Technique Name: [Soul Command: Creation of All Things]
Technique Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Spiritual]
Usable By: [Those who can use Soul Command]
Technique Element: [Physical, if any]
Technique Cost: [Reiatsu, points in Crafting, or Crafting related, Skills]
Description: [This is a variation of Soul Command, made by Kitai in an attempt to make the merging of magic and science easier, as well as to further elevate his ability to craft whatever strikes his fancy in any given moment.
This ability allows Kitai to manipulate the souls of objects, letting him change, repair, or otherwise improve things he comes into contact with. He does this by placing a hand or hands upon an object or structure, and enffusing it with his reiatsu. This method allows him to use either of his spiritual stats to preform this. Once the wave has washed over the object or structure in question, he is given a sort of mental map of it, letting him see the flaws or cracks, and make changes where he deems fit. These changes use his Crafting Skills to deem how impressive or impactful they are.
Kitai can restore the durability of anything at a reiatsu cost of 1:3 reiatsu-to-durability once per object every seven posts. For a reiatsu cost of 700, Kitai can change the form of an object into anything he pleases, be it a section of earth into a Kitai Brand worthy weapon, or a hunk of scrap into a fully functional plane, so long as Kitai knows how to make it. These items will have 300 Ip per point in Crafting Skills that he has, and 3x Durability.
For vehicles, these will have 800 speed, 800 Ip, and 1x Durability for each point in a Crafting Skill he possess. For armor, it will have 200 Ip for each point in Crafting Skills he has, 3x Durability, and loses Ip equal to 50% of the Os from attacks that hit it, minus 5% for each point in Crafting Skills he has.
For another 300 reiatsu, Kitai can grant one effect from any item he has created to either one of the items he makes using this technique, or apply it to an already existing item he gets his mits on. This effect lasts for three posts, and must be appropriate to the item it is being applied to.]
How to Use: [Mentioned above.]
Drawbacks: [Weapons and armor made through this technique last five posts in combat, turning to ash once the technique ends. Applying the effect of an item damages the item it is applied to, and its durability is reduced by 25%. Only one item can be created at any given time. Conservation of mass cannot be broken through this technique. If an item is bigger than the matter implies it should be, it will be hollow, to some degree. Making items more hollow than they should, will reduce its durability by 1% for every 5% larger the item should be. Compressing the density will either increase the weight of the item, or will just take the material needed to make the new item in question.]
