It seems that the Shihoin family has seen fit recently to make some its formerly exclusive items available by and large to Shinigami in the Gotei 13. So long as you have the requisite identification (Such as verifying that you've graduated from the Academy or are currently in the Academy), you can buy items from here. Item Description: This is one of the obviously kido-crafted items that the Shihoin possess. It's simply a folded piece of black cloth. When fully unfolded, it covers a circular area with a 5 foot diameter. The act of unfolding it simply requires a quick flip of the wrist, therefore making it rather easy to set up. Once it's set on the ground and its owner speaks its associated command word, it instantly creates a 5 to 15 foot deep hole, which can be further used to create other traps, a defensive position, etc. In short, it's a nice handy tool to have available.

What it does is simple. If the person attuned to this item wears it while present in High-Reishi areas such as the Soul Society or Hueco Mundo, it effectively reduces the effect of gravity on this individual, essentially making them weigh a fifth of their normal weight. While this does make it far easier to knock them around with simple applications of force, in the hands of a skilled user it can allow them to do acrobatic manuvers that would normally be difficult or downright impossible otherwise. Furthermore, the belt doesn't decrease the force of the user's blows.

The process is EXTREMELY painful, and causes horrific injuries. It can be stopped if the limb that has been poisoned is removed within two posts, or treated by an individual with 1000+ HE.
Price: 20,000 ryo per single dose, and a character may not have more than a single dose in their possession at a time. In addition, the Shihoin family must be provided with a substantial reiatsu sample of their target, generally retrieved by taking at least a finger-sized portion of flesh from the target.
