Himitsu had been busy at work. He had avoided doing larger missions, leaving those for his fellow high-ranking Shinigami. Instead, Himitsu focused on applying his time to routine patrols. He practically lived in the human world, sleeping in nature-filled parks or grass fields, wherever he could find that he both enjoyed and sleep in. As of now, Himitsu was taking his time, traveling from Reno, where he had previously been stationed, to Los Angeles. It wouldn’t be a short trip, but he figured that he could enjoy it by driving there. The Shinigami rented a Honda Odyssey, because that’s what all the cools kids drive, obviously, and went on a solo rode trip from the Nevada desert to sunny southern California, passing by Lake Tahoe on the way.
The radio was blasting, and, of course, the giant 6’8” man was singing along to it with a painfully inaccurate intonation. “WHEN I WAKE UP, WELL I KNOW I WANT TO BE, I WANT TO BE THE MAN WHO WAKES UP NEXT TO YOUUUU~” Despite the fact that Himitsu was on a ‘business trip’ if you would call it that, he was enjoying himself. He wore a short-sleeve, white button up Hawaiian shirt with pink flowers on it. He also had blue jeans on and some nike sneakers. To top his tourist outfit off, Kagami wore sunglasses that read along the side ‘What Happens In Vegas.’ He kept those from his Vegas mission last week, not completely understanding the meaning of the slogan but liking the sound of it. “I WOULD WALK FIVE HUNDRED MILES AND IIII WOULD WALK FIVE HUNDRED MOOOOORE~”The rode trip life was quite good when suddenly…
Himitsu could feel something nearby. It was definitely the reiatsu signature of some sort of spiritually aware being, and it wasn’t far. The Shinigami was driving just by the edge of Lake Tahoe, and he felt the spiritual presence just a good half-mile ahead. When he arrived, he would find a small dock with a boat still anchored at the water. It appeared that two people were to set sail, but someone had interfered with their plans. Just two minutes before Himitsu arrived, he would feel one of the human souls disappear. He would pull up to the dock just in time to see the other human get devoured as well. No matter how quickly he drove, he wouldn’t make it in time.
Zegram devoured the two men though he didn't really need to. The two sailors were scum anyway, so to him it was no big loss. he had seen them harass a young waitress and even abuse their own wives. If it was one thing that he could not stand watching, it was seeing woman harmed and disrespected like that. He confronted them not intending to kill and eat them, but they turned hostile forcing his hand. The whole seen seemed like something out of a mafia scene or something. A man dressed in a nice two piece suit and fedora talking to two men larger than himself. He spoke to them in an authoritative voice demanding respect and attention, wither he got them or not was another matter. A few strands of Zegram's green hair fell in front of his eyes as he calmly confronted the two burly men with a calm snake like smile.
Once he was done straightening his coat and tie, he noticed another presence approaching him. He could tell that it wasn't human. He didn't pay much attention to it as he turned back to leave. He noticed a car driving his way. He didn't know if one of the men was expecting anyone or not. He surely wasn't expecting to have company.

(( OOC: Don’t forget stats and skills! ))
Himitsu knew he that he didn’t make it in time. The car had just pulled up when he felt the soul of the second man disappear, and when he looked out the window, he saw no signs of a fight. A man standing alone on the dock didn’t seem to even mind Himitsu’s arrival, though, and almost looked like he was leaving. Hah, fat chance Himitsu was going to let that happen. So, what? The man can just come in and take two innocent lives for no reason whatsoever? No, he was bound to meet opposition. There was that phrase that Himitsu was quite fond if. All evil needs to prevail is for good men to do nothing. Himitsu’s gone too far to sit back any longer, especially when he finally had the power to do something.
