"Ugh," Helena groaned, placing her hand atop her head while she stood up. Inhaling in order to sigh, the girl quickly realized the mistake behind her actions as she inhaled the repugnant stench of the place where she'd been located. Immediately regretting her decision, Helena found herself nearly doubling over once more, thrown into a coughing fit just from the place she'd been in. While the stench wasn't something she hadn't dealt with before, it certainly wasn't something she wanted to be dealing with now. She'd get over it all in time, but for now she needed a minute in order to recoil from the actual assault against her olfactory senses.
Taking a moment after calming down in order to look around to pick apart her situation, holding her nose all the while, Helena let out a soft sigh. "Wonderful," she said to herself, unable to fully pronounce her words, "Just perfect." Groaning with her hand back on her head, Helena took a moment to continue to ponder her surroundings. Just how had she ended up here? Last she remembered, she was leaving her office through the shadows. She stepped in, and everything from there was a blur. How did she end up in a place like this? She'd figure out in time, but for now she simply wanted to get out of the sewers.
Reaching to her hip, and pulling one of her Selee Schneide from its resting place, she pulsed her own reiryoku through the weapon in order to allow it to roar to life. While primarily relying on the light it provided in order to get her out of this place, if nothing else she had a form of easy defense on her person now. While she felt it was likely unnecessary, having that level of protection was certainly nice without having to rely on the abilities granted to her by His Majesty. This was cheap, effective, and rather aesthetically pleasing, all things considered.
Noticing rather quickly that there had been a rather visible tunnel down the way, Helena pondered her options for a short moment. Was that perhaps the way to go to get out of here? Something gave her the distinct feeling that Schatten wasn't going to work in order to leave this place, so if nothing else she needed to find a way out. If nothing else, it didn't hurt to try this way out; what was the worst that could've happened? Pressing a small pin in on her uniform and hat, she set her clothes to self-clean as she took her time walking toward the tunnel.
{x1 Class 1 Proper Uniform} Name: A Proper Uniform Description: Custom made to fit the wearer, and fit in the the organization the customer is a member of, this item is made for those who want to blend practicality and comfort together. It's also self cleaning. Class: 1 Item Type: Armor Item Power (IP): 1,200 Offense Type: N/A Durability: 3x Ip Bonuses: The Uniform is a sort of combination of three items Kitai has made. This armor blocks all attacks with less os than the Uniform has Ip. The fabric it is made of is similar to Steel Silk in how it functions, though these uniforms are made of silk and cashmere. Should an attack surpass the IP of the Uniform, it will still block the attack, but will damage the durability of the item. This is the extent of the Class 5 version.
Class 3 is where it starts to get interesting. On top of resisting attacks launched at the clothed areas of the Uniform, this variant also protects the skin as well. Incorporating the Energy Shell line of products, this armor blocks attacks with a thin layer of energy overtop the user's body. Much like the class 5 version, this blocks attacks that do not beat the IP of the Uniform, but parts that aren't covered act as half IP in terms of clashing.
The class 1 variants of this item are some of the finest clothing in all the worlds. Comfortable, perfectly form fitting, and incredibly hard to destroy. This version adds a twist of being able to repair itself, able to restore its durability. While not in combat, this item can fix itself in under an hour, completely restoring any damage it has sustained, so long it hasn't lost all of its durability. In combat, the user can pay reiatsu in increments of 100, to restore 50 durability per 100 reiatsu spent. The energy layer that covers the skin now acts with 100% IP. The Uniform does not take a strike in NDE threads when reduced to zero durability, at this class.
Drawbacks: This does, unfortunately, have a few drawbacks. The IP of the item is reduced by a hundred for every attack it takes within one class of it, and will remain like that until one hour after the fight ends. This item cannot be worn in conjunction with Steel Silk, or stacked with Energy Shell items. Metal Thumb will also not work on this item.
