Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
This technique is simple: it combines principles of Soul Mastery: Element of Self and Martial Discipline: Chakra. The Soul Mastery techniques provide individuals with heightened control over a particular element, whereas Chakra empowers the user’s reiatsu. Element of All gets the best of both worlds.
Upon activation, anything the user touches, should they allow it, including their own body, can be imbued with the properties of their Soul Mastery Element. With earth, all that they touch will appear to be as hard as stone. For example, even an energy beam would be physically change to a rock blast, though it will still maintain its properties upon impact (for example, a cero will explode while a byakurai would pierce, so this would not change). The same applies for the remaining available Soul Mastery elements.
Anything affected by Element of All, just as with Chakra, is considered "class neutral" and "value neutral." Unless struck by a superior class or 2x offensive stat or more, it will always win in conflict against anything that is without a flame. In other words, say Player A utilizes Chakra on their sword and Player B has some sort of Hierro-like ability. Player A, except with the aforementioned limitations, will always be able to cut clean through that defense and sever it. If the target, however, has either Chakra or Element of All active, then the neutrality of class and value is lost against that target, and once again it is treated as a clash of offensive power or class, as per normal rules.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
It is activated by paying the 1000 reiatsu cost, but it is special in that no technique that lowers reiatsu cost can lower the cost of this technique. Furthermore, anyone who can charge or generate reiatsu cannot use any such methods of charge or regeneration while this technique is active. To learn this technique, user must know Willpower, Output, Movement, Energy Generate, and have mastered Element of Self.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Element of All lasts for 10 posts, half the duration of Chakra. To learn this technique, user must know Willpower, Output, Movement, Energy Generate, Martial Discipline: Chakra and have mastered Element of Self. It may only be learned through a training thread, but a mod soul or Nakabakki must be taught the technique in a joint-training.