The large Shinigami floated out of his Giga after putting the car on park and turning the ignition off. No point in messing up his ride. After all, with the mood that Himitsu was in, this fight definitely wasn’t going to last long. Two people had just died, and where was Himitsu? He was on his way… Why is it that I can never get there in time? Why can’t Shinigami ever get there in time? It happened right in front of me in Karakura not once, but twice, and now, I’m the very Shinigami that I swore to never be. I should have been here… Guilt, misery, and regret. Himitsu’s mind and body alike were coursing with these emotions. However, of them all, anger was the most prominent. He was utterly furious with the stranger in the fedora, and he was getting ready to leave a pile of dust where the man stood.
Himitsu got out of the car in his spiritual body, wearing the traditional Shinigami uniform with a blue sash and undershirt rather than the usual white. It set him apart from the masses, and he appreciated that. What he didn’t appreciate, though, was how that man intended to leave without even acknowledging Himitsu. “Hey, you! Those were innocent men.” Himitsu wasn’t the type of dramatic man with meaningful words that would send his foes to his doom. No, he was simpler than that. The man in the suit committed a crime, and Himitsu was going to punish him for it. Fatally. There was no reason to complicate the situation, but by the end of the day, somebody was going to die. And as long as Himitsu fought with his all, he wouldn’t mind going down swinging if it was in honor of the people he had been attempting to avenge.
“Today, you’re going to pay for your evil.” That was the only warning Zegram got before Himitsu launched his attack. Himitsu didn’t even need to draw his Zanpakuto, for he was quite proficient in Kido. And being a good 50 meters from where Zegram was standing on the dock, he had a nice, safe distance from his enemy. All he did was raise a single hand and mutter too quietly for the other man too hear, “Hado #4: Bykaurai.” Zegram would, no doubt, attempt to either block or, in the more likely scenario, dodge the lightning bolt that was soaring towards his knees.
Zegram looked at the boy that stood before him. He had heard this all before. He was the monster, he was the reason for all the suffering in he worlds. he sighed inwardly keeping his face calm, as he continued to walk to the shinigami. Should I even try to convince him? He questioned to himself noting the rise of the boy's hand. I might as well try, he wouldn't be the first shinigami to surprise him. As the lightning was about to fire, he was already moving to dodge. he moved to the right just enough to avoid the blast. He did not draw his sword he was hoping that he didn't need to.
"Do you think I am some mindless monster tat eats anything in sight?" He asked the shinigami. "Well that can go without saying, but answer me this, what is your stance on those that abuse women especially the ones they supposedly love?" He stopped fourty feet from the man. Still within distance to dodge his kido without his Sonido. He smiled a wide snake like smile waiting to see what the shinigami's reaction would be. If he insisted on a fight, then he would oblige him.

Himitsu’s face was ususally an emotional wall during battle. The only things that could possibly show in his expression were anger or similarly negative emotions. There wasn’t any room for happiness in war, and that was understandable. After all, these things were fights to the death. Only an idiot wouldn’t take them seriously, and while Himitsu may be many things, he most definitely wasn’t an idiot. And while he couldn’t possibly gain any happiness through battle, the faint smile tugging on his lips reflected his satisfaction as Zegram had narrowly dodged that bolt of lightning.
Himitsu’s strength lies in his reiatsu, and so that Byakurai was significantly more powerful than that of the average Shinigami that Zegram was probably used to facing. However, the third seat was on a bit of a different level, and Himitsu took his own spiritual power as well as the setting into account when he aimed the bolt of lightning at the lower half of his adversary’s body. When the Byakurai hit the dock a few feet behind Zegram, it would not just tear apart the dock’s support, having it begin to collapse from under Zegram’s feet, but it would also simultaneously electrify the water as well as throw water into the air with the force of the impact, undoubtedly soaking Zegram in process. However, with Lake Tahoe being so huge, the electricity wouldn’t be potent enough to actually harm him. He would probably just feel a strange, tingling sensation before, of course, he fell into the water after the dock supporting him collapsed.
