getting scolded by Eris was very much like being scolded by a Mother, from what other Bounts had explained to him. Leon never knew his mother, or any member of his family as a matter of fact. But the nagging feeling that he got, as to not wanting to hear it later on left an annoying sensation with the Bount. He didn't like it. Although much of the time it did not bother the Bount, seeing the magenta being more experienced at this stuff than he was was more sounded. At the start she was already picking them off, deciphering them and ranting a bit on the ins and outs of the two. So, letting Eris lead the two was the best choice in this situation.

The sounds of heavy gusts of wind came howling, with only wind that came brushing towards the pair of Bount. A single that he saw the dog vanishing, yet kept within a image of a blurred black bullet moving towards them. Leons head was already engulfed in the shadow below with wind striking him when he was merely chest level. Something hit him? He only saw the woman there and the Hound, but... that felt wrong. The man that was there before was standing there when the dog moved, but again when he blinked he was gone. His Sensory pinged him several times, too quick to even track, being that of a blur on his spirit radar. Yet, into the darkness that Sarah created beneath the Bounts was enough to sink into. [-400 Class 3 Schatten] Leon didn't know what to be on the look for until it came over head. Violent winds tearing through the air over the shadows in some unknown pattern, seeing only the wind trail originating from the other end from the woman.

Blades of wind pressure came and broke against a larger, sturdier opponent on the opposite end. As Eris gave her command the two Dolls had their orders. Both acting, with Sarah tensing her body to withstand the oncoming assault, having the wind that came against her and breaking apart as waves against the rocks. The towering Skeleton did not budge, clearly displaying her own strength against the assault being nothing more than harsh wave splashing against her. Colossus whipped its body in the air, propelling itself over head and away from the first wave of attacks occurring on the ground. Its head twisting with its body for a moment before curving itself into a dive, corkscrewing from overhead down onto Kimikos position. But that wasn't what caught Leons attention, for a cry came from up above as Leon flew through the shadows, whisking himself from Sarahs shadow to that of the traveling Colossus, clinging to its when it commenced its attack.

Sarah cried out as her sturdy form was pinged from a number of spots. The Behemoth of a Doll easily eclipsed over the two Bounts as they went their own separate ways, with the lacking capability to keep up with anyone in the fight. All that she could do was remained guarding herself in a tense state of what she could call flexing. At the base of her rear collar something had come to strike her. A small spot at the base of the Doll's neck was struck with something that she could not see or detect with her instincts as it alarmed her in general to the danger. It remained present, with the Doll retaliating with the falling Doll striking her forehead into the ground with full force, caving the ground inward with her flailing[2100 physical strength]. The result of her head striking the down erupted into a thunderous wave of concussive force driven into the ground. The amount of force in the initial strike would come to break the ground within the arena sending a wave of debris in the and force ahead of her, softening the surface with brittle rocks and stone with the unseen barrier around the combatants shaking with tremors.

The blow was softened by the difference in strength between the objects and herself, yet didn't stop the initial pain from erupting. There were spots that the body could not flex, especially the column of bones that made up the Dolls spine. The Doll couldn't rely on her eyes in this battle, seeing that Eris gave the general warning to the group, and with Leons own retreat into the shadows. She had to protect herself, keeping herself flexed as she remained stagnate with her head turned to gave up at her shoulders. She had to do something to keep herself safe. The desposits of her body began to motion to life, spreading themselves from her ribcage that she gazed at. Bones of her body were reshaping themselves, creating a shell like figure that was similar to that of Human skin, armoring herself in a new shape. [-100 Manipulation: Sarah] There was more to come, but she would have to be at the ready when the call came.

Watching from multiple points how this female Bount dodged not just her claw shockwaves, but Arbus’s sword as well, all the while not allowing herself to get captivated by Haunzu’s maw. This woman at the very least had a fair amount of experience while possessing some way of knowing where danger was coming from. Whether it be instinct or sensing of some kind, Kimiko couldn’t be sure. All she knew was that if this woman could pick up Aevus’s shikai then the best bet was to eliminate her with her attention elsewhere. This wasn’t an honorable method, but as an assassin she wasn't bound by honor.

