Technique Element: Fire Technique Description and Effects: Marik will gather and calcify his riatsu within his stomach (may change location when arrancar) , shaping them into a highly volatile substance that when exposed to the air will explode upon making substantial impact with a target. He may spit these 'pearls' at a distance of thirty meters (30m) , when they make contact upon impacting with an object or target they will explode causing a explosion with a 5 meter radius. If the target doesn't die from the concussive explosion the roiling neon green flames left behind will cling and proceed to damage the target over time (3 posts no longer) ; the flame themselves burn with a third of the user's OS. The flames themselves use the riatsu that formed them as fuel source as they burn , opposed to naturally occuring flames that burn oxygen as fuel. This Technique travel's at a speed of six hundred (600) , due to this technique being his go to attack method Damage would be calculated by referring to OS stat (offensive stat).
How to use technique: As stated Above Technique Drawbacks: 75 Riatsu Per Use , 150 for class 4 and above

To begin, I must ask why this technique scales with the class of your Hollow? Does it gain any more power from being a class 1 compared to being a class 7? I would also ask you to remove the Class 8 variant as this technique is far to powerful to be Class 8. If the scaling class is only for clashing reasons I must ask for the explosion radius to be smaller as a 5 Meter radius would engulf most characters and objects with room to spare. I would be ok with 3 Meters as that is still significantly smaller than 5, it would still allow you to engulf quite a lot of characters fully.
Now for the second aspect of this technique, how long does the overtime last? How do the flames damage those it sticks to and how strong are they? And lastly would the scaling Class of the technique effect the overtime?
I like this technique, with a Hollow so small many wouldn't expect such a large attack!

It does not increase in power at all , yeah i can remove the class 8 varient , strictly for clash reasons

Gonna have to argue you on this point because prior to this app the tech was approved as my starter and this app is just a clarifying one so it isnt so vauge , and i have somthing to link back to on my stat sheet.

The flames damage over time bit was purely cinematic , but if i had to say 3 post max? i dont want peeps on fire all the time and it would make sense for it to burn out quickly and no it'd be 3 regardless of class