Cost: 100,000 Crafting Skills: 4 in Crafting Donated to Urahara's: Only the finest, for the Kitai Shop
{x5 Class 1 Selee Schneide Hilts}Name: Selee Schneide Hilt Description: A decently sized shaft of spiritual steel resembling that of a sword hilt, with a small loop on the end of it. These Quincy items are necessary for the technique of the same name to be activated. Type of Item: Tool Class: 1 Item Power (IP): N/A Offense Type: N/A Durability: N/A Bonuses: Selee Schneides are necessary for the Selee Schneide technique. These can be activated by paying a reiatsu cost equal to the cost of firing an arrow of the same class, and cost the same amount of reiatsu per post in order to maintain. Drawbacks: Reiatsu cost to use the item. Costs: 250 Ryo + 250 Ryo/Class
Technique Description and Effects: Selee Schneider is the pinnacle of a Quincy's ability to absorb Reiatsu. When activated, a medium-length blade of Reiatsu is formed from the hilt. This blade vibrates at very high frequencies, and is capable of loosening the bonds between Spirit Particles, and then stealing the free Spirit Particles.
When the Selee Schneider is activated, it has an offensive stat of 0, regardless of the user. However, it cannot be overpowered by a technique of equal or inferior class, regardless of that technique's offensive stat. Instead, any technique that interacts with Selee Schneider has its offensive stat reduced by 100, and then the Selee Schneider's offensive stat increases by 100. If the Selee Schneider interacts with a Reiatsu based being - such as a Shinigami, Arrancar, Hollow Akki, Rogue or Beast Clan - then the person struck loses 50 Reiatsu, and the Selee Schneider's offensive stat increases by 50. This includes when the Selee Schneide strikes an extension of that being's soul, such as part of their Zanpakuto or Resurrection.
At any stage, the Selee Schneide can be fired by the user, using their standard bow, as an arrow. This arrow has an offensive stat and speed equal to that of the Selee Schneider at the time of firing.
How to use technique: Hold the Selee Schneider hilt in hand, and pay the appropriate Reiatsu Cost.
Technique Drawbacks: This technique requires the same amount of TTP as a Class 4 technique to learn. The Selee Schneide can only be activated at a Class equal to or lower than the user's. The Selee Schneide can only steal Reiatsu from techniques or beings whose Class is lower to, or equal to, the Class of the Selee Schneider. This technique requires a Selee Schneider hilt (item) to use, and each hilt can only be used once. The costs for activating the Selee Schneider is the same as normal Quincy arrows. It then costs the same amount of Reiatsu per post to maintain it.
It was no where near complete, Wycliff let out a sigh as he looked at the failure of the kido he had been working on. At first he thought it would be a very simple task, a kido to cause hollow reiatsu to attack it’s self. If it worked it would be the ultimate anti hollow technique. Honestly it would be the final kido needed to be completed to deal with the hollow issue that had plagued soul society for so long. Yet as he tried to do make it work various complications came up. There wasn’t much progress being made, even with the research given to him by squad 12.
With his latest failure he rested against a tree in the courtyard of his squad, as he closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep the smell of burning ash tickled his nose. His eyes opened to see the world around him very different from what he had remembered. “ya ain’t in soul society anymore…..” He mumbled as he saw the gravestones all around him. This clearly wasn’t an enemy attack, as if they wanted him dead they would have killed him right away as he slept.
The smell of ash made him upset as it reminded him of a past he wanted long forgotten, without saying anything Wycliff released his Zan. He knew better than to let himself be so vulnerable in such a situation. As he released he could hear the sounds coming from a nearby church, a sickly sweet melody being played. Without anything better to go on he slowly made his way towards the church knowing full well that this could be a trap.

