Pack Practice! Issue #1

[Lolth Orbweaver]

Lolth was in a very unfavorable position. She was never one to resort to fighting, if there were any other options, but she couldn't deny that there was sound logic to Rafael's rational. He alone couldn't protected them all, all of the time. But, they were two completely different people. Rafael was strong, and loved to fight. It was part of his nature. Lolth isn't as strong as the others, and with the added disadvantage of her blindness, she just couldn't see how fighting would benefit her. Even if it was training among the pack, there was little she could do. A pit started to grow in her stomach. She wanted to help the pack, but combat just wasn't the way she could. 

Lolth could hear Rafael kneel down in front of her. "I'm sorry Lolth, I don't know any other way right now that'll help all of us be safer, besides if you get stronger you can protect your children easier too." There hadn't really been a time where she had to fight to protect her little ones, at least so far. The bulk of her children would remain in whatever temporary hide away they could find, while she hunted and scouted the area for any potential danger. If she did find any danger, such as hollows, other beasts, or the village dwellers, she would avoid them completely, or find a way to lure them off without much confrontation. If she couldn't she relied on ambushing her target, and killing them before they could react. 

She could tell that he was being sincere with his concern for her and her little ones. It was one of the reasons she decided to follow him after all. She snapped back to reality when Rafael walked away from her to get ready for the three of them. He gave them the go command, and almost immediately, Lisa was on the attack. She took to the air heading right for him with the full intent to destroy. This set Lolth even more on edge. She didn't know Lisa well, or her background, so she assumed that the wasp woman had a reason for her actions, but still she couldn't attack Rafael like that. They were not here to hurt each other. She turned giving a confused, and pleading look to Zadora unsure which of them they should be worried about more. 

[Rafael]

Well to no surprise Lisa was the first one to get into the idea of practicing. Although he wasn't quite sure she knew what the word practice meant. Eh. Just something else he'll have to try and get through to her after he saw where she was in terms of her combat ability. It was good to see that she utilized her natural gifts. "Being able to fly, that's so cool." Rafael was trying but the thought of flying through the air was just one he couldn't suppress. It didn't seem like Lolth or Zadora would be stepping in to aid Lisa in her attack, but he couldn't let his guard down.

Either of them could cause an issue. Lolth if she could fire off her webbing would make moving quite a pain, whereas Zadora so far was the only one that was better than him physically. He was vastly stronger than the white tiger, but when it came down to speed, he couldn't even hope to keep up with her. Lisa though had the advantage of being able to fly. What he was seeing in this first attack though told him she hadn't yet learned how to break through her ceiling. Rafael waited until Lisa was almost right on him only hopping off the ground as she reach six feet away.

The vast height difference between them Rafael was almost like the wall of a building. Rafael wasn't quite sure if he could get either of the others into it, but he was certain he could make Zadora angry enough to try and hit him. So Lisa would see she wasn't the only one that could use her natural gifts as a Beast. Flying beneath Rafael as he jumped over her attack she would feel fur around her throat. Pulling to the side while turning Rafael would hurl Lisa through the air right over towards Lolth and Zadora. If they were paying attention they could likely get out of the way. If any of them happened to fall in the stream behind though, well Rafael wouldn't be able to hide his smile.

[Zadora]

She turned to look at her three companions. Mainly Rafael and Lolth and listened to their conversation that was going on between the two of them. Rafael trying to make her see the reason for this pratice session. Lolth didn’t seemed like she was having it though but she wasn't either. But by the looks she understand it his reasoning.. Just didn’t like the idea of all them fighting each other and to be frank neither was she.

She turned to Lisa, watching the bee woman herself beat her wings, readying herself for the sparring session then the female pummeling down to the ground. Heading towards Rafael. Heading for a full blown attack at they panther friend. Her eyes easy following at the pace of the bee female was going. Her brow cocked for the moment at her speed that she was moving at before letting out a small huff.

Turning away from the two fighting to look a Lolth who was in turn looking at her. Clearing seeing the worry and confusion in her grayish white eyes like she was begging for her advice. She wished she could help. She didn’t want to fight either. She glanced at the two fighting. Maybe this is a way to see how strong Lisa is against their panther friend who they both knew was stronger than both of them.