“You have come to the wrong conclusion. A single glance of the surface gives one only so much information.” Haunzu’s simple response to the Bount. The Bount who was peered into Kimiko’s inner world in order to speak with Haunzu. A massive forest in the middle of the night, pine trees that stretched over a hundred feet into the sky. The voice of Haunzu came from in front of the Bount only a few feet away and yet this Bount would be able to see next to nothing. “Our leader knows what is and isn’t a threat.” Another voice, more feminine and yet almost the same came from behind Eris.

“Does one turn their back on a friend when they change?”

“Opinions?”

“Relationships?”

“Jobs?”

One voice after another and yet none would be seen, Haunzu wasn’t a typical zanpakuto, something that this Bount may be able to tell now. She wasn’t speaking to a single zanpakuto spirit, she was in the inner world where all thousand wolves of the pack reside. “They have taken no action against Soul Society.” “No action against the pack.” “No threat to the leader.” Almost speaking in unison, one voice immediately after the last coming from a different position all around Eris. “We are wolves, assassins, hunters, we need no honor.” So many speaking the last claim that it would sound as if the entire forest had just given word.

“That thing is his zanpakuto.” “You are the enemy.” “We don’t like mouthy prey.” “The match has started.” “Will you survive the hunt?” The Bount was feeling things about Haunzu, but just how much information could she gather and would it help her truly? Even the fact that she spoke to her teammate, every word said whether it be a whisper or not was heard by Haunzu and thus Kimiko. The slanted golden eyes saw prey evade the lung and slash. Prey that left behind black smoke and yet blood sprayed over the area as Haunzu’s form was cut by Kimiko’s shockwaves.

A grown wolf that was cut apart by five distinctive slashes that mimicked what a sword could achieve. Haunzu’s body began to fall to the ground of the stadium for only a moment, then each section grew from the wounds. By the time the sections would actually land on the ground though, there wouldn’t be one Haunzu. A small portion of the pack was now present from the inner world, five of them that all focused on the giant metal doll by turning their heads upward.

As for Kimiko she wouldn’t waste more time, When one of the two real enemies of this match just sank into the ground. She couldn’t smell him nor hear him which meant he was using some sort of technique to keep him from actually being present. A technique like that had its uses, but was it really wise to use it now. His giant skeleton was clearly in pain because of Aevus’s attack. Dropping down from the top of the arena right for her huh?

Colossus would hit nothing other than the floor of the arena causing the massive displacement that was expected. Haunzu all moved with swift paws to the edges of the arena technically surrounding everyone, but in reality giving Kimiko the best view out of anyone. As for the leader of the pack she executed, shunpo stepped upwards just as Colossus began his decadent. Appearing a moment later in front of Eris after reaching a speed of 8000. Eris was the sort to gather information, could she do that while struggling to evade though? Kimiko would find out as her right hand moved forward from an underhand position set to pierce into Eris’s stomach with Kimiko’s claws.

Aevus watched with narrowed eyes as the female Bount dodged his blade with a particular step technique. Interesting... Aevus noted the trailing smoke that veiled her swift movements. He had never seen it before. Not even Luke had performed it during their nightly bouts. Yet the male Bount’s technique he had seen before. Schatten. A rather annoying technique that let a Bount slip into the shadows. Aevus was used to his prey scurrying away. Hell, he accounted one of them would use it.

Yet Leon had not used it against his attack. No... one of Aevus’s phantom blades had managed to slip past the large skeletal Doll, yet two of his other blades were not so lucky. Pinging off the Doll as if nothing. Aevus would Mark the behemoth of a doll regardless with each blow. His fourth blade, unlike the others met its mark. It buried itself within the base of the doll’s neck. The scream that followed was all too satisfying. Aevus pattered his fingers across the handle of his Zanpakuto in anticipation, as the doll fell to the ground. Noting not only the creature’s speed, but also its strength.

He braced as its powerful form sent a rippling wave of dust and debris into the surroundings. That wave of strength fell into him forcing his black hairs back. He couldn’t help but smile under that black mask of his. With his energy sensory he noted that Leon moved from Sarah’s shadow, to Colossus’s. Good... that put them in the same place. He also sensed Kimiko’s Shunpo, before she dodged Colussus’s incoming attack. He took a runners crouch at that, bouncing off the glass dome with a single Shunpo. As he moved he’d brush against the doll that was barreling down towards Kimiko. He’d attempt to Mark it in the process of that faint touch. [Touch: Mark of Fate]

