[Lisa Ko]

The White Cat didn't fair well just like Lisa did. The girl crawled on all fours watching the Black Thing carefully. She was starting to pick up on a few things. Her brain putting pieces together as to when ever it vanished and came back into view. Maybe something she couldn't see that made it happen? Maybe the Black Thing's disappearing made it happen? Could be. She had to test it to see if that was the case to what was going on. So, when it did it again she would be ready to block and --- it vanished. Lisa brought her arms to protect her chest just as she planned to do. As her arms were being brought up the crash happened. An explosive crash hit the ground in front of her. It just appeared out of no where, but she had to assume it was the Black Thing making it happen again. It just had to be considering all that was going on when ever it did disappear.

Her feet got caught up in the ruckus of the crash, dipping her forward a bit, and stumbling as she attempted to flee back. Something gripped her from behind. No, in front? She growled as it came to snatch her off her feet. And for a brief moment, she caught a glimpse of it. In her eyes, she saw that black furred creature peel her off of her feet and tossed her. The back of her neck throbbed. Something stung her with an annoying sensation as though it was still gripped. It hurt, but mainly, it pissed her off. Her body felt nearly weightless, and at the same time pressured by the rush of air blowing completely in one direction.

It swelled up inside her stomach. A knot forming that only made her blood boil all the more. Over and over again she was being tossed around like an Ant. Stupid floor crawlers that were easy picking for the Hornets, and were match for their superior strength and size. They were nothing to the Hornets, and fell in droves very much like the Honey Bees that tried to fend them off. To treat her like this only made her blood boil all the more. Her arm reached out, wanting to grab the Black Fur Thing. She wanted to reach. Just a little bit, if she was capable of doing so. All she needed to do was reach. Just a bit.

She felt it. Something was moving through her body once again. Just like before, like when the feeling was in her stomach and came up. This time however, it was swelling in her arms. She gritted her mandibles against each other as she was forcing that sensation out. She wanted to reach that Black Thing. She had to. Her body was drawing closer to the rock formation. She needed to reach it. NOW! Three thick streams of woven threads shot out from beneath her palm and wrist divider. The joint secreted a fine stream of an unknown substance that shot out towards the Black Thing, one from each of her arms that remained in functioning condition. Thus, three threads were released and ran straight towards Rafael. If they managed to hit, then he would merely be pulled while acting as an anchor to stop her crash course. Even if it didn't, the threads would simply land on the ground to where he was at, and still acted as a means to halt her body's crashing route to the rocks.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):

Who says that Spiders are the only one who can make threads? Most insects can produce their own silk threads, though a lot of the time they need to replace the silk with other materials. In this case, it is the minerals, protein, calcium, and natural sugar in their bodies that help to create it. Once mixed together with the correct proportions, a sticky thread is formed within the body that can be produced through the mouth, arms, legs, or stinger. Multiple threads can be produced at once, one from each appendage and head. The threads can travel up to 10 feet of distance, and has the durability of the user's own physical strength. As for stickiness, it is half of the user's physical strength. Very much like rope, is the best way to describe its from, but really resembles that of Spider silk.

Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)

Serving up as a nonlethal ordinance, the thread is primarily used for capture or entangling a subject(s). Other individuals, including friends or allies can be caught up in the threads, so it is not friendly to no one but the user. However, it is very flammable, and non-heat resistant to boot. When introduced to fire, it burns, which can cause 2nd degree burns if it is in contact with skin, or flesh.

[Zadora]

Zadora felt her claws scrap at the gravel, tearing at the ground slowing her until she came to a stop. She turned her head up to watch the bee had also managed to stop herself from the roar that had pushed them both backwards from Rafael. Feeling bad for the bee female who was taking more damage from their friend than the rest of them. She was finding herself become more irritated with the practice as she narrowed her eyes towards their friend.

Standing up her feet and clapped her paws together ridden the gravel from under her claws. Her tail lashing around behind her in rapid sways. The thin appendage whipping in quick small circles ten times before it slowed. Clearing she was counting to calm her raging aggression. Already at the electrical force of 225. She felt the electricity dancing a crossed her fur. Shooting off into different directions on her body making her fur feel like it was alive.

Feeling of the electricity coursing across her fur had her shivering with the excitement it brought with it. Turning on her heels to turn away from their panther friend. Jumping a good ten feet from them to land in a crouched position. Concentrating on trying to get her energy down to her feet. She felt like she was just standing there staring at her feet like an idiot but it appeared like she was trying to do something, like she had a plan.

