Name: Corrosion Equip
Description: This is a modification that can be equip to any weapon from the Kitai Shop. This addition to a melee weapon weapon coats the damaging portion of it in a slow-acting poison. When that makes contact with a person's skin, nothing immediately happens, aside from the regular pain of being struck by the business end of a weapon, plus some minor irritation. Three of the user's posts after the wound was first made, the real effects will begin. Every following post for the wielder of this item, an inch around the victim's wound will start to fester and rot, decaying away, and half an inch inwards. The muscles of limbs affected by this will lose five percent of their strength and speed per post. This growth lasts seven posts per wound. For ranged weapons, this poison is applied to whatever it is they are firing. This corrosion can kill someone, depending on where the wound or wounds were made. The duration of this corrosion can be reduced by one post per point in Poison Resist, and can be reduced by one post per 150 points in HE. It can be healed away outfight with an HE stat equal to or higher than the IP of the weapon this item is equipped to. HSR can heal the damage, but not stop the poison itself.
