Asuka is to receive her new number, of "6", and be christened the new Sexta! I'm sure all of us unafraid of Shinsei can agree, it should really be Sexy Espada! An enormous, blood red beam of light enveloped several Vasto Lorde in an instant, encompassing them in crimson heat, and leaving only ashes behind a few seconds later. A massive hole was left in the wall of the room. In fact, there was actually no wall left. The entire wall had been annihilated, and most of the room too. There was only blackness and steam remaining in the large training room where the lone Espada stood, the victor of the battle which had just transpired. Clad in a black suit with blazer unbuttoned, white dress shirt which was unruly, and black tie, the Espada with messy black hair and cold eyes began to walk forwards. The Segunda Espada, Kuroi Naito. He was not in a good mood. Looking down at an Arrancar whose body had been half fried, Kuroi spoke.

"Ambushing me after I had expended some of my reiatsu training was a wise tactical move." Kuroi noted. "However, to think that even in a nine on one fight you could defeat me was quite the mistake. You were all very naive. Numbers make no difference, whether it is nine or nine hundred. If you are weak, then you will be defeated. There is no substitute for power." Kuroi may have lectured the Arrancar, but this was not a lesson which would be taken home. No, Kuroi was not one for showing mercy to the likes of this trash. He stepped on the already brittle skull of his adversary, crushing it in a spurt of blood and brains. Then, right hand in pocket the entire time, left hand steaming from the single Cero which had defeated nine others, Kuroi left the room.

On his way out, he was greeted by another fellow Arrancar. More accurately, the Arrancar fell out of the door of another room and onto the floor in front of Kuroi, who stopped walking the halls in order to observe this mess. The Arrancar looked up with a stupid grin and a lazy eye. A golden chalice rolled away from his hand, but it was empty. Even from there, Kuroi could smell the sickening aroma of alcohol. The Arrancar made strange moaning sounds, struggling to his feet. "What are you doing?" Kuroi asked coldly, preparing to use a Bala to erase this pitiful disgrace from the face of Hueco Mundo forever. "Parrrtttyyyy..." the Arrancar said, falling to the side, and at the very least, out of Kuroi's way. He giggled stupidly.

"Party?" Kuroi asked. What Arrancar would dare to throw a party at this time, and within Las Noches, and on the training floor of all places? Certainly, there were large empty rooms which were available, but these were to be used for training purposes. The fact that someone had decided to have enough of a party to inebriate this one into a blind stupor was irritating to the Segunda Espada. "Ain't you heard...?" the Arrancar asked Kuroi. "She's back...Asuka's back...She's gonna be Sexta...! It's her promotion party! Maaaan she has a nice rack...hehehehe..." The Arrancar tried and failed once again to stand. Kuroi stood there with several thoughts running through his mind, first and foremost being the surprising news that Asuka was in fact not dead.

He had of course known that Adalo De-Mona had been lying to him, but it did come as a surprise that either way, Asuka really was alive. At the very least, he had figured her dead, and if alive he had figured that she would never return, and was probably off with that meddlesome Shinigami or something like that. Kuroi puzzled all of this out in his mind for a moment, and then took another step. "Eyy she was your pupil..." the Arrancar called after Kuroi. "Aren'tcha gonna attend her promotion party? Bigggg rank, Sexta...biiiigggg rack...ehehe..." Kuroi maintained his cold exterior and interior, and continued walking away from the drunken Arrancar, down the halls of Las Noches. "I'm not interested." Kuroi said solemnly.

She was back. Officially back. Asuka Hitotoki walked the halls of the alabaster kingdom with the confidence of a true Espada; the very new Sexta Espada if you wanted to get technical. Her reiatsu was masked seeing as she wanted to surprise everyone. No one knew of her presence except for Li Mei at the moment. Of course, beneath that seemingly confident exterior were some nerves. She'd left without saying a word. It was in the name of becoming stronger. Kuroi opened Asuka's eyes about a few things. Well, actually, it was a lot of things. Important things! Top priority, righty-o! Her personality was lacking according to him. She had not a harmful, killing bone in her body. Pre-adventure, Asuka was as harmless as a fly. Mentally, he deemed her weak and she was. Her attitude made it easy for others to walk all over her. She had toughen up. Asuka wasn't going to improve and any way shape or form if she didn't get her act together. She was going to be stuck at Noveno for the rest of her miserable life. Did she want to be stuck at Noveno?

Not a chance!!

Asuka had goals! She had dreams! She had aspirations! Asuka wanted to show that you can be powerful and have morals. You can be a decent arrancar and be powerful. Of course, rising in ranks meant paying a bit of a price personality wise. She had to protect. Asuka cared for way too many people and if she only let them slip through her hands because of a mistake on her part, she'd never forgive herself. Never. She'd made so many friends and she had a husband. Asuka's fraccion were practically like her own kids. She'd loved them all very much. She made a mental note to go on a big trip with all of them one day down to the human world and visit a candy store. Ooh...She can go for some cotton candy right now. Asuka was sure Li Mei could too. Speaking of which... "Li Mei! Don't forget what I told you!" The Sexta turned her head winked at her timid fraccion who'd been trailing behind her closely. A slight rosy tint would wash over the red-head's features as she would nod nervously. "Y-Yes, Asuka-sama." Li Mei Juechang was still the sweet little nervous wreck she'd always been.

The Sexta had other fraccion but she figured that they would be at the party in the training room or on their way to it. Hey, if she caught any of 'em in the hall, that's awesome too! Meeting up with friends is always so much fun. Hell, she even considered the fearsome Segunda himself a friend. Though, she wasn't sure if she should let him know. Asuka wasn't entirely sure if she wanted a blade through her gut or an arm blown off or a larger hollow hole like he'd done at one party. Yeah.. Asuka was still afraid of Kuroi. She liked him and she feared him. It would only be a matter of moments before she'd seen the back of a very familiar figured. Asuka, for the first time in her life, moved like a predator. She was silent and lithe and when she maintained what she deemed a safe enough distance, she stopped with Li Mei behind her. She'd heard enough of his conversation with the other arrancar and she'd smile.

"You're not? I would think my teacher would be just a little, aha~!"

Kuroi would turn around only to face Asuka herself. He would see that she was properly dressed as usual. White , crisp collared shirt that fit her perfectly; Not too tight so that it's restricting and not lose so that its in the way. It was a perfect fit and tucked in. A black tie sat in the midst of it all, tucked neatly underneath something else. It was tucked behind her jet-black jacket-vest with the very light, white pinstripes that stopped right above the leather black belt which hung loosely from her hips at a tilt; holsters on both sides carrying her beloved twin-whips. Her form fitting black pants accentuated her figure even move and black knee-high leather boots that were dulled from battle and training. Those traditional arrancar markings on her face and the mask fragment was still there; yes, it was all Asuka. She'd greet him with a confident smile. Sure, she was fearful of him but it was still a "Hello".

"It's good to see you Kuroi. I've thought a lot about you in my time away... Well, I thought of Shinsei LOADS but you were there too... I'm sorry I've been gone for so long. I'm really, really sorry." Which is quite true. They'd both been a part of her great progress. "I'm Sexta now, aha. I have you to thank for that. Really, you have no idea how grateful I am to you. Now, I can tell you to your face that I am a true Espada." There was a certain ferocity in her emerald irises. One that wasn't present before. Before she left, during their fight in the human world, Asuka's eyes were childlike and goofy and full of naiveté. Now, they were calm, kind but full of a fire that was ready to lash out and strike if you stared into them too long. Kuroi would see that Asuka got her killer instinct. "You raised me from nothing. I took nearly every beating available and grew in strength. Sure, I had Shinsei and my fraccion around but you were heavily responsible for my growth as well. I maybe be Sexta, this may be weird aaand I might've reached my goal, but...I look up to you. Aha." She smiled sweetly at him. Asuka was brimming with joy when she spoke about her being thankful to him. She'd made her goal and while she wasn't 100% sure he'd like her little speech, she wanted to get it off her chest.

"...I know you're not one for parties, but it truly would mean a lot if you showed up for just a little. I'm not asking for all your time. You're a busy guy; I know... So I'm not expecting much, aha. But still! Join us all for a bit! Can't say you'd have a terrible amount of fun or anything b-but...I dunno is it asking for too much? I'll never know but I truly do want you to know I'm grateful, Kuroi." and then, Asuka did something she never thought she'd do. She hugged him. It was quick but warm and endearing, she'd meant it from the bottom of her heart. She let go and stepped past him. "I have to go but I believe you've got someone to catch up with.." her voice trailed off as she motioned her head at Li Mei. "N-Ni hao, Kuroi-san." She was staring up at him, blushing like crazy. "I hope you can make it." she said before picking up the drunk guy. "Ooookay buddy. Had a lot didn'tcha? Let's get back in here and leave these two alone, kay?" She hurled him back into the party and Asuka closed the door behind her. Li Mei bowed her head and presented a box to him.

"F-For you. I too am sorry for my absence, Kuroi-san. P-Please, forgive me."

The Big bad wolf herself was already back. There weren't going to be many surprises today. Maybe. Miho Shoga had already seen Kuroi and met with her new comrades. They... were tolerable. Granted, she'd still like to thrash things but it would seem this wasn't the time nor place for that. Everything was shitty. She was in a shitty mood; more than normal. The hellion was faced with the death of some important people in her life. People who'd made sweet promises to her. People who decided to just up and leave. It wasn't right but their lives ending was inevitable and she felt even shittier. Though.. she was almost always in a yucky mood. There were times when she could be pleasurable company but that was always a wildcard. Something in her so badly wanted to rip the people apart in this room. They weren't faced with the violent torrent of emotions she was. What reason did they have to be happy? None in her eyes. They were all weak after all. Oh no, this was more than emotional. Miho made it physical sometimes too. Some were scrawny. Some were nice. Some were just plain pathetic like the teal haired girl who'd just made her way in all the over there, on the other side of the room. Oh wait. It was Asuka. Whatever. Same shit, different day.