Lifting her head briefly to watch Refael land where she had been once. She narrowed her head to look at him. Snapping her canines towards him before biting down on her lower lip, concentrating. After a few moments, she felt something. Like her lightening was traveling around her feet. But the lightning was still traveling around her body like an excited child. She cocked her head to the side. Her foot suddenly felt slightly warmer and tingly.

She felt herself grin with a child after getting their way. After seeing Rafael do this a few times. She might as well try to do it. Taking a step forward in his direction but was taken by surprise. he wasn't expecting to accelerate farther than the single step. One moment, she was next to him and then next she was six feet away from him. She turned her head back to look at him. A feral grin appeared on her muzzle.

She looked down at her arm, as a large flash of lightning flickered crossed her arms. Watching the large bolt of lightening trailed down her arm. Curling around her pawed hand , caressing her fingers before shooting up her arm and disappeared from her line of sight as it went down her back. Though when she took a step towards him, all the electricity trailing down her body to her feet and discharged from under the pads of her paws. Sending out an electrical force of 750 within a ten feet perimeter around her.The lightning seeking out to shock anyone within the ten feet perimeter.

[Rafael]

Sending Lisa and Zadora flying through the air was eh. Didn’t really work the way that he had planned as Zadora prevented herself from being sent back to far by digging her claws into the ground and relying on her strength even if it was far inferior to his own it was enough to keep her from getting wet. Lisa at the very least showed something that Rafael at the very least didn’t know about. Being able to shoot webbings from her wrists like Spider-Man. All he could remark about such a technique was it was awesome. He have to try and get her to work on it though as he was able to hop to the side to get out of the way. Maybe it was because she wasn’t in control of how she was moving right now or maybe she could get it faster some other way, but at the distance between them he wasn’t sure if it would save her against someone even stronger than him.

Turning he could see Zadora was now back on her feet while wasting no time in charging up her ability. He was the only one in the small pack that knew of her ability which happened to include how it worked. Based on what she was doing it was obvious to Rafael she was finally taking the training at least a bit more seriously. It was only a couple seconds before he could see the electricity begin to dance across her white and black fur. Getting closer to her knowing that he’d have to more than likely suffer another powerful shock in order to deliver any sort of damage that could put her down long enough to claim victory. Strangely though Zadora wasn’t moving. That went completely against her usual method and what they had talked about so much. Her growling told him that she hadn’t frozen up so why was she standing still?

He got his answer in the next moment when suddenly she was no longer in front of him. That was a sensation he hadn’t experienced in awhile as usually he was able to at least see the blur of moment, but Zadora was just so damn fast. He spun around searching everything within his scope of vision and finding Zadora behind him several feet away. The electricity that had been dancing across her was now moving far more apparent and large meaning that should he be touched now he was going to experience pain far greater than the last. He was ready to start moving when he heard the ground beneath him crumble something was happening right behind him! He didn’t have enough time as his mind was feeling the pressure of needing to deal with Zadora and now it seemed Lisa was revealing herself.

Latching onto him from the back left he could feel Lolth grab him wrapping her arms around his left while grabbing his right. The size difference between them keeping her from wrapping her arms all the way around. That wasn’t a big deal though as Lolth was strong enough that at least for a moment she kept his arm at bay. What happened next was truly a surprise both a welcome and unwelcome one. His movement restricted for a moment was all Lolth needed as her younglings burst from the ground as she did in a perimeter around him. Flexing his muscles and pulling away he felt Lolth losing ground against him, but then came the first of the bites. He could feel all of their fangs digging into his flesh injecting the venom within them all directly to his body. Extending his arms outwards the massive panther shoved Lolth off to the ground while doing the same to her young around him aiming to distance them while causing some, but not sever damage. He still had to deal with Zadora turning to face her as he could see a devilish grin across her face.

Pulling his arm backwards in order to deliver a shockwave strong enough to actually knock Zadora off her feet yet weak enough not to break any of her bones. As it reached back though he felt something hit his arm. As he tried to pull forwards he felt resistance and not just the small degree of Lolth grabbing his arm, but far more. Enough that the massive panther needed to pull forward with a far greater percentage of his strength to actually gain ground. That mattered very little though as his body as a whole began to be covered by the webbing that he could now see was being applied by the younglings of Lolth. Interesting was what he saw. It seemed both Lolth and Lisa were able to utilize this restraining technique. Something to keep in mind for sure.

