Technique Name: [The Light: Divine Mercy]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [The Light]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [All Races]
Technique Element: [Light]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Relative to other Light techniques, this is the most offensive and I use that term loosely. When I say offensive, what I really mean is that it allows the user to use their normally offensive abilities without actually inflicting harm. On top of that, it grants additional control over those abilities to mitigate unwanted harm. How does this work exactly? Excellent question. First, it has to be activated to access its abilities, which have two main effects.
First, activating the is passive damage control. The Light: Divine Mercy is effects enemies and allies very differently. For allies and Himitsu himself, any spells that would cause harm simply don’t. For example, fire doesn’t burn allies, and it doesn’t make them feel hot either. The fire still effects the environment the same way, but otherwise, it doesn’t have any real effect on allies. Instead, fire kido would dance around allies harmlessly, as if a tiny barrier prevented it from touching their skin. If the user casts a water ability around themselves or an ally, they’ll find that they’re able to breath in the water, mitigating the potential for the water to drown them. Furthermore, offensive projectiles simply bounce off allies without even applying a force on them.
With enemies, on the other hand, the same applies except for techniques bouncing off of them. Instead, their goal will be to bind that enemy like a chain. If we go back to the fireball projectile example, if it struck an enemy’s arm, the fire would wrap itself around their arm like a set of cuffs and bind it in place. The enemy would have to destroy the flames in order to break free of them. Regardless, the flames still won’t feel hot or inflict any burn damage. They’ll simply act like handcuffs around whichever part of the enemy’s body that they hit. After a successful hit, the “cuffs” are treated as though they have a durability 2x greater than their offensive stat for the purpose of clashes, although they retain their original class.
Secondly, to avoid causing severe damage to the environment, the user gains a new method of controlling their spells. With a simple mental command, the user can call back their spells to them at any speed they desire, although the speed cap for the spell recall is 800. The spells will move in a straight line toward the user, following them even if they begin to move while calling the spells back. The user can call the spell back to any specific part of their body they desire, although there’s a catch. Only one spell can be recalled at a time, so the user can’t fire multiple techniques and have them all return at once. Also, this only applies to non-release techniques, so projectiles fired from a release cannot be recalled via this ability.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
Spend reiatsu and activated the technique.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
In order for this technique to be learned and used, the Light must first be mastered. In addition, two other Light techniques must also be learned in order to use Divine Mercy. Anyone with more Light Aura than Dark Aura can learn the Light, but it will be locked during any point in time when an individual intends to take a life or do harm. Furthermore, if the user's intent becomes hostile while Divine Mercy is active, this technique will immediately end.
Divine Mercy costs 800 reiatsu to activate and lasts for 10 posts, although it can be refreshed. While Divine Mercy is active, it is impossible for the user to inflict harm upon their opponent, so their only option is to successfully bind the enemy. The increased durability of the “cuffs” only applies when the user lands a hit. Furthermore, an enemies’ Strength of Will gives them an advantage in ability clashes with Divine Mercy, though this only applies when they are actively exerting their will. Those with one point higher than the user in SoW who are attempting to break Divine Mercy’s cuffs may interact with them as though it has they have a durability 50% higher than their original offensive stat (instead of 2x higher). Those with two points more than the user in SoW may interact with Divine Mercy as though it has a durability equal to its original offensive stat. With 3 more points in SoW than the user, an enemy may interact with Divine Mercy as though it has 50% less durability than its original offensive stat. Physical attacks must have an offensive stat greater than durability of Divine Mercy’s cuffs to break them.

Technique Name: [Genesis Art: Augendae et Minuere]
Class: [2]
Technique Type: [Life Force]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Kasumi’Oji Shinigami]
Technique Element: [Life Force]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [Insert Below]
The Kasumi’Oji are known for being able to use life force in order to create life, but this technique takes that to another level. Now, life force can be sacrificed to enhance or weaken the power of non-release techniques. By paying life force upon activating kido, the user is able to increase the class of their technique based on the amount of life force it is imbued with. Similarly, the user can pay life force to decrease the class of the technique, although a technique cannot drop more than three classes below its original class nor can it go below class 8.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
Activate Augendae at the same time that the technique it modifies is being activated.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
The life force cost of Augendae depends on both the final class of the enhanced technique and the number of classes that it was increased by. The user must pay life force equal to the traditional reiatsu cost of a technique one class below the final class of the enhanced technique PLUS 100 life force for each class that the technique was raised by. For example, a class 2 spell that is increased to class 1 would cost 600 life force (equivalent to the reiatsu cost of a class 1 technique, which is one below the final class of the enhanced technique) in addition to 100 life force for being raised one class, totaling 700 reiatsu. On the other hand, decreasing a technique’s class simply costs 100 life force per class it is reduced. A technique cannot be elevated or reduced by more than three classes.

{The Light, for your reference}
Technique Name: [The Light]
Class: [1]
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): [Reiatsu]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [All Races]
Technique Element: [Light]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [Insert Below]
This is a passive technique that affects the characteristics of the user’s reiatsu. Firstly, it makes his reiatsu feel good and pure to all who can detect it, almost like he has 200 light aura instead of just 100. However, that small cinematic effect does not compare to the true purpose of the Light. Anyone who comes in contact with the user’s reiatsu will suddenly understand the user’s motives as a person, giving them a brief insight into his mind and soul that only helps explain user’s morals and ethics. This knowledge has no battle application, but it accomplishes user’s goal of achieving compassion. Not only will people know of his desire to protect life but they will also understand it. In addition, whenever the user’s reiatsu in the form of a technique or his release makes contact, it instinctively spreads through that object, flowing through both its exterior and interior with a speed of 300. Naturally, spiritually aware individuals and release weapons will automatically resist the user’s reiatsu unless they lack spiritual superiority.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
Stated above.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
First of all, anyone with more Light Aura than Dark Aura can learn the Light, but it will be locked during any point in time when an individual intends to take a life or do harm. The spread of reiatsu cannot extend for more than a mile in any direction. Also, it requires offensive stat superiority to have the user’s reiatsu flow through other souls. The other affects of this technique have no actual combat use and simply exist as social tools.
