As she'd gone in for her own blitz attack against the Vizard, similarly siphoning off the remaining reishi within the air at the time, Camila smirked as the Vizard quickly stepped himself in order to clear some distance between the two. Much like her own movements, she'd known full-well just what his route was to be. The same bait-and-counter mentality that he'd been doing thus far. Slip out of the way of the girl, before applying quite an amount of damage to her in the process.

This time, though, Tsukikage had gotten cocky.

While the girl was someone that sought to dominate through brute force, and truly make her opponents despair, that wasn't to say she was unintelligent. Quite the opposite; she knew his type. The type of combatant to simply get out of the way, and let their powers do the work. He was another Arcadus; another Nakajima. She wasn't going to put up with that shit. And, in keeping her standing, thinking he'd been safe by assuming the girl was only capable of melee attacks, he'd played right into her hands.

As the sharpened blades of ash would've dug their way into the girl's spine, she made no effort to get out of the way. No effort toward self-preservation, as it wasn't necessary; not while she had secured such a drastic position over her foe in this scenario. Much like had been ascertained by the male Vizard, shadows make no noise, and are rather hard to notice. Such would be made ever-more-apparent as thousands upon thousands of blades of shadow burst from the ground beneath their feet, immediately piercing into anything and everything within the vicinity, and even more distinctly so as the girl seemed to 'blip' out of reality, leaving behind her own shadowy doppelganger in her stead.

On its own, this would prove to be a rather potent attack; one that numerous folks would have a dramatic amount of problems getting out of the way of. But, this simply wasn't the end of the girl's strategy. Not a split-second before these shadows erupt, three tremendous lasers had been fired from the girl, at eye-level and tilted slightly upward; not even a split second of start-up, nor somatic requirement from the girl had been necessary. Such a level of mastery over the technique that she had desired to launch - a pitch-black, polluted laser of her own hollow reiatsu - had afforded such unpredictability. Especially after having baited out quite the charge-time on her previous cero.

Though, this one was different.

While the other one she had fired was enough to obliterate a small block, this one had been many, many magnitudes larger. Even if it hadn't been the fastest-travelling technique, it hadn't mattered just where Zeich had decided to traverse; upward would simply leave him fried from the blast. Trying to close in on the girl would've done the same; due to the sheer volume of death that she was exuding from this laser, it had been almost like that of a wall. Tilted upward in order minimalize his ability to get low to nothing, while similarly limiting his options to escape upward. While that only left disappearing to the left or right, the shadowed spikes and width of the laser were going to be more than enough to cover such an escape. If not, the near-magnetic pull from Kurozu keeping him toward the shadowed ground, and the imminent bindings from Kuronisei Shibari, allowing a small shadow to flick the ground, were going to be enough. Simply put, the girl was pulling out all the stops in order to make sure this final attack was going to kill.

As small portions of her own body faded from view from the sheer amount of Reiatsu she'd been able to take in, the girl couldn't help but smile. Sure, she was starting to grow weary and tired, but the mask she wore helped provide for her energy. Zeich, on the other hand, was unlikely to be so lucky. Given the raw force of her attacks, any one of them was going to prove to be enough to shatter that mask right off of his face. His own spiritual might simply hadn't been enough to compare to the girl's own. And, given the very shadows beneath his feet - and now likely piercing innumerably through his body - were going to be disintegrating him from the inside out, she felt confident that this fight was to be brought to a close. Even if she was in a position that required her hands slammed together, unable to move, she hadn't needed to.

{Sombre Reanimación (lit. 'Shadow Reanimation')}

Technique Name: Sombre Reanimación (lit. 'Shadow Reanimation')

Technique Stages: Resurrección.

Technique Cost: 500 Reiatsu/post.

Description: Clapping her hands together, all the shadows within a one-hundred foot radius begin to twist to Camila’s whim, creating a myriad of shapes and moving to her desires. Due to the nature of Sombre Doble, this affects the properties of the actual items or in some cases, individuals in real life. Distorting a shadow has the potential to distort reality, changing shape, size, and potentially even objects into entirely new ones. This allows Camila to physically warp the environment to her wishes and launch attacks towards her foes in a second and third dimension. If either attacks hit either the target itself or their shadow, then damage is reflected, leaving this technique incredibly difficult to defend oneself against due to the sheer nature of the ability. Manifestations from this technique possess Camila's Speed for their own, and utilize her Spiritual Pressure for the damage they may deal.