Fighting though the webbing he realized he was in a very bad place. Zadora more than likely had gathered up a very strong charge while Lolth had made her move and based on everything at the moment was successful in if nothing else slowing him down. He believed that if he used his muscles to the utmost he could break free, but doing so would more than likely hurt if not kill the younglings. He didn’t seek to anger Lolth or make her sad in anyway. This was training not a real battle even if they all had to learn to fight as if it were. Yanking several of the dog sized spiders towards him Rafael began to bend his knees preparing to jump from the grass high into the air where he could deal with them without anyone else intervening.

His feet though never left the grass as Zadora’s released a charge of electricity that ran across the ground. The younglings, Lolth and Rafael himself were all within the field of range and if nothing else Rafael felt the course of power run through his flesh and bone. The shock she had applied to him during their first training session as well as he one only a minute prior. They were nothing in the face of what he was experiencing right now. The howling roar of pain escaped from him overwhelming the mountain itself with the volume of his voice. The others would more than likely especially Lolth feel pain from his own as his howl was almost like the sound of a gun being fired next to ones head. It would go on for several seconds as Rafael closed his eyes doing his best to embrace it while his body suffered.

It took another moment as Rafael lost feeling in most of his body. Smoke emanating from his being as the webbing that had been attached to his fur was burned from the electricity. Far to easy to see as it had all caught fire briefly and burned his fur down the the flesh beneath. The pads of his lower paws gave off more smoke than the rest as they had been severely burned from direct contact. Breathing heavily panting from it all. That attack had definitely been impressive although it seemed controlling who was effected still remained a problem. Rafael would look to the younglings and Lolth making sure that she at the very least was alive. If she had been hit then Rafael knew he’d have to tend to her after all of this was over and after that the finish line was very close. Looking at Zadora he’d give a weak smile. He was exhausted now that level of pain was comparable to having multiple bones broken at once which he could firmly attest as he had suffered that as well.

Staying in his feet was at the moment definitely a difficult task as the pain hadn’t yet completely wavered. The burns now across a large portion of his body didn’t make things easy. “Now that was.” He couldn’t keep talking his throat sore from the howl as he continued to pant from the pain. “Impressive.” He managed to get out as he starred at Zadora. He closed his eyes sighing for a moment and thinking heavily over whether or not they had been pushed enough. Lolth especially had only just started yet her actions had shown enough. Opening his eyes once again his grey orbs turned purple as his fur began to regrow at an alarming rate. The burned flesh that had been revealed from the webbing that had previously covered it was now covered once again as the burns disappeared and fur regrew within mere moments. Gritting his teeth Rafael had to accept the pain of his ability while fighting off the urge to scream.

It would only take about five seconds for everything that had been done to Rafael to seemingly disappear. After those first five seconds Rafael finally started to move more naturally. This would more than likely be a surprise for everyone present with the exception of Zadora perhaps as she knew of his ability. Only a few minutes ago he had asked Lolth and Lisa whether they knew of their unique power now revealing to them his own. “I think that’s enough for this morning. Everyone did really well. Anyone hurt come to me and I’ll handle it.” Rafael wasn’t sure how or why but he knew his ability and wasn’t going to let anyone suffer. Now though he just had to think over everything that happened and where everyone’s strengths and weaknesses lay.

[Lisa Ko]

The threads missed. The sticky trio of fine webbing missed their target without evening breaking a sweat. She knew that the threads did not make contact considering there was nothing to tug on. No means to anchor her towards her collision, with such an impact, she knew that it wasn't going to be BAM ....she came to feel something hard pressed up against her entire backside. No, something didn't hit her back, much rather she herself made contact with something that wouldn't move, wouldn't budge despite her large body. She only felt the impact, then a numbing sensation running it's course all around her. It started where she felt the impact. Slowly, it was spreading it's influence all over her figure. The back of her legs were seizing up and clenching on their own. Her arms felt heavy, quivering to a point she couldn't even recognize it as shaking. The chilling continued to creep along from her back and engulfing her to the point it started to affect her eyes. Everything was getting dark....

She snarled, but couldn't hear it. She cried out, but nothing came forth. She came to crawl at the Black Thing, but her body refused to move. All she felt was the pressure that came from the front of her body, tasting the dirt that she dazed at. Light of the world around her flickered off and on like a struggling light bulb. Shadows, then light came before the darkness came again. A bit of a tug of war with what was going on as the girl fought to stay conscious. She couldn't move, only having a single eye watching out in a daze. She couldn't tell what was going on. The sounds of electricity sparking about with other loud noises came and went. She didn't know what was going on around her. She had to get up.