She was just about to reply to Lolth when Rafael moved, drawing her attention towards him and Lisa. Her trained eye watched as he jumped over her Attack, grasping her neck before hurling the bee female towards the two of them. Her eyes narrowing heavily to their panther friend. Quickly she grasped Lolth moving them to the side out of the way of the water before the female had even touched them. A low rumbling growl vibrated in her throat towards their male friend.

Lolth was getting more and more anxious by the second. The sounds of combat was something that she never seemed to get used to. The two females would look at each other trying to figure out what to do. Lolth didn't want to fight, and it seemed that Zadora was not fond of the idea either. Lolth's mind was split between her silent conversation with Zadora, and trying to focus on what was happening with Lisa and Rafael. Lolth could hear each attack landing, or missing. She could tell where each of them were by sound alone. Zadora was about to say something when Lisa was tossed in their direction. For once, Lolth wasn't able to process everything fast enough. Luckily Zadora pulled the arachnid woman away from the insectoid avoid the collision and the water behind them. 

Lolth could clearly hear the irritated growl in Zadora's throat, which was accompanied with a hiss from Lolth. It seemed that Rafael was going to for her one way or another to fight. Fine. She spared one more look at Zadora with an angry fire in her eyes. "Distract him for me." Lolth whispered releasing her primal powers. A third pair of arms appeared under her normal two pair, giving her the full eight limbs of her species. A pattern of bright red hair crisscrossed her face and body. Giving her opponent one final warning to back off. She dove into the brush disappearing from sight. Hopefully between Zadora and Lisa, Rafael would be too distracted to go looking for her. 

Lolth concentrated laying two large egg sacks in the bushes she was hiding. After the egg sacks were formed, she started to dig into the ground. She used all six of her arms to move large scoops of dirt out of the way at a rapid rate. Before long, she was waist deep, and quickly digging deeper. The rich, moist soil parted for her fingers easily. She was not typically the type of spider to burrow into the ground, but she wasn't above diving into the soil either. She could still clearly hear everything that was going on above her. The sound was muffled, but she could feel the vibrations in the ground. It was harder to pin point their exact location, and couldn't tell what exactly they were doing, but it would do for now.

[Lisa Ko]

The Black Thing blurred out of her line of sight. Once it was standing there then suddenly leaving a ring of dust where it once was. She couldn't believe it. This never happened before, where something suddenly disappeared out of her eye sight. Almost as if it wasn't there to begin with, considering that none of the individuals she faced against could pull of something like this. Beings who had abilities that surpassed her own. This was something that she could not believe, or see just yet. Her mind was still basic, and couldn't comprehend what she was seeing, nor can acknowledge what she was seeing already. She just couldn't.

When closing in the Black Thing blurred out of her vision. Where it went or what it was doing she didn't know. She didn't know where it was until she felt the hairy palm grasp around her neck. The grip caused her body to flail about for about a moment as her body whipped back and forth. Much like a crash dummy when hitting the wall, then thrown back with the same force that repelled her advance. Thrown away her body and vision tumbled in her own head as she tried to straighten herself out and restore her balance. Little did that work considering this sort of fighting was her first. She had experience in facing off against Humans and a few others like herself.

Other Insectoids that operated with instinct were easier to deal with considering her own mind was developing further into a Human's. They were easier to compete against while those who were more developed seemingly became difficult. The Black Robed Humans were the first she encountered who were more developed. But still, a bit incompetent from what she dealt with when they attacked the areas new the Hive. She dealt with them though tasking considering their numbers continued to venture into her territory. Easy to pick off when they are unorganized. But the Black Thing was more focused, and developed. Beyond the fodder that Lisa had dealt with before.

Her talons dug into the ground as her body made contact with it. A trail of claw markings were dragged upon her landing and several feet away from it. Lisa snarled as the others sprung into action. One into the woods while the other seemed to be preparing herself. Lisa didn't want to wait for their plan of action to come into play, so she continued on her own. Her wings fluttered to life once more before charging into the target once more. Leaping from the ground to the air, the wings pushed against the wind down into the ground, arching her six arms toward the Black Thing once more. Four of them would look to push themselves into the Black Thing's chest while the remaining two lancer arms remained poised to attack. If contact with was, then Lisa would seek to pin him to the ground, ready to strike with the lance arms.