In less than a second he would appear where Kimiko stood just moments before. His Zanpakuto now sheathed within its scabbard. He instead now held his two remaining phantom Zanpakuto in both hands. His golden eyes staring down the mechanical monstrosity that was now barreling down towards him. Aevus took that instant to Mark Leon. He may have been hiding within his Doll’s shadow, but he still was well within Aevus’s thirty foot territory. Leon would sense the formation of that Mark, as it appeared on the back of his neck. [Territory: Mark of Fate]

With that final mark, multiple connections would be made in an instant. [Bond of Fate] An ethereal red thread would branch out from the depths of the shadow Leon hid within, connecting the Male Bount to his skeletal Doll. Eris too, would find the Mark on her chest now had a red thread connecting her to the same Doll. Yet it stemmed from a separate Mark where Aevus had wounded the creature. And the same would be said for Colossus, as his thread connected to a another Mark. With that connection the Bounts and their Dolls would soon find themselves in a rather dangerous situation. For it was not just a simple red thread that connected the four. No... they now shared the same fate. Any wound would be shared. Physical, mental and even spiritual exhaustion was also linked. Meaning when one exhausted oneself, or lost reiatsu, the others would be burdened with that loss as well. Lastly the Markings of Fate that linked them, would now be mirrored on the one they were connected too.

With all four hopefully connected Aevus would act swiftly. A darkly Reiatsu pulsated from his sheathed Zanpakuto. And from that darkness, three small fiery Fox-like spirits formed. They were like shadowy-fire given form, and with their brief appearance they’d dance upon on the air. Their tails trailing a black fiery reiatsu with each movement. They would soon disappear, merging with the Phantom Zanpakuto that Aevus held within his left hand. The blade now rippled with hollow Reiatsu, becoming empowered with both speed and raw destructive power. With his right Zanpakuto he pointed it towards Colussus, and with his left empowered blade he pointed the tip towards Sarah. His eyes trailed their weak points, and with a single thrust of his arms he would release those blades both at lightning speed. Aiming for their weak points in kind. The blade that aimed for Colussus's weak point, was unchanged. Moving at the same speed as his other blades when he had released them [6,000 speed] While the blade that threatened to strike Sarah was empowered by three Kitsunebi. It not only moved faster [10,000 speed] but would release a destructive blast, mirroring that of a mighty cero. [2,400 OS]

Those Marked could save themselves from the potential fate of Sarah. Neither Eris, Leon or Colussus had been wounded when Marked. Thus they could freely remove that Marking of Fate. The chilled winds of the forest. A new realm that was introduced by the mental commands of its host. A darkness that was introduced obscuring the contents of the Inner World, far beyond what Eris could see, and far beyond what the darkness desired. This was what Eris brought herself into. The striking scent of pine needles rose as much as the aroma of the mimicry of nature. Yet, that was not what drew her attention. A single entity was what did that. A single entity that grew into a larger range than what the Bount expected. What came from the darkness was not that of bodies, but voices. An unknown number to be exact, but dozens that only grew rattling the woman's ears. Too many to really assertain as to what they were consisting of. Too many to track. But that was not what Eris needed. No. The single entity that Eris spoke to was all that she needed, before the voices came.

The Bount smiled, picking up with what she needed directly from the single that came before the others. "Mouthy prey? Assassins? My my. I have mispoken. I ask for your forgiveness." Eris dipped, offering a sign of apology as the Japanese tend with a physical gesture to accompany their words. An instant was all that was needed. The smile did not fade from the static image of the Bount, peering to where in the darkness the first voice came. "I apologize for my words before, but I can not help but find it amusing of the sheer arrogance." A chuckle came. "What is currrently here is not of wolves, hunters, assassins. No. What resides here is nothing more than arrogance, or perhaps ignorance. I can not truly tell at this moment. But what I can say is this..."

In the realm of the Living, the Bounts hand came to run across a passing Colossus over head with fingers latching onto the end of one of its three tentacles.

"What resides here is prey. Prey that does not know that it is even served, and ready to be dined." The image of the woman fades away abruptly, leaving the traces of her presence behind with nothing more than blood lust that was to come. A tinge of eagerness of what was to come. The lone wolf beneath the Bone Doll, Sarah, was slashed into pieces down below the soaring Bount. In her last words to the pack Kimiko had already made her move. Eris' attention was brought back at the sound of the boom from the womans speed, taking note of the Vizard making his move. Her Energy Sensory locked onto his, peering into the reiatsu that was difficult to ignore. Only a moment was needed to peer into it. What his power did? Why? What purpose did it serve? The details were too many to even review it, and not much time until the other made her move again. Blurts of reiatsu pushed the woman upwards, and right back to Eris.

