Name: Safety Bullets
Description: These bullets are bright orange, with casings that have a colorful mascot, holding a sign saying 'safety first!' If one were to try and open the casing up, they would see a black cylinder, that seemed to absorb absolutely all light that came into contact with it, along with a tiny white dot that looked to be far away.
Class: 4
Item Type: Ammunition
Item Power (IP): Equal to the Weapon it is being used with
Offense Type: Physical
Durability: 800
Bonuses: When fired, the bullet will expand around whatever it impacts against, growing at a speed of 800 speed when impacting a person, and 800 speed when impacting against a ranged attack, for dramatic effect. The orange bullet fades into a white foam-like substance that is extremely annoying to remove, as it acts like a cement around whatever it expands over. The total expansion the bullet can grow to is ten feet. Once it is expanded over something, it hugs onto it with a strength equal to the IP of the weapon that fired it, can cannot be removed without a higher strength to the weapon, or an elemental attack that beats the IP of the weapon, or is class two or higher.
Drawbacks: Enemies can breath through the substance, albeit with some difficulty.
Cost: 1,000 for ten rounds
Crafting Skills: 4 in Crafting
Donated to Urahara's: To the Kitai Shop
Name: People Filter
Description: This is a small item with the Kanji for 'Unnoticed' printed on the side. Somewhere on this product, a grinning blond man with a green and white bucket hat is printed.
Class: 8
Item Type: Utility
Item Power (IP): 50
Offense Type: Spiritual
Durability: 2x
Bonuses: While this is on the person of a spiritually sensitive person, they can choose to put ten reiatsu into the item, and become unnoticeable to anyone without spiritual abilities for one hour.
Drawbacks: People can still notice your actions, if they are large enough, just not you directly.
Cost: 500
Crafting Skills: 4 in Crafting
Donated to Urahara's: Yes. He gets one.
Name: The 'Un'Safety Bullet
Description: These bullets are a dark red, with casings that have a not-so-colorful mascot that is waving around a sign that says 'Danger! Woe to thee who decided this was a good idea!' If one were to try and open the casing up, they would see a white cylinder, that seemed to look like an infinite white void that could drive even the sanest person mad should they stare too long into the abyss, along with a tiny black dot that looked to be staring into your very soul.
Class: 4
Item Type: Ammunition
Item Power (IP): Equal to the weapon it is being used with
Offense Type: Spiritual
Durability: 800
Bonuses: When fired, the bullet will expand against whatever it impacts against, instead of penetrating it. When expanding, the bullet fades from red to black, growing ten feet in diameter. This expansion moves at a speed of 800. When expanding, the mass of the sphere becomes super heated, letting off a wave of heat that cooks anything unfortunate enough to be close to it, with the heat wave traveling another forty feet. Those without any heat tolerance will find any exposed flesh suffering second degree burns upon initial exposure. These orbs radiate heat for five posts before they expire. Any techniques with less OS than half the IP of the weapon used to fire them will be incinerated, while those with more will have their OS reduced by half. Repeated exposure to this heat will increase the burns from second degree, to third, to fourth should they be so unfortunate.
Drawbacks: User is not immune to the effects of this aura. Orbs can be moved after initial expansion with a strength higher than the IP of the weapon. Can be destroyed by spiritual attacks that beat the IP of the weapon, or are two classes over it, or by a physical attack with 25% more Strength to its IP.
Cost: 1,000 for ten
Crafting Skills: 4 in Crafting
Donated to Urahara's: Nope, he already got one.
Name: The Sadness of Isolation
Description: This is a circular hand mirror, with the reflective part having a seven inch dimeter, made of polished silver, with a smooth, rounded metal rim taking up half an inch around it. On the back, there is a stylized eye in the center, with the words 'behold the infinite' circling it, starting of legible, but the more it circles the eye, the smaller the words become, to the point where they're impossible to see with the naked eye. The metal is a bluish grey, while the eye and the words are a dark navy blue.
Class: 1
Item Type: Weapon
Item Power (IP): 1,200
Offense Type: Spiritual
Durability: 3x
Bonuses: This weapon is an insidious one. Once someone looks upon their reflection inside the mirror, they will be subject the the effects of The Mirror. Once affected, the target will be trapped inside their mind, falling through an infinite row of mirrors. It start slow, at first, but it will get faster and faster, until the subject cannot see anything but themselves in an infinite void. They will be trapped in that void for days, with nothing but themselves to interact with, as the isolation slowly eats away at their sanity. They will start to hallucinate, their mind coming up with something, anything the distract them from what they are experiencing. A week will pass by, before they snap back to reality, and they break eye contact with the mirror, finding that no time has passed in the real world. Even things like Zanpakuto spirits won't know what happened to them.
This massive disorientation will reduce the subject's instinct by 25% the first time they see their reflection for the following post. The second time will instead last a month, and drop it to fifty for two posts, while a third time, should they be so foolish, will last a year, and drop to 75% for three. Should they see themselves a fourth time, this is when things turn critical for them. They will experience ten years of isolation for the fourth, a century for the fifth, and a millennium for the sixth, with each time after that increasing the time spent in there by an order of magnitude. If their minds are not shattered by the third time, they will be subject to a series of progressively worsening effects. Every mental skill the user has will drop by one after the fourth time, and by the fifth, not even having a 4 in a skill will prevent it from dropping. Should you survive that, any hallucination will be permanent, requiring someone with at least 1,200 in HE to even attempt to fix, hindering your senses and ES. Should you somehow reach a seventh time, your mind will be functionally dead, even if your body isn't. Each point in Illusion Resist pushes back the time table by one, dividing the first week in half, for each point they have, then doubling for each time they look into the mirror.
Those who look into the mirror can alternatively spend 200 reiatsu to negate any remaining time spent inside the isolation, as well as negate the debuffs. This cost doubles every time one looks into the mirror.
The range that this works is dependent on the senses of the person against it. Starting at 50 senses, this effect can take hold at twenty feet. At 100 senses, this extends to fifty. 200 jumps to one hundred, 300 jumps to two hundred, 400 leaps to four hundred, and every 100 points after that doubles the amount that the previous 100 had, due to the absurd scaling of Senses itself. Naturally, this does not work against the blind. These numbers are multiplied by however man points in Focused Eye one has.
Drawbacks: No part of the mirror can be covered if this is to affect anyone, and will loose any reflectivity should it become dirty or touched. A person must look at the reflective surface to take effect, after which their body will automatically look away to break eye contact with it. This item must be held to be used, and holding it for combat purposes will burn the eye into the user's flesh as a reminder of what they did to another living being. Only those with a 2 or higher in pain tolerance can use this for combat. The mirror can only affect a person once per post.