[Rafael]

Sending Lisa through the air towards the other two was a little bit of playfulness that Rafael wanted to do just to find out whether or not it would get them to join in. He didn't have any sort of problem with finding out which of them could do alone,but his self confidence was getting the better of him. He loved the thrill of facing off against a challenge and knew that alone none of them could pose much of one yet. Although Zadora was faster by leaps and bounds that he couldn't comprehend yet he knew that if he landed even one good hit she was done.

Lolth and Lisa he knew less simply because he hadn't yet trained with either. He knew that both could fight well enough to survive a minor exchange from actually doing so in the past. Would they all survive the next attack though? That was the enter point of training to get better and although neither of them enjoyed fighting like him he couldn't protect them for certain. He had already been beaten a handful of times by those that knew more about the world and one monster of a shinigami that had managed to break several of his bones in a single hit. Even now after months of training he could still envision her strength and knew he wasn't yet even approaching her league.

He wasn't sure how to feel as he watched Zadora grab Lolth and get out of the way managing to keep themselves from being thrown in the stream. Although his senses were one of the things he had yet to develop after beginning his new life they were still sufficient enough that he could hear the hiss and growl of the girls. Well it seemed they were mad at his little joke. Lisa managed to keep herself from falling into the stream which was a good sign that even if she were hit while flying she wouldn't be completely overwhelmed.

It was more than apparent though that she was going to try again. "Good perhaps she's the determined type." Rafael could only hope it was determination to succeed and not stubbornness. Lolth and Zadora were definitely getting ready as Lolth rushed over to some of the bushes that dotted the home they had all made from this mountain top oasis. He just hoped she didn't believe she was stealthy as he had seen her. If she wasn't ready for him to attack then he would have to really train her. Zadora though was the biggest problem with her damned speed. As for Lisa she was the most aggressive.

Rushing in once again in a slightly different way ready to stab into his body all the same though. Rafael although he was trying to teach them how to fight still after months wasn't all that accustomed to utilizing his size difference against others. None of them managed to even reach the upper section of his chest while his limbs stretched out further than almost both of theirs combined. It was time for a little practice of his own as the massive panther Beast stood his ground only to flex and lift his right leg to strike Lisa's arms and chest as she attacked to send her flying upwards with only enough force to her chest to knock the air from her lungs. Serious injury even with his ability was best avoided.

Afterwards the panther pushed off the grass flexing his left leg to propel himself forward right at Zadora. Knowing that she'd easily keep up with his speed the large panther was attempting to slam his right leg still high up into her chest. If successful it would send her backwards into the stream with all the air knocked from her lungs as well. If not then he'd have to hurry and wrap his tail around one of her ankles. Only then would he turn and toss Zadora through the air towards the bush that he had seen Lolth rush off towards. If he went to easy they wouldn't learn, but if he went to hard they were going to be very mad. This was incredibly nerve racking for the young pack leader.

[Lolth Orbweaver]

Though Lolth had covered the entrance to her tunnel, she was sure that Rafael would be able to guess where she was if he looked long enough. The freshly up turned earth would surely give her away. With any luck though, it would give her enough time to set her plan into motion. She was also hoping that the combined forces of Zadora, and Lisa would keep his attention away from her. Unlike most beastmen's abilities, her's took some time to set up. She had abilities that she could use immediately, but the true strength of her powers doesn't come from what she can do. It comes from who she can bring. She just hoped that the two egg sacks would be alright without her protection. 

She ha dug down several yards in a quick amount of time thanks to her strength, speed, and many hands. She stopped to rest for a moment, also taking the opportunity to lay yet another two egg sacks now that she was in a safer location. It was tiring laying so many so quickly, but thinking about who she was fighting, and whom she was fighting with, she thought that overwhelming him would be the best way to claim victory. Though Lolth held no malice towards her panther friend for throwing Lisa into her and Zadora, it was never wise to provoke a mother of any sort.  If he wanted her to see this as helping defend her little ones, then she would fight like she was doing just that. Short of killing him of course. 

She took a listen to the sounds above her, and felt the vibrations. He was close to where the first two egg sacks were. She was tempted to double back and help them, but maybe it was for the best that she did not. Maybe not being there would help them avoid his notice more than her presence, or maybe the other two were keeping him at bay. She would prove her worth soon enough. She had to play the long game since her one on one capabilities were not as strong as the others. She decided to double back a bit, but stay fairly low beneath the surface combat. She wanted to stay in the same area, but not ready to spring out yet. Lets give them a little more time.