Some people may recognize Miho. She'd certainly matured since she'd last been here. To those who'd just seen her, then wouldn't know the difference, Her looks were deadly and sultry in its own way but her own darkness overshadowed that. To anyone seeing her for the first time in a long time, they'd notice her hair was longer, cut differently; still that shade of black that made it seem like it belonged to a starless sky with skin as pale as moonlight to compliment it. Her body had matured as well as her taste in clothing; no more tacky leather jackets. That was gone. Now it was just the white shirt that hugged her form and a red tie around her neck. Tight black pants were a must and her favorite over the knee dulled leather boots. With electrifying scarlet eyes that looked as if they could kill, Miho certainly looked the part as one of the Segunda's fearsome fraccion.

She was damn proud to be a part of it too. She knew she was good enough to be challenging to most Espada. That's what it meant to be; to be challenging to any adversary you were faced with. That was a signature trait of the Segunda's fraccion and she was damn proud of it. It made her feel powerful and it made her want to show her power off any more. Feelings of battle-lust and anxiousness filled her being. Sometimes, she couldn't help but smirk at the thought of time she'd made a certain puppy show his true colors. Now he was ALL kinds of fun. Blondie had been fun... to an extent. Ah... alright he was fun. She liked fighting him. It was, er, educational. The man presented himself to be a bore and he seemed like a snooze fest...but put him in battle and man was he somethin' else. It made Miho feel a little better to know there was someone like that on her team. Yes. This was Miho's very small group but Miho liked few and cherished none. This was as close to "we're friends" as it gets.

Miho was bored. Bored and violent. Her fists balled as she took a deep breath. She maintained her silence. It was a bad thing. When demons got bored, they did troublesome things. They had a habit of painting things red and turning worlds black. Sure there were more colors than that but who the hell needs 'em all? Not Miho. The urge to cause a bit of mischief was rising as was her murderous intent to ring every hapless soul in this room. There was so many of them though.. Ugh. Miho decided to fix herself a drink. Something strong. Something damn near potent. Those were a must for today's shenanigans. She was a destructive being and she wanted entertainment. If she wasn't going to get it, then you best believe that she'd find it herself. No one forced her to come here. Miho came of her own volition. She almost wanted to see if there were any familiar faces about so... she went. It would be a decently nice surprise if she got to scare an old victim.

Her heels clicked against the floor as she made her way to the window with her hand over the mouth of her cup. Disinterested and in a foul mood, if someone was going to fuck with Miho, they were in for a world of hurt. The weight of her hips shifted as one leg was tucked behind the other. Her small frame leaned against the wall with her hair draped over her shoulders. Miho was all by her lonesome right now. She drank and there it was, the sting of sweet, sweet poison was back again. Maybe something remotely entertaining will happen if she ingested more alcohol. It was stupid logic but honestly, there truly was nothing to do. She could bully someone but she was too sober for that right now. Instead, for now at least, the she-devil would settle on looking out at the dessert from the small window of the training room and quite obviously open for some form of amusement... before someone gets their hair pulled out.

[Aimo]

Aimo had been an emotional wreck since his only form of sanity support had left him. While he’d officially been transferred to a position under Kuroi, it had been in name-only. He would not obey the Segunda nor did he recognize any commands given to him by the cold espada. So Aimo wasted away, isolated from social interaction as a means to prevent him from harming anyone or scaring himself. The only joy he felt during his mother-figure’s absence were the occasional visits and check-ups from Li Mei, one of the few people in Las Noches who the fraccion was comforted by. Aimo sat in the hallway leading to the party, staring blankly at the wall in front of him. His head was cocked to the side as if his neck muscles had given up on holding his cranium erect.

The fraccion had nothing left to live for, but was too stupid to commit suicide. He’d surrendered himself to the belief that the rest of his life would be devoid of peace as he stared at the hallucinations that danced in front of him on the wall opposite to the one he leaned against from his seat on the floor. Women being crucified upside-down with centipedes crawling out of their mouths, limbless and headless goats floating overhead, as well as pig’s heads on stakes spinning in circles rapidly as whispers filled the fraccion’s head. It was moments before Aimo was about to vomit all over himself that he heard a familiar voice, “I have to go but I believe you’ve got someone to catch up with..” The fraccion’s eyes widened as his hallucinations dispelled. Slowly Aimo turned his head, noticing not only Li Mei, but Asuka as well.

“U-u-uh...” he muttered, unsure if what he was seeing was reality, however something inside him knew that it was real, “Returned... Asu... back... UNGGGHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!” The fraccion screamed and broke out in a sprint towards Li Mei and Asuka with tears in his eyes. With the mind of a small child, Aimo’s reaction was not unexpected nor out of character for him. He clung to the new Sexta’s clothes and pressed his face against her, sobbing uncontrollably. Their reunion was perhaps more meaningful for Aimo than Asuka, but he did not care about whether or not she missed him as much as he had her. He needed Asuka like a sick person needs their medicine. Li Mei was not excluded from the reunion. Aimo eventually, after calming down, pulled his head from Asuka and sniffed the air. Turning to Li Mei, a genuine smile showed on the fraccion’s face. “Family...” he said, uttering the word that most accurately described his feelings.

Aimo would follow Asuka into the party, hunched over holding her hand like a small child. It was because she was there with him that he would be able to behave himself in such a crowded, busy social event. The hallucinations subsided and the voices in his head only said nice things for the time being. He would be able to enjoy the party as much as possible considering the many handicaps inflicted on his mind. For the first time in a long time, Aimo was happy and it showed as he giggled to himself and waved at Li Mei as they went inside to enjoy the festivities.

[Cierro Muerte]

When Cierro first heard of Asuka’s return he was ecstatic! He even watched his old Asuka sex tape a few more times for posterity. However, when he received an invitation to attend the celebrations his joy exceeded itself. Not only was their an open bar, but there had to be plenty of hot chicks there, and he wasn’t just talking about Asuka. Parties were like the prime place to pick up chicks, and parties in Las Noches were no exception. Granted this was the first party in Las Noches Cierro had ever attended (or heard about), but he was sure that he was right. However, since technically Asuka was the girl of the hour, Cierro felt the obligation to give her all the sexual attention she deserved. Surely she would feel offended if Cierro hit on OTHER girls before her, and that was unacceptable.

Cierro sat at the bar with his shirt unbuttoned, revealing an incredibly attractive chest complete with chiseled abs. However, looks meant nothing when it came to Cierro. He could appear however he wanted whenever he wanted. The reason for this particular sexyfied version of himself was because he saw a certain attractive fraccion named Miho walk over to the bar. Screw if Asuka was offended by him hitting on other girls, she wasn’t here right now. Miho was. “So... you come round here often?” he said, shoving his bare midriff in Miho’s direction as he sat in the bar stool. However, to his dismay he was largely ignored as she fixed herself a drink and retreated to her spot by a window. Cierro was about to follow up on her, but the guest of honor arrived.

Cierro’s face lit up when Asuka arrived. There she was, just as sexy as he remembered her. “Asuka!” said the espada with outstretched arms and a smug smile on his face. Not waiting for a response from the new Sexta the Octava hugged her, surprisingly not grabbing her butt or any perverted antic along those lines. “Glad you’re okay, we missed you.” With that, the espada’s height began shrinking mid-embrace until his face was directly in front of the Sexta’s chest. “And I missed you two as well!” he said as his somewhat controlled grin turned into a perverted expression. With that the shorter of the two pressed his face into Asuka’s chest assuming no resistance was met. He would sexually harass her until she physically made him stop or someone else intervened. All it would really take was a swift punch to the head or something to get the Octava off her. An action she would undoubtedly be willing to perform.

Finally reaching the entrance of the Las Noches and not a moment too soon, when dealing with hungry stomachs there is surely no sight of victory. The twins take a moment to gather their strength as they observe their new surroundings, marveling at the structure that stands before them. Shiryou flips her white hair trying to remove the specks of sand out while Iraishin pulls her black hair back to look back from where they have ventured. Sand hurts when it covers the body, including when it starts to clump together around her right hollow eye piece, but it was a good thing that Iraishin found a pair of torn cloths stuck to a tree to create make-shift cloaks that covers their heads and body. Can't complain really when it beats walking around naked. Doesn't seem that long ago from when they had awakened in this world with no memory of who they were or for what reason they were here. A land of white sand sleeps in front of Iraishin pondering about the cloaked man that told them to come to this unknown structure. Perhaps the individuals here may have the answers that they looking for. "Shiryou, we should continue on and begin our search. I believe we should start slowly and . ." the Arrancar speaks slowly turning her head to notice that her twin was already inside the structure. It was not hard to see what her sister was thinking since she could read her mind, but to actually enter a place where they have no knowledge of was dangerous and not to mention stupid. "Iraishin. . Iraishin. . I smell something good. ." Shiryou eagerly says walking deeper into the dimly lit room. Giving off a deep sigh Iraishin follows the fool deeper into the structure leading the two into a large corridor filled with many doorways and a flight of stairs at the end. A corridor would normally not seem so frightening but based on how heavy the air felt inside they can already tell that something was not right. About midway in the corridor the twins felt several large presences pushing down them.