The two met eye to eye seeing where the woman came up to meet with Bount.

All that the Bount knew at the moment was something made contact with her. Her stomach felt pressured being applied into it. A motion that only caused black fluid to erupt from both sides of the womans body. Eris' eyes were in shock. The swirls of magenta and violet reflected the tall bronze woman clearly before the black fluid dispersed to cover their surroundings. This was how the fight was going to change.

For the better. "The meal is served."

What was suppose to be black fluid revealed its true form. A black substance that erupted from the surface of impact unveiled its true nature as it dissolved and broke down into particles. Particles that was thick enough to cut into. Particles that engulfed the surrounding pair and drifted away from the colliding mechanic Doll that missed its mark. It was not of black fluid that came exploding out of the Bount, but mist. Nebel. This was what Kimiko had caused to occur as Eris was pierced into by her enlongated talons. Upon impact the technique was triggered, but with it a terrible tumble of dominoes. The mist shrouded everything around the Shinigami with the subtle notice its aroma seeping inward into different orifices of the body, quickly solidifying to cause several instances of severe pain.

A sudden sensation of exhaustion striking the Shinigami, with a pair of hands being felt digging into the robes of the Assassin. Digits that clung to soft tissue of the womans neck, and another that peeled into the right sleeve to be rolled up as it caressed the length of the womans arm. Stamina ever fleeting at the caress of the fingers with the mist taking on a solid form of the womans upper regions of the body. Mist that poured into the ears, mouth, nostrils, tearducts with thick threads of hair that dug into the inner workings of the fleshy body. Threads of silky hair that probed the regions passing the ear drum to fill the empty gaps like Suture threads.

Tips that danced through the nasal cavity against the delicate tissues that would push the Olfactory Bulb section of the brain, as much as the worming threads that would be seen being roped from the tear ducts of the Shinigami. Open spaces that remained as a constant, and exposed to the elements and openings that the Bount came to use. The mouth was of another opening. Through the gaps of teeth, or open lips, the condensed mist that obscured the area would flow inward as to Eris' desire. The mist that delved as deep as possible in hopes to reach the stomach if not the lungs. Regardless of the depth, the threads balled themselves as well, taking physical form from within.

Yet, what of the exhaustion. Upon the emergence of the mist Eris had kept a portion of herself partially formed. The hands that were obscured in the dense black mist that came to latch onto the woman as the other portions of the mist made their way into the small openings. The Bounts hair became unnatural, with almost as if it had thoughts of its own. A technique that Aura had come to teach Eris, and one being useful to the woman on a multitude of levels. Malignant Limbs - Bösartige Gliedmaßen A single touch was all that was necessary to trigger this sudden exhaustion. Blutsauger. A technique that required physical contact to be made, which took effect upon the caressing of the womans throat. An immediate response will commit of robbing the atheltic body nearly of what stamina she possessed. And further contact would lead to...

"Seems like the poison will do its job without much effort. You can not protect what resides inside you, can't you?" the woman's words could be heard as she reformed. Each technique was activated as a set of dominoes. Upon being struck Eris kept herself partially formed with merely her own hands, kept out of eye sight within the mist as they moved into position. Next was the manipulation of her hair in mist form. As her hair was part of the Bounts body, it too was in mist form, and easily abled to be manipulated. Each technique had to be done in a specific order as the opportunity was set before Eris. Altogether, the techniques would be suffice to immoblize, and prevent the woman from taking immediate actions as to distrupt the tug on the brain from the entry of her nostrails and ears. The lungs was another target, removing potential capabilities of speaking or drawing in air.

Removing the womans ability to draw breath, break her concentration, and cause severe pain in areas that could not be protected, this was what Eris was waiting for, and Kimiko had brought it to her. If Kimiko were to shake off the Bount then she would cling to her as both hair and her own hands had the pair tangled with each other. If the Haunzou moved, then Kimikos life would be put in jeopardy as the threads of hair will run amok. Yet, it did not matter as if any of the parts of hair entered the areas, the next moment would end it. Hairs becoming like blades, hardening from within the Shiniigami as they whipped their ends in their respected locations. Twisting themselves. Pulling themselves. Pushing further inward. Each location was a death sentence, targeting vital organs that Eris knew all too well could not be protected with muscle or reiatsu.