Her attempt at doing some harm onto the Black Thing was in vain once more. Again, the Black Thing immediately did something that caused its body to vanish to quickly cause her great discomfort. Trying to smash the large mammal into the ground came a vivid motion that swept across her vision from her right side, and crumbled her trio of arms, nearly breaking the naturally occurring exoskeleton along the surface of her body into brittle pieces. Though, on the inside, she couldn't feel them any more. And that was only the small damage she suffered while the larger impact of the force would be sent into her shoulder nearing into her chest. Took the wind right out as her body was flung to the side from the direction of the Black Thing's kick.

Despite her Pain Tolerance, it wasn't near enough to keep her from snarling at the injury. She needed the time to recover. The feeling her in right arms was no longer there. A brand new sensation. Pain, an sense of self awareness to the injury rather than that of the Hive. A sense of self? She was thinking about herself rather than that of the Hive. This was definitely a first. When fighting along the Naga, she didn't have this sort of feeling before. Even with the injuries she suffered, Lisa still had the mind set of the Hive above oneself. But this practice, this injury made that thought a bit deluded while no other of her kind came to tend to her. Nope. She had to deal with the matter herself.

The pain pulsed each time she attempted to move the flail arms. They wouldn't respond. Something swelled in her chest. Her inner mandibles scraped against one another. A heavy sense of irritation, anger came about... Burning hate. The Insectoid's eyes directed her head as the Black Thing was starting to fight against the White Thing. She didn't know how things were going about considering that whatever she was feeling was affecting her eyes. It was only thanks to their strong color difference that she could tell who was who. Her wings were still in working condition, but having her dead side applying further weight caused her flight to be a bit wonky, and with no support of her muscles there, caused even more pain. She had no other choice but to make use of both her wings and feet to propel herself in the direction that she wanted.

That heated source swelled deep within her body so much that it began to burn. She wanted to make the Black Thing pay. She wanted to make it grovel into the ground like it did to her. Lisa charged once more. The hissing snarl came about from her opened mouth as the mandibles grinded against each other as her pincers vibrated. She wanted to reach the Black Thing. She wanted to get closer. She wanted to hurt the Black Thing. Within, the heat she felt climbed from her stomach, slowly crawling up her innards before reaching her mouth. Before she knew it, she had to release that ball of burning hate out, and it shot out towards the Black Thing. This would be the first use of Bile. If made contact with the Black Thing's body, then the naturally occurring acid made from her stomach would begin to burn upon the spot in which it would land upon.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):

Not a good sight to see or to really feel against the skin. It is what it is as it comes from deep within the body. Bile is exactly what it sounds like as most insects tend to use it to break down food or other organisms. Heavily acidic, it burns through armor of many sorts. A single shot of this lime colored loogy causes 1st degree burns upon contact with numbing of the surface and singeing pain. But as the acid allows to go on, the following post 2nd degree burns occur, even after being wiped away. Once wiped away, this is the extent of the damage, but when remaining, the burns become more severe as they move on to 3rd degree burns on the 3rd post, then 4th degrees upon the 4th post. The pain itself is no joke when exposed to the substance as it would normally. The pain grows more severe as it spreads throughout the effected limb, then on the 3rd post, numbing the limb. The effectiveness is half of the user's physical strength, and moves as quickly as 600 speed. The speed does not change.

How to use technique (How is it activated?):

A cost of 100 reiatsu in the gut to concentrate it, then spit a large wad from the mouth.


Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (

Well, as it is acid, a continuous use of the tech leaves that sour taste behind. That is because of the acid that trails up from the body through the throat. Secondary use of the technique within quick use of the first time causes the throat to become painfully sore. So, within the same post. When used a third time, within the same post, the throat goes numb and unsable until healed or after a two post wait. When used a 3rd time, after the initial post, then the throat becomes painfully sore.

[Zadora]

Her rounded ear twitched at the irritated sound that came from Lolth when it mixed with her growl towards their friend. Her eyes trained on their panther friend as another growl vibrated in her throat towards him. Clearing insisting on showing her irritation towards him. Then she turned to look at Lolth as she turned to Lolth as she whispered to her. Distract him? She glanced at Rafael as Lolth darted into the forest near them.