Drawbacks: Not only is this technique expensive, but Camila's hands must be together for the duration of this technique, meaning she herself cannot attack in the process. Kagegakure cannot be active with this technique, and Camila must similarly remain standing still in order to keep it active.

Technique Name: 暗闇: 壮大な虚空大砲 - Kurayami: Sōdaina Kokū Taihō (lit. 'Darkness: Grand Void Cannon')

Technique Class: 1 - 250 TTP.

Technique Type: Vizard - Kurayami.

Usable By: Vizards.

Technique Element: Cero.

Technique Cost: 1,000 Reiatsu.

Description: Taking the Vizard's Cero and expanding upon it, Sōdaina Kokū Taihō is three of these lasers in one. Creating three individual Cero - one in each of the user's hands, and another directly in front of their mouth, the user blasts them forth all at once, merging the lasers and unleashing an absolutely massive blast in the process. While a Kurayami technique, Sōdaina Kokū Taihō functions similarly to Vizard's Cero, and acts almost as a direct extension of such. At any point while the Vizard Mask is active, this technique functions at 3x the user's Reiatsu Strength. By doubling costs, and putting in more reiatsu as opposed to concentrating the power of the blast, Spiritual Pressure can be used instead of Reiatsu Strength. Being an extension of Vizard's Cero, this technique can be learned by Fighters.

While Learned, this technique will function at 2.5x the Vizard's Reiatsu Strength while they don't have their mask active. This blast is three times as large as a Gran Rey Cero.
While Proficient, this technique will function at 2.75x the Vizard's Reiatsu Strength while they don't have their mask active. This blast is five times as large as a Gran Rey Cero.
While Mastered, this technique will function at 3x the Vizard's Reiatsu Strength at all times. This blast is seven times as large as a Gran Rey Cero.

How to Use: Concentrate three lasers, and blast them outward.

Drawbacks: Exuberant Reiatsu cost for what it does. Requires Vizard's Cero at Mastered before this technique can be Learned. This technique always starts at Learned, regardless of the user's Class. Cannot be learned unless the Vizard has at least 4 total posts on their Mask Duration. Can be used once per post. This technique will cost reiatsu despite Vizard Mask's infinite reiatsu duration.

{Kuronisei Shibari (lit. 'False Black Restraint')}

Technique Name: Kuronisei Shibari (lit. 'False Black Restraint')

Technique Stages: Shikai / Bankai.

Technique Cost: 100 Reiatsu.

Description: By making contact with an opponent’s shadow with a manifestation of Hikage Kubomi, Camila is capable of turning it into a physically tangible object that either wraps around an opponent, or embeds itself into the floor, turning into a semi physical surface; binding the victim either to a location, or wrapping around the victim entirely, encompassing their entire body. The shadow cannot be destroyed by means of pure strength, but can be stretched and pulled. The shadow’s elastic properties will move the binding back to its original location. When a victim is enveloped by this binding, they look completely black as if contained within a dark or latex suit.

Drawbacks: This may be overcome by having 1.5x spiritual superiority (2x in Bankai), paying forth 150 reiatsu (300 in Bankai) to disperse the shadow, or fighting in an area where their body does not cast any separate shadow.

Camila had surprised him yet again; that was the first thought that went through Tsukikage’s mind. Up until now, she had been all about brute force, had acted with little tact and mainly might. She had focused on growing stronger, faster, and attacking directly. The funny thing was, in the end, she was still doing that. Her attacks were direct, aimed to maim and destroy. All she had done was up the scale, raising the bar to a level even the battle-minded Hollow hadn’t expected. Blades of shadows, a massive blast of spiritual energy forming into something more powerful than any Cero he had ever imagined; if nothing else, the woman was being pushed to give her all, and then some. And at this point, both host and Hollow had to accept that there was no avoiding this attack. Survival was a possibility, but a slender one, and even then the battle was almost certainly lost. Doubtless Camila would not let the two of them live afterwards, so that survival would be brief.

