-Basic Information-
Name: Aizawa, Miyako (Last, First)
Real Age/Age of Appearance: 17
Birthday (Month/Day): 2/21
Blood Type: B+ (BUT I CAN'T BE POSITIVE WHAT THE FUCK)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Appearance-
Height/Weight: 5'3/101 lbs.
Physical Description: Miya's a human. That's very much the first and best way to describe this teenager's appearance. She's just immutably average in many ways, so many that just writing this sentence is a hint arduous. In western measurements, she stands at a measly five feet, two inches--average height for a Japanese girl and Karakura native, with the weight to match that. Don't ask her about that.
A notably striking feature about Miya is her golden eyes--not an unnerving shade like something unsightly that you honestly can't ask her about, but just a muted gold. She takes pride in them, an unreasonable amount of it. She holds youthful features upon her face, and her clothing is usually fitted to the weather. Or the time of day. Her usual go-to is a yellow skirt, a white button up and a pink blazer to tie the whole thing together, however. It's often tousled to a degree, given Miyako leads a pretty active lifestyle.
And finally?
This
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Personality-
Dislikes:
- Hollows - This one is obvious--despite believing Hollows to either be fairy tales, or a hallucination that might or might not be collective, they actually unnerve Miyako a little bit thanks to their monstrous habits and nature. Her mother had told her stories of these things, and to her they represent an ugly hunger for power that will never actually be sated.
- Your Shoes - Yes, you. Your shoes suck, primarily because they're not HER shoes.
- Drama Of The Stupid And Pointless Kind - When you're a third year in high school, you come to find that you really just...don't like hearing about who did what this time or why your friend is suddenly getting the cold shoulder from Karin over there.
- Arrogance - Might be a little hypocritical given how she carries herself, but people who think they're hot shit for no reason are kind of aggravating to her. So much so she kind of wants to clock their faces in.
- Alcohol - It's nasty, it brings out the worst in people and quite frankly, despite not being of legal drinking age, Miyako HATES this swill. Disgusting. Get it away from her.
Likes:
- John Lennon - Miyako has a secret like for the Beatle. Imagine is a song you can catch her listening to, despite...it...being in English.
- Fine Arts - Painting has always fascinated Miyako, even if she's chronically unable to make any pieces of art herself. It's sad.
- Heroism - There's something admirable about wanting to do what you can, the best you can. At least something admirable about helping the people you can help.
- Lazy Days - Who wouldn't love the opportunity to slack off and sleep in? The opportunity to not have to worry for a day? Certainly not Miyako...
- Violence - If you ever had to ask her of any sort of guilty pleasure, something she doesn't like to admit, then Miyako would ask a question of you, yourself. Do you like hurting other people?
- Morbius - It's difficult to explain why but she really does have a liking for how bad this specific movie is. It's a good laugh.
- Stubborn - When Aizawa Miyako sets herself to something, it is next to impossible to pull her away. It's a terrible, terrible vice.
- Violent - Provoke Miyako into a fight, she will do her damnedest to ensure that it's finished. She's also a sore loser.
- Obnoxious - This girl talks so much smack when she can get away with it. Oh my god, please stop her.
- Skeptical - Miyako's a very 'everybody gets one' sort of individual. If that 'one' is expended, then it's very hard to earn it back with her. So...Best advice? Don't.
Habits:
- Smile! - Always smile in the face of whatever you're fighting! And because it might give people hope.
- Observe! - Always keep an eye on your surroundings, no matter what! Because there's probably some sus stuff going on and you don't know it yet.
- Easy Way Out - The literal moment that Miyako heard about Occam's Razor she became an advent disciple of the idea. She will usually try to take the easy way out of things if she can, and if she can't? ...Time to throw some hands.
Fears:
- Death - A very broad thing but those related to death ultimately scare Miyako. Shinigami? She's heard terrible things about them. Quincies? Worse. Hollows? SHE'LL BEAT THEM TO DEATH.
- Loss of Self - There are a lot of terrifying things out in the world, and much of them seem to scream the loss of your own identity. As somebody who values who she is, despite being basically nobody, Miyako dreads ever coming face to face with these things, no matter what they might be.
- Betraying Her Ideals - Imagine how much it'd hurt to try to abide by a code you set for yourself and failing to do that. Wouldn't that be the ultimate insult you could ever give to yourself? You idiot?