..Get up.....Get....up...Get...up..Get..up...Get.up...Get up...Getup..Getup..up..up.Up..UP..UPP..UUPPP!" those words cried out in the depths of her mind. Each time those two words came up made her body inch. They repeated over and over again inside. The numbing was there, it remained trying to make her body beyond that of her control. Lisa tugged back those threads of control over her figure, forcing them what to do. A snarl came out from jaws as her body began to rile itself up, and seethe with a blistering heat. Her hands were growing, expanding in terms of length, and size. Her legs were following suit with her arms, stretching themselves out as their shift in nature made her torso and pelvis areas seem smaller. Her silk like wings expanded on themselves nearly to match the size of her regular arms, at least the new pair that tore through ribs to push off the ground. A fourth pair of arms to be added into the trio, but where did this come from?

Her body grew hot and blistered as such as her body was transforming, breaking out of the mold in which made her weak. At least for the time that is. Her exoskeleton shifted and grew until she seemed to look down on the pack in front of her. This was her release without knowing it herself. However, it could not be managed, at least not in this state. She couldn't hear what the Black Thing said, something about "Impressive" or something like that. She didn't know what noise was there anymore seeing that the darkness consumed her line of sight before she couldn't think anymore. All she wanted to do was sleep for a while.

[Lolth Orbweaver]

Lolth's ambush had been successful. She felt his warm, fur against her body. She could smell the sweat that clung and matted it. She held onto him the best she could, keeping her self against him long enough to sink her fangs around his collar bone. She could hear her little ones spiderlings also sinking their fangs into him at various points on his body. Then the volley of webbing could be heard coming from the back line. She tried to adjust her grip on him, but he threw her to the ground and knocked her spiderlings away. She rolled with the momentum making a few full rotations before rolling up to her feet. She kept her hands on the ground ready to spring at him again. 

She could feel the abnormal amount of electricity in the air. She felt it the second that she emerged from underground, but was too distracted with her ambush to make a careful note of where it was coming from. Now that she was disengaged from their pack mate, she turned her head around trying to figure out the source of the crackling electricity. Then her eyes rested on Zadora. They widened now that she focused on the other feline sensing the amount of power that she was generating. She immediately tried to send away her spiderlings first. The one's recovering their footing turned and started to skuttle away. The ones trying to hold Rafael let go of their webbing also trying to move away from the female feline. 

It was too late though. Zadora discharged the electricity sending pain all throughout her body. She screamed loudly. Her muscles contracted and tensed violently forcing Lolth to the ground. Only the spiderlings on the opposite side of Rafael managed to escape the discharge thanks to their sudden growth spurt to full size. Only five of the first wave survived. The rest were electrocuted sending out high pitched wails as well. The spiderlings fell onto their backs curling their legs close to their bodies. Smoke rose from their roasted corpses. The only other ones safe were the ones underground which rose once the discharge of electricity ended to protect their mother. 

Lolth laid on the ground twitching every now and then. Everything hurt. She couldn't even move let alone make a sound. The sound of the emerging spiderlings was the only thing she could hear. Rather she felt it since the ringing in her ears overpowered everything else her ears could pick up. She felt most of the spiderlings surround her gently nudging her. She smiled mentally reassuring her youngest children that she was ok. Several of them nudged their curled up brethren. The five survivors quickly made their way between Lolth and Zadora hissing angrily. They rose up punching at the air with their front two legs. If left alone, they might have attacked Zadora. It was Lolth's mental scolding that kept them at bay. The others surrounded their mother protectively hissing at anyone that tried to approach, but were not as aggressive as their older siblings.

[Rafael]

This definitely wasn’t how Rafael pictured the training to end when he thought about how much a benefit it could be for the group. Lisa has shown that she was definitely coming into her power as was Lolth. Both of them Rafael was certain would be able to handle themselves soon with a bit more practice. Now for Zadora. What he had just seen, along with everyone excluding himself on the ground in pain from her ability. It all showed him that out of them all including himself this time, he believed her ability may be the most powerful. He was simply thankful right now that despite dealing with a horribly burning pain across a good portion of his body, he was still able to move.

Her ability though had just taken care of everyone easily. If they were going to make sure that the Shinigami couldn’t push them around as if they were property or didn’t deserve the place they called home, he was going to need Zadora’s help. Right now though Rafael walked over to everyone puncturing the palm of his right hand each time and despite how any of them felt Rafael would bleed just a bit of his bright purple source of life onto a wound. Lisa, Lolth and Zadora would all feel their wounds heal, pain vanish and Rafael’s warmth as a leader at their effort. “Alright guys that’s it for today, rest and we’ll pick this up later.”
