{Class 7 Techniques}Technique Name: Hohle Schneide
Class: 7
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Description and Effects:
The Hohle Schneide itself is a long, seemingly solid blade formed from reishi. Its hilt and crossguard are the same shape as the Quincy Cross of its summoner, though if the summoner's cross is not of the standard design (e.g. If the Cross is a pentacle), the sword will take on a crossguard which tapers to a point at both ends. The blade will remain the same, no matter who summons it. It will be long, and made of a dull silver metal with a long gap down the center, revealing the sword's true nature. The sword, hilt and all, is hollow. This makes it possible to use this technique without using a huge amount of reiatsu, hence why it is available to the lowest level Quincies.
The Hohle Schneide has a similar power to Seele Schneider, in that it can dislodge spirit particles by striking opponents. However, instead of adding the reishi to the user's Reiatsu, the sword absorbs it itself. It then focuses the reishi on the edges of the sword, making the next hit landed with Hohle Schneider unaffected by cutback from the same person struck, with no deduction from the user's Reiatsu.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
The summoner places their hand before them, and the incantation is spoken. The sword will then manifest immediately at a cost of 25 Reiatsu. It costs no Reiatsu to maintain.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
It is susceptible to all the drawbacks of a standard sword, including cutback. The sword can also break, and will do so if struck by an opponent with superior Reiatsu Strength. If it does, the user can reform it, but the user will have to deduct the Reiatsu again, and the power of Hohle Schneide resets. Due to the drain it places on one's reishi manipulation ability, Quincy of class 4 or lower cannot use it in conjunction with a bow. Also, it requires one post's worth of charging after its first hit in order to activate the 'cutback block' effect.
Incantation and Effect (If Kido only): Smite the enemy with hollow steel.

Technique Name: Versteckte Pfeil
Class: 7
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy
Technique Element: [N/A]
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique allows Quincy to fire Heilig Pfeil without the use of their bow. The arrow forms inside the arm, and is shot out through the palm.
How to use technique:
The user holds their arm out in front of them, and points their palm at the intended target, and pays the reiatsu cost.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Arrows cost double the normal amount for each class, plus 25 reiatsu. Only one arrow can be fired at a time. Only Arrows of Class equal to or lower than that of the user can be fired. Attempting to fire arrows of higher class will result in the arrow exploding inside the arm, creating an explosion of reishi. Repeated use leads to burning on the palm, and the destruction of muscle and tissue inside the arm. After firing more than 5 arrows with this technique in a single post, the user's arm becomes unusable. Arrows cannot explode, be guided, or split if fired with this technique. This technique cannot be used during Letzt Stil. Mastery of this technique allows up to 10 arrows to be fired per post using this technique, and allows for two arrows to be fired at once, one from each hand.

{Class 5 Techniques}Technique Name: Verwüstung (Devastation)
Class: 5
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique at first can't be distinguished from a standard Quincy arrow until after it has been fired from the bow. Once the focused arrow is fired it will split into two arrows connected to one another through a rope formed of Reiatsu. The effect of the rope allows the arrows to wrap around the target multiple times restraining them until the arrows eventually connect together and cause an explosion of spiritual energy.
How to use technique:
Summon not one, but two Quincy arrows that are merged together into a single shot, and then release them to split-apart mid-flight.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
The technique can simply be evaded through swift movements and dodging the inner spiritual connection. Only those who an offensive stat greater than the user are able to break free from the rope and free themselves once entangled.

Technique Name: Schlinge Schuss
Class: 5
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique takes on the appearance of an Reiatsu arrow that has a blunt head with lining engraving on the head. Once fired off the arrow can be activated by the caster snapping their fingers. This will cause the arrow to break apart into a large Reiatsu net. The net is ten feet squared. The second option is that the arrow makes contact with a target. Once this has occurred the arrows transfers itself into long thick Reiatsu chains that wrap around the target binding them in place. The truth of the technique is that the arrow is a morphed version of the standard arrow. This also allows for the technique to be utilized through bow releases with slightly differ appearance to the arrows in use. (Bullets become completely blunt tipped) This basically grants a single arrow an additional effect.
How to use technique: Concentrate the Reiatsu into the arrow as norm. Then once fired either snap one’s fingers to activate or upon contact the technique will self activate.
Technique Drawbacks: This technique can only be done once every three posts. Once activated the technique stays stable for a total of two posts until failing. The net of the technique can be broken if the opponent attacks with an offensive stat greater than the user's Reiatsu Strength.

