Quincy Ginto are an interesting alternative to the many magical abilities that are possessed by various races. While they have access to Energy Generate, as many Human World Dwellers do, Quincy can also capture and concentrate latent spiritual energy into tubes known as Ginto tubes. This energy, once released with the proper incantation, can release a number of effects similar to a Shinigami's Kido depending on the technique used.
This first post is for techniques that are available to both Free and Vadnenreich Quincies.

{Class 5 Techniques}Technique Name: Halten des Rausches [Hold of Intoxication]
Class: 5
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
When activated, this technique releases a single arrow from the Ginto tube that splits into six, spreading out from the initial shot. Trailing between each of these arrows is a large net made of Reiatsu used to capture the opponent, which is the intent of this technique. Once caught in the net, the victim finds themselves wrapped up or pinned to an object, unable to move as strands of Reiatsu bind them in place. These strands are particularly strong against Reiatsu; while physical attacks can cut through the strands with only 75% of the user's Reiatsu Strength, spiritual attacks require 25% superiority to the user's Reiatsu Strength.
How to use technique:
Speak the incantation, and then throw the tube in the desired direction.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information. Additionally, as explained in the effect, physical attacks are more potent than normal for tearing through the net.
Incantation and Effect:
“By this liquid, may you be bound to the depths of your spirit!” This incantation is required to use the technique, as it channels the liquid Reiatsu within a Ginto tube towards a specific effect.

Technique Name: Wolke (Cloud)
Class: 5
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Another simple technique among Ginto abilities, Wolke is meant to be a simple explosion of force radiating around a Ginto tube once it is triggered, almost like a grenade in tube form. The explosion is roughly twenty feet in diameter, and explodes outwards with a force equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength.
How to use technique:
Uncap the Ginto Tube and speak the incantation before throwing the tube at the destination of choice, causing it to explode anywhere from one to five seconds later depending on the user's choice.
Technique Drawbacks
Aside from cost, this technique has a somewhat limited range, and is best utilized as a surprise technique as opposed to a constant offense.
Incantation and Effect:
“Tilt the goblet to the west; Wolke!” As for all Ginto, the incantation is necessary to prime the tube for the specific spell.
Technique Name: Tausend Pfeil Streik (Thousand Arrow Strike)
Class: 5
Technique Type: Human World Dweller
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique is simply the use of liquid Reiatsu within Ginto tubes, formed into hundreds of miniature arrows that are released in the direction of the Ginto tube's open end. Once the incantation is spoken, the liquid fires out in the form of these arrows that strike at the foe. Each of these are notably smaller than a normal Quincy arrow, and do not possess any of the properties of one's Bow Release, nor can they be controlled or guided.
How to use technique:
Angle the Ginto in the appropriate direction and speak the incantation.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Cost. Otherwise, the arrows launched from the Ginto are limited to class 7, meaning that most defensive techniques can negate them.
Incantation and Effect: “Embrace the sting of every strike; Tausend Pfeil Streik”

{Class 4 Techniques}Technique Name: Diamant Regen [Diamond Rain]
Class: 4
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: Ice
Technique Description and Effects:
Speaking the incantation listed below, the Quincy throws their Ginto tube into the air. At the user's command, the tube explodes, sending a wave of thirty ice shards down over an area of fifty feet in diameter. Each shard is about two feet in length and a foot in diameter, possessing piercing power equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength, falling at 600 speed after detonation. This technique is designed to overwhelm opponents caught in a fairly large span, forcing them to make larger maneuvers to avoid the strike lest they be pierced by the shards.
How to use technique:
The user holds the Ginto tube in one hand while speaking the incantation, and then tosses it into the air. A simple pulse of Reiatsu, covered in the cost of the technique, will activate the tube and send the ice shards raining down.
Technique Drawbacks:
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information.
Incantation and Effect:
“Ice titan, spit on those lacking honor!” This incantation is required to use the technique, as it channels the liquid Reiatsu within a Ginto tube towards a specific effect.

It possesses durability equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength, but it cannot move, only be dismissed. This wall lasts for a single post, fading at the end of the post.
How to use technique:
Speak the incantation and throw the Ginto tube in the direction chosen.
Technique Drawbacks:
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information.

Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Upon the speaking of the incantation, the Ginto tube releases its energy and forms it into a single arrow or projectile that is applicable to their current bow form. This arrow, when fired, has a unique effect; when it strikes an attack, whether it is via a technique, a thrown item, or even a swung weapon, the impact can redirect the attack struck in another direction, turning it up to ninety degrees.
How to use technique:
Speak the incantation to form the projectile, and then fire it at an attack.
Technique Drawbacks:
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information. Additionally, this technique requires the user to have Reiatsu Strength equal to or greater than the attack it is redirecting. Clash also applies; any techniques two Classes or higher cause this Ginto to automatically fail.

