Technique Description and Effects: Invented by Ryo as a way for fast, rapid attacks. By charging up spirit energy in his arm with his his palm flat out before making a arc with the arm, the user can fire a small curved energy blade, able to cut through most things it comes into contact to. it can also be fired in rapid succession.
Anyone who's class is twice the class of the hado will only feel knockback and won't be harmed by the hado itself.
How to use technique: See Above.

Incantation and Effect: "Mask of flesh and blood, birds that soar the heavens, rain upon thy foe and deliver him a finishing blow!" When the incantation is spoken, the Reiatsu Strength used to determine the power of Usuinageha is increased by 10%. Also gives it the ability to penetrate multiple targets (i.e. 100 Reiatsu Strength is treated as 110.)

"Anyone whose class is twice the class of the hado" - What? Give an example. The Hado is Class 7, so by that definition people would have to be Class 14 to avoid it. You're also missing parts of the template, namely if it's reserved or not.

"Fired in rapid succession" - Anything can be fired in rapid succession if you pay the reiatsu cost enough times. What makes this special? Does it get "free casts" or is it just filler text to make the technique look longer?

Additionally, how is this any different from a hand-version of Getsuga Tenshou? It's not very unique and doesn't really add much to the Kidou list if it's not reserved. It's also way not unique enough to be reserved as anyone would be able to easily copy a basic blast attack like that.

Basically, it's really not unique and is just a curved arc version of a Byakurai with no electrical components. I can't really justify this technique being added to our lists.

sorry, what I meant was that anyone who is class 5 or higher won't be affected by it and I don't believe there is such a thing as class 14, otherwise it would be a extremely weak hado then.

tbh, the later more then the former; but the intention was the former since another you usually fire one at a time; they can also be fired in rapid succession.

well, for one; its vastly, vastly weaker then getsuga tenshou. and no, its not reserved since I wanted others to use it and tbh, I don't really care if people copy it.

again, look at the number; it comes in before byakurai; the idea being it was the form of byakurai that wasn't as focussed yet faster and able to fire multiple projectiles at once instead of the more focused, singular strike of the byakurai. and if it can't be added to the lists, can I make it unique to Ryo?
