Question about Sub. Shinis

So I have a question about the rank. Does the rank accept any and all HWD races? I remember there being talk about case by case Rogues being allowed to join, but does this now include all HWD races? Also, I'd like to ask why the need for a age requirement. It makes a bit of sense for the Shinigami Representative, but considering the fact the next rank requires IC testing and class 1 asking for a age that most HWDs don't even meet might be a little much. Maybe it's why the rank doesn't have members.

Shinigami Representative: This rank requires that one is class 4 or higher to possess it. A new law is that one must be at least age 20 to receive this rank, and they must be decidedly qualified for the Shinigami role by personality evaluation.

Representative Lieutenant: Only two substitutes at any one time in the entirety of the human world can achieve it. The requirement is being at least 35, and one must be Class 1. A personality test to determine leadership merit will also be given. Those who are Representative Lieutenants have authority over seated officers or lower rank Shinigami, and also over other Substitute Shinigami. However, a Vice Captain's authority supersedes that of a Representative Lieutenant.


The second rank system available for humans is the rank of Substitute Shinigami. Do not be fooled. A substitute Shinigami is not a Shinigami. It is a Fullbringer. A human who uses Fullbring.


While I'd be open to extending the rules to include other cooperative races, right now it states that it's Fullbringer only. Also, the first Rank only needs Class 4 and 20 years of age. It's also Rank 2, which is tied with the soonest one can achieve Rank 2 in terms of what Class you are. Being Class 1 for Rank 3 is also fairly easy when compared with Shinigami who need to be a Class 1 VC with Bankai or a Captain to achieve Rank 3, though it is limited to just a few members.

All in all, yes, I'm open to extending it to Bount who do not feed, but I don't think that the Rank requirements need changed.

I'm actually for keeping the age requirements as they are. I honestly don't like the idea of having too many young characters. I know it's up to each person, but something about it just bugs me. Like, given the demographic of our forum (young af people), I feel like without something like this we'll also just never get characters of a more mature age.

Even for me, I had Sozen at physical age 27 when I first decided he should become a dad. And yeah, there are plenty of dads who are 27 to start, but when I introduced a son who was in late teen years, I decided physical 27 is a bit stupid. That was why I bumped him up to 40+.

Now that I've said that, I say I'm super down for opening the rank up to: Bount who don't feed, Rogues.

Reason no for anyone else: Makes no plot sense. Any Hell races? Forget it. Seireitei wouldn't deal with those kinds of creatures. Failures? Def not, too unstable. Quincy? Nope, there's an active war against them. Not to mention encouraging them to eliminate souls from the soul cycle is very dangerous. You get the gist of what I'm saying. A lot of races are being actively oppressed or killed by the Seireitei, and often for very understandable reasons.

I would say no, Arrancar would not be allowed to become Substitute Shinigami.