If and only if Himitsu had succeeded in getting Zegram into the water would Himitsu act. He would give Zegram no time to even breath before casting his next offensive spell. “Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! Hado #Raikoho.” To understand Raikoho, you must get the mental image of Byakurai in your mind. From there, give Byakurai a few steroids, and you now have a huge blast of lightning that is very similar to the one Himitsu was casting. The blast was even larger than he was, and being 6’8”, that’s not something Himitsu gets to say often. The blast of lightning would be flying directly at Zegram, and because this would only be cast if he was knocked into the water, his movement would be too restricted by the lake for him to evade the lightning in time. However, if he had not fallen into the lake, then Himitsu wouldn’t have used Raikoho, and Zegram would have the opportunity to do as he wishes.
“I don’t care who you killed, but the point is that you murdered them. They would pay for their crimes in a different way eventually, but you are the last person who could try to justify your actions with ethics.”
(( OOC: Himitsu will only use Raikoho if he succeeded in getting Zegram in the water, so assuming that he did, here’s his reiatsu count. ))
Once Zegram felt the dock start to give out from under him, Zegram used his sonido to close the distance between him and the shinigami. He would use it again to make sure that he would be able to get behind the man drawing his sword. He would slash at the shinigami's back with a diagonal slash from his left shoulder down to his right hip. If that was successful, he would fallow up with a back hand horizontal slash right across his back. He could tell that this shinigami was strong when it came to kido. That lightning blast would have caused quite a bit of pain if he let it hit. He should not be fooling around so much with him.
"Fine then, I did not want fight here, but you leave me no choice." He said as he attacked. It wasn't the fact that it was a shinigami that was obviously powerful that discouraged Zegram to fight. He had come here for a specific purpose. He didn't have time to waste with this shinigami and his self righteousness.

Himitsu wasn’t too surprised that Zegram had escaped the destruction of the dock. In fact, the main objective of his Byakurai was to at least get Zegram wet in order to make it easier for him to conduct electricity, an attribute that much of Himitsu’s powers relied on. Himitsu was a master of lightning, and he was quite fond of using water to strengthen his lightning-based powers. It was one of the more innovative, creative ways that he could apply his power and made combat even more entertaining for him. However, as much as he did enjoy testing is abilities in a fight, he really did hate the circumstances that initiated the fight. If only Zegram hadn’t eaten those people, things may have been different. However, such was the nature of an Arrancar, and stopping the consumption of innocent souls was Himitsu’s motive. It was inevitable that their meeting would evolve into a battle right off the bat.
Himitsu did several things back to back. When Zegram first used Sonido to appear directly in front of him, Himitsu silently activated Hado #48: Dendo Hoden. An electric impulse would be emitted from Himitsu, engulfing everything within one meter from him, including Zegram. Even as Zegram used Sonido again to circle to Himitsu’s back, he would be hit by the electricity, which would cause second-degree burns to his entire body as well as numb him physically, slowing down his attacks and weakening his strikes. This would slow down his planned sword attacks, giving Himitsu just a tad more time to counter, not that he needed it.
As he attempted to slash at Himitsu’s back, the Seated Officer used two Kido simultaneously. One of them was Bakuda #39: Ensoken, which would create a basketball-sized orange circle around his wrist. He would also use Shupo Karin at the same time to move him right arm outwards in an instant, giving him the momentum he needed to spin with an uncanny speed and swat Zegram’s slash to the side with the Ensoken on his right wrist. As he completed his rapid spin, his body now facing Zegram, his left hand would be pointed at the Arrancar and he would say, “Hado #63: Raikoho.” A huge blast of lightning would consume Zegram if he didn’t escape. If Himitsu’s assault had succeeded, the battle could very well be over.