Name: Danku Armor Description: The item it’s self is a rather inconspicuous pin worn on an individual. Each one can be customized upon order and can have designs ranging from incredibly intricate to a basic coin design. The pin is nothing more than a holder for the runes and application of the kido Bakudo #81: Danku (Splitting Void). By infusing reiatsu into the pin the kido spell Danku is activated and wraps around the user’s body creating a barrier to block attacks using the kido. By paying 300 reiasu the danku wrap around the entire user. Can only be used three times per thread, or per hour in an adventure/quest. Class: 2 Item Type: Armor/Utility Item Power (IP): 1,200 Offense Type: none Durability: IP Bonuses: none Drawbacks: The Danku kido being used can’t be buffed by incantations, the cost of keeping the danku up is per post. Name: Sukkiri Sekisho necklace Description: Sukkiri Sekisho necklace is a simple black rope necklace with an obsidian pendant. On the pedant there is a multitude of runes and sigils engraved on it. When reiatsu is supplied into it it casts the kido Sukkiri Sekisho, however based on the amount of reiatsu used the amount of an individual’s body will vanish. 100 reiatsu will only allow for a single limb, 300 allows for half of the user’s body to be affected and 400 allows for the user’s body to be affected. Class: 1 Item Type: support Item Power (IP): 1000 Offense Type: None Durability: 2x IP Bonuses: None Drawbacks: Class doesn’t affect the class of the kido, instead it only increases the IP of the kido. Can’t use incantations with the Sukkiri Sekisho necklace. The cost is per post instead of every two posts like the base kido Cost: 15,000 + 2500 per class Crafting Skills: Kido 3 Donated to Urahara's: No, going to Wycliff’s squad 5 shop
Name: Sho Gun Description: The first of Wycliff’s experiments in kido weaponry by engraving sigils and runes into an ordinary gun, Wycliff has created a gun that instead of firing regular bullets fires out instead the kido Sho. The gun is a typical nine millimeter handgun say for the sigils and runes engraved on the inside of the gun barrel. Class: 1 Item Type: Weapon Item Power (IP): 1000 Offense Type: Spiritual
Durability: IP Bonuses: None Drawbacks: The gun starts off with six shots loaded. After the sixth shot is fired out to reload the user must spend 200 reiatsu. The class of the gun doesn’t increase the the class of the Sho rather it just makes the OS of the sho being fired out higher as the offensive strength of the Sho is equal to it’s IP. Incantation methods do not work with the sho being fired out however for an extra cost the gun can have a permanent incantation engraved into it. Cost: 2000 ryo + 1000 per class (incantation increases the final cost by 25%) Crafting Skills: 3 Kido Donated to Urahara's: No, going to Wycliff’s squad 5 shop
Name: Byakurai Blade Description: The second in a line of kido weaponry developed by Wycliff. Each blade can be customized to be the same as the user’s preference. At first it seems that the blade appears to be a normal weapon, however the hilt of the weapon hides a collection of runes and sigils that when reiatsu is channeled through the kido Byakurai is activated. Unlike the normal kido this activation of the kido will have it coat the blade and will continue to persist as long as reiatsu is channeled into the blade. The class of the Byakurai will be the same as the base kido, however the class of the actual blade is the same as the item. Class: 1 Item Type: Weapon Item Power (IP): 1000 Offense Type: Spiritual and Physical Durability: IP Bonuses: None Drawbacks: The cost of activating and keeping the blade active is 50 per post. Disorder. Lawlessness. Decrepit. These were all terms that had been used to describe the Rukongai's outer districts. The far reaches of the Rukongai had been utterly abandoned by Seireitei. Left to fester and rot, the citizens of these districts were constantly under siege by petty crime. The conditions weren't ideal to say the least. Many buildings were abandoned, left in states of disrepair. People sat on the street wth ragged and stained clothing. Most among the Seireitei and Central 46 saw these people as expendable. They weren't the finest that Soul Society had to offer. They had little use as Shinigami. The people who swore to protect them had given up on them. Or... at least most of them had.
Walking through the dirt streets would be the most unlikely soul. Dressed in a traditional shihakusho, a matching set of twin Zanpakutō hanging off her hip, a white haori with the emblem of the Tenth draping her back, it was none other than Celes. The green-haired Shinigami had made her way to the outer edges of the Rukongai for a variety of reasons. For one, there was a tactical situation to assess. Proximity to the Wilderness made Hollow attacks rather common; not to mention the countless invasions that seemed to be plaguing Soul Society. Two, Celes saw the people of the Rukongai, no matter how destitute, as her charge. As the Captain of the Tenth, they were under her protection. Chief among her reasons though was a missing officer. An officer of the Tenth had not reported back in some time after Celes sent several squadrons of Shinigami to protect the realm.
