Bleach: Online World is a fun and exciting way to exercise your creativity and escape into a world you help build! hey,

so, I'm kinda confused about something: I've seen a few things about stats being boosted in shikai/bankai/any sort of release. Can anyone tell me/link me to something that explains this because I'm pretty confused about the whole thing x.x