"What do we have here? A trespasser . . challenger. . or possibly. . a meal?" a cold ecstatic voice echos from the door to the right. "I think we may have a lost pup here boys. ." another voice emerges from the left door. "Who cares. . it's feeding time." a more aggressive voice falls upon the small Arrancars, when looking up, a worm like Adjuchas hovers over with its mouth wide open. Their eyes widen when a large crowd of Adjuchas begin filling the corridor from each door. Never have the twins seen this many creatures gathered in one place but regardless of the reason it was time to move or stay and die. The twins lunged forward of the way avoiding the worm's drooling mouth and began to sprint full speed toward the stairs. Each hollow pushed and shoved through the other attempting to reach the small Arrancars, however, since they were all bunched together it would seem like they have formed a path toward the stairs. Together the sisters leaped on the heads of the hollows as they clawed at their tattered cloths and began their dash up the stairs. It sucked to have the crap scared out of you, especially when you are hungry and dead tired, and not to mention that be naked underneath such ragged drapes didn't add to the excitement. Climbing a flight of stairs after another seemed like a chore rather than a mode of transportation. Exhaustion was setting in pulling the twins down onto a step. "This sucks! Whose idea was it to not install an elevator or something?! They should tear this whole place down and make it smaller." Shiryou says throwing a tantrum on the step. Iraishin could not agree more and would do the exact same if she were able to express it, however, it was not Shiryou's complaining that would have received her attention but a series of loud noises coming from up above. "Shiryou, shut up for a moment. Do you hear that?" the words flow from her lips softly. Her head perks up attempting to listen, but instead drool begins to slide down from Shiryou lips. Without a word the tired girl springs back to her feet and continues her dash up the stairs. Iraishin shakes her head silently with disappointment and follows her sister up the stairs.

Long narrow corridors split into several different directions was all the two saw when they had arrived. If someone was living here then I must not be too many of them because they had not seen a single individual walking in either direction. Before Iraishin could open her mouth to warn Shiryou she had already chosen her path and was sprinting down a hallways with her nose leading the way. "What am I going to do with her? She has nearly cost us our lives and now she is entering unknown territory that will most likely be dangerous as well." the thought crosses Iraishin's mind as she runs after her reckless sister. The two sprint to the end of the hall with Iraishin lungs forward to grab her sister's hollowed fox ear the moment she enter the 'T' shaped intersection , pulling her back to the corner of the intersection. Turning her head around with an angered teary expression Shiryou opens her mouth to bite her sister's hand to only be prey for the massive spiritual pressure in the area. It was not just one but several of them but it was impossible to know for sure without taking a glance. Both Arrancars were brought to their knees, but even with the weighing power pushing them to the ground Iraishin inched her head from the concealment of the right corner to see three human shaped beings conversing with each other. It appears that a man had his back to the twins with two females facing in their direction. Iraishin could see that they were at least a good distance to make out some gender features but not enough to hear what they were saying. Based on how the beings were interacting it would seem that they were on friendly terms, especially when one of the females hugged the man before entering into a doorway. Danger, pain, and death filled Iraishin's mind with only one option to avoid such an outcome. They must flee this place, regardless if the cloaked man told them to come here, should they remain here they would surely die if these people were like the ones downstairs.

Without a second thought Iraishin turns to her now missing sister, wondering where the hell she went. Iraishin glances back a the dispersing group to see Shiryou bump into the legs of two females with another man that appears to be. . fondling one of their chests. "Excuse me please." Shiryou says politely bowing her head and attempts to keep her ragged make-shift cloak from falling off. The child lifts herself back up and rushes into the room immediately dashing for the food table nearly body slamming the little cocktail weenies that were at the end of the table. Shiryou stuffs her mouth with the meat when her sister, Iraishin, rushes to the doorway and bow for forgiveness at the three Arrancars. "I do apologize for her behavior. She is. . special." saying in a calm but cold tone. She tried her hardest to not sound rude, inconsiderate, or anything like that but she needed to hurry and stop Shiryou before she gets them both killed. Immediately after finishing her apology to the group Iraishin moves with haste over to the food table to tackle her sister. The two roll off to the other side of the table with Iraishin putting Shiryou in a triangle lock with her bare foot on Shiryou's hollow piece that covers her left eye.

[Zou ۞]

Kuroi turned around upon hearing footsteps and detecting reiatsu, for not only did he note the softness of them, as if they had come upon him in a predatory fashion, but he recognized the reiatsu as well. He turned just as she spoke. His first, immediate thought was one of curiosity. Had Asuka come to kill him? For all that he knew, she could have been gone to train to surpass him and replace him. Certainly, he had considered that thought as soon as the drunken Arrancar spoke of the teal haired Arrancar's return. Kuroi may even have felt pride had that ever truly been Asuka's purpose for leaving and then returning. Unfortunately, this was not the case. He had realized this when told that Asuka had come to be Sexta, and he realized it once again as Asuka arrived in a friendly manner.

No, she was neither cold nor haughty. At the very least, for once she was dressed, though Kuroi recalled how easy it would be for her not to wear anything. She had a habit of losing her fine suits, an outfit choice she had adopted as a former member of the Segunda's Fraccion. One would almost say that her affinity for nudity was a talent. Regardless, even in clothes, she stood neither taller nor haughtier, and though she bolstered the confidence of self which came from being an Espada, still Kuroi detected no potential threat from her. She had trained and become more powerful, but not enough to challenge Kuroi. No, he had been foolish to expert otherwise. It was unlikely that they were of the same breed. He was a soldier. She was a nudist. There was a disparity in their power which she would never cross.

Then, Asuka began speaking. She was giving Kuroi some sort of a long speech about herself, her views on him, her time away, and his importance in her life. Is this what it feels like to listen to monologues? I have never considered this when speaking to those I fight...Is it meant to truly be this exasperating? Perhaps I should employ it more often to emphasize Despair... Kuroi was irritated, bored, and a whole array of other emotions as a result of Asuka's speech. The dominant emotion of course was apathy. While he felt pride that she had become Sexta, some might argue that it was only his egotistical side speaking to him, and that he achieved another level of vanity at the idea that he was competent enough to raise an Espada from scratch.

On the other hand, others might argue that he did feel real pride for the student, his pupil. He had been detected by one of the newer of his Fraccion, Marcelius, to possess care for his subordinates. This was a small lapse in his cold exterior which few would ever detect. It was seldom explored. Therefore, Kuroi was easily able to bury it. All throughout Asuka's speech, he remained motionless and his face blank, his expression unchanging. He was ice, eyes like cold steel. Surely she has better things to do. She must be finishing up by now. How can she speak for so long about this? She was long winded. She kept adding details to the speech. Perhaps alcohol is not obsolete as I had once thought.

"You getting sick?" a friend asked.

"He doesn't get sick. Someone must be talking about him." another responded.

The olive skinned individual did not speak, only raised a muscular arm to check his watch.

Back in Las Noches

At last, much to Kuroi's relief, Asuka was finished speaking. She said that she had some things to do, and that Kuroi had someone else to catch up with. "You talk too much." Kuroi stated bluntly after the speech. Asuka then retreated, leaving her Fraccion with the Segunda. She greeted him, and in turn he returned her gaze, looking at her through unmoved black eyes. Strange. She had not changed at all. Had she become more powerful as well? More fearsome? Or had she merely been an accessory to Asuka's training? Kuroi surely could have asked many questions, but he felt no need to. "Li Mei." Kuroi greeted in response to her. As always, his exterior remained cold. Seldom did this mannerism style drop, though it had done so on occasion once with Li Mei, in Paris. However, she had been gone for a very long time. There was no circumstance here.

Regardless, Kuroi did indeed have catching up to do. He intended to get this done, but suddenly he noted a shadow casting itself over her small frame. An enormous, looming figure towered behind the Fraccion girl, and malevolent eyes bore down into her and into the Segunda Espada as well, casting their tyranny upon the very souls of the two Arrancar. Those eyes did not belong to any Arrancar. Kuroi was surprised to see this one here. This one should not normally leave Kouhai's side. It was an occasion indeed to see him. Li Mei, of course, would be left dumbfounded if she turned around to see the nearly three meter tall monstrosity behind her. Kuroi greeted this one as well, albeit with a far colder and more weary tone. "Grimoire Acero."

Myza really didn't get out much to socialize with other Arrancar. Then again, considering all of her duties as Septima, that probably wasn't much of a surprise. However, exceptions could always be made, especially considering the recent return of someone Myza was quite interested in. And so, the Septima Espada decided it would be a good day to take off from her work, and just socialize.

And socialize she did. Well, not really at first. She had felt Grimor sulking around on the edges of her Energy Sensory. It was... distracting, to say the least. The Septima had essentially spent the first potion of the party just trying to distract herself from the feeling of the Akki. Talking didn't help, nor did thinking about some of her experiments. However, one of the lower-ranked Numeros there was kind enough to offer her something that did help: Wine. And lots of it.

Then that bastard of an Octava had shown up. It wouldn't take a master of analysis to tell that the Septima was just barely restraining herself from walking over there and trying to beat the living shit out of him. The first clue on that front was probably the wine glass she accidently snapped in two. However, she still had her standards. Even if Cierro was someone she absolutely loathed, an Arrancar was an Arrancar. She would withhold her temper. Even if he was obviously smashing his face into the Sexta's... Admittedly well-formed breasts. Lucky bastard...

The Septima blinked, shaking her head some as the thought crossed her mind. Where'd that come from? No, wait, seriously. Where had that thought process come from? Was it the wine she drank? ... Nah, that was impossible. She was one of God's Chosen People! A measly ten glasses of wine wasn't enough to interfere with someone like her! And there was absolutely no use to thinking about simple base carnal desires, especially not with the Sexta! No, not with the woman with some great curves, really soft looking skin, and just wonderful hair.

Those who were looking at the Septima would see a blush creep over what was visible of her face. "Ah, to hell with *hic* it." She removed both of the heels she normally wore, and wobbled on over towards the Sexta, shoving at Cierro. "Move *hic* over...." .... Oh God no. You didn't have to be a clairvoyant to see this ending badly.