Technique Name: Heizen (Heat)
Class: 4
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Heizen is a simple Ginto technique, a basic technique for practitioners among Quincy. By taking one of their silver Ginto tubes and opening it, as well as stating the incantation, the user releases a beam of spiritual energy in a straight line. The attack is roughly a square foot in size, and slices through anything it hits with the power of the user's Reiatsu Strength behind it as though it were a blade. It travels for up to two hundred feet before fading out.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
Uncap the Ginto Tube and speak the incantation before pointing the open end at the target, releasing the beam.
Technique Drawbacks
Aside from Reiatsu cost, this is a straight-line technique, and can be avoided by predicting the use of the technique from the angle of the tube.
Incantation and Effect:
“Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice; Heizen!” As for all Ginto, the incantation is necessary to prime the tube for the specific spell.

Technique Name: Guenstling (Minion)
Class: 4
Technique Type: Ginto
Usable By: Quincy
Technique Element: Organic Metal
Technique Description and Effects: When activated, the Silver Tube melts in the user's hand, forming a small, formless lump of liquid metal. This metal is actually an organism, called a Guenstling, and possesses a strength and speed stat of 200. The Guenstling's speed and strength can be doubled by using a second Silver Tube, or tripled by using three. The Guenstling can execute three basic commands; Defend, Hold or Retreat. The descriptions of the three basic commands are detailed below.
How to use technique: The user must hold one, two or three Silver Tubes in front of them (depending on the stats of the Guenstling), pay the Reiatsu cost and state the incantation. The user can then issue verbal commmands to the Guenstling as follows:
Defend: The Guenstling rises up, forming a rectangular shield in front of the user, 3 metres tall and 2 metres wide. The Guenstling shield cannot be broken by physical stats of inferior strength to the Guenstling, or by reiatsu attacks with an offensive stat less than the Guenstling's strength. Any attacks exceeding these limits will completely destroy it. This 'defend' command lasts for a single post, unless it is reissued.
Hold: The Guenstling moves over towards a named target, and wraps itself around their legs, holding them in place. Superior strength, than the Guenstling's strength, is required to break the hold. If the hold is broken, the Guenstling is destroyed. The hold can also be broken by an offensive Reiatsu technique with an offensive stat greater than the Guenstling's strength. This hold lasts for a single post, unless the command is reissued.
Retreat: The Guenstling moves back beside the user, and remains within 1 metre of it at all times. If a Retreat command has been used, and the user uses Hirenkyaku or Movement, the Guenstling remains beside them, as long as the user remains on the ground. If this technique is mastered, this does not count as a command.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 300 reiatsu to activate, and a further 100 reiatsu for every Silver Tube used (400 for 1, 500 for 2, 600 for 3). The Guenstling remains active for 4 posts, unless it receives too many commands or it is destroyed while defending or holding. If the technique is learned, it can only receive one command before dissolving. If the technique is proficient, it can receive three commands before dissolving. If the technique is mastered, it can receive three attacks before dissolving, but Retreat no longer counts as using a command. The Guenstling must remain in contact with the ground at all times, and cannot Defend from or Hold opponents in the air, and it cannot retreat to users who are in the air (this includes Air Ground). The Guenstling cannot exhibit any complex behaviours, it will carry out its commands in the simplest way possible. As it responds to verbal commands, anyone with a 3 in Imitation can take control of it by mimicking the user's voice perfectly. The Guenstling, however, will immediately dissolve after receiving one command from someone who is not the user.
Incantation and Effect: "Friend born of my soul, receive my command! Komme hier, Guenstling!"
- Command Defend: "Guenstling, Defend!"
- Command Hold: "Guenstling, Hold [Target Name]"
- Command Retreat: "To me, Guensling!" (Or any variation thereof)

Technique Name: Gritz (Five Frame Bonds)
Class: 4
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
A restraining technique, Gritz takes a Ginto tube and manifests its spiritual energy in the form of a man-sized Quincy Cross, which wraps around the victim and binds them in a cocoon-like substances that has the user's Reiatsu Strength behind the binding. This technique lasts for three posts, but can be broken free of sooner by a strong enough opponent.
How to use technique:
Uncap the Ginto Tube and speak the incantation before throwing the tube at the target, releasing its spiritual energy and binding them.
Technique Drawbacks
While this is a powerful form of binding on use, each post after the one it was used causes the spell to decay, losing 25% of the original Reiatsu Strength behind it. When Reiatsu Strength reaches 0 (on post 4), then the spell simply fails. A victim can break free of this binding by possessing an offensive stat greater than the current Reiatsu Strength of the binding, a task that becomes easier as the binding decays.
Incantation and Effect:
“A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed; Gritz!” As for all Ginto, the incantation is necessary to prime the tube for the specific spell.