Reiatsu Remaining: 2370/2820 (-100 for Dendo Hoden, -150 for Shunpo Karin, -150 for Raikoho)
Zegram was impressed that the man was able to deflect his attack, but he always prepared several moves ahead of his opponent. Despite the pain of the burns and his slowed movements, he used his sonido again to move in a circular motion around the shinigami in a counter-clockwise direction. He fired a bala at the man's ribs. The bala would hopefully knock the man off balance enough for him to get a horizontal slash in with his blade. He found himself smiling. This was the first fight that had challenged him like this. If this kept up, he might have to use his released form.

Himitsu grew a little annoyed when the Raikoho failed to hit his target at point blank. Most other people would be eaten up by the sheer force of the lightning, and Himitsu had succeeded in turning his foes to dust with that technique in the past. However, Zegram managed to use Sonido to evade the blast of lightning, leaving with just the burns from Dendo Hoden. However, Himitsu knew that with Dendo Hoden, he had hurt his opponent's ability to engage in physical combat, which put the ball into Himitsu's side of the field.
Himitsu’s eyes darted to the side when Zegram disappeared and suddenly reappeared now to the Shinigami’s left. He had obviously used Sonido, and Himitsu could predict that his objective was to exploit a hole in Himitsu’s guard. The Third Seat would be more than ready to counter with a move of his own. Due to Himitsu’s anticipation, he had activated Ensoken once again now on his left wrist just as Zegram fired the ball, Himitsu’s reishi shield was there to defend him. The bala would collide on the Ensoken with an explosion, but the Kido would hold.
Himitsu raised his arms up, both pointed at Zegram. However, he wouldn’t cast any more Kido. Instead, he would let Zegram make the next move. Himitsu planned to get a better idea of the Arrancar’s fighting style so that he could better counter it and finish off his opponent, and the best way to do that would to play the defensive role for just a few moments until he could reduce the murdering scum to dust and continue on his way. Arrancar really knew how to ruin a good, old-fashion road trip.
Reiatsu Remaining: 2370/2820 (-200 for Ensoken x2 since I forgot to deduct for it last post, my bad.)
Zegram aborted the attack and instead retreated a few paces back. He was at a disadvantage at this state. He will need to fight seriously if he is going to win. His golden eyes narrowed as he took off his fedora and tossed it away where it would not get damaged. His coat was torn and singed in a few places, and his skin was an angry red from the burns he suffered earlier. He was finally done taking it easy on the Shinigami. He had tried reasoning with him, but there seemed to be no other option.
"You forced my hand now Shinigami. Bite into your enemies, Doku Kiba!" He shouted as he started to transform into his released form. The lower half of his body turned into that of a snakes body. White scales covered his five foot long body ending in a large rattle at the end of his tail made of bright red scales. Black diamond pattern form up his body to about his waist. There is a single red diamond shape on the center of his chest. A large black cobra hood appeared behind Zegram's head with bright red eye shape designs on each side of his head. His head became more snake like, a pair of fangs grew in his mouth, and a forked tongue darted from his mouth. His sword changed shape slightly becoming more like a cobra's fang.
Zegram held out his left hand to the side and a sword formed from crystallized poison formed in his hand. He held his zanpakuto in a high guard position and his venom sword in a low guard. He smiled wickedly as his tongue darted out. He struck out fast like a cobra. He stabbed down aiming for the Shinigami's collar bone/shoulder area. He would then began to encircle the Shinigami trying to constrict him while he jabbed at him with the venom sword at the lower chest, and abdomen area with four quick strikes. As his venom sword as targeting low, his zanpakuto as chopping down from above aiming for his left shoulder with a vertical strike and then a horizontal strike at his neck. If the venom blade is blocked at all, then the times it was blocked, Zegram would use his Delirium Brew for one of the doses caused by the block, and then once would be his Sluggard Vapor. If he an make contact or better yet, draw blood from one of the strikes he will use his Widow Maker poison, the other, one would be Paralysis Venom if he hits a limb, if not the rest would be Nerve Explosion.