The day had come. Despite great opposition and countless 'nay-sayers' preaching the impossibility, the day had come. Within the thousands of rooms and corridors which filled Las Noches cold belly, a moment of celebration was being held. A temporary disturbance of the typical aura of fear and death which had come to define these sacred halls. For a single day, the Masks were given a chance to put aside bloodlust and embrace comradery. Invitations were being spread by word of mouth. Anyone and everyone could attend. The trouble was, the reason for the celebration. The promotion of a new Espada, and event which guaranteed that other Espada would be present. This meant, for any others to join in the party, they would have to crave the spiritual pressures of the Palace's strongest souls.

Clearly, this would cut the guest list in half...if not more. Still, there would be those who could stomach the company. Others who might foolishly join, without thought or concern for the other attendants. Undoubtedly it would become a competition for many...who would dare go to an Espada's party? A mark of courage or strength, fpr all who ventured into the festivites and came out alive on the other side. For this reason or that, numerous Numeros would come. Privarion as well. Even Exequias would be expected to keep an eye on things. There were even rumors, though hushed and unconfirmed, that the King would somehow be involved in the coronation. None of these could be confirmed of course, as no one could dare to suppose the will of his Majesty. Regardless of the notoriety of the sign-in book...it was going to be a total, and utter travesty.

There was no avoiding it, no denying it. Evolution made quell the hunger, but it did not change the soul. Enclosing a group of Arrancar into a single room, expecting them to be happy and jovial...fights would start and lives would be lost. The fact that social interactions were expected, was precisely the reason that things would breakdown. Something about expectations had quite the power to shift most Arrancar's desires. Being told no, was like the finest of intoxicants. Once they heard they were forbidden, they would not rest until said awful deed was complete. This did not apply to all of them, no...but it only takes one. Maybe...just maybe, tonight's merriment could remain that way. Maybe this could be the beginning of something new for Las Noches? Arrancar would always want to kill each other, but maybe they could learn to Yet, despite this fact, Marcelius was eager to make his way to the celebration. It was a momentous occasion, bordering on the historic.More than anything, it was going to be an observational study.

There would be fun...hopefully. There would not be a death...hopefully. But with all these outcomes being weighed against the odds, all he had to truly look forward to was the learning. Examining the various personalities which inhabited this building, in a social setting. Seriously, a therapists hellish dream. Tonight was still a party though, which meant he would not be counseling a single soul. Just watch, do not touch. Such a goal should not be difficult to uphold. Right? Right, definitely. So with that in mind, he dressed himself in the fine suit that Kuroi had given him. It was the finest clothing he had, given that his former pale uniform was the only other member of his wardrobe. Hopefully this gathering was not some sort of tuxedo affair..."Oh...no." Marcelius recalled something most dreadful. He. Could. Not. Dance. Never had the training, never learned the skill. Of all those people and Hollows he consumed in his youth...NOT ONE of them knew how to dance?!

Walking down to the training levels -the only rooms in all of Las Noches which had the architectural stability strong enough to contain an Arrancar celebration- the Fraccion built his expectations up. It was upsetting he did not possess a crucial party skill, but it was no matter in the long run. He would be lucky if the festivities happened at all. Though there was something to be happy about. In the distance, long off down many a stair and hallway, a congregation was forming. There were several Espada, already present at the event. Most surprising, was the signature of the Segunda. It was also apparent that other spirits were gathering, few who carried the distinct mark of Fraccion..and various Privarion. So far, there were no deaths. That was a reason for huzzah, if ever there was one. All of these facts served to put a doing in Marcelius step, and hurry along his pace. Smiling returning, after losing out so long to frets. Pretty soon, with his invigorated pace, Marc was turning the final corner towards the party room. Having had an enormous amount of time to feel their presence leading up to now, Marc already knew what he was going to see.

Lingering just outside the door, was Kuroi. Standing, engaged in conversation which caused him great irritation...was none other than Asuka. Now, Marcelius information on her was far limited. Nothing more than second hand tellings from the memories of those who knew he best. There was not much for him to expect, except for a bubbly smile and teal hair. In truth, listening to her thoughts gave him little more to go off of...the girl's thoughts were...'free'. Not holding back or hidden, they should have been the easiest thing in the world to interpret. Instead, the sheer calamity of their odd and chaotic lack of structure, made understanding them difficult. Without a Translation Key, it might even be impossible. Still, despite this fact, Marc could feel the genuine kindness that poured from her. It was...soothing. He understood now, why Kuroi had such aggravation with her. As an individual, it is hard not to enjoy such serenity...but as #Despaaaaair, it was his sole duty to crush it. How dreadful that must be. While pondering this unfortunate reality, he turned the corner in person.

After all, what he saw, he truly could not believe. It was something that did not exist in this world of theirs...something truly foreign. In all his years as a Hollow, he could not remember the time he witnessed one of his people embrace another in gratitude. Even after evolution into a more civilized people, Hollows had no use for hugs or affections. It was one of the many things which Marc despised about their condition. In truth, it was the dsingle greatest moment of his night...seriously, the competition was over. Everything he worked for: the improvement of life for Arrancar, the labors to cure Hollows of their animalism, his quest to see all of Hueco Mundo united as one nation and one family...it was all in hopes of something like this. A world where they can enjoy the same simple affections and joys; which all other races take for granted. What was most shocking of all, was those involved. The Segunda was the Espada Marcelius knew best...despite how little that may be. It baffled the old man, to see Naito in such a state. The Fraccion knew how a man like him felt about such things.

In the end, it was the fact that this strange Asuka character had swept up such a soul as Kuroi, that it caused Marc's heart to...

Sadly, that moment would not last for long. With her conscience spoken and her gratitude expressed, the Espada of the evening made her way into the party. Traveling along with her, Marcelius spotted Amio. A particular Arrancar whom he had never met, but as it appeared, not the sort of Arrancar who wants to meet others. There was a innocence in that one, something that is undoubtedly nurtured by the Espada who claims him under her protection. This left one Fraccion in the hall, another young woman like Asuka herself. This one was quiet, so much so, that even her thoughts were meek and guarded. It did not matter though; in the company of someone like Kuroi, all thoughts were the same.

She had fear and reservation about speaking to the Espada, as everyone typically does. Noticing yet another moment beginning, Marc moved his way forward. At this rate, he would spend all night eaves dropping on the bewildering affairs of other Arrancar if he remained outside any long. There was no following his Espada, he knew that Marc had been there...and he knew he saw everything. Just as obvious, was the fact that neither of them needed to comment on what just happened. Mutual understanding was one point that he and Kuroi would always have in common. So, stepping by -giving naught but a nod of his head in respect- he passed on through to the party. If the Segunda and the young lady joined the party, then introductions and respectful greetings would be carried out at that time. That was the more practical action, after all.

Once inside the door, Marcelius discovered a Wonderland...just, not one that he would want to live in. As with all events of importance in Las Noches...there was class and there was tea. The party had been decorated, but nothing tacky or overly colorful like one would expect at a child's birthday. Knowing what little he had heard from the new Sexta...the lack of color and loud noises might actually be a disappointment. Still, this was an Espada's coronation. Using polished quartz from the trees which dot the landscape of Hueco Mundo, brilliant and sparkling fixtures filled every part of the room. From the table centerpieces, to the hanging chandeliers. Table cloths had the pristine stones set into them, forming dazzling designs of beauty and intiricacy. There was a long buffet with food, which held a few sculptures carved and polished to appear as glass or even diamond. Surrounding these ornaments was more food than this party could need. The edges of the table seemed ready to spill over.

Thankfully, an odd duo of Arrancar were feasting away at the abundance...which meant it was not going to go to waste. Now all that was missing was the Fraccion Carcharais...he would prove a great soldier in the fight on food. Strange that he was not here, given that his Mother was already in attendance. Given their last encounter was that of a fight...Marcelius was unsure of the Spetima's thoughts on him. Best to give her a wide berth, just to be safe. Mmm...he would just fly casually, hoping for the best. Luckily, there was one soul whom he knew well enough to approach outright. Noticing her off by her lonesome, shooing away some poor sod who tried to flirt. "Ah, now there is a relief..." Stepping his way, presumably unnoticed thanks to his lack of notoriety or fame amongst these peoples, he took up a post next to his fellow Segunda Fraccion.

With no chairs available, he begrudgingly straightened out his figure. Arms crossing over his chest, he looked about the room which was filling more by the moment with more guests seeking booze, bodies, and something fresh to eat...sentiments that are far less friendly with their particular culture. "Good to see you have embraced a more sociable agenda, Miho. Holding up the wall at a party...it is much better than holding up the one in your room." Thank goodness for Hierro, considering what kind of bite she was going to give in response to his little jab at her. Still, he was beyond thrilled she was here at this celebration. Even her self imposed separation from the crowd was not so bad, it certainly decreased the likelihood of her starting a fight...which was already on a countdown. "You know this crowd better than I, think you can explain who a few individuals are? Like that Asuka and...whoever that is buried in her chest." Surely Miho would give him hell, given she knew just how capable he was when it came to picking up names. Still, secrets were secrets...and it was always nice to hear someone else's opinions on people. Especially a father, speaking with a daughter.

Then came a new feeling...something truly dreadful. For his unique vision, it felt as though the world were suddenly washed away. Pressure came crashing down, as if they sky were collapsing on itself. Marcelius felt like his was drowning, unable to think or to move. For Miho, and those observing, he would suddenly double over and lean back against the wall. The pain which took over him, drew his eyes to the door where he entered. Beyond that meager barricade...something truly terrible had come. The existence of it was like some terrible wrath of God. Comprised of agony and pain, the Noise which came from it was unbearable. Hellish eve...that is it. It was Hellish. Suddenly familiarity came to him, as distant memories recalled such abominations whose souls played the most warped and grating of melodies. No, to call their sounds melodies was an insult to other souls. With his ability to hear their thoughts and experience their...feelings, it was appalling to be caught in their aura.