Goals:
- Master Herself - To put things very bluntly, there are a lot of things that Miyako doesn't really know about herself, namely how to control the sheer force she wields. Despite her sheer glee in using it to break things, she does hope it can be used for more.
- Become a Hero - Super generic, sure, but imagine being remembered! For something that isn't breaking everything around you! That'd be neat, wouldn't it?
- Kill God - They've had it good for too long, and quite frankly, if all of Miyako's problems can be pointed towards whatever higher power there is, then she's going to want to have some words with Them at some point. Granted this requires learning of a God in the first place. If she should meet one along the way, then they will perish. Simple as.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Overall Personality: Do you recall the earlier parts where it was mentioned that Miyako was ultimately a human? That still rings very true. At the time of writing, she's by and large still learning about a lot of the world as a student in high school. Who is, despite being one of the cheeriest individuals you could ever dread to come across? Astoundingly cautious, though not at all because she WANTS to be. It's more of a necessity.
Things break around this girl. People stay away from her for a good reason and it's not for a lack of being social. There's just something off about her that unnerves people enough that she's rarely ever spoken to without her daring to initiate conversation. That isn't to say she isn't socially unversed or anything, far from it. It's just that she rarely if ever expects conversation. Miyako is more likely to mind her own business because it's quite literally all she's ever allotted.
The only people who don't keep her at two arms' length are her family, and as such they're treasured very highly by the girl. Friends are as well, yet those come in lesser quantities compared to family. Yet, at the same time, friends are also very much considered family. It's an interesting dilemma for her, and one that also does not seem to hold any resolution anytime soon. Point is, friends and family alike are a very fuzzy thing for her. Cherished, even--so much so that the thought of losing them is pretty damn petrifying to her.
One last thing to keep in mind when interacting with Miyako is that she's Japanese, through and through. She treats people with a modicum of respect at all times, and also respects her elders. She doesn't really seem to have the capacity for outright hatred towards others, and speaks in a factual tone most of the time, which makes it very easy to tell when she feels particularly strongly about something. Namely because her manner of speech shifts RADICALLY. The last thing the author thinks you should keep note of is pretty simple--this girl refuses to talk herself up, no matter what.
She is humble to a fault.
What a weird girl.

-Powers-
Fighting Style: As a preface, this character's fighting style is by no means static. It evolves over time as most people do, and may change over time. Check back sometime, you might find something different. Anyways, Miyako's style of fighting is...well, there isn't much style so much as it's just fighting. The fact of the matter is that this girl's style of fighting is just beating the ever-loving tar out of someone with overwhelming force.
That's that.
It's rarely ever a pretty sight to see because Miyako does not own a weapon at the moment, so at most she'll use her bare hands. Or worse, decide to tap into her power and coat her hands in her reiatsu. Which is even worse because her Reiatsu is quite frankly, downright absurd in quantity. Miyako BREAKS things she hits. And if she doesn't break them in one go, then they'll most likely be dust either way by the end of the day. This is why Miyako generally holds back to an insane degree. Going all out is hazardous to both herself and the people around her, and the last thing she would ever want is to be just that. Yet even when holding back she still runs the risk of just breaking things.
She admittedly does hold an overall strategy whenever she gets into a fight, though. Disable the most dangerous combatant she can deal with, then work from there. This is usually done in a quick series of actions that often use whatever techniques she knows that work the best for the situation, if one considers everyone she fights to be a different person. Given this girl has no release in favor of overwhelming power, she has decided that the best application is directing that primal force in the direction she feels it needs to go in. It's also a very rudimentary fighting style at the moment because Miyako has not at all gotten her feet wet with the various forces in the world.
Overall Ability: Atomizing Heat
Due to her character type, Miyako is completely denied a fullbring due to her downright insane amount of Reiatsu. It's overwhelming and quite frankly near impossible to control meaningfully outside of suppression. Simply put, Miyako's spiritual pressure, while easy to mistake for anything else due to it's azure coloration, is heat. It's an overbearing and sweltering heat that doesn't seem to affect her, yet very much so harms everything around her. Suppressed, the heat is simply just her person being weirdly warm no matter the temperature.