Pushing her left leg behind her as she moved into a crouched stance. Paws flexing, claws extended as herself for any of Rafael’s attacks. For a brief moment she took a calming exhale. Letting the excited feeling of lightning coursing through her. She turned to look at him, a smirk playing off her muzzle. Her tail thrashing around behind her. With each flick a small amount of electricity running off her golden eyes.

Cracking her knuckles as she kept her eyes on his larger form. She needed to keep her eyes at their friend while Lolth went and did her thing. ‘Four .. Five.. Six.’ Counting in her mind the amount her tail was flicking until she wrapped her tail around her waist. Stopping after six flicks and felting the small amount of electricity danced across her fur in several directions. She felt a shutter run through her at the feeling like her fur is alive and moving on its own.

Her eyes remained on Rafael when Lisa went for the attack once more. Seeming like she was one of the most aggressive out of all the girls in the pack. But yet it seemed their panther was faster and stronger than the bee woman. Sending strikes into the woman’s chest and arms, forcing her away from him before his attention was on her. She was now his next target and she was angry enough to take him on. She flashed him a smile as he ran at her.

She felt a small scoff well in her throat towards his speed. Her eyes following each of his movements before she jumped over his attacking form. The sparks flashing across her fur as her tail coiled around his neck. Pulling him backwards, hopeful to the point he loses his footing and falls. Shocking him in the process at 233. Holding her tail around his throat allowing the slim appendage to coil tighter around his throat.

[Rafael]

Once again if nothing else Lisa was proving that she was had the tenacity to keep going even after sustaining a brutal blow. It was a good trait to have that Rafael would definitely prefer among his friends, should they be attacked once again. The biggest thing to work on at the moment now at least from what he had seen of Lisa so far was her physical abilities. She was the only flyer yet she wasn't nearly fast enough to really capitalize on the fact. If she was even just as fast as Rafael was then he liked the chances of her being a very effective tool to guarding their home against anyone vulgar enough to attack them.

Now though it was time to put some pressure on the only one that he had confidence in should they be attacked again. As he motioned to strike her though Rafael caught the sight of Lisa rushing through the air at him once again. This time though her motion was different, she was definitely planning something else. A different way to attack him that was more than likely much different than turning herself into a sort of spear. He didn't wait long at all to find out as Lisa hurled a glob of what he assumed was stomach acid at him.

It stung he could definitely feel the liquid burning through his thick fur to the skin beneath. Puzzling why she hadn't used such a move earlier. Regardless it proved that she could attack from a small distance as well. Now though he'd have another thing to deal with as Zadora jumped over him only to wrap her tail around his throat. He could immediately feel the intense, powerful lightning coursing through his body from her own. Damn this sensation was horrible. He had been shocked by her during their last training when she had learned of her ability, but still even this degree caused the massive panther to scream in pain.

It wasn't like receiving a punch or even taking a hit from an energy attack that the shinigami seemed so adapt at casting. He couldn't fight through it easily or ignore it. Lightning just was the most difficult to deal with for him out of everything that he had faced so far. Perhaps with training or time he'd learn to resist the pain more, but right now he couldn't do anything as Zadora's body weight although only a fraction compared to his own was enough to pull him down slamming his back onto the ground causing a small dent in the ground with the heavy thud.

He'd lay there for a moment pushing past the pain. It was no easy task and before he had started his training again after finding this new home with Zadora and Lolth he likely wouldn't have been able to keep going, now though the panther turned over quickly extending his tail to wrap around Zadora's waist and pull her. He had to flex his own throat just to make sure nothing bad happened as he pulled Zadora off of him and hurled her through the air this time towards Lisa. Whether Lisa evaded or not Rafael was quick to turn towards them both then rawr sending a wave of force out to them which would push them backwards several meters through the air.

[Lolth Orbweaver]

The first two egg sacks, that lolth had laid, had remained undisturbed since their mother went underground. They would start to shift slightly. The spiderlings inside of the sacks had fully hatched now, and were struggling against their protective shell for freedom. Both of the sacks would rock, and shift more violently as the seconds pressed on before a large whole would be torn open from the inside of the egg sacks. Out of each, a dozen large spiders spilled out into the immediate area. They were roughly the size of small dogs. just as active. Some would push and hiss at each other competing for what little space there was while they waited for their mother's orders. 

