I don't know if it is just me, but I think I have found a huge contradiction in the rules for hollows that need to be addressed. These two quotes are straight from the Mechanics in section 2
"Please read the following section to understand how a Hollow gains their CTP. TTP and SP, however, can be obtained as normal end-of-thread rewards; only CTP is gained in an unusual manner, earned only through consumption."
"They need to eat to grow. NPC's are what they will usually eat of course, and hollows can't train until they break their mask to become Arrancar."
So as I see it, the Quote Red states that Hollows can convert their TTP or TP which ever the case, and convert it into SP, but then Quote Blue seems to completely contradict that by saying Hollows can't train at all until they break their masks. So I really need to figure out which it is. I have asked a high mod about it and he said they should be able to gain SP regularly. I need this cleared up because I feel i made a major screwed up on making his stats and maybe his type with that thought in mind.

Blue is that they can't do training threads for it, as far as I understand. That doesn't necessarily contradict the Red, as the Red simply states that they may gain TTP and SP from normal end of thread rewards (Which would entail PvP paragraphs).

Blue is actually out of date, to my knowledge; I am fairly confident, as I wrote red during my rule rewrites. XD
Basically, a Hollow can do a training thread for CTP! Of course, it's only via consumption, as in your training thread is eating people. Your consumption also has to be moderately detailed; you can't just go "X grabbed a random human and bit its head off, +CTP." Generally you're going to want at least half a paragraph for minimum, assuming that you didn't halfway do it, and a whole paragraph is even better (which is really more viable for high-level Hollows since they can eat higher-level targets).
So to sum up red - at the end of canons/adventures/quests/pvp, you earn TP which can be converted to either TTP (1:1) ratio, or SP (1:2 ratio, obv up to a maximum training SP cap). You do not gain CTP for completing the thread, and cannot convert TP to CTP. If you consumed targets during the thread, you gain CTP based on consumptions, but not just for completing the thread/page counts.
In addition, you CAN train, as listed above, it just has to be done in a specific way to earn CTP.

I have another question for hollows, and I'm just going to continue on this one. With the new size restrictions and strength requirments, does that basically elimenate the Gillian? By Cannon they are the biggest (as far as i know) hollows though no where near the strongest which would contridict the new rule. So as one of the few (if any) with a current Gillian, what does that mean for my hollow?

It means, simply, that you have to reduce your size to be within the required limitations. It is a necessary restriction to rein in some of the abuse that comes with massive size.
