Where's all the staff gone?

Hey,

Forgive me if I'm being a bit impatient or not understanding of personal situations, but, where's all the staff gone? I've been waiting for a secondary review of my character's app for a while now, updating it here and there, but I don't know what else I can do until it is reviewed and I really wanna get rping because I also want to get a idea of how the rp system works here and I can't do that till my character is approved.

Does anyone know when the staff are coming back because I really need this secondary review so I know what to do

Youre waiting on kyomei, the grader who initially reviewed your app. If you look at other graded apps youll see that other mods do bot touch the app until the first gives their 1/2. Kyomei is currently having rl issues and also due to the extent of the changes in your app from what Ive seen he may simply not have the time to sit down and go over everything. If you are waiting this long, consider contacting Kento and asking him. In the event that it is clear Kyomei will not be able to continue grading in the near future, you may be assigned another mod. This is not assured.

On a secondary note, I am not a mod but further additions to your app should be done in the form of an edit to your last post. Generally we do not bump threads or double-post in general.

I am NOT a staff member, but honestly, you still gotta apply edits they already asked you to. As far as I can see, you still have over 20 non release techniques (even though 20 is limit and as already told, you probably won't start with more than ten, and you can't list them for 'future reference', you either know them or not), and you still did not assign a proper rank. If you didn't really fix stuff, I don't see why staff should be regrading this. Now I cannot speak for them, but honestly, I don't see why they should take some of their limited time for sonething that has a ton of edits they asked for, and little to none implemented. This is just a voice of a member, but mate, fix all they asked for and wait patiently. Thats how you get regrade.

But I don't understand; I did give them all ranks, the [learned, proficient and mastered] thing. and why can't I save them in a seperate place to work towards learning them anyway? plus if the L, P & M ranks isn't what you mean, then what do you mean? because I'm confused as to what else I have to do

plus I did give Ryo a official rank as a member of the stealth force, formerly a stealth force lieutenant as discussed with waffle man; I don't have a idea for a specific seat since the whole point is that he's meant to come back and take back his old title of lieutenant in a more permanent way, its why I can't just say he is the stealth force lieutenant as A. someone else has that title now and B. that would be really rude of me to just presume I'll get it back without some kind of fight for it or the fact that such a position is earned, not just taken.

Look, I don't mind removing the techniques as long as I can move them elsewhere on the site as a reference guide so I'm not having to search through a ton of guides and such, just to re find all the techs I want at the end game. I need something to train to and that's what a lot of these techs are; training goals. just let me set that up somewhere so I have a reference for training and I won't be a problem about it, that's it.

Plus, I need options on his bankai edits and all the stuff that I need help with because I'm trying different edits to see if one thing is better then the other, but without feedback, I can only do so much

List them as "WANTS" in your point bank, but not in the application. Also consider that you still go over the limit of twenty, and that must be fixed.

Secondly, you still need to list a rank even if your character is considered inactive. Therefore, you should select a seat. Especially because upon whatever return, that's the rank you'd return to and you'd then challenge Aevus if you want his spot. Aevus got to where he was from the ground up. He's not a substitute just because you retcon in that your character decided to take a break. When we talked, what I had said was you still need to pick a seat.

As for your Zanpakuto, if you have specific questions, they can be answered.

thanks and that's not a problem to fix, my main thing was that I wanted to be able to have stuff to work towards, so that is fine, so thank you

again, easy fix as his actually official rank was sixth seat, so its not hard to change it so he's the sixth seat of the stealth force as his official rank. Plus to you, its taking a break, to him, whether it was the original or the current version, the reason is the same and that is that he feels his honor is stained by the blood of either innocent people or by his dishonorable actions. I have stated in my app that he is a stealth force member, I just never stated a seat, this will be rectified.

Well, the main things I need reviewing in terms of my zanpakuto is the shikai's warrior heart technique as I made some adjustments to it, I changed how the seals worked in his bankai to act more like Ikkaku's bankai; acting as measurements to a charge up, which leads into a entirely new ability within his bankai.

plus I'm well aware he earned his place, I already said that I had no intention of just stating something will happen and expecting people just to go with it. I expect to earn that right, just as much as he earned that place, I will earn mine in equal stead, that I promise you.

btw, I adjust it so now I have it set to sixth seat of the stealth force. also I've reduced my non-release techniques to 16, is that more acceptable?