What was worse, was this one far exceeded the strength or pressure that Marc had ever felt from any other of it's like. Arm pressed to the wall, he now turned from the crowd to try and hold himself up. Miho was surely able to sense the creature...she was at least that competent. Maybe she could put one and two together, and realize why someone like her fellow Fraccion would find it's arrival disturbing. Maybe she could even help, perhaps take his mind off of it. Either way, as moments passed, the initial shock of hearing such sounds as this...Grimiore produced, began to subside. It would not leave, not until the source himself departed. Worse still, the Choir inside of Marc...had grown too loud to ignore. It would take time and exposure, to become accustomed to something like...that. Right now, the old man was more worried about Miho and the rest of them. What if...that thing was here to kill them? "Miho...", his breathing was calmer, but his smile had still not returned. "Is the party over?"

The new Sexta could help but chuckle. A taste of his own medicine. She turned her head to him and smiled and her eyes glittered with joy. It was good to be back. It absolutely was. Pft. As if Kuroi should be talking; he's usually the one to talk about his powers and #Despaaaaair and how other people are beneath him. Well, most of 'em are but a little speech was his just desserts. Not that Asuka hated him for it or anything, but she knew that she put the fearsome Segunda into a state of boredom. It was a victory her eyes. That and he didn't refuse her hug! Somewhere, deep, deep inside of him....He liked having her around. Asuka could gather that much. He... may not look like it... or act like it. Maybe he didn't. Hrm. Well, that's troubling... Whatever! Asuka had a hunch that maybe Kuroi didn't hate her as much as she sometimes thought he did.

They were fluffy thoughts. All of them were Kuroi related and excited. Now Kuroi was going to have to worry about his troublesome protoge being super fluffy to him and getting hugs. Not nearly as bad as the cherrybowl. Ahem. Asuka noticed an elderly blonde man whom she'd never seen but he looked like someone's dad. She'd never met him. Asuka moved to greet him but then she heard something like a familiar grunt which made her snap her head in its direction. She made a mental note to seek out the older blonde male later. Now, before she could actually step foot into the party, she was greeted by someone else. Someone who was always happy to see her. No. Not Shinsei... Although that'd be a sweet surprise and she'd end up leaving her own party early. This was another beloved member of her fraccion that Asuka fought so fiercely for. There was nothing more dear to her than her own fraccion and her husband and her friends! Having the aspect of Loneliness only made her fight harder to keep the people around her. If she was alone again... Who knows what'd she'd be like.

What if she turned into someone like Kuroi or someone super blood thirsty? The thought only entered her mind for a second but she quickly shook her head as if that would get rid of the nasty thought. Asuka has spent nearly a century in Hueco Mundo. In that time, it hasn't changed her in a bad way. It changed her in a good way and more importantly, she stayed true to herself. She was still the most adorable Espada out of the rest. It was weird.. “Returned... Asu... back... UNGGGHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!” Asuka blinked a few times before hurling the other guy into the party. She turned her head. Green irises widened first with confusion and then surprise came shortly after. Her heart raced and the teal haired Espada would be hit with some serious nostalgia.

Asuka crouched, smiling with joy. She watched as Aimo sprinted for her and opened her arms, allowing the child-like fraccion crash into her. "Aimo~!!" she blurted out excitedly! What a reunion it was; Asuka was even brought to tears as her arms enveloped around the small fraccion. In this moment it was like a reunion of mother and child and Aimo was hers. She hugged him for a few moments, relieved that he was still around. He had to have missed her a great deal for this sort of reaction. Then again, it was to be expected. Asuka took care of ALL her fraccion. As long as you gave the Sexta your heart, she gave you hers and boy was she a promising figure to have a around! Her hand moved to the back of Aimo's head, lightly petting it as she heard his sobs. "Shhh...Shhhhh~. It's okay~! Aha! Asuka's back! She's here. Don't worry~!"

It tugged at Asuka's heartstrings that he was crying for her. She should've taken more responsibility in leaving. It wasn't right of her. She'd left almost abruptly whilst only briefing Li Mei about her disappearance. The only one who knew why stood with pale red hair before the man she crushed on. Man, of all the people, why did Li Mei have to like Kuroi. Sure, he's a great teacher but Asuka was scared of the sort of person he might've become in her absence. Did he change? She left her shy, sweet fraccion in his hands for the duration of the day because it was her wish. Asuka truly worried for the girl's safety but she also didn't have it in her to tell her no. It was especially hard when Li Mei liked him so much. The girl liked him so much that the mere sound of his name was enough to make her blush. Asuka surmised that she must've missed Kuroi a great deal in her time away.

Asuka released her fraccion from her hug. "I missed you too." she said in a soft voice, wiping a few tears away from her face. Yes. Asuka was a softie. Immediately after she told Kuroi she had the killer instinct, she went soft. Was it in name only? Maybe Asuka thought she had it but maybe she needed to reach deeper to actually grasp it. She was unsure. However, Asuka knew it was something she struggled with greatly. Even now. She thought saying it might help too. "Family" This word made her smile and Asuka would nod in agreement. "Mmhmm~! Aha! Family! Let's go, Aimo! C'mon..!" The Sexta took his hand and the two would finally take a step inside. Asuka would quickly see the place done up nicely. After all, it came from a boring, ratty old training room that lacked some serious color. It was nice to see things pretty.

There was food, must, alcohol which Asuka absolutely detested but for the festivities, she would ignore it. Everything was lively and it made the bubbly girl more and more excited and oh my gosh! They have ice cream! An audible squeal of happiness escaped the jovial Espada's lips as she saw glorious, sweet, amazing ice cream. This party was going to be amazing! Her eyes scanned the room until she was met with Cierro. Asuka... hated that he was a pervert but he had some... er...few redeeming qualities about him. She was still peeved about one little thing. Read: I remember what you did to me in the mall, ho. Still, she hadn't seen him in a long time so she'd be welcoming to the... Octava? He didn't seem the type to move up the ranks and be power hungry. Asuka assumed things were still the same.

"Cierro! Aha! Long time no see! I missed you guys too!" she said, returning the hug. Ah. She should've known better. He would take advantage of her kindness and find a way to touch her inappropriately. He WOULD. Ugh. This was definitely one of his not-good qualities. He was chivalrous at times but Cierro loved ass and rack a little too much. What made it worse was that Asuka was one of the only girls in this barren wasteland. Her fists balled up and Asuka's face scrunched in anger. She was ready to punch Cierro off when, suddenly, she saw him get knocked off? "Eh?" Asuka blinked repeatedly. Well, whatever, he was gone! No more touchy-touchy!

Wait. no. Too soon. Here we go. Some lady just decided to waltz on over and have a few helpings of Sexta to herself. She didn't even say hello! What the hell! It's like everyone acts like she's not married! It was a big no-no in Asuka's book. The woman wobbled on over in all her drunken glory and Asuka was faced with a huge cause of "whadafa" 's. Embarrased, Asuka's cheeks had light rosy tint and opened her mouth but just couldn't seem to find the right word's to say. She was speechless. Her body tensed up and her eyes were wide with confusion. "U-Uhm..." was all she could muster. This woman, judging by her reiatsu was powerful. Was she an Espada? Asuka had never met the new Septima. She knew Schultzy was gone thanks to Amaya-chan. Her foxy friend confessed that there was a new Septima in town and her name was "Myztic Piston with a Z".

Asuka had trouble with long times. That obviously wasn't her name but it truly was all that Asuka could grasp on to considering she'd only heard the name once and never met the Septima. She'd been gone for some time. "A-Ah...uhm...H-Hi? I'm Asuka! I-I dunno you b-b-but I'm married. Pleased ta meetcha? I've never seen you before!! What's your name?! Aha.." she started nervously. Asuka was scared. Hands were at the strange woman's shoulders in a desperate attempt to keep her off and stop her from something she might regret. Yes. Asuka could smell it. The heavy scent of wine that lingered from the attractive woman's lips. She was panicking. People just outright ignored that she was married and it was so frustrating when you lived with powerful demons like arrancar. They get pissy at EVERYTHING. They always wanna fight, eat and fuck. Ugh! The teal haired espada sighed and suddenly, the greatest thing happened. Asuka felt something bump her legs and she'd turn to have a looksee.

"Excuse me please."

Green eyes followed the young one who scurried off to the food table. She was stuffing her mouth and it was quite apparent she was hungry. But suddenly... There was ANOTHER one. Asuka had to do a double take. She shook her head. Didn't this girl just run to the table! Now there was another one here?! What?! Wait! No! That's not it! "I do apologize for her behavior. She is. . special." Asuka's arms started to visibly relax around Myza, who could easily mistake that as a green light to do something weird, as the Sexta's focus was now on this newcomer. "One" she pointed at the girl who was visibly annoyed and then she turned to the food table where the other had been eating. "Two" Asuka turned back to the other girl. Ah. She got it! They were twins! That's pretty fricken' sweet! "Wow! Are you guys sisters?! You're twins right!?!" she blurted out excitedly, dropping her arms. "Don't apologize! This is a party! My party. You guys are more welcome to stay~!! Aha!" she grinned confidently.

Something just occurred to her. Asuka had NEVER seen these girls before. She was curious now. She wanted to get acquainted to all the people she missed out on meeting while she was gone. "I've never seen you girls before..." Asuka stated matter-of-factly. "Are you guys new? What are your names? Ya see, I've been gone for a bit but I've just returned from my trip. I wanna get to know everyone and make lotsa friends~! Aha!" Asuka sounded like such a child sometimes but it was good. Having information on everyone around you was important. You never know what situation you could get yourself into after all! These two girls meant that they had a pretty interesting story to tell and they had Asuka's full attention~!

