Despite how much everything over the last few weeks had been different some things just never seemed to change. That was what seemed to be flowing throughout the mind of the young Captain and Head of the Shihoin family as she sat in the center of the Onmitsukido training grounds. More specifically right now she was in the hakudo training square a small area closed off by high walls on all sides where members of the Onmitsukido and the Shihoin family could practice at large with one another or by themselves.
At the moment Kimiko was sitting on the cement like covering over the ground that made the entire training area like fighting on pavement. It was dusk or getting pretty close to it. So the dark color of the pavement like substance was no longer all that hot. Although in truth Kimiko had liked the heat on her body as she sat here listening to the training that her subordinates were all undertaking around her. She had quickly realized when she came into a position of leadership that constantly being strict and watching over training got the best results aside form personal training with each of them.
She simply didn't have enough time in each day though. So while she was listening to the training going on around her and occasionally glancing upwards and around her to inspect that everyone had the proper form and weren't simply getting better at being bad, she had paper work scattered around her. She was trying to do as much work as she could while also giving focus to her divisions training. She never liked paper work to begin with, but this was just getting crazy. Despite being so young Kimiko felt like if all this paper work continued she might start feeling like the old Head Captain herself.