Lolth could smell them. Her babies. She commanded them with her motherly link for them to dig as well. Two dozen large spiders dug into the ground at the same time. Not at the same rate as their mother, but with astonishing speed none the less. They covered the entrances to their holes, and set about digging closer to their mother. Lolth wanted to gather her children before she struck. It was not yet time for them to see battle. For now, they just expanded the tunnel system that Lolth had started. She would be able to easily move around in a large area quickly thanks to them. She hoped that Zadora was able to hold her own. She spent the longest time with the panther, so Lolth figured she would be the most capable.

[Lisa Ko]

The green goo managed to hit its target. Square in the back of its black figure, watching it starting to sizzle and seep into the absorbent hair, allowing to remain for a bit, and burn even more the longer it remains on him. A twinge of light that cracked along both of them, traveling from the White Cat to the Black Thing. Both were swallowed by the dancing of lightening as the crackling lights of blue spiraled around them. For a moment, Lisa was mesmerized by the visual effects before her. Curse her Insect habits for bright illuminating lights. She snapped out it a moment later upon the rush of movement in her charge. The Black Thing seemed to be acting out, looking to throw the White Cat towards her direction. A collision would be a justifiable thought if she didn't change her course of action.

Regardless of what would come it, but she needed to evaded. Her wings fluttered to give in a bit to her weight, causing her body to dip closer towards the floor. At this point, she was dragging her feet as she wanted to keep pressure away from her right side. Though that was a bit impossible for the time being considering that she lacked the necessary mental capacity to judge it correctly. So, regardless if the White Cat was thrown at her direction, the Hornet's body crashed, and slid across the ground. Naturally, she cried out. Her broken right arms were being smeared across the surface of the dirt floor during her skid. She had to wait for the moment to regain her composure, but really it was to rest and gather her thoughts away from the pain.

Before she could even stand, a roar came about to push the girl's body back. It came to hurt her antennas, due to the vibrations, and how sensitive they were. Although she had better eye vision than before her rebirth, the antennas still remained, and still had their primary functions as they did before. Her feet clawed the ground as her body came to a halt, anchoring herself closely to it to prepare herself for what was to come. Her eyes would search the area before looking what to do next. She had to assess the situation before she could act.

[Zadora]

Zadora twitched listening to her friend scream with the pain from her lightening leaving her body to course through his. Shocking him well pulling him down when she landed behind him. Her ears twitching at the heavy thud his body made when his back hit the ground. Such an impacted surely had left a dent where he had fallen. Slowly uncoiling her tail from his throat just as his had wrapped around her waist.

She felt a cry well up in her throat as he flown her from him, hurling her towards Lisa. The bee woman flying near the ground, invading her as she flew over her. Slowly she spun herself as she grew close to the ground. Paws extended, claws digging into the ground once she was close enough to the ground. Landing in a crouched position just as her friend roared. The sound loud making the ground under her vibrate and tremble.

Then can the force of the sound. Invisible wavelengths from the sound pushing her back forcing her to slide back a few meters from where she had landed. Her claws continued to dig at the ground, forcing her farther from him. Her tail whipping around her as she finally came to a stop. Her white and black furr standing on end as she turned her head to stare at her friend. A low rumbling growl vibrated in her throat

[Rafael]

Although he had picked it up quite quickly it still was something that he had to think about consciously otherwise the large feline would overlook the new addition to his body. Even still his tail had always proved to be an asset when in a fight proving it once again now against Zadora. Perhaps if she was even a little bit more experienced the maneuver wouldn't have gone through so easily, but even still all of them including himself had so much more to learn about what they could do. Thankfully though he was shown that he wasn't the only fast learner as Lisa managed to fly low enough to evade Zadora and the large feline landed on her feet even after being tossed through the air like a rag-doll.

Even after receiving the strength of the roar that he had sent their way both of them stood their ground. It was clear to him now even though it was a brief scuffle that he was the most powerful among them although to state such he didn't like nor wish to accept. He didn't care if he was the best out of them right now. He wanted to see what all of them including himself could become. He was certain that after some training and experience all of them could surpass what he could do at the moment. He would just always do his best to keep his place as the best. Competition the course of improvement. Both of them were crouched over the ground digging their hands into the ground to slow themselves so at the very least they were doing everything they could against his actions.

