Technique Name: Temporal Calling: Tock
Class: 4
Technique Type: Sternritter Ability
Usable By: Hadrian J. Ryan
Technique Element: Time
Technique Description and Effects:
This is technique forms the basis of Hadrian’s non-Release abilities, and is the basis from which his other techniques grow. This technique has two effects, both of which are always active and cannot be switched off. The first of these is that the user gains a perfect awareness of time. They are always aware of what time it is, and know perfectly the duration of and intervals between events. Its second effect is that it allows the user to build up units of Time. These Time units are collected passively at a rate of 1 Time unit per post, up to a maximum of 12. These Time units can then be spent to use other Temporal Calling techniques.
How to use technique:
This technique is always active.
Technique Drawbacks:
None. Once this technique is learned, no effort is required to keep it active. It is constantly active.

Technique Name: Temporal Calling: Phase
Class: 4
Technique Type: Sternritter Ability
Usable By: Hadrian J. Ryan
Technique Element: Time
Technique Description and Effects:
The first of the Temporal Calling techniques provides Hadrian with a personal Step Technique. However, instead of using his Reiatsu to speed himself up, he uses a combination of his Reiatsu and his accumulated Time to slow the world around him down by 6x - allowing him time to observe and move through the world. However, it is only temporary - the technique will only ever allow him to travel as far as Hirenkyaku would take him, and it does not allow him to move within 10 feet of another Spiritual Being (projectiles Hadrian fires are also slowed by this technique, meaning they travel at normal speed to any observer). This technique’s primary use is for evasion and observation, not dissimilar to a normal step technique.
How to use technique:
Costs 200 Reiatsu and 1 unit of Time to use. The world can be slowed down another 2x for each additional unit of Time spent to activate this technique (8x for 2 units, 10x for 3 units, 12x for 4 units).
Technique Drawbacks:
Reiatsu and Time cost. Hadrian cannot use this technique while within 10 feet of a Spiritual Being, and cannot use this technique to move within 10 feet of another Spiritual Being. Hadrian cannot use any other Step Technique in the same post as this technique. Has a 2 post Cooldown period after use. Temporal Calling: Tock must be at least Learned before this technique can be Learned.

The following technique is an updated version of Hadrian’s reserved technique: “Schriftkraft H - Sechs: Zeitschild (Power of the Schrift H - 6: Timeshield)”. That technique was originally designed to fit under a different line of reserved techniques, however I have decided to incorporate it into Hadrian’s Temporal Calling techniques. I will leave it to the grader to decide whether the original version of this technique needs to be unlearned (check Hadrian’s point bank for the original wording of the technique) with an Amnesia pill, or whether this technique can simply replace the old version.
Technique Name: Temporal Calling: Gear
Class: 2
Technique Type: Sternritter Ability
Usable By: Hadrian J. Ryan
Technique Element: Time
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique is Hadrian’s primary defensive ability. Using this technique, he can create a 6 metre Clock Face, with a durability equal to his twice his current Offensive Stat. This shield has a duration of 1 post, and can be manipulated by Hadrian freely at 400 speed for that post. If the shield is struck by a technique with greater than 2x Hadrian’s Offensive Stat, however, the Offensive Stat of the attacking technique is reduced by 200 (flat amount) as it breaks the shield.
How to use technique:
Costs 400 Reiatsu and 1 unit of Time to use. Hadrian can create multiple shields by expending an extra unit of Time and 100 Reiatsu for each shield to be created. The shield can be manipulated freely at 400 speed.
Technique Drawbacks:
Reiatsu and Time cost. Can only be used once per post. If multiple shields are created, they cannot be manipulated - they must be formed in a “stack”, with each shield layered behind the original one. If multiple shields are formed in a single post, this technique has a cool-down period of posts equal to the number of extra shields formed. Temporal Calling: Tock must be at least Learned before this technique can be Learned.

Technique Name: Temporal Calling: Stasis
Class: 1
Technique Type: Sternritter Ability
Usable By: Hadrian J. Ryan
Technique Element: Time
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique is Hadrian’s primary support ability. By expending Reiatsu and Time, he can confer a state of stasis to an ally of his choice - but not himself. In this stasis state, that ally becomes immune to all damage caused by attacks with an Offensive Stat less then 3x their Offensive Stat. However, when this period of Stasis ends, all damage that was nullified by this technique is inflicted on them at once, which can be even more crippling. While this technique is active, a halo-like clock face appears above Hadrian’s head, as well as the heads of the affected allies.
How to use technique:
Costs 800 Reiatsu and 2 units of Time to activate, per person that Hadrian wishes to bestow the technique on. Can be bestowed on anyone Hadrian desires, as long as he can see them at the time of activation. Costs an additional 200 Reiatsu and 1 unit of Time to keep active per each subsequent post, per person. However, the Reiatsu maintenance cost per person doubles for each post this technique is active (200 for the first post of maintenance, 400 for the second, 800 for the third, 1600 for the fourth, etc.).
Technique Drawbacks:
Reiatsu and Time cost - both for activation and maintenance. Cannot be used on Hadrian himself. When this technique ends, all damage that was nullified by this technique is inflicted onto the users at once. Cannot defend against mental attacks. If Hadrian casts this technique on more than one ally, he is unable to move while _any_ of them are affected by this technique. Temporal Calling: Tock must be at least Learned before this technique can be Learned.

Technique Name: Temporal Calling: Origin
Class: 1
Technique Type: Sternritter Ability
Usable By: Hadrian J. Ryan
Technique Element: Time
Technique Description and Effects:
The ultimate Temporal Calling technique. With its power, Hadrian drags himself and up to 11 other Spiritual Beings to his own pocket dimension. His own reality marble, if you will. In this world, there is no power great enough to overcome the stasis of the world. Here, giant platforms of clockwork slowly rise and fall among the void, and the only sound is that of the occupants. The occupants of the Origin World cannot harm each other for the duration of the technique, and Hadrian cannot harm them either. All attacks will phase through their intended targets - no-one can take damage here. It is the ultimate ceasefire.
What makes the Origin World so interesting is its sensitivity to memories. Those who are in the Origin World find that their memories come forth with little effort, and if they do, images from those memories flash across the void - visible only to Hadrian and the owner of those memories. Hadrian’s ultimate technique is not a violent one, but instead provides the environment required for him to reach out to his opponents. When the technique ends, all the occupants are returned to exactly where they were, in the exact same state - but exactly the number of posts they spent in the Origin World later. They are immune to all damage for a few moments, while they readjust to the world around them - meaning they cannot be ambushed as they reappear.
How to use technique:
Costs 1000 Reiatsu and 6 units of Time to activate, plus 1 unit of Time for each post Hadrian wishes the technique to last. Hadrian can take any 11 people within his field of view into the Origin World upon the activation of this technique.
Technique Drawbacks:
Reiatsu and Time cost. Requires over half of Hadrian’s maximum amount of Time (which takes 12 posts to accrue), so the length of time to prepare this technique is appropriate to its power. The technique can be ended by the release of a Class 0 technique inside the Origin World, or a Class 1 technique with an Offensive Stat greater than 3x Hadrian’s own. Attacks with an Offensive Stat 3x greater than Hadrian's can overcome the damage nullification effect. Temporal Calling: Tock must be at least Learned before this technique can be Learned.

Total TTP cost: 760 TTP (580 if the shield technique can be updated, rather than having to be relearned)