There is an option, though.

I know. We may not come out of this unscathed or even alive, but we will be making sure she doesn’t, either.

Forty-five seconds was the key figure. That was the amount of time it took blood to circulate through the whole body. From the heart to any portion of the body and back again, that took a total of forty-five seconds. Zeich had been given that time, right from the first time he had released his Bankai and had unleashed its effect upon Camila. He had planted the first seeds of his final assault back then, and had been letting them sit within her until the time came to call upon them. It had happened when Camila had been so bold as to let the ash wash over her, to let it coat her entire body. The ash had settled onto her skin, left alone long enough to siphon a portion of her Reiatsu, and those few seconds before absorption would have been enough. Granules would have entered her mouth, her nose, the space behind her eyes. It would have been breathed in, the gray air itself filled with small particles that would have been taken in with every inhalation. It had only been temporary, until she had used her abilities to absorb the ash in her immediate area, but before then, Camila had taken a good deal of the ash into her body.

Yet Zeich hadn’t struck with it then. At the time, there had only been a minute amount of ash within her system. He could form small blades no longer than half a finger’s length, at best. Sure, he could have attacked her internally then, but the amount of damage he had done would not have been excessive enough to end things immediately. Camila would have had time to recover and, as proven by her from Tsukikage’s deadly assault, she could have come back from it. Her shadow limbs proved she could weave them into reality, and she had not seemed to suffer from the internal injuries that would have pierced many of her internal organs. Likely she had repaired or at least patched them, to be cared for later. That meant that anything that was not entirely decisive would not be fatal. It had to be an all-or-nothing assault that ravaged every part of her from the inside if he wanted to end this. Only complete, terminal damage would stop Camila in her tracks.

And so Tsukikage had taken it upon himself to add to that ash within her body. The blades were his initial plan, hoping to skewer and slay Camila right then and there, but that had failed. She had broken off her own limbs and replaced them with shadowy duplicates. But what she had not done was purge her body, cleared out the ash that had stabbed into her and then dissolved after their strike. After all, he had not wanted to leave the blades within her, sealing the injuries, when the wounds could be left open and the organs split. That ash had been able to dissipate inside of the other Vizard’s body, slipping into her bloodstream through all the severed blood vessels, the torn tissue, the damaged organs and nerves. From there, it could travel freely throughout the body, moving to where it would be best suited for a fatal blow.

Forty-five seconds.

That was how long it took for Tsukikage to get all of his ash into place. Pooled in tiny clusters that did nothing to interfere with the body while they gathered, it was like a net of bombs waiting to go off within the woman’s body. Near the heart, the lungs, the stomach, the liver and kidneys; near the brain, the throat; even the joints of the shoulders and the legs were all primed as targets for his assault. In that forty-five seconds, he had allowed the ash to flow through every part of her body. It hadn’t taken the entire period, not with four different entry points from each of the four limbs stabbed through, but allowing enough time to let the ash flow through her blood and position itself at the right parts of her body was still necessary. He had endured the wait, and now had set himself up for the final strike.

“See you in Hell, bitch.”

No gesture was needed to command the ash, and in that brief moment, not one, but forty blades of ash erupted inside of Camila’s body. None of them were longer than an inch in length, and all of the blades were slender. They would impale their targets, striking into the majority of her organs, tearing through cartilage and muscle, ripping through her lungs, her brain, her heart. Blood vessels would erupt as the ash exploded outwards from within them, bones in the path of any attack would be cleaved through. Camila may have had the power to overcome those blades in a direct confrontation, but her body was not enhanced by her increased spiritual prowess, leaving it entirely vulnerable to to the attack that would be exploding into being from within her. It didn’t matter that she had a supernatural level of ability to tolerate the pain that would be blossoming inside of her like a thousand fireworks all at once; the attack would be severe enough that it would simply shut her down in a moment, with no room for resistance to the pain. If the attack struck, there was no surviving it.