Technique Description and Effects:
This technique allows a Quincy to fire off multiple arrows from their bow in a similar manner to rapid fire from a machine gun. The number of the arrows fired from this technique is limited to thirty, however when activated all thirty must be released in quick succession.
How to use technique:
One simply holds their Reiatsu weapon outward and gathers Reiatsu, then chooses to active the technique through thought.
Technique Drawbacks
Until the technique has finished firing it can't be stopped. Only arrows of equal or lower class than the user can be fired through this technique. Additionally, arrows fired by this technique cannot be guided nor made to explode like normal arrows can, nor do they maintain a Bow Release's properties Once finished the technique can't be activated again for 2 posts.

Technique Name: Ransotengai (Heavenly Puppet Suit)
Class: 4
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
A useful technique whose use had been lost through the ages and only recently rediscovered, Ransotengai is an ability that allows the user to create strings made from spiritual particles. These strings can be attached to the user's body, allowing parts of them to be moved around in a manner similar to puppets. One string can control a single limb, or the head, and one string is attached to each finger, giving a total of ten strings. Doing so, however, leaves the hands occupied and unable to be used for other abilities while this is active. The main use for this is to enable the use of a limb that has been damaged, or to counteract torn muscles or broken bones to ensure that one can still move, albeit with great pain. Upon mastery of this technique, it becomes that much more versatile; these strings can now be attached to another person besides the user, though this is only able to function as a support technique due to the frailty of the strings.
How to use technique:
Draw in Reiatsu and turn it into fine strings that attach themselves to the user or, at mastery, to another person.
Technique Drawbacks
The first drawback to this technique is that while it enables the use of damaged parts of the body, it doesn't necessarily restore function as much as it simply puppets the area about. Steady pain is a symptom from this, along with a reduction in effectiveness; any physical attacks made through a puppeted limb is treated as though its offensive power is halved. Additionally, any drawbacks that damage the already-damaged area are either doubled in potency or advanced one tier, whichever is worse, depending on the technique.
The second drawback comes when puppeting another person; these strings are frail, and can be broken easily. When attempting to grab a hostile foe, this technique is simply shattered by pulling against it, as it requires voluntary permission to be controlled. They can also be snapped by any attack with half the user's Reiatsu Strength or more when used to puppet another person, as a foe can simply sever the connection by striking the strings. This doesn't work when the user is puppeting themselves, as the strings flow along their body, so there's no way of stopping it short of severing the limbs.

Technique Name: Hohle Pfeil
Class: 4
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Description and Effects:
This allows the user to fire Hohle Scheide like an arrow. In order to do this, the user infuses their Hohle Schniede with Reiatsu, converting it into an arrow-like form. The resulting arrow has an effective Reiatsu Strength 50% higher than the user's own. If the Hohle Schneide had its cutback-ignoring function active, then this technique is treated as though it were 75% higher, but only against defensive techniques.
How to use technique:
An arrow is formed on the bow. Hohle Scheide is then formed, and combined with the arrow. The arrow is then fired normally.
Technique Drawbacks
This technique has no inherent drawbacks, however the reiatsu cost for Hohle Schneide (25 reiatsu) must be paid. Requires the user to be at least proficient in Hohle Schneide to learn. If a character has mastered Hohle Schneide, they can learn this technique for half the cost. Users must be also Class 4 or above, as Hohle Schneide cannot be formed while using a bow unless you are Class 4.