The Tenth was like family to Celes. It was the gift given to her by Soul Society in her second life. As such, she would scout out the situation herself. Conversations with some of the locals weren't easy. Celes had encountered these struggles before in the 40th District. Shinigami did not inherently command respect among them. It was earned. Fostered through blood, sweat and tears. The Captain did not inherently mind this. The outer districts were far different though. Their living conditions left them disillusioned. Unfortunately, it required a little more intimidation and coercion on Celes' part. Flexing her reiryoku, flashing her blade, drawing her blade faster than the naked eye. It all led to her finally getting the information she sought. With that, Celes would descend into the Wilderness upon which a thick fog lay and becoming wholly consumed by the twisting mist.
Everything was black. Her thoughts felled muddy. It felt as though she had been submerged beneath the crushing depths. Her body felt cold. Within the void, Celes could hear a voice. It was crystal clear even amongst the other distortions. "Celes... Celes..." It became instantly familiar to the Shinigami. It was the voice of her Zanpakutō Spirit, Yunorashi. She was calling out to her. Quickly, Celes tried to respond. ...Nothing. As much as she tried to roar and scream for her partner, no matter how hard she tried, no words formed. Once more, the Zanpakutō Spirits' voice filled the otherwise empty and desolate void. "Listen to me Celes..." Suddenly, the spirits' voice boomed in her thoughts. It resonated throughout her soul.
"Wake up!"
Finally, Celes' eyes fluttered open. She lightly gripped her head. A pounding headache assaulted her senses leaving her vision blurry. Her body still felt cold as she shivered. After a few moments, as her vision cleared up, the Captain took a look around. No longer would she be surrounded by the familiar sight of trees nor the endless void. Instead, the Shinigami would find only iron and stone. Her vision grew slightly more accustomed to the lack of proper lighting around her. It was a jail cell! Cramped and dark, she forced herself to her knees. Her eyes would soon be drawn to the clanking of wood to metal which occurred in the cell across from her. A shrouded figure across from her sat silently before continuing to idly swing their cup against the bars.
It was a strange thing. To wake up in a place like this. Stranger yet, she had no memory how she ended up here. Her hands immediately descended to her waist. She tapped for her Zanpakutō, feeling the familiar handle brush against her hand. She gave a soft sigh of relief. "Well... at least I'm still armed." It wasn't that she needed her blade. She was proficient enough in Hakuda to get by without one. However, Yunorashi was her companion. A partner for life. She was relieved to know that she wasn't alone. Feeling more at ease, Celes' attention shifted to the door before her. She approached it slowly, tapping it lightly. The iron bars shifted ever so slightly. Her eyes widened. The bars weren't locked in place. She could easily slide it open. Just like that... the situation had changed.
This left Celes with something to ponder. She could just leave. There was nothing keeping her there. There were no chains to break. No jailor, at least at the moment, to slay. Most interestingly, however, was the figure across from her. They had not taken notice of Celes' presence. Did she even exist to them? Would they be safe to interact with? After all, she had no idea where she was. For now, perhaps it would be safer to get somewhere with a little more lighting. As for the figure, she couldn't identify it as friend or foe no matter the circumstances. If push came to shove, she'd interact with them to get an idea of where she was. For now, she'd be as quiet as she could and slid the jail door open and peeked around the corner to see if anything awaited her.

Darkness and silence turning into grey light accompanied by an eerie calm. The eyes of the muscular man opened and immediately his chest felt as if it just sank inwards on itself. Rising up from the floor and the fog William turns multiple times looking around his environment only to find that nothing looked like his apartment, nothing was the way it had been while he’d gone to sleep. “Again? What’s a handsome man gotta do to be undisturbed in his sleep.” Frustrated once again that he’d been kidnapped without waking from his sleep, William checks over his person to find his equipment all on his person.
