Alright, so we'll start from the top on this. The first thing is that while you can post these customs, remember that you have to actually be able to afford them, which you will unlikely be able to do immediately. While that will restrict their full approval right away, we can at least begin by giving them a grading so that when you have the cash, you can properly make them. However, I would like to note that we are starting to rehaul the item creation process, so what you have here may need to be revised in the near future, so keep that in mind.
Now, preliminary gradings:
Reinforced Gloves - A 15% stat boost, with no cost, no drawbacks, and an unlisted amount of blocking strength that allows them to block something like a sword blow that easily? Definitely beyond the scope of how items are supposed to function currently. Stat boosts are something that we are very picky on, and a casual passive one is going to generally be denied.
Sonar Hearing Aid - This essentially gives an unlisted massive boost to Senses in regards to hearing, and a natural immunity to sound attacks. The stat boost definitely won't fly, but if you limit it to only filtering sounds it may work a bit better.
Modified Concealment Cloak - So you have an item that essentially gives a perk equal to two or three ranks in Stealth, with zero drawbacks or costs? Not going to fly. Needs some kind of cost to maintain (preferably Reiatsu per post), a duration limit, some sort of drawback so that you can't perma-stealth.
Turtle Bone Guards - An unlisted defensive power that is "next to unbreakable" is already a no. Anything defensive needs a set defensive stat power. And again, we see a whopping 35% stat boost, meaning that between this and the gloves, you're getting a passive 50% boost to Strength with zero drawbacks besides a slight speed drop. If you were to make a Strength-focused character with a basic type, you could match or surpass some of the high-tier types with this sort of bonus. Set a specific defensive power, and please remove the stat bonus.
Field Monitor - You've got 360 degrees of motion detection for 60 feet, meaning you literally cannot be surprised, and you can analyze an opponent's abilities, essentially acting in place of Battle Analysis/Analysis skills? Not only that, but the level to which you can scan is not specified, meaning that this has a high chance of being far too powerful. I can't really pass this in any way or form, as it literally acts in place of a Skill and grants you the equivalent of an enormous sensory boost, and it's constantly active and passive.
The big issue here is that you're getting so very much here, things that would be considered mid- to high-level techniques or 2-3 ranks in a Skill, with almost no drawbacks and no costs aside from purchase. These definitely are going to need to be toned down to smaller bonuses as a whole.