This is the most lethal Bount technique to be used in close quarters combat. It cannot be used on other Bount. One touch to a victim of inferior reiatsu strength. One touch of the palm. If done for a mere instant, the victim's stamina is drained by an amount equivalent to 75% of their total stamina. If for two seconds, all stamina is instantly drained. If for four, all reiatsu is depleted. If for eight seconds, all bodily fluids are depleted to nourish the Bount. The victim is left with a dried husk body that can no longer move, and is dying quickly. They are left in dryness and misery as the Bount's stats double for the next 10 posts.

Technique Description and Effects:
This is a Bount technique which allows the Bount to dissipate into mist. This can be done only upon being struck by a physical attack. One must be impacted by an attack for this to work. Reiatsu based attacks do nothing to stimulate this technique. However, the mist can flow out to become a large mist that covers the area and makes impermeable fog. "So thick you can't cut it with a knife." The Bount can reform at any time. Maximum limit to how long said Bount can be mist is 6 posts. The Bount's body can "partially form" within the mist. While the technique is class 5, the reiatsu cost to form the body inside the mist is class 4 cost. (Dissipating and reforming are both separate class 5 costs.)

Description:

Abundant and fluent, it is what to be expected to be least use in terms of appendages. What is suppose to be smooth as silk, and lifeless has developed into obedient weapon that is manipulated by its user. With reiatsu poured into the casters hair, the natural resource becomes mobile in the desires of its owner. Moving about as if they were an extra pair of limbs, the technique provides the user with an unknown arsenal at their disposal. With the use of a 100 reiatsu, the hair becomes a means of being utilized however the user sees fit, and remains active for 5 posts. Utilizing the physical strength of the individual, Malignant Limbs can strike and hold onto objects with the same strength that the caster is capable of mustering.

Yet, despite being a means of multi-tasking, what Malignant Limbs can be capable of at class 4 is furthering its uses. Because, at Class 4 with an additional 50 reiatsu Malignant Limbs can extend itself by 10 feet. This feature can last for the entirety in which the technique is active for, and easily ceases when the overall technique finishes its 5 post. A neat trick that only advances at Class 3, as using 100 Malignant Limbs can harden themselves for the moment to resemble the quality of steel. This portion of the technique can only be activated while the overall technique is in use for the 5 posts.



How to Use:

100 reiatsu for initial activation. 50 reiatsu to extend. 100 reiatsu to harden per use.


Drawbacks:

The technique is a simple and limited in terms of range, with only extending as far as the individuals hair in question. Not only that its practical uses are ideal for a limited area coverage, but can take a lot of mental strain if utilizing it for multi-tasking, so some concentration is required. This only covers the mental aspect of the technique as reiatsu costs can go out of control very quickly if not careful. Despite the technique is able to be immediately used after its initial 5 posts, the activation cost will need to be paid to make use of it again.

[Leon Strife]

Just what the Hell is going on here? The Tournament was underway and the intensity was already pushing way up there. From weird talking Fox looking spirits to a Dog joining the fight, being turned into cheese wedges, then becoming more Dogs? What the Hell was going on? What the Hell was wrong with this world that he lived in? Back in America there was none of this weird stuff happening. Sure, gang violence, local shootings, and Cops filling the streets was bad. That was a typical day in the average "NORMAL" human way that did not involve having giants and hallucinations going on in front of his eyes. Nothing back in America was ever considered good, but it did beat what he was dealing with right now.

Eris made her move by poofing into thin air, watching a fight occurring over head as he switched over towards Sarah's to Colossus' shadow. Moving at blinding speeds what was going on happened almost at an instant. With Colossus taking to the air he only witnessed Eris reappear at the end of one of its legs, with the intended target was with the Ninja looking woman. The collision from behind shook Sarah, having her immediately topple over to cause a miniature Earthquake. The shock of her impacting the ground broke the foundation, causing much of the ground that he resided in to shatter and become nothing more than fragments, tiles, loose flooring. The sounds of the dome around them resonated loudly like windows trembling. Regardless of what occurred behind him the Bount was more than certain Sarah could defend herself, creating a meaningful distraction as little was able to hurt her.