A man was standing in front of the doors. Doors were double doors, big, made of.. something. The man didn't care. He was weird, though. His right profile was alright. It had a week old beard and normal eye ans stuff. His left profile was off though. Left eye was black, with white iris. And his left profile had no beard. The man had long hair, and was quite tall and muscular. He had white baggy pants tucked into boots he had, and coupled with white shirt and white coat, over which all came purple silav which held at man's left side an unusual sword, there was no mistake. This man was to be counted into the ranks of Las Noches. And indeed he was high among them. If he would open his mouth and allowed somebody to look at his tongue, they would see number 9 tattooed on it. Yes. This man was Arhellai Lagross, fallen Captain, Noveno Espada. He was still alive, even though the rumors circulating said otherwise. He was alive and well. He just secluded himself to train for some time, and plan his, no, their revenge on Kawada. After all, staggering defeat by Septima taught him some valuable lessons. So he learned from that, and improved. But now they were back, the dynamic duo, The Calm and The Crazy, ready to make the mess in the name of the Holy Goddess of Chance. While one couldn't see it, there was a heated argument between the two. Inside the head.

You are nuts! You cannot just walk in there. Arrancar are violent! So are we! Wait, moron, we will get our asses in trouble! OH SHUT THE HELL UP PARDNER, YOU LET ME RUN THIS GIG AND THAT I INTEND TO DO! LETS GO AND PARTY! Wait, but... Crap. Do what you want. YEAH! WE ARE GONNA TOSS THE CARS AND MONKEYS IN DA AIR! ROLL IT ON! At that moment, The Crazy stopped talking inside and got it outside. "Wait... How do I enter this? Do I need to get an elephant? Oh wait, I got it! Where the hell that is?" After searching through his pockets for a minute, he pulled out a big silver coin. "Alright. Head, and I go through ceiling. Tails, and I just walk straight in." Grinning like a maniac, he flipped the coin. He caught it on it's way down, revealing himself the result. It was tails. Which meant just walking in, like a man. Which meant entering with a bang. Taking a distance to charge properly, he charged onwards, and jumped at the doors, feet forward. He slamemd into the doors, breaking them, and flying inside on them like they were a surfing board. He yelled to all and everyone as he flew: "HELLO PIGS! PAPA IS BACK TO SCHOOL YA ALL!" After he landed, though, he cleaned bits of dust from himself and got up, he suddenly felt a shift in his mood. Switching over to a British accent, he addressed Arrancar nearest to him, an old man talking to a little girl, or something like that, who was appearing to be scared shitless.

"Excuse me good sir, do you know where is the bathroom?" Saying that in perfect Royal English, with a proper British accent, The Crazy burst out into laughter, like a complete maniac. Then, with his usual voice and stuff, he addressed them. "You know, I never saw a monkey who raped a turkey. Did you notice that age difference is too big? WAIT! WHERE IS MY CAR? DANG IT!" And with a booming sound, he was gone. Sonido was enough to bring him to a bar, where he knew what to ask for. "White Russian, rum, shrimp cocktail, and serve it all together in a bucket, boss. I am in a mood for some WABADUNGA!" There was no helping it. The randomness and madness were not a good combination. And while The Crazy awaited his bucket, The Calm lectured him behind the scenes, well, inside the head they shared. You juts keep it easy. Some people here will die before this is over, and I would prefer it not to be us. RELAX YOU STUPID CAR! A MONKEY IS GOING TO FLY OVER THE MOON, COW WILL EAT A BANANA AND WE ARE GONNA PARTY HARD! So relax pardner. I got it rolling down. Right here, like a damn elephant. The Calm really did shut up after that. Whatever would happen with The Crazy would happen to him too. After all, they were Arhellai Lagross, Noveno Espada.

Li Mei stared up curiously at the Segunda. Something about him didn't look right and why was beyond her. She held the box eagerly out. It had a tie in it. She spent MONTHS picking out this tie. Oh she was so nervous! She really liked Kuroi and I mean she liked liked him. She still does. There was never a moment where she didn't think about him. She really really considered him when looking at this tie. She thought that he'd want something that was practical and wouldn't hold him back... but look professional and presentable. Nothing over the top. Nothing extraordinarily fancy. Something befitting a man who pulled the strings from the shadows. Yes. Li Mei knew. He was the Shadow King of Las Noches. Not many people saw it, but she could see it clearly.

That didn't change a thing. Well.. .it did a little. It only made her want to support him more. To help him in some way... in any way if possible. She wanted to be of use to him and most of all she wanted him to like her. Sometimes the poor fraccion worried if Kuroi liked her presence or not. Just little insecurities. As a girl who constantly apologized for everything, it was only natural for her to feel that way. The more she looked into those focused, steely irises of him, the more she felt her face grow hot. Her heart began doing all these funny things like skipping beats and pumping faster. W-Was he always this tall?.... Was she always this tiny to him? Li Mei knew she was short but she felt like she was only now recognizing their height difference. It was a little daunting.

Yet, through all that, she still liked him. He was quiet as usual. Never really regarding her with much emotion. Well.. he did once when they went to that cafe in Paris... but now he was regarding her like everyone else. She felt this choking feeling and icy knives work their way into her heart and stomach. Maybe he didn't like her as much as she kind of thought he did.. No. That can't be! Where was the man from Paris? Did something dreadful happen while she was away?... Could she fix it? Did she have any right to? Her eyes began to flutter as the moments they stared at each other seemed to last forever. It was really just a few seconds but she was so unsure of everything that waiting on a response from him seemed to take hours.

That was the scary thought..

Li Mei truly did not know where she stood with Kuroi but she was willing to follow him. Suddenly, she could see the shadow of something great. Kuroi seemed emotionless but there was a flicker of something there that she was able to detect. Li Mei was always careful and observant. Eyes were windows to the soul and Kuroi's soul just became much colder. She felt a shiver run down her spine. She could feel it. The hellish presence behind her. It was out of this world and it was damn near terrifying. Her body visibly tensed up as she slowly turned around. She almost didn't want to but she was curious. What made Kuroi regard this newcomer in such a cold tone? Li Mei swore she had a heart attack when she was him. "Grimoire Acero."

Who?

Li Mei's lip quivered out of fear and she began to lose the feeling in her legs. He was monstrous all right! Li Mei felt like she was a tiny lab mouse. It was as if he'd kill her just for being in their presence. She looked up at him, unable to look away out of fear. She was like a frightened animal; frozen with fear. "F-Forgive me....A-A-Acero-sama? Ni hao! I am Li Mei" she bowed, slightly stumbling over her own feet. Her greeting came with a bow. She didn't know why she apologized to him but she felt as if she had to, just for being there. Li Mei felt as though she was going to cry if she messed up in front of either of the two. Oh! She wanted to be forgiven! She hoped she could be forgiven for...whatever it was. Li Mei really didn't want to upset either of them. Though Grimoire was more out of fear. Kuroi.. was something else.

All by her lonesome. The she-devil was enjoying a drink of her own. It was being done in peace. Yes. Sweet peace and solitude. Hey, even parties had a lonely factor to them. Miho was immersing herself in that. She came because she just wanted to say she showed up and that was it. She even thought about blowing this crap unless something or someone interesting came along. Hey, if you were one of the few people she actually liked, she wouldn't mine sticking around and chatting for a moment or two. For now, there was no one but the rambunctious moronic idiots clowning around over in the middle.

Taking a gulp of a poison only made for monsters like her, Miho let the sting of alcohol take its course, not bothering to cringe or shiver at it. She just took it stride and remained quiet. Alcohol had a habit of calming her down and... it made her do strange things. Questionable, definitely. But strange was numero uno. She was at least, a little less of a beast when she had some of the potent liquid at hand. It was something to do, but she didn't drown herself in it like some shinigami did. What did she look like? A pirate? Tch. Idiots..Miho didn't even bother to turn around to watch the other party goers as she heard screams and laughter of all kinds fill up the the spacious training room. Why on earth did they use a training room in the first place? There were other rooms that could be used for a party. Didn't Asuka know that?

Man, sometimes she was such a dimwit it wasn't even funny. How did someone as stupid as that twit make it to Espada. Well..yeah Kuroi trained her, but that was it. Miho could train and be Espada as well. It was almost a requirement that the Segunda's fraccion were capable of taking Espada spots of their own and being able to even take down some of them and hold their own against them. If you couldn't manage that then you're trash. Heh. Trash. Was he here? She almost smirked at thought of a certain Espada being present at the party but she didn't expect it. One thing she did expect was.. "Good to see you have embraced a more sociable agenda, Miho. Holding up the wall at a party...it is much better than holding up the one in your room."

He was such a smartass. Miho could fucking smack the shit out of him if she didn't like him so much. Correction, if he wasn't such a dad about all his crap... Miho's nails dug into her cup as she scrunched it, allowing it to be crushed. She'd turn fully to face him, her scarlet pair greeting him with that ever-so-lovely, endearing, caustic and violent tone. "You have a fucking problem." Her vocals dripped with acid. It was as close to "Hey, Dad! It's great to see you~!!" as he was going to get. He was still blonde and he was still happy... still old. But still something like her dear ol' dad. Ugh. Disgusting. She offered him a devilish smirk. "Oh Marc...Glad to see your tie didn't hold you back from coming~ Really, what made you rush over here, fat hands?" she knew she'd make him mad with this. The name at least. Of course...or at least thought so. Still, she couldn't help but raise an eye brown and grin at him with hopes of certain reaction.