{Class 3 Techniques}Technique Name: Kelch der Glut [Chalice of Embers]
Class: 3
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: Fire
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Speaking the incantation listed below, the user throws the Ginto tube in the direction of their foe. The tube glows red and bursts into an intricate chandelier formed of pure fire. It burns with an intense heat equal to that of magma on touch (roughly 1500 degrees Fahrenheit), and the area for up to five feet around it is hot enough to evaporate all water in the air. This is not all this technique does, however; the chandelier begins to spin upon formation, and as it does so, it releases up to ten large balls of pure magma towards the foe, spread slightly and but fired almost like a shotgun burst. Each of these orbs burns with the same heat as the chandelier on impact, and the orbs themselves are made up of liquid magma, meaning they splash and spread over the area that they impact. Each has durability equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength.
How to use technique:
The user speaks the incantation given, and then hurls the Ginto tube in the direction of the foe they wish to target.
Technique Drawbacks:
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information. In addition, this technique is vulnerable to cold-based techniques, which require only 75% of the Reiatsu Strength to negate it. It is particularly strong against liquid techniques, however, which are treated as if they had half the Reiatsu Strength.
Incantation and Effect:
“Flesh and bone, melt upon thy touch!” This incantation is required to use the technique, as it channels the liquid Reiatsu within a Ginto tube towards a specific effect.

Technique Name: Seifenblasen der Kalamität {Bubbles of Calamity)]
Class: 3
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
In a sense, this technique functions similar to Heizen, which normally releases a single beam of energy from a Ginto tube to pierce through an enemy. However, this technique goes beyond that; when thrown, the tube explodes into fifty small orbs the size of pool balls formed of energy, floating in midair. They are immediately released in the direction chosen by the user, striking at a target en masse. Each orb moves at 800 speed, and the spread of the attack can be attributed to shotgun-like fire.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
The user speaks the incantation and throws their Ginto tube in the direction of the target.
Technique Drawbacks:
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information.
Incantation and Effect:

Technique Description and Effects:
Similar in principle to Durchleiden, which creates a wall of crystal to block attacks, Gespenst Containment functions defensively as well. When activated, it forms a transparent sphere of Reiatsu around the user, giving them a defensive shield that works in all directions for one post. This technique has strength equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength.
How to use technique:
Speak the incantation and raise the Ginto tube above your head, releasing the energy.
Technique Drawbacks
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information. Additionally, offensive superiority by even a single point will break this technique with no warning, much like popping a soap bubble.

Technique Name: Neidisch Schatten [Envious Shade]
Class: 3
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This Ginto is seen as a fairly direct offensive technique. When activated, it summons a dozen long, blade-tipped tendrils of darkness from a glyph five feet across that forms beneath the victim. These tendrils shoot upwards first at a speed of 400, impaling an unaware enemy. However, even if the foe does dodge, those tendrils can bend at any point once per tendril and stab down towards the enemy again, this time at a speed of 600, creating a rain of bladed edges that can slice apart a foe who is not quick enough to avoid the strike. What makes this technique powerful is its ability to pierce through defenses; any defensive technique used to block this technique, whether skin or summoned, is reduced in effectiveness by 25% against this technique.
How to use technique:
The user speaks the incantation before pouring the Ginto's liquid onto the ground. Upon being absorbed into the earth, the technique forms its signature glyph beneath the victim's feet only a second later.
Technique Drawbacks:
Aside from the Reiatsu cost, Ginto tubes can be somewhat fragile and can be broken before this technique is released. See the actual item for more information. Additionally, this technique cannot pierce through defenses that are one Class or more above it, treating it as a standard clash of offensive stats.
Incantation and Effect:
“O disturbing power now unleashed, mete thy judgment upon the evil before me.” This incantation is required to use the technique, as it channels the liquid Reiatsu within a Ginto tube towards a specific effect.

“Surrender to the almighty wrath of war and beg for mercy!” This incantation is required to use the technique, as it channels the liquid Reiatsu within a Ginto tube towards a specific effect.

