Description:
Bounts are generally speaking are intimately tied to the powers of blood and its manipulation. An incredibly basic technique, the bount aims a hand or finger towards the target. A miniscule amount of blood is channeled along the palm or fingertip, which then condenses, firing forth a droplet of blood at incredible speeds. This does not have to be the Bount's blood directly, but instead any blood they contact. Due to the Bount's odd properties, when using the technique; the essential effects of blood loss if any are relatively negligible.

Description:
The weaker sister technique to Verteiten, this allows for a Bount to dominate the minds of lesser creatures; more specifically animals and bend them to the Bount's will; akin to familiars. This technique is not inherently powerful or impressive. However, the most useful usage of this technique is that the Bount gains the ability to perceive through the senses of their familiars, so long as they actively choose to do so and may mentally communicate basic orders to them. This is only possible due to an animal's generally less complex thoughts or sentience.
An animal that becomes mentally dominated by a Bount is easily identifiable by their eyes which now have a crimson red hue. At learned a Bount may control five familiars at any time, seven at proficient, and up to ten at mastered. A Bount may control larger groups of familiars for short bursts of time, but generally, controlling any amount of familiars higher than the norm is taxing on the Bount's mind and body.

Description: This technique allows the user to create bind like strings or fixtures made from either pre-existing blood or the blood of the Bount, launched from the hand or fingertips. Similar to the usage of Kugel. However, it also has an added element of complexity as the blood once enveloping and wrapping around a target will rapidly coagulate, become adhesive, and hard. Mastery of the technique allows for the user to harden and coagulate only segments of this binding, and do so with greater speed and proficiency.

Description: The power of a Bount's hypnosis is innate and can be harnessed to enslave the minds of others as well as induce feelings within them. However, this illusion is very different from those techniques. This technique allows for the Bount to put an individual into an almost idyllic dream like paradise. Where all of their deepest desires and fantasies can be met and realized. The Bount in this hypnotic illusion is capable of issuing basic commands to the afflicted individual and ask them questions of which their body will subconsciously move to perform. It is important to note that the Bount cannot make their victim perform any actions that would be considered immediately harmful to oneself such as self harm or suicide.
However, in order to utilize this technique, the Bount must maintain consistent eye contact with their target, and the technique is broken immediately when the body feels pain or when line of sight is broken; with the exception of blinking. If a task is given before eye contact is broken that would require eye contact be ended, the illusion will end as soon as the task is completed. A powerful technique for interrogation and or hypnotic subversions. When the dreamer wakes, often they may be out of touch with reality or desire to enter into the stupor.
Even if a target is aware they are in an illusion, it is often so vivid and real feeling that it is indistinguishable from reality. The passage and perception of time in the illusion is subjective to the dreamer's deepest desires. This technique cannot be utilized against individuals of higher class or offensive stat. This technique is for such a Bount. This allows for a Bount to draw in blood from any surface that their hands touch, including from a victim. So long as the victim is incapacitated or incapable of fighting back. This technique when mastered allows for a Bount to draw in all blood they so focus on. The range extends up to ten feet for every hundred reiatsu strength the Bount possesses; and allows for them to consume it by simply splattering against their person. However, to use this method of consumption takes an entire post to focus on this task.