He had no clue where Lolth had disappeared off to he had believed that she would have resurfaced and attacked while he had been brought down by Zadora. That wasn't the case though. He couldn't hear her nor could he really smell her either. The only thing that he could feel though was danger beneath him as if she was lying in wait under his feet. He was certain if she was directly below him he'd be able to feel her moving. He would just have to keep placing pressure on Lisa and Zadora and deal with Lolth when she eventually emerges. If the spider didn't though he'd have to speak with her much more directly later for not taking this seriously. He was looking from Zadora to Lisa several times trying to decide what he would do next when his head stopped on Lisa.

In the moment that followed Rafael pushed off the ground his legs flexed the muscles almost appearing to burst in size as the ground cracked beneath his strength. He'd reach her in little more than a moment crossing the brief distance just like a hungry predator that had found its prey. Rafael had already caused Lisa quite a bit of harm something he wasn't all that thrilled about, but he believed it to be the best way for anyone to learn. Not choosing to kick or punch her this time Rafael stomped on the ground in front of her head causing the ground to indent like a drill going through sand.

Her claws would drop down with the ground lowering her crouch and likely throwing her off for a moment. It would give Rafael just enough time to grab the hornet by the back of her neck and pull. She'd have to act fast as she was thrown with a force of 450 towards the large rock wall of the valley they called home. She'd only have forty feet to react before slamming into the stone. He was curious to see if she could manage.

He wasted no time afterwards squatting down only to jump up several dozen feet. It'd be hard to see him by looking up as the sun was high in the sky blocking the view until he started to come right back down although at a different spot. He had flipped backwards now poised to land right behind Zadora who likely would be able to see him although would her eyes allow it was the question. If she could see him and react than he'd rush her and attempt to kick at her waist from the left and send her flying into the stream. If he did manage to land behind her though crushing the ground in almost the same way as what he had done to Lisa the large panther would act as fast as he could to get on her side and lift his leg up.

Almost like a soccer player kicking the ball up to his waist this was the action to get Zadora off the ground and at his chest level by kicking her stomach. If successful she'd feel the pain of both his massive paws striking her chest both below and above her bust with enough force to send her backwards several feet. He didn't want to hurt any of them enough that they'd hold it against them, but they had to realize compared to what he had faced while he had been out he was still going very easy on them.

[Lolth Orbweaver]

It was time. Though she wished that she could get more of her young stronger before initiating her attack, she knew that she couldn't stay down here for too much longer. Rafael would get wise to her sooner or later, and Lisa, and Zidora couldn't hold him off forever. Her first wave was strong enough. If that wasn't going to be enough, she had another wave hatching right now and waiting in reserve for when they will be needed. She figured that she could hold out until the second group was fully grown at least. She made one final check that her first wave of children were in place, and ready to go, then she moved to position herself as close to Rafael as she could. 

It was hard for her to accurately track him quickly at the moment. He kept jumping around from one point to another making her double back, and take another tunnel luckily, he kept stomping his feet on the ground telling her exactly where to move to. It seemed that he had settled on a location at last. She would dig up as fast as her six arms would allow. She could feel the movements of his feet. It seemed that he was getting ready to kick someone. This was good. That meant that he would be off balance by the time she got up there. She continued to dig. The soil got thinner and drier the further up she went. Then finally she hit open air and pushed herself out of the hole shooting herself at him full speed. 

She was behind Rafael, and off to his left. She lunched at him in an attempt to tackle him pushing him into the ground, or at least just getting a firm hold on him. If she got him, she would quickly wrap her arms around his, and her legs through his in an attempt to immobilize him. Her children were quickly following their mother. All around them, large spiders would burst from the ground, like daisies! The closet ones would also lunge at Rafael hitting him from all directions, while they avoided hitting their mother. Lolth, and some of her children would attempt to use their large fangs to good use, and bite down into the flesh and fur of the panther. If fully successful, that would be thirteen venomous bites hitting all at once. The other half would stand at a distance and shoot sticky webbing at the panther to further restrict movement.