It was not enough to stop Camila’s own attack, however; she had already committed her Reiatsu, had already started the strike that in turn would likely be Tsukikage’s own demise. Massive lasers of Reiatsu, tilted upwards, would tear through the air with a force far greater than any Cero. Their range was enormous, cutting off any movement that the Hollow might have used to escape. The only way to avoid it would have been to duck below it, which he did instinctively, yet an answer came from the ground as well. Blades not unlike his own shot up, skewering through his feet, tearing into his legs and ribs, impaling him with deadly, devastating strikes. He did not cry out, though; the two had will that surpassed any physical steel, and thus the Hollow gritted his teeth, keeping his eyes raised up towards Camila, defiant and unwilling to surrender to his likely death. Those golden eyes challenged and threatened at the same time, a message of unyielding resolve for the woman who had chosen to hunt them.

It didn’t even matter that Camila swapped places when the blades came for her. Much like how her clothing and equipment as well as the shadows that were separate and not a part of her original body traveled when she swapped places, so too did anything that was already inside of her. Sure, the additional blades that struck would hit the shadow rather than her, preventing further wounds atop that which would be coming, but the ash that was within her didn’t get left behind. It would travel with her, and in the end, fill her with bladed death that would eviscerate anything within her, leaving nothing but a bloody wreck that once used to be the innards of a humanoid being.

No amount of will could force a broken body to stand however, not when there was literally nothing to support it, and Tsukikage toppled, his torn and tattered legs unable to support his body. Cracks appeared in the lupine mask that had covered Zeich’s face, and pieces began to break off and corrode. Blades that were still emerging struck once above the eye, and although it didn’t pierce through, a large piece of the bone-white mask fell away, revealing the skin beneath and uncovering one of the golden eyes. For a moment, the two shared their vision, with one seeing nothing but the empty darkness of his blindness, and the other seeing the world of shadows around them. In that brief moment, the two inhabited the body simultaneously, both aware of it and each other.

Then the rest of the mask fell away, and Zeich collapsed to the ground, his energy drained and his injuries overwhelming him.

As her own attack had come in contact with the Vizard, piercing through and obliterating the Vizard before her, Camila immediately made notice of the dog's words, before being given a reason to prepare for the worst. If he'd not said anything, and simply let his actions play out as they would've, she wouldn't've had the heads-up that hell was going to come; hell that she'd been able to anticipate, as Zeich's blades threatened to erupt and rip through the girl's bloodstream. Given his abilities thus far, and the fact that he'd tried the trick before already with both her arms and legs, he'd left himself in a position to be predictable. After all, she'd possessed a Zanpakutō as well. While they were certainly versatile, there were only so many tricks they could afford.

While getting away simply wasn't going to be an option for her, as she'd be damned regardless, Camila had begun to enact a bit of a gambit; something that wasn't likely to work in the long-run, but would buy her enough time in order to deal with the impending hell. Channeling reiatsu through her feet as she broke her stance, the girl blast forth into her own shadows at 12,000 Speed, allowing herself to be absorbed within the void as the cascade of inch-wide went off through her blood. Much like the Vizard had anticipated, there was little hope of her fighting through something like that. Even as she wrapped herself in shadow, did what she could to forcibly suck the blades from her body, stitch up the wounds as quickly as she could, the ash that had threatened to explode through her body was quick to overwhelm her, and leave her damned shortly thereafter.

Though, given the Speed at which she'd been able to move, escaping her own void hadn't been a problem.

Reappearing in the Human World, a distinctly bloodied mess, and nearly unable to be recognized, Camila found herself splayed against the ground, as her own shadows began to draw back into her body, chunks of ash spilling out from her hand. As her release had deactivated, both Bankai and Resurrección turning off in the process, Camila forced herself into a soft smile. While she certainly wasn't going to beat some maneuver like that, she had enough tools in her arsenal in order to, at the very least, buy her some survival time. Even if it was only twenty seconds or so, maybe even a minute, it was still more than her opponent had been afforded.

As her powers turned themselves off, closing the pathway out of Kurozu and obliterating anything that had been caught inside within a fraction of a second, Camila had emerged back within the Human World. In her own eyes, she'd been victorious. Even if it cost her practically everything in the process, there was still hope for her to get medical attention. The other Vizard, however? He was to be lost to time.
