Description: While the user is astride a jumping motorcycle in motion, they may use this radical technique to assault a target with the face of its rear wheel, inflicting the bike's ramming damage without suffering any recoil or damage to its tires, and permitting a single change of direction in motion. If the user immediately follows Wheelie-Strike up with Velocity, the Strength of this attack increases by 25 for each x1 in the bike's Velocity multiplier.
How to Use: Move reiatsu into the motorcycle's frame and tires to simulate weight and increase stability for a short time.
Drawbacks: The user must be riding a motorcycle.