{Class 3 Techniques}Technique Name: Pfeilspitze (Great Arrow)
Class: 3
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique has one major purpose, but it can be used in a variety of ways depending on the intuition of the user. The general ability of Pfeilspitze is to draw two objects together through tension strength, creating an adhesive substance out of Reiatsu. When this technique is used, this substance forms on the user's hand, across the palm, and can be activated by sending a pulse of Reiatsu through it to cause the substance to stick to an object. This costs 50 Reiatsu. However, this substance can adhere to multiple objects at a time, paying 50 Reiatsu with each attachment, up until the user chooses not to make use of this technique any further. Each time the user does so, the substance stretches between all touched objects, connecting them with sticky bonds that, at first, seem to serve no purpose. However, when the second half of the technique is activated, for a simple cost of 200 Reiatsu, the adhesive retracts, drawing all objects attached to it towards one another at a force equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength. This is best used offensively to draw enemies into an object to inflict blunt damage, or to crush enemies between environmental objects. Note, however, that the adhesive can stretch no further than twenty feet between individual objects. Mastery of the technique doubles that range.
How to use technique:
The Quincy focuses some of their Reaitsu into the palm of their hand, forming an adhesive substance. This can be formed in one or both hands by paying the cost for each hand it is used with.
Drawback:
This technique can be resisted in a number of ways. First, the adhesive clings to an object with a force equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength, but this means it can be torn off by anyone possessing a superior offensive stat. The same can be said to resist the pull, though in doing so the opposing object will be pulled towards the victim even more easily, so caution is required. Finally, the connection can be severed between a victim and the adhesive by paying 600 Reiatsu and simply burning out the connection, should the victim lack sufficient strength to just dislodge it.

{Class 2 Techniques}Technique Name: Dragons arrow
Class: 2
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: [Quincy
Technique Element: Energy
Technique Description and Effects:
This ability comes in two forms. The first is a simple, and cheaper version, is a simple arrow. The more costly version creates a bow, and the arrow. Once the arrow is shot, it turns into two massive eastern dragons that fly forward, twisting around each other like a drill. Each dragon is ten feet thick, and as two begin to break away from each other, they increasing the area that they can touch. They fly over a distance of 1000 feet, at which point, the body seemingly vanishes, as if flying behind a wall, dragging the rest of the body with it. The two split apart at an even pace. For every foot they travel, they get a foot apart, up to 100 feet apart. The speed in which the two heads circle is not fixed. The further they get from one another, the faster they spin, gaining 1 speed for every foot, but only for spinning.
Anything with a soul that comes in contact with the dragons will be heavily burned, but not on the outside, if their offensive stat is lower than the arrow. Instead, the dragons will pass through the body and burn entirely underneath the skin, or flesh, or otherwise not the outermost layer of a soul's body. There is no push to the dragons, they cannot touch you like you can touch the ground. If you are caught in the middle of the spiral, you will almost certainly be hit by them.
How to use technique:
You pay either 500 for the arrow, or 700 for the bow and the arrow. The dragons move at a speed of 800 and have the same rs as the caster's highest spiritual stat. The bow does not fade away, and holds the same rs as the caster's highest spiritual stat.
Technique Drawbacks:
Will cause high stamina drain after launching one arrow, and any more will burn the fingers.

{Class 1 Techniques}Technique Name: Ausgleichen (Compensate)
Class: 1
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
A technique meant to level the playing field for a Quincy, this ability focuses on the concept of equality. Once activated, this technique negates the Quincy Cross, preventing it from drawing in Reiatsu to add to the user's reserves. Instead, it draws in the spiritual particles from all combatants on the battlefield and their techniques, and funnels it into the user's attacks. While this technique is active, any offensive attack that deals damage will copy the highest offensive stat from any individual that is within one hundred meters of the user, even if it is a type that is different from the technique's type. In other words, if there is an individual with 600, 800, and 1000 offensive stat, regardless of which stat it is, then this technique will cause attacks to have a power of 1000 as it draws from the strongest character. Even if that 1000 is Strength, and the technique is Reiatsu Strength based, this technique will still copy the amount over. This copied stat will only apply to raw damage; it will not allow the user to land status effects more easily, let the user win clashes of techniques through sheer power, etc. It merely maximizes the actual damage done by their attacks. Mastery of this technique increases damage dealt by 50%.
How to use technique:
Draw in Reiatsu using the Quincy Cross as normal, but instead of absorbing it, convert it to raw power.
Technique Drawbacks:
While active, the user cannot draw in Reiatsu with their Quincy Cross, though they may still do so with their Spirit Fragment. This technique only works at a one hundred meter range, and if the combatant with the highest offensive stat moves out of this range, then this technique immediately lowers the strength of attacks to match the offensive stat of the new strongest person within its range. This technique costs 800 Reiatsu to cast initially, and a per-post cost equal to half the adjusted damage (i.e. if the copied offensive stat is 1000, then the cost is 500 Reiatsu per post).