The Standard holstered to his right thigh while his dagger kept on the small of his back beneath the tail of his coat to keep it from most eyes. His dog tags around his neck were the most important while all his clothing was in check although the feeling it gave after sleeping them wasn’t as pristine as he preferred. Squaring down in the building William surveys the fog checking its body by moving his hand through it. Moving his left index finger across the burnt wood then smelling it for certainty. He was just about ready to move on when he heard the sound of someone crying and knew he was likely in a bad situation.
“Just once something needs to invite me to dinner. Hey I wanna test you or watch you fight, could you handle this problem for me? Sure why not just pay me for it, no need to kidnap me.”
Speaking to himself while imitating a hypothetical conversation William starts to move towards the sound of the crying while doing his best to make as little noise with his body as possible. While he didn’t have any of his weapons drawn his hand to hand skills weren’t bad either and had been getting more refined once again, something William believed would help him should someone of at least average size and strength rush him through the fog. Either way it seemed he was in a situation that would need handling so best get to it.

The Village - William O, Creed
The air fell gently against the fullbringer as he found himself wandering through that dense fog. booted footsteps brought the bearded man closer and closer to that cry. Shifting through that small labyrinth he soon would find himself sifting throughout the corpse of a building. The cry was mangled and still faint but he would hear a woman. Yet something was odd perhaps even wrong? "He butchered them... He butchered them... He butchered them... He butchered them... The voice repeated. It echoed and with it came that same cry. "I butchered him... I butchered him. I tore out his eyes and they came back wrong... So I butchered him again and again and again."
The echo rang out louder. "He twitched again and again, so I butchered him... Again and again. But like them... like me... He would not die..." There was now a pounding as if something was banging itself against a wall. A putrid smell overran that building and the fullbringer would find that the sound was coming from the deepest depths of its basement. "Again and again... I butchered him... He like them... like me... would not die... Until, he did." Would the fullbringer investigate? Or would he avoid the distressed voice?
The Church - Wycliff Mason
Wycliff would soon find himself before that church. Once marked with splendor and esteem now an old dead place of prayer. Two large doors would tower before the Captain and the humming would echo gently throughout the halls. Through the many cracks scattering the church. An almost barren hallway would mark his eventual path. Many chairs broken and splintered littered the floor. What seemed like a woman shrouded in black would be humming that depressing tune. She kneeled before a dated statue in what looked to be a prayer. Yet before entering a thick fog would cover the entryway shrouding the other windows of that church like an ashen blanket. It would block all of the entry-ways from the Shinigami.
“Another body to add to the pyre?” A gruff voice spoke up drowning out that humming. If Wycliff turned around he would see before him a man; well if one could call it a man. In any sense it resembled one at least. Ashen white ceremonial garbs covered the seven foot monstrosity. Removing his hood, a flame scarred face would greet the captain. “You’ll face the Golden Eyed One’s judgment through these hands of mine. Sadly unlike me you are not welcome in his kingdom.” Fire erupted and spread around the fists of the scarred man. It began searing the skin on his knuckles; revealing that those intense flames were in fact harming him. “Now, face the burning fists of Pai!” Shouting he would thrust one fist forward at 800 speed. Yet as he punched a flame shrouded shock wave barreled towards the captain at 1600 speed. "With your head held high!”
The Quincy upon entry to that cave would find herself facing a small stream, gently faltering down further into the cave. The excess filth floated and diminished as it scattered throughout the cave system. Dead torches would mark her way out. Long forgotten, this place was empty or so it seemed. Barking would echo throughout that damp place and the sound of a jingling bell would follow. In an instant a darkly coated tom cat would jolt up the woman’s legs digging into her in a frantic attempt of escape the coming mutt. In a mad sprint the illy looking dog would take the corner. Eyes nearly bloodshot the beast snarled, its speed though was easily stunted by its one broken hind leg as it went to bite the woman now carrying its meal at 100 speed.