"You know this crowd better than I, think you can explain who a few individuals are? Like that Asuka and...whoever that is buried in her chest." She laughed and leaned her back against the wall, standing next to him; side by side. "Alright, listen up." her eyes scanned the room and she motioned her head and slightly crushed up at the crowd before the two. "The lady of the hour, that teal haired twit, is Asuka Hitotoki.. Wait no. Asuka Tan'O. She got married to a stinkin' shinigami. Ugh" Miho rolled her eyes in disgust. She had distain for those nasty creatures. They always had a 'holier than thou' thing to them. She hated it and she hated them for it. In all her years alive, she had yet to meet a pleasant shinigami that wasn't so bent on trying to kill her. "She used to be Noveno Espada. Before that, she was Kuroi's fraccion. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be Kuroi's fraccion. I'd be living out in the Menos Forest. You like nice, stupid people don'tcha? Talk to her. Nicest fucking moron in Las Noches. Makes me wanna puke." She let that sink in for a moment before moving onto the Espada grabbing her boobs. "The guy grabbing her tits is the Octava Espada, Cierro Muerte. He's a pervert. Trust me, she dislikes him as do most girls here. A thirsty idiot if you want to put it simply. Don't know him that well but he loves ass and rack and quite literally can't help himself when he's around it."

She looked at her comrade from the corner of her eye to see if he was taking all this information in. Miho wasn't going to give him shoddy details or things like that. She was dishing out real facts. Suddenly, Miho would see another woman push Cierro out of the way and help herself to...whatever. It was clear she was drunk. "I dunno the drunk lady. But as you can see, people like to ignore the fact that Asuka's married and the fact that she hates it when they do things like that." Her eyes then moved to Aimo "That thing crawling on the floor? Dunno his name. But he's one of Asuka's fraccion just like that red haired girl out side. She's Li Mei. Nice as fuck. It makes me sick. Miho stood up on the tip of her toes and moved closer to Marcelius, brining her hand over to cover the side of her mouth. She whispered something to him. It was something no one would be able to hear through the noise and all. "She has a thing for the boss and he might have a thing for her. I dunno. He seems a bit different now so I could be wrong. They went to Paris on a date. I should know. Me and Nijuu tried to interfere there. Heh. It was funny." That was funny information and Miho didn't like the idea of some nobody just hearing about this. Kuroi was her boss and she still had respect for him. At the same time Marc was her comrade so he had a right to know a little history. HELLO PIGS! PAPA IS BACK TO SCHOOL YA ALL!" She had the look of irritation in her eyes. That man looked like he had a presence about him but she didn't know who he was. He seemed important though. Just like the woman who was trying to mess around with Asuka. "Oh hell no...This party's gonna be a trainwreck...I just know it." she muttered under her breath. She looked Marc. "I don't know the rest of these nobodies..Don't care about 'em." she shrugged.

And then... she felt that disgusting reiatsu. Miho felt herself tense up, letting out a gasp of fear. This was a monster she truly didn't like. Why the hell was he back? Her eyes moved to the door as eye brows furrowed in confusion. "What the..." Miho didn't know why a party killer like Grimoire Acero was here but seems like he had some business with someone. Probably Kuroi. "Miho..." She heard him call her name and Miho's head snapped back at the elderly man with concern. He was doubled over and she could see he felt tremendous pain. That stupid fricken Choir....That thing must be really grating on him at the moment. Miho turned around to see an arrancar sitting in a chair, drinking. She bent over, moving her torso forward and extending one leg back.. .she horsekicked that poor arrancar out of his seat and dragged the chair over to Marc and helping him into his shiny new seat. "Is the party over?" Whether he chose to sit or not, didn't matter to her. She looked at the door and gave him a half smile. Her face showed that she was quite obviously worried... Fearful of Grimoire's appearance. He wasn't even in the room and she felt this way. "No. Nice try though. That Grimoire Acero. An Akki; A denizen of Hell if you will. Grimoire is one of the most powerful Akki alive...with the most annoying criado in existence. Criado are like fraccion kinda. Anyways, that monster outside usually means trouble but its not like he's inside so I think everyone's fine. Hey. Maybe saying it will make it true.

"Heh. C'mon. It's not like you're not used to dealing with monsters."

[Rio Demonliogalgo]

It seemed Asuka's return was attracting all manner of arrancar who normally chose not to normally partake in social occasions. Following after Kuroi, the slim built, black haired Fifth Espada, Rio Demoniogalgo entered the party room. He'd been hearing rumors of Asuka's return for awhile, but it was only her party which drew him here. With Rio's advanced senses, he'd been hearing and smelling it for awhile and it was getting annoying. So he finally decided just to show up. Just to see why everyone was making a big deal of her return. As far as Rio was concerned, Asuka had a lot of repayment to do. She was an Espada. One could not take abandonment of her post so lightly. That she claimed Rio's former rank so quickly upon her return, filled the Quinta with some disgust. Was it really so easy to advance through the ranks of Espada? Disgraceful.

Rio missed Asuka's speech, arriving only moments after Kuroi entered. It did surprise him how many prominent figures in Las Noches were here. Not counting Asuka or himself, there were three Espada that he noted off the bat. Cierro was not unexpected, though that did not mean Rio was glad to see him. Far from it. The fact Cierro was still alive, Rio constantly suspected was due to his ability to run away, rather than his ability to fend off other Espada hunting for the Octava spot.

Kuroi was a surprise, though that was in large part due to Rio not knowing their history. He supposed Kuroi was planning on giving her a due lecture for her abandonment of the post. Whatever. He'd leave him to that. Kuroi was better with words than Rio, who's vocabulary mainly consisted of statements, mocks, and curses. Rio's eyes scanned the crowd again to see if there was anyone worth his time. Kuroi was clearly occupied, he had no kind words for Asuka... Perhaps Myza? He hadn't seen her since she was a grovelling Fraccion under Adalo. He was admittedly curious to see how she'd developed and grown in power.


Asuka's Fraccion? One glance at Aimo and Li Mei told Rio that interacting with them, would only leave a bad taste in his mouth. Cierro maybe? ....That was a joke. A second glance at Myza, as she drunkenly staggered over to Cierro made Rio rescind his opinion of speaking with her. "Cierro. Asuka. Myza." He snarled in a low tone. "It seems for every passable Espada there are a dozen failures." When was the last time he'd had a good fight. Lucitide. That was it. Lucitide, the former Sexta. Claiming the spot after Andrea had lost it, and before Asuka had returned. Lucitide had been a great fight, that had pushed Rio to his limits. He had been a man worthy of being called an Espada.

Rio glowered at Asuka, Cierro and Myza from the other end of the room. Cierro was a disgrace to the Espada in every sense of the word. Myza had seemed to have promise, but her demeanor now put that in doubt. Asuka... well, it was a lie to say that Rio couldn't sense her power. She'd gotten fairly strong. Strength worthy of an Espada, yes. But not the mind of an Espada. Nor did she have an Espada's pride, if she could leave their ranks so easily. Rio shook his head in frustration as he scanned about the crowd again.

Rio's eyes then caught the giant standing near Kuroi. Red skin, towering above all the others. It was a wonder Rio hadn't noticed him earlier. No mask fragment, so he was not a hollow or Arrancar. Rio's brow furrowed. What was he. As Espada went, Rio was still new to the fold, relatively speaking. Even Asuka had been an Espada longer than he had been. He had never had the chance to witness Grimoire, and did not know much about Hell, or Akki. So a look of confusion crossed Rio's face at Grimoire, as he puzzled over this new figure. One who clearly was not one of them, and yet radiated such power that even Kuroi seemed tame and harmless by comparison.

That said, Rio had yet to speak with anyone. Aside from Kuroi and Grimoire, he seemed wholly dissatisfied with the crowd that the party had attracted. Well, that was only reasonably, he supposed. The Espada and arrancar that mattered probably wouldn't have shown up to something like this anyways. He had no idea why Kuroi and Grimoire were even here, and he himself was only here out of sheer curiosity. "Not like I expected anyone impressive to actually show." He remarked, his gaze leaving Grimoire, and scanning the crowds again for anyone else.

[Marcelius]

(OoC: Full exposure...I'm writing this post, preeeeety smashed. My wife woke up from a 12 hour coma -which those of you who work swing shift will definitely understand- to begin her three day weekend. She did this...buy bursting into the living room doing the fist pump and yelling, "Mudslide, Mudslide, MUDSLIDE", whiiiiiich, is a chocolately, alcoholicy potion of the Gods. To which, I found myself in a bewilderment. Obviously, I was compelled to get up from the couch and observe what was to unfold in my kitchen. A pitcher of chocolate babymakin' juice later...and this fucken' thing came to be! Hope you guys enjoy, if not...well fuck I don't care. Inebriated Hi5 aimed at Zou.)

As expected, Miho snapped quickly at his greeting. Honestly, he loved how easily she shared her feelings with him now. That is right, he saw right through the context, the subtext, the subliminal text...right down to the nitty gritty details of her soul. She new it, that is why she did not try to hide it. What would be the point? But it was NOT refreshing to hear her use his name like that. Marc? MARC? Who does that? After all those nicknames she so effortlessly harped into existence, she goes and ruins the bond. Uuh, he did not know what was more sad. Not hearing those more creative, Miho-ly affectionate names...or the fact he actually missed being made fun of. All the same, it was very refreshing to her her sharp voice among the rabble of the growing crowd.

It was a point of familiarity. As a Fraccion, there was no room to fit in anywhere. In their role, with this kind of crowd, they had only their Espada and each other. Like hell Kuroi was coming to join this celebration, so each other it would have to be. Regardless, they should be fine. How many of the attending Espada could have issue to target them...for any reason. Under the Pesquisa, that is where they would lie. Waiting for something to happen. Miho wishing for explosions or Asuka's tears most likely, and Marc...well, he did see Kuroi get hugged earlier. So there was that item marked off the bucket list. Thus his mind wandered back to the other guests, and thus came about his inquiry into their names and titles. How fortunate that his little girl was both, in the know...and willing to share. Chase seriously people, do not ask her for a favor without leverage. This could have been an 'arm twisting'* moment. Very fortunate for him that it was not.