Technique Name: Stille (Silence)
Class: 1
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: Spirit
Technique Description and Effects:
A strong defensive technique, Stille focuses on negation. However, this does not negate techniques or abilities so much as it negates components or portions of them. When activated, the user picks one of the following negations: Silence, Stillness, Impermanence, or Equivalence. The negation picked will remain active in a field of one hundred meters as long as this technique does. Each negation has its own unique effect, and affects all combatants on the field, including the user.
Silence focuses on vocal incantations or abilities that require spoken phrasing, such as vocal Releases, Kido, Ginto, and any similar techniques. However, it goes beyond that, and focuses on the negation of any sound triggers as well; for example, if a technique reacts to certain words spoken by an opponent, is triggered by an opponent making a sound within its proximity, etc, it prevents the activation of these techniques.
Stillness focuses on motion or speed, preventing motion-based actions from triggering a technique or ability. An example would be a technique that counters with a blast of Reiatsu when struck; that strike will no longer trigger the counterattack, causing it to continue normally. It will not negate skin techniques like Hierro and Blut, as these are always active, and aren't triggered by attacks or motion. This also does not work on step techniques.
Impermanence focuses on the duration of abilities. All non-Release techniques and Releases with a set duration on them are reduced in duration by half, while techniques and Releases without a set duration are given a duration of five posts. This does not prevent abilities from being refreshed, and those that were previously permanent can be refreshed for that same five-post period.
Equivalence focuses on the bolstered aspects of abilities. If an ability gains a boost to any of its stats, whether it's the speed of the technique by paying more Reiatsu, a bonus to piercing power from an incantation, or becoming harder to resist due to class difference, then this aspect is negated. This only negates boosts triggered by the technique being used; if the boost is already present in the attacker, and is not part of the technique's effect, then the boost is not negated.
How to use technique:
Draw in Reiatsu with the Quincy Cross, and then release the spirit particles outwards, creating a field where this technique's negation is active.
Technique Drawbacks:
The first drawback of this technique is the large cost; aside from its initial 800 Reiatsu cost, it costs an additional 500 Reiatsu to keep active each post. This technique is also non-exclusive, affecting the user as much as it does victims, meaning that care must be used in its activation. When activated, the negation type is set, and cannot be changed unless the technique is re-activated. Finally, this is a very draining technique; each post of use takes up a large amount of stamina, to the point that this can be held no longer than five consecutive posts without rest.

{Variable Class Techniques}
Technique Name: Selee Schneide
Class: 7-1
Technique Type: Quincy Art
Usable By: Quincy
Technique Element: Reishi
Technique Description and Effects: Selee Schneide is the pinnacle of a Quincy's ability to absorb Reiatsu. When activated, a medium-length blade of Reiatsu is formed from the hilt. This blade vibrates at very high frequencies, and is capable of loosening the bonds between Spirit Particles, and then stealing the free Spirit Particles.
When the Selee Schneide is activated, it has an offensive stat of 0, regardless of the user. However, it cannot be overpowered by a technique of equal or inferior class, regardless of that technique's offensive stat. Instead, any technique that interacts with Selee Schneide has its offensive stat reduced by 100, and then the Selee Schneide's offensive stat increases by 100. If the Selee Schneide interacts with a Reiatsu based being - such as a Shinigami, Arrancar, Hollow Akki, Rogue or Beast Clan - then the person struck loses 50 Reiatsu, and the Selee Schneide's offensive stat increases by 50. This includes when the Selee Schneide strikes an extension of that being's soul, such as part of their Zanpakuto or Ressurecion.
At any stage, the Selee Schneide can be fired by the user, using their standard bow, as an arrow. This arrow has an offensive stat and speed equal to that of the Selee Schneide at the time of firing.
How to use technique: Hold the Selee Schneide hilt in hand, and pay the appropriate Reiatsu Cost.
Technique Drawbacks: This technique requires the same amount of TTP as a Class 4 technique to learn. The Selee Schneide can only be activated at a Class equal to or lower than the user's. The Selee Schneide can only steal Reiatsu from techniques or beings whose Class is lower to, or equal to, the Class of the Selee Schneide. This technique requires a Selee Schneide hilt (item) to use, and each hilt can only be used once. The costs for activating the Selee Schneide is the same as normal Quincy arrows. It then costs the same amount of Reiatsu per post to maintain it.