The Prison - Celes Shindazu
And so Celes had decided to leave her cell. “Well, aren’t you a lucky one hmm.” A voice of an older man chimed within the darkness. She would notice that it came from the cell behind her where she had just passed. His face was still shrouded from his darkly hood, and yet he would peer over to Celes. “Leaving an old man to wither alone aye? Where is your heart girl or did you not see me perhaps?” The voice grew darker. "I don’t blame you if you didn’t, i’m easy to miss in this black. But even so you should have heard me aren’t I right? If you let me out I could help you find the exit, or you could leave me to wander on your own, what'll it be girl?” Now it was Celes’ choice to ignore this shrouded man or talk with him. The prison was large and built like a labyrinth. Even beyond the corner she peaked were two paths leading to gods (Bomei) only knew where. She could go left or she go right. Or she could take the path behind her if she wished.

Moving over towards the voice William comes upon the figure of what he believes to be a woman although the manner in which she spoke informed him she wasn’t a mentally fit one at the moment. This whole situation was a bad sign, something obviously had happened here although he didn’t know where he was and how long ago whatever had happened, had happened. His left hand up at his head scratching at his skin hidden beneath his hair while he ponders the best choice. He wasn’t quite sure if he could even help this woman though.
That’s when he heard the sound of something else nearby, tracking it down after a small portion of time he found what seemed to be a basement. A basement with something screaming inside of it. A likely small, damp, dark basement with something that would likely attack him going based on his luck. Sighing, William does his best to harden his nerves while he descends into one of his most hated situations. Listening not just for the scream inside the basement but the voice of the woman up above.

As the woman took her time to traverse and leave the sewers, following the path out, she made sure to pay careful attention to her surroundings. The last thing she wanted was to find herself caught off-guard from an incoming attacker; something she made sure to be prepared for by drawing forth the latent reiatsu in her blood. A gift given to her by His Majesty, the girl's Blut Vene quickly flickered to life, tracing a vein-like pattern along her skin as the defensive ability quickly took hold across her body.
As her intuition proved herself to be correct in the matter, barking quickly sounded from around her. Shortly thereafter, she found herself keenly aware of two animals running her way; one of which being a smaller cat, quickly scurrying up her leg, and the other a rather pallid pup. As the dog aimed to sink their teeth into her, similarly with the cat's own claws, they'd both find that her skin was not about to break, assuming they were normal animals. Though, to see both the way they were broke Helena's heart. Neither were in the best of conditions - especially the poor dog - and frankly shouldn't've been made to continue on like they were.
"You poor things," she spoke softly, a melancholic tone in her voice making itself prominent, "I wish I could help the both of you." Slowly and gently placing one hand against the cat, she softly pet the animal to try to bring it to a calm state. Starting from underneath the chin as to not startle the poor animal, she did what she could, and proceeded to take similar action with the dog after planting the Quincy weapon into the ground. She had no problem keeping herself rather low to the ground, given her defenses on the chance that one of them grew ever hostile with her, but in truth she hadn't felt that was a notable possibility.
Wycliff took caution as he ventured into the church, it’s not as if he had any pleasant memories of being in a church himself, but being in one that he had just been teleported to wasn’t any better. There were clear signs of this place being worn and used. To think folks still use someplace like this…. There he saw someone kneeling praying Blind faith never helped anyone. Wycliff thought as he moved closer towards her before being stopped by a wall of fog and then a sudden voice from behind him.
“Another body to add to the pyre?” Wycliff quickly looked over the man’s features and the words he was saying. It was clear to him that this man wasn’t a friend at all, especially with the flames burning off of the man’s body. As the man punched forward and sent a wave of flames towards him Wycliff acted, using area thrust to force his entire body upwards. Given his power wasn’t back fully yet he didn’t want to try and fight someone head on. As Wycliff was launched upwards he pulled out the sho gun firing all six bullets right at the man after the punch had been fired. All six shots would force Wycliff to move backwards and against the walls of the church from the lack of footing mid air, for now he had dodged the attack, but who knew what the man had in store. Wycliff watched as he slowly slid down against the wall.