Although, for her to come crashing down did put some pep in the mans shadowy step to see this fight end as soon as possible, as Eris would have more than likely favored. Leon wasn't really the analytic sort, resorting more to going with the flow of a fight as the circumstances always changed. Living on the streets a person had to adapt. Leon was good at this. So, seeing that Sarah was facing some trouble had to be put on the back of his mind to push forward towards the woman that both he and Colossus were going to pinch. But, in an instance that Leon blunk, Kimiko had turned......into a man? No. That wasn't the case. The woman moved from out of the way of Colossus' dive, with only the man taking her place. He didn't know what happened, but indicated on what little Energy Sensory nagged him, something big was happening. The masked individual had his atttention on the nose diving Doll, blossoming radiant tail like protrusions. His hand slid the primary weapon, his Zanpakutou, back into its protection. More reiatsu rose. More danger was coming. It didn't take a genius to know what his intended target was in Leons perspective.

The light of the fire from the Vizard blanketed the area with light, causing little shadow to draw closer to him. But that was needed was a moment. A single connection, regardless of how thin it became was enough to slip into the man's own shadow. From below fingers rose into from the shadow to interlock with edges of the mans feet, locking them into place with Leons full strength. And after for a moment as a new wave of pain came shooting into Leon, Blutsauger [-400]. Something came and erupted in the mans eyes, stinging as though someone blew fire into them. The mans fingers locked, squeezing from the pain that surged not only from his eyes, but from his side too. The difference between strength between the two was great, enough to crush the bones within the edges and soles of the Vizards feet, collapsing them inward into bloodied pulps. A knee jerk reaction honestly to bare with the pain that Leon was stabbed with, locking in his own muscles to feel himself being pulled out from the shadows, and out into the blinding light around him.

What just happened?

As the Vizard remained keen on his offensive, the lack of notice of the man inhabiting his shadow locked onto him as his own offense took place. It was only a moments difference as the Vizard prepared himself, sheathing his blade to occupy his new celestrial phantoms. Empowering them to take another moment with Leon grasping at the mans feet. Then, launching them at their intended targets, leaving with Blutsauger to take effect within that moment. What Leon didn't see was the blinding explosion that erupted off to the side of his view. An explosion that occurred to where Sarah resided at moments after a draining surge plagued Leon. A sense of weakness that rushed over to him as though more reiatsu was used up from something he did not do. What was going on?

For the Bone Doll, the sense of dissolving came into play losing her own existance as the Vizard took his position. Only seeing the tails sprout from his body the Doll trembled, losing strength that she knew she should have yet did not posses. Something was wrong with only seeing her own body fade away into darkness. All that Sarah saw before the darkness consumed her was that of the white blast that imploded on what remained of her dissolving body, flashing over the her right eye that caused the remaining part of her face to blown away. Sarah could not keep her form as her reiatsu was no longer with her, drained for an uknown reason that too washed over her Master. Yet, this drain wasn't only restricted to Leon, but to Colossus as well.

The Bount was only bewildered as both pain and a drain of reiatsu poured out and into him. Colossus was capable of retaining its physical form in the fight as his own trumped over Sarahs. The pain that came from the blow harm him to keep him pressed against the barrier. But it didn't waiver Leon's actions, keeping the mans feets in his grip even as he was pulled into the blinding light over head. His reiatsu was siphoned with Sarah's presence no longer lingering on the battlefield. Whatever happened had to be due to the man he was holding onto. As other Shinigami had wolves, this guy was completely a mystery to the man. All that Leon knew was his ability to teleport or something. Whatever the man's plans were Leon was going to snuff them out, along with his legs

Thrusting her hand forward Kimiko was anticipating the almost nonexistent resistance that this woman’s torso was going to provide against her sharpened claws. She could see from multiple points of view though that this woman didn’t use a step technique like she did only moments ago. That had left behind a trail of smoke while also enveloping her meant to provide cover, what happened now right in front of her was something more extreme. Turning one’s body into smoke was an ability that Kimiko would have deemed impossible or borderline ridiculous yet that’s what happened.

She felt the soft resistance of a body and then nothing as her primary vision was obscured with black smoke, Kimiko’s golden slanted eyes despite being exceptional couldn’t peer through the smoke that surrounded her. This Bount had made a brilliant evasive maneuver and yet it would accomplish nothing. Kimiko had the utmost confidence in Aevus and what she could see through Haunzu just confirmed to her that this battle would be brief. All the same though Kimiko extended her index and middle fingers while keeping her thumb pressed while her ring and pinky fingers both curved like claws.

