Aramis closed his eyes as Skofnung described the surroundings to the city. Visualizing it in his mind. Aramis had a vivid imagination. It kind of came with the territory. He'd spent his entire childhood cooped up in either a lab or a supply closet, so he had been forced to use his imagination to picture what was happening outside that little space. While he acknowledged it unlikely his mental image would be accurate, he did have a knack for detail so it was likely he'd place the important features in about the right spot. "I see. Well that's to be expected I suppose." He noted. Mentally assessing the defensive viability and offensive viability of such a location. Stealth was useless, this was true, but the plains were not the most defensible of locations. Without air ground, placing it at the top of a hill or valley would have been a truly difficult point to attack. It spoke to the lack of natural predators and conflict in this world. Or a showing of strength. That the denizens of the city didn't feel the need. "Any water bodies nearby? Or do you think the city would be massive enough to enclose around one?" He added, out of scientific curiosity.
As they discussed this, Aramis briefly felt a spike of killing intent from Tsukuyomi. Aramis's eyes slowly opened and he fixed Tsukuyomi with a baleful stare. It wasn't accusatory. Not angry. Not worried. It was the same, soul piercing stare. If you could ascribe a form of dialogue to a stare, this one would be monotone. It was a drilling stare, that in a purely academic sense was no different than how Aramis normally looked at things. And yet there was a certain pressure behind this one. Like Aramis was staring right into the Vice Captain's mind. Aramis held this stare for several long moments, even if Tsukuyomi wasn't looking his way, until that feeling of killing intent subsided. Then Aramis returned his full attention to Skofnung. Aramis had been making a point to Tsukuyomi. But with no words exchanged, Tsukuyomi was free to determine what that point was. Still. It was clear that Aramis had not missed the man's murderous thoughts. What Tsukuyomi did with that knowledge was up to him.
"I have prepared amply." Aramis stated, in answer to both Skofnung and Senshi's statements. He possessed an unnatural hardiness, and food and water wouldn't be as much an issue for him as it would be for Senshi. Hell was not the best place to search for food, and so its denizens were rather required to go extremely long periods without it. Granted, as Aramis was only half Akki, he still needed it, but he could make do with less. He'd get hunger pains and the like, of course, but he could continue functioning at least. He expected the same would hold true for Tsukuyomi. Aramis allowed Senshi to depart, before standing and brushing himself off. "I am prepared to leave whenever we are ready. I look forward to seeing what this world has to offer."