It only becomes a problem for everyone around her when she decides to unleash it. EVERYTHING around her begins to heat up, with this aura reaching out for two feet for every fifty RS Miyako has at this state, and should Miyako's OS be higher than whatever's within her aura? It will gradually heat up, and it will eventually explode before being subject to disintegration into reishi. Simply put, if it is comprised of Reiatsu then it is at risk of being subject to Miyako's Atomizing Heat. Anything within will be heated up within a matter of posts determined by spiritual stats--should Miyako's OS be greater than or equal to her foe's, then they only have three posts before they're at the center of an explosion that hits with a force equivalent to her RS. If their own RS is higher, then they get 6 posts. Simple. Of course, if they're subject to the explosion, then they begin to disintegrate over the next 4 posts. 6 for the lucky with higher RS. Heat Tolerance adds one more post per rank, with Rank 3 Heat Tolerance + a higher Reiatsu Strength being downright immune.
Leaving the theoretical killbox that this overall ability is puts your timer on pause for a post--staying out of it for two posts resets the timer.

Current Residence: Karakura. Seriously.
Memorable Figures: Parents, That Poor Class 8 Hollow She Literally Beat To Death
History: In the world that we live in, it is always wise to remember the cardinal rule of things. Nothing is as it seems, and what occurs is often left unseen by the normal. With this in mind, our story begins not with Aizawa Miyako, but her mother--Aizawa Setsuko. A checkered individual by virtue of not a lot being known about her life prior to having her daughter, it seems at some point she had had a rather close encounter with a nasty Hollow, on top of spending most of her life around a big pool of reiatsu. There is absolutely more to her, but she legitimately just deflects any attempts to open up about her past with 'I don't want to talk about it.'
Point is, at some point she up and had Miyako. Who was born with what seemed to be little to no Reiatsu, at first. That's what you would hope if you had just moved to this place called Karakura Town that didn't seem to have much going for it, right? That, dear reader, is where you would be horribly wrong. For someone that you could reasonably describe as average, Miyako was...not. It was more accurate to refer to her as a cursed child, given everything that had occurred after she was born.
She had what you could refer to as a normal childhood, surprisingly enough. Though, she always complained about seeing monsters--who wouldn't? Especially given the monsters all seemed invisible to the people around her. Though, there were also the black robed people that frequently beat the monsters...That people also didn't seem able to see. The only person that ever seemed to even seem like she knew what Miyako was talking about was her mother. And that prospect was worrying to her. The things she saw kept looking at her. The things she saw kept staring at her as she grew older.
See, one thing that was distinctly abnormal about Miyako was the fact she had an insane amount of spiritual pressure as she grew up. It was downright absurd, and it not only made her very spiritually aware, but it also led to Hollows targetting her a -lot.- She quickly was taught how to suppress her pressure and hold herself back, but it did not change the fact she had literal monsters gunning for her. She didn't expect that when she was just becoming a teenager, nor did she expect to actually be able to touch them. Miyako didn't really recall what happened the first time she had been attacked by a Hollow.
The details of that day were rather simple, yet...vague. As if they weren't what TRULY happened. There was an explosion when she had been heading to school, she had gotten caught up in it, and she had nearly died. Yet she was absolutely sure one of the monsters had actually tried to kill her, and failed. The truth of that day seemed lost for good given nobody wanted to actually speak of it.
If it was not obvious already, however, the above paragraph is a lie beyond lies. What REALLY happened was that a hollow attacked Miyako...And Miyako had fought back. Much to the surprise of the hollow, and much to the horror of the people with her, given she was beating the ever-loving tar out of something they couldn't see. So, to them it more resembled Miyako going absolutely feral on thin air, and things getting broken when it seemed like she hadn't been touching them.
Which, in fairness would probably look terrifying.
And also led to a hospitalization for a bit. That was a year and some ago, and quite honestly, conflicting accounts and blurred memories aside? Miyako's doing fine for herself nowadays. People give her a wide berth as they always do, and that's okay. She wouldn't blame them for not wanting to be around someone who apparently caused an explosion, lonely as it may be. But at the same time, she remembered that feeling.
So, what's Aizawa Miyako up to now? Simply put, she's in her final year of schooling and figuring out what to do with herself after the fact. Potentially figuring out colleges and absolutely NOT going around trying to find more of those monsters to beat up. Why, that's insane to assume of her--it's not like they can feel fear or anything, else they wouldn't be around in her town. At the very least her mom's slowly been explaining to her what all these weird things she'd been seeing for all her life were... [/ul]