{Spoiler - Techniques Used} Tech Name: Bane Blade Effects: This technique is a weapon generation technique, but one with a terrifying twist. This technique creates a weapon made out of poison that has been frozen in place, allowing it to function as a sword. It’s durability as a weapon is equal to his Spiritual Pressure, although Zegram’s usage of it is still tied to his physical capabilities as normal. The sword is limited in it’s ability to cut, however. Although it’s capable of drawing blood, it cannot cut further than that. Drawing blood however is all it typically needs. Upon striking an opponent or opening a wound, Bane Blade allows Zegram to immediately chose one of his poisons and apply it to that individual. Of course, he can only apply contact poisons if he strikes the individual, and bloodstream poisons only if he opens a wound. Finally, and most disturbingly, blocking the blades can have unhealthy side effects. As the blades grind against other things, such as clashing swords or armor (and armor techs), they disperse particles of themselves as a powder into the nearby air, that allows it to be easily inhaled. Upon them doing so, Zegram can effectively release an inhalant poison directly towards his opponent, in a fine cloud of particles invisible to the naked eye. The sword lasts for seven posts, and has no special combat capabilities.
Tech Name: Slugger Vapor Time: Delayed (one post) Delivery: Inhalant Effect: Slugger Vapor is a nasty concoction, which strains muscles so they have to work harder to move, causing individuals affected to be slowed over time. Affected individuals lose 10% of their speed per post that they inhale the Vapor, until they stop inhaling it (either by leaving the affected area or holding their breath). The way the delay functions means that they are guaranteed to lose at least 10% by the time they notice they are being slowed, and likely lose another 10% at the end of that post. The stats are regained at a rate of 5% per post they are not breathing in the Vapor. Resistance: Poison Resist of 1 halves the speed loss, and a Poison Resist of 2 or more negates it completely. The reduction of speed is gradual enough for smart fighters to notice and come up with a counter attack. Reitsu: 150 per dose
Tech Name: Nerve Explosion Time: Instant Delivery: Bloodstream Effect: When the venom enters the blood stream, the toxins seek out the nerves around the wound of enter and cause them to send intense pain signals to the brain. Intense pain and burning will be felt. On a scale of 1-10, the pain would be 10. Without the correct skills to suppress the pain, the target is unable to function, or do anything other than react to the pain (whether by writhing on the ground screaming, or curled up in a ball crying, or whatever is appropriate, as long as it doesn’t give them any combat capabilities). This lasts 4 posts. Resistance: For each point in poison resist, the duration is reduced by 1. A 3 in Pain Tolerance negates this entirely, as does a 3 in Strength of Will, or 2 in Calm Mind. Reitsu: 150
Tech Name: Venom Paralysis Time: Delayed (one post) Delivery: Contact or Bloodstream Effect: When this venom makes contact with the skin, or enters the blood, the toxins target the nerves and muscles attacking them and causing a temporary paralysis. The leg will feel heavy and the muscles will be unresponsive to the brains signals between the attack on the nerves and the muscles themselves. Their physical stats are reduced by 20% for 3 posts. Resistance: Each point in Poison Resist reduces the duration by 1 post, meaning a 3 Poison resist negates this entirely. If the individual has over 600 in either Speed or Strength, they are capable of pushing through the muscle resistance, reducing the effect to a 10% reduction to both. Reitsu: 125
Name: Widow Maker Time: Instant Delivery: Contact or Bloodstream Effect: Widow Maker causes massive organ failure of the heart. Rather than typical organ failure however, Widow Maker causes the heart to pump at high speeds until it bursts like a balloon. This effect causes lightheadedness, spots of light that obstruct vision, and an inability to stay standing. Once effected, the individual has seven posts before the heart detonation occurs, although they will feel the minor effect instantly. Resistance: Per point of Poison Resist, the victim can delay the heart detonation by three posts. A 1 Battle Focus will allow the individual to ignore the lightheadedness and spots of light, and a 2 will allow them to ignore all the effects other than heart detonation. Focused Eye of any rank allows them to ignore the spots of light, and Strength of Will of any rank allows them to ignore the lightheadedness. This poison can be affected by any poison removing healing techniques. Reitsu: 200 per dose