In the end, he picked up a firsthand experience lowdown. More importantly, he got Miho to laugh. (I...I do not even, wow. First Kuroi gets hugged by a girl who is not crying, and now Miho is laughing. From here on out, let's assuming Marc is pinching himself every so often, just to see if he wakes up.) Had it not been for his marvelous ability to multitask, Marcelius would have missed Miho's entire speech about tonights guest. Honestly, despite her heavy use of curse, it was the kind of analysis that made him want to giggle. He did not of course, as someone of his age and demeanor does not do such a thing...but he wanted to. Either way, hearing all the fascinating input on Miss Asuka certainly shed a lot of light on what he saw in her.

The music of her soul, the color of her emotions...look, Marc loves the color yellow, but god damn. Asuka was so blindingly, purely, horridly happy and kind, that Marc almost felt like Miho spoke. Do understand that Marcelius adored such a soul's existence, truly. She was a credit to their race in ways that other Arrancar could not fathom, still...god damn. Truthfully, how the hell could he top that act? That is right, Marc had intentions to actually befriend the residents of Las Noches. Maybe not the Espada, who were a different league of...whatever they were. But the rest of Las Noches, the commoners as it were. He held hope that he could inspire within the community, a desire to coexist in ways that are beneficial to both the individual and the collective.

But...if someone like Asuka, who had kindness greater than him and had reached the rank Espada, had failed to make noticeable changes...what could he do. Such a somber moment, to feel such grief...while seeing such happiness. Fortunately, he could lock that little time bomb of failure away for a later vent. Right now, he could retain his smirk long enough for Miho to continue amusing him. That is when his fellow Fraccion opened up about her history, and when she came to join Las Noches. It would seem the Sexta had been responsible for Miho's presence here this evening...in more ways than one. "Mmm, so she is the one to blame..." Take that, hellion.

It was a bad insult, one that would more likely empower Miho. Sera Sera. Next came Cierro, and not to short sell the greatness of the Octava, but no explanations were really needed. Already Marc knew his name, his mind seemed to scream it every six seconds. As for his perversions and amorous ways, well...something had to occupy each of the five second spans between '¡Cierro!'. Not that his case was not amusing, it was just this environment of well endowed Arrancettes(?...Cigarettes? Guck I don't know, 'Bitches with Holes!'), which limited the diversity of his thoughts. In the end, the largest reaction received by the 8th Espada...was the tremendous sigh of relief; which came when Miho said shedid not know much about him.

Having agreed to stay out of her head whenever possible, it was a blessing to hear she did not consort with the likes of such a soul. Mmm, no offense to him as an individual. Still, the deep sigh is what most likely drew Miho's peripheral to glance at the old bag of dirt next to her. In the end, he nodded for her to continue and they moved on to Myza. This is where he could play the know-it-all. "Ah, I actually remember this one. That is Myzaraphiston Synderfell(Holly fucking shit, I spelled this right on the first try...without looking it up. Not gunna lie, feelin' pretty boss right now...) Septima Espada, and quite an impressive lady." with the level of smooth he said those words, it was clear they were not practiced lies.

No exaggeration, but plenty of flattery. Plus, Miho already knew Marc was not the type for deciet. Regardless, "She came to see me in the hospital. We had a lovely enough chat-and yes I said lovely-..." Miho was bound to show some snark at that word, mind reading or not, he could call her out ahead of time. "Then she invited me outside, and proceeded to beat me senseless. Some kind of test...no clue how I scored." His words and thoughts kind of trailed off from there...like he was slipping into his 'quiet place'. Miho would know to snap him back out, to which he would thank her and ask for her to continue. Moving on to Asuka's Fraccion...which honestly, why did they not get covered before with Asuka herself? Of course this was kept to himself, far from Miho's ears and malicious retorts.

It would seem the small boy that seemed to linger by her side was named Aimo. Having to retrieve this information himself, from Asuka no less, it made for an odd silence. Such strange patterns guided this one's thoughts...well, less 'guided' and more 'splashed'. It was interesting to hear the boy ponder things, in an observing naturalist sort of way. Finally she got to the real mystery. Who was the, "girl who dare hug the Harbinger of #Despaaaaair"? It had been eating him up inside since he witnessed the hug heard round the world. "Li Mei you say...mmm." With that, his thoughts trailed off to another soul...one high on his list of concerns. A young woman by the name of Mei as well.

Time permitting he would visit her after the party. Assuming Miho did not take interest in his plans. Speaking of interest, this would be the moment when Arel...Arhe...Allergy, would crash through the party door. Making a grand show of himself, zipping happily from here to there and everywhere...Marcelius could only raise his hand in a half-hearted, semi-raised wave. Then...the man was gone. Like Magic...only predictable. Over to the bar his Sonido cast him, well Beyond Marc and Miho's side of the room. "The hell..." It interrupted Marcelius' dramatic reveal of the 'Las Noches Sexta Party Hug Massacre'. Another time perhaps? Or...not. For this was the moment when a certain Akki would find his...it's way to the hootenanny. After a bout with the Choir and all the bad #Feels of Hell, Marcelius was relieved to have Miho offer a chair. It is the little things, that prove one cares. Stable in his seat, he was unable to ignore the worry which lingered in Miho's heart. It was actually a very prominent sound...one spreading quickly throughout the celebration. By now, Miho had chimed in with her favored quote about monsters. She inspired an honest, outright laugh from the old man. "You're right...what could be worse than you?" Except the ficking Primers Envainar...

*Footnote - Arm twisting moments with Miho, are literally arm twisting. We are talking dislocations, pulled tendons, and fractured wrists. Makes me sore and angry just thinking about it...#BlameKuroi

[Cierro Muerte]

Cierro was pushed out of the way by a somewhat inebriated Myza in the middle of caressing the mountains of eternal happiness. “Ah, to hell with *hic* it,” said the Septima as she practically fell on the eighth espada, “Move *hic* over....” Cierro’s creeper senses were tingling. What we have here, boys and girls, is an attractive scantily clad female who is obviously drunk, walking over to perhaps the worst possible person at the party she could be approaching. With one swift motion, the espada released his grip on Asuka and allowed himself to be pushed to the ground by Myza. There Cierro remained, content to just lie on the floor for the time being. “A-Ah...uhm...H-Hi? I’m Asuka! I-I dunno you b-b-but I’m married. Pleased ta meetcha? I’ve never seen you before!! What’s your name?! Aha..” continued Asuka as if Cierro hadn’t just been floored by some drunk woman from out of nowhere.

Perhaps one of them would notice eventually, but Cierro had positioned himself in such a way that his head was directly underneath Myza’s torso. What did this mean? Well, first of all, Cierro was having kind of an epic up skirt view. Secondly, well, actually, there was no second thing. Cierro was pretty much just there to try to look at Myza’s panties, and if she wasn’t wearing any, well that was just fine too. “Hashtag...” said the tech-savvy, smug espada with a wide grin, “...Jackpot.” It was at this moment that Arhellai burst in and started... well... essentially ruining the entire party. Cierro was actually so distracted by the Novena that he sat up to see what exactly Arhellai was yelling at. “OI! STUFF IT, GAYLORD!!!” screamed Cierro, “SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO LOOK AT MYZA’S PANTIES OVER HERE!!!”

Wait, did he just say that out loud? Whoops. Cierro tried to think quickly. “...LIKE ASUKA’S FRACCION!” he continued, suddenly grabbing Aimo and throwing him to the spot on the ground where he’d just been in an attempt to frame him. “I got your back, bro,” he said, snapping both fingers and pointing them at the more-than-confused fraccion. Cierro realized not many, if anyone was buying it and backed away from Myza and Asuka slowly. He’d be back later, not immediately, but he would be back. Just then, Rio Demonliogalgo walked in with the stereotypical “Grr I’m mad” look on his face. Cierro got a mischievous grin on his face and suddenly disappeared with a sonido, only to appear next to Rio with his arm around the Quinta like bros do. “YO, FAGGOTRON!” blurted Cierro as he suddenly changed into what appeared to be Johnny Storm from the Fantastic Four movie, “FLAME ON!!!” In that instant Cierro’s entire form burst into magnificent flames. However they were in appearance only, but Rio would be met with the sudden appearance of copious amounts of fire, the very same element that frightened him so.

However, Cierro didn’t torment Rio for long. Quickly transforming into a deaf howler monkey and perching himself in front of Rio, Cierro let off a HUGE wail that blasted right at the poor Quinta, likely leaving him without the ability to hear for a long time if not knocking him unconscious completely. With the ability to sense a party from all the way back in his quarters also came the unfortunate drawback of being very sensitive to loud noises. Howler monkeys were a good 8 decibels louder than it took to cause damage to the normal human ear, and Rio was three times greater than that. Cierro immediately transformed back into his normal, chuckling self, preforming all of this before Rio would be able to properly react or even hope to catch the slippery Octava. Tormenting Rio was just one of his many hobbies and he wouldn’t take it any further than that. Cierro disappeared with yet another Sonido, appearing at the DJ booth throwing the arrancar in charge of music an ipod nano. “PUT THAT SHIT ON SHUFFLE!” he ordered, pointing dramatically at the poor numeros who’d been given a crash course on DJing just hours prior. “Y-yes sir,” he said, plugging Cierro’s ipod in.

Cierro, who had been walking away from the DJ booth immediately did a 180 and beelined straight for his ipod. “Yeah, maybe we should just use one of my playlists...” he said as he fiddled with the nano. After a few awkward moments of silence, Cierro found what he was looking for and walked away grinning towards Miho and Marc with two drinks in hand.

Reaching the fraccion and her friend. “You’re right...what could be worse than you?” the fraccion had said moments before Cierro budged in. “For the lady...” he said courteously offering her the alcoholic beverage in his left hand. “So, sweetcheeks, howzabout you and me get to know each other a bit better,” he said raising his glass of brandy so that he could toast with Miho. Cierro smiled warmly, attempting to be very suave, though with his gift at acting, his attempt was going quite smoothly. It was simply his reputation that haunted him.