Daitai Serufu a technique of her zanpakuto that enables Kimiko to change the locations of herself and Haunzu. The Bount would only begin to manifest sections of her body in her attempt to restrain and then infiltrate her body. The next moment Kimiko would simply be gone, several feet close to the floor of the arena while being many feet away from the black smoke cloud that was her opponent. Right next to her in the air was the fifth Haunzu that hadn’t run to a corner of the arena.

A maneuver that had been practiced hundreds of times since first learning Daitai, Kimiko’s hands grabbed the back of Haunzu, her left arm reaching over further opposite its side to grab the scruff behind Haunzu’s neck. Grabbing its skin like it were a pup Kimiko with all the strength in both her arms threw Haunzu at the massive machine Doll. She hadn’t seen this Doll do anything specific yet, but going off its size and visual body she believed its abilities leaned towards the physical. While the fifth was flying through the air Kimiko swung her arms one time after another sending out shockwaves from her claws that would cut against the hard body of the Doll.

It would only take a moment for Haunzu to slam into the Doll then begin biting, gnawing and tearing away at the weakest parts. Haunzu kept its teeth or claws secure on the machine body making sure he wouldn’t fall away. This Doll would need to attack him or shake him off or else the wolf would keep attacking. Kimiko trusted Haunzu to attack while the other four gave her enough vision that there was nothing she didn’t see in the arena. The moment something happened she could see it, so she’d wait for one of the two Bount to appear from their hiding techniques.

Aevus watched with golden eyes as his blade met the eye of that Skeletal Doll. He would Mark the beast the moment before the phantom of his Zanpakuto splintered and shattered. That Mark would also find shelter on those connected to the Doll. The power that erupted from the shattering of that blade was truly immense. Releasing with it a darkly explosion that engulfed the remaining half of that enormous skeleton’s skull from the front and out the back in a burst of power. The damage it wrought also found shelter in those still connected to it. My~ Not a single severed thread Umbra’s voice paraded with a hint of glee through the minds of those that foolishly decided to leave that Mark of Fate alone.

As Aevus began to leap away he felt two desperate hands clinging to his feet. The strength of the Bount was indeed immense. Aevus reflexly winced from the damage, and yet with his pain tolerance the Vizard was able to fend off crying out in agony. Flexing the muscles in his feet to help alleviate the damage that was being done to him. Even so, it was clearly not enough to defend against the Bount’s grip as it tightened. The moment he began to hear the cracking of bones, he would act. With a sudden burst of speed he unsheathed his Zanpakuto, tossing it into the air. And with the release of his Zanpakuto he would free himself from the Bount’s grasp, teleporting to the blade as it fell.

Catching it mid-air the Vizard would land softly onto the ground only a few feet away from where he once stood. The strain from that landing should have sent a jolt through the Vizard’s spine. And yet he was perfectly fine as he stood defiantly. For the damage done to his feet had disappeared with the mending of his flesh from High-speed regeneration. Also thankfully the technique Blutsauger had no effect on the Vizard. For the Bount didn’t have a higher Reiatsu strength than him. They had been tied in that respect, thanks to his Mask.

Aevus released a sigh, and behind that mask he would look at the Bount with the golden eyes of a hollow. Yet behind that predatorial gaze he held pity for the man, but there was also respect. For what Aevus saw was a sorry sight, yet also a man standing despite his injuries. "A good try, Bount." Leon would find that half his head had been blown away. For the fate that had become that Skeletal Doll from that devastating explosion, had also become his own. For it had echoed within three red threads, that had foolishly not been removed. Was it instinct that Leon had fought on? Or was it one last act of desperation that moved him? Aevus didn’t know if the man was even still alive.

Even if he somehow had miraculously survived missing half his head, the Bount would find himself succumbing to exhaustion. For the moment that Skeletal Doll lost all its Reiatsu, the fate of that exhaustion became his as well. And though he may have had his reserves, the weight of Sarah’s fate would fall into him as if he had spent every ounce of it. And not only him... His Mechanical Doll would also succumb. Lastly, Eris too would be missing half her head. As well as the hefty weight of that stamina loss. The mist that hid her form didn’t save her from that fate. For she too had been connected by that red thread of Fate.