Name: Delirium Brew Time: Delayed (One Posts) Delivery: Contact (With Soft Tissues) or Inhaled Effect: Delirium Brew is a poison that preys on the senses, or rather the neurons that read the input from the senses and process that information. Delirium Brew alters any received information from sensory organs in bizarre ways, making the world either full of color, or grey scale; silent, or full of noises that sound somewhat like The Beatles singing in Sanskrit; etc. It also links senses together, giving the person temporary synesthesia. This lasts 8 posts. Resistance: Per point in Poison Resist, the effect’s duration is reduced by 2 posts. Similarly, per in Illusion Resist, the duration is reduced by 2. This does not stack with the Poison Resist (take whichever is higher). Battle Focus of 3 will allow this effect to be ignored after the two posts, as the individual becomes used to the differences in reality, as does a Calm Mind of 3. Delirium Brew doesn’t affect Energy Sensory in any way, allowing that to overcome it with clever application. Reitsu: 125 per dose

It seemed that Zegram was getting room to prepare his own attack. It was typically a smart move to apply pressure on the foe to prevent him from doing so, but Himitsu was confident in his ability to handle what his Arrancar adversary could throw at him, and so the Shinigami waited patiently. "You forced my hand now Shinigami. Bite into your enemies, Doku Kiba!" Himitsu watched with a stone-cold expression as he watched the man turn into a half-human, half-snake hybrid. It was an intimidating transformation, but Himitsu wasn’t very moved. He was confident in his ability to respond.
However, Himitsu had never faced the release of an Arrancar before, he had no clue what to expect. Of course, releases vary from individual to individual, but what if the Primera Etapa of an Arrancar was more fearsome and powerful than he anticipated. Himitsu was not the purpose that would allow overconfidence to be his demise. Himitsu preferred to be safe rather than sorry, so, as Zegram completed his change, Himitsu drew the katana strapped to his waist. Maybe it was time to show the Arrancar just a silver of his full power.
"Scream, Karaitami." Himitsu's blade shined in his single hand as he held it horizontally in front of him, glowing with blinding light as it's shape begins to change. The blade is molded into a strange, unusual circular shape. Just as the light dims down, a there is a sudden final flash and a thunderous boom. Lightning fizzed around the weapon as it is finally revealed in Himitsu's on Himitsu’s right arm. His release completely alters his Zanpakuto from a katana to a shield much like the one Captain America uses, except silver in color.
When Zegram came for the attack, Himitsu raised his shield to defend. He moved his Zanpakuto to follow the strikes, the first one coming from above. As the blade made contact with the shield, many things would happen at once. The first thing to occur would be the jolt of electricity Zegram would feel going down his arm. The shield was electrically charged, and so the current would travel through Zegram’s sword and into his arm, further numbing it. It is safe to say that after two lightning attacks with numbing effects, Zegram would have difficulty keeping up his rapid swordsmanship attack.
Another thing that occurred was a bolt of lightning that shot out of Himitsu’s shield from point blank range at Zegram. It was initiated by the effect of Zegram’s own technique, and the sudden activation of Himitsu’s passive Zanpakuto technique warned him that Zegram had an active plan that Himitsu couldn’t detect. Therefore, Himitsu decided to retreat, using Shunpo to escape upwards with air ground to avoid the tail that had circled Himitsu. However, he had already inhaled the toxin without knowing it.
From 50 meters above the ground, Himitsu yelled down to the Arrancar. “You’re misguided. If murder is your own form of justice, where is the court? Where is the jury? All I see is a lone tyrannical judge, and that paints an image of evil in my mind. I’m a Shinigami, and I stand up to those who impose their own twisted justice.” Himitsu was a strong believer in his own moral code, but Zegram contradicted his beliefs, and that was why he was so committed to this fight. And, on top of that, Himitsu had only seen evil from Arrancar, which developed a burning hatred toward them. Himitsu was ready to grind Zegram into the ground.
