Neatly hitting a stack of paper against her desk, Priscilla watched as each of the sheets began to line up with one another, neatly falling into a stack. Humming softly to herself all the while, and placing the stack to the side, the Quincy placed her hands on the edge of her desk, and simply pushed back. As her chair began to roll back, she promptly stood up, almost with a bounce, and looked down toward her desk. Doing a quick once-over with her uniform, she made sure for the fifteenth time that she wasn't missing anything.
Today was going to be a rather interesting day. That much, she was absolutely sure of. It had ben somewhere around a week at this point since she'd sent out a notice to others that shared her position that she'd like to schedule a quick meeting - nothing incredibly serious, for the most part a simple meet-and-greet to get to know the new faces within the organization, but likely with a small side of business-conversation. After all, a rather serious situation seemed to be brewing within Karakura Town; the more aid that could be put together for such an event, the better.
Running through her 'introduction' in her heads a few times, Priscilla did what she could to mentally prepare herself for what was to come. Despite knowing about each Captain Supervisor within the organization, there were quite a few that she hadn't known personally. Quite a few that she found herself rather invested in meeting today. She only hoped it would all go well.
As she continued to wander through the halls of the Silbern, a small stack of papers under her arm, she found herself glancing to the side every now and again, softly smiling as she observed the small groups of Quincy congregating around, simply enjoying their time. If nothing else, it brought a smile to her face. It made her think of her own times within these halls; her own time meeting with Amalia, and her raising in the Ranks under His Majesty. Such a blast to the past found her quickly distracted.
As she continued to take her own leisurely walk down toward the meeting halls, the Quincy did what she could in order to quickly recollect just which one she'd requested to reserve for the day. Shouldn't've been too far away from where she was, thankfully. And, if all went well, everything should've been fairly well set-up as it was. At least, that's how it should've been, per her requests. Whether or not that was actually the case remained to be seen.
Thankfully though, as she pressed open the doors to the hall, a relieved sigh resounded from the girl. Glancing around, it seemed that everything was fully prepared. Various food items from meals to snacks had been laid out across multiple tables, allowing for easy access to most everything. Toward the center, a clean, and purposefully empty table rested, lined with neat leather chairs.
"Everything looks... Quite wonderful," Priscilla said, not making an effort to hide her smile, "seems you really outdid yourself this time, Viktoria, I'm quite impressed." As she finished speaking, the only other person currently in the room immediately bowed her head. Looking back up toward Priscilla, the girl - presumably named Viktoria - began to speak. "Thank you, Sternritter Krantz! Since your request was received yesterday, I've been working non-stop in order to make sure everything was prepared for your meeting today!"
A soft chuckle sounding from Priscilla, she couldn't help but smile. "Well, like I've said in the past, you're quite a wonderful help. I'll be putting in another good word for you with Supervisor Scholz." Walking inside, and slowly making her way toward one of the chairs in the center, Priscilla gently placed her notes down on the table. "You're free to exit, Viktoria," she spoke softly, "we can talk about a potential promotion after I'm finished up here." Wordlessly, yet practically bubbling with excitement, Viktoria found her way out of the room, hastily leaving from Priscilla's suggestion.