Technique Name: Gespenst Containment [Spectral Containment]
Class: 3
Technique Type: Quincy Ginto
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Incantation and Effect:
“Unseen protection, rise over me like a blanket and keep me from harm!” This incantation is required to use the technique, as it channels the liquid Reiatsu within a Ginto tube towards a specific effect.

{Class 2 Techniques}Technique Name: Blatt (Sheet)
Class: 2
Technique Type: Ginto
Usable By: Quincy
Technique Element: Paper
Technique Description and Effects: When activated, the Silver Tube unrolls like a scroll, forming a single sheet of paper. This page gives off a faint glow, the colour being determined by the colour of the user's reiatsu. This page can be controlled by thought, and moves at a fix stat speed of 200. It is, needless to say, not a normal sheet of paper. The page is capable of absorbing reiatsu-based techniques with a reiatsu cost less than the amount given up to activate the technique. This then increases the reiatsu stored in the page by the amount used to create the stored technique. The name of the technique is then written on the page in elegant, cursive script in the native language of the user. The page can absorb multiple techniques, up until its reiatsu limit is reached. The page's limit is determined by the amount of reiatsu given up for it. When the limit is reached, the page explodes in a blast of reiatsu, with a blast radius of 2 metres. The Reiatsu Strength of this explosion is determined by the amount of reiatsu stored in the page. The user can also make the page explode voluntarily before the limit is reached.
How to use technique: The user must hold the Silver Tube in front of them, expend the Reiatsu they wish to spend on the technique, and state the incantation.
Technique Drawbacks: Any amount of reiatsu can be expended to use this technique, however the reiatsu spent determines the limit of the page. The maximum limit for a single page is 800 Reiatsu. The page can only absorb techniques that are Class 2 or lower, and only if the offensive stat of the technique is less than 150% of the user's current Reiatsu Stength, and if the reiatsu cost of the technique to be absorbed is less than the limit of the page. It costs a further 100 reiatsu for the user to cause the page to explode before the limit is reached.
Incantation and Effect: Scatter the fruits of knoweledge to the wind! Komme hier, Blatt!

{Variable Class Techniques}Technique Name: Sprenger (Explosion)
Technique Class: 7-1 - 180 TTP.
Technique Type: Ginto Technique.
Usable By: Quincy.
Technique Element: Light.
Technique Cost: Varies.
Description: One of the more powerful Ginto techniques, Sprenger also takes a fair amount of time to prepare but is also devastating in power. This technique takes not only one Ginto tube, but three to five Seele Schneider to set up. However, starting at three Seele Schneider, this technique can be used at a slightly reduced rate. Sprenger's Class is dependent on the highest-Class Seele Schneider activated for the casting of this technique.
To use this technique, the user places down anywhere from three to five Seele Schneider around the target, and states the incantation. Lines of energy with force equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength will form between the placed Seele Schneider and form a wall of three to five sides, depending on the number of used Hilts. These walls are a binding, preventing the victim from leaving the area unless they have superior offensive stat or can nullify the technique.
Once the walls are in place, the user then takes one Ginto tube and pours the liquid contents onto any of the Seele Schneider used to form the wall. This will trigger a reaction that will spread to the other points of the wall before all three to five points will converge inwards and explode in a column of searing light.
The power of the technique is determined by the number of Seele Schneider used for the technique, meaning that the more time and preparation involved, the more devastating the technique is. When three Seele Schneider are used, the power is equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength. When four are used, the power is increased by 50%. When five are used, the power is doubled. This means that this technique can destroy even a powerful target if used at its full potential.
How to Use: Activate and place Seele Schneider within a set range of one another and speak the incantation, creating the walls, before pouring the contents of a Ginto tube upon one of the walls, activating the spell's power.
Drawbacks: Aside from cost, this is a very taxing technique that drains a large portion of the user's stamina. Additionally, the Seele Schneider used must be within a certain range of each other; they must be no further than fifty feet apart from a point they connect with via a wall. Finally, this technique has a higher cost than most of its type; each Seele Schneider placed to create the wall costs 200 Reiatsu to activate in addition to its per-post cost, and the final spell itself costs 500. This means that the cost of the technique can vary from 1100 total Reiatsu to 1500 Reiatsu in cost, and along with the per-post costs and stamina drain, will leave most users quite drained afterward. Any Seele Schneider used in the casting of this technique will be appropriately destroyed once this technique resolves (a Strike in NDE, or destruction in DP/DE).
Incantation: “The origin point of calamity; Sprenger!” This incantation is used for each of the Seele Schneider used for the walls. “The catalyst of destruction; Sprenger!” This incantation is for the Ginto tube used to activate the spell. As for all Ginto, the incantations are necessary to prime the tube for the specific spell.