Reiatsu Remaining: 1970/2820 (-50 for Shunpo, -200 for Shikai, -150 for Electric Collar, which costs half the reiatsu cost of the Sluggard venom from Bane Blade)
"You are as misguided as I am then Shinigami!" Firing a cero from his right fist aiming right at his head. "Sometimes there is no time for a court and jury. Sometimes the sheriff must make the call to put down a violent criminal on the spot to protect others." He fired two Ballas in rapid succession aimed at the Shinigami's mid-section. He would have tracked the shinigami if he used a step move to avoid the cero. He was having trouble moving his left arm.
Those damned lighting attacks were a pain. The recoil from being shocked was the only thing that saved him from eating another lighting blast. He was out classed and he knew it. He cannot fight in close and within range of his swords. That took out most of his abilities to fight with. He will have to rely on long range attacks in order to keep from getting shocked so easily and lose further mobility.

(( Don’t forget reiatsu costs. :3 ))
Himitsu not only sensed Zegram charging his reiatsu but noticed the concentration of energy on the Arrancar’s first. He was undoubtedly preparing and Cero, but Himitsu was confident in one thing; he had no reason to fear it. Zegram hadn’t noticed one of Himitsu’s Zanpakuto’s abilities. Each time Zegram used a technique, a bolt of lighting shot out at him. His chest was already scorched by the first beam of lightning that was activated during Zegram’s close-range assault. Zegram was about to realize how much more powerful Himitsu was.
When Zegram released his Cero, another thin blast of lighting shot out of Himitsu’s shield, clashing with the Cero. However, there was no competition between the two. The lightning tore through the crimson Cero, causing it to dissipate as the bolt soared straight at Zegram at a rapid speed. He would only managed to narrowly avoid the lightning with the use of another Sonido. If Zegram had managed to get away safely, the lightning would explode at contact with the ground, causing black burn marks that serve to show how another direct hit from the lightning would end the fight then and there. Himitsu’s spiritual superiority was obvious, and as long as Zegram tried to defeat Himitsu with reaitsu-based moves, Himitsu was going to win.
Assuming that Zegram went through with using two Bala, Himitsu’s Zanpakuto would respond with more bolts of lightning that would tear through the Balas. If Zegram wanted to avoid getting hit again, he would have to activate a Bala, dodge again with Sonido, activate another Bala, and dodge again for the third time. He would have to stay on his toes to survive, but it should be obvious to Zegram that the ball was not in his court. He would radically have to change his approach to the battle if he wanted to have any hope of winning. "A self-elected sheriff is nothing more than a self-justified murderer."
Reaitsu Remaining: 1820/2820 (-100 for the first bolt of lighting, -50 for the next two bolts of lightning)
(OOC: I know since being in my released form doesn't immediately take away reitsu apon use, I was just going to keep track of what I did and then subtract it once the form ends.)
Zegram stopped after the two balas were destroyed sighing slightly. Zegram knew when he was beaten. He couldn't compete with the Shinigami when it came to Reitsu techniques, and he was not in the condition to fight him physically. He was panting hard and his arms were numb. His body was singed from the lightning attacks he took. He saw no reason for him to further risk his life and body for a meaningless fight. He quickly moved back away from the Shinigami looking up at him with a neutral expression.
"Remember this Shinigami," He called up to him. "Justice is never as white as it may seem. It is full of all kinds of grey." With that, Zegram used sonido to quickly move away even more going into a full retreat. He used sonido again trying to put as much distance from between them as possible. It was not out of fear that he was fleeing. He was a strategist more than he was a fighter, so he knew when he needed to escape from a battle and live to fight another day.
