Well, think about it. Human's, the most commonly underestimated race, suddenly literally pull a rabbit out of a hat. So, do they not only have a natural advantage, but they are immensely powerful. They have the ability to manipulate the very soul of objects: used right, this alone can cause immense destruction. Plus, their fullbring step is an 11x increase.

Don't know what you all are smoking, but Arrancar all the way. They change their physical appearance, are completely uninhibited when it comes to things, sure the anime and manga screwed them, but they were the most interesting thing in bleach. You were always wondering just what the next espada was going to be like. They were just as varied and different as the captains, but some of them actually got a decent amount of characterization beyond. BACKSTORY!

I also lend arrancar my vote. The Espada were the most intriguing characters in Bleach in my opinion, and the arrancar were the most interesting race. Their powers were impressive, and generally quite fun to watch in action.
Well, I didn't vote, but I personally think Shinigami are the best/coolest. Literally nothing compares to the amount of expectation, of "cool" that came from each and every Captain during the Save Rukia arc. Toushiro's Shikai was amazing to see, and even Gin's was. There was nothing short of variety and "cool" with every Captain, even Soi Fon. Though the Arrancar arc ruined a few things by giving crappy Bankai to a few of the Captains, Shinigami still hold the spot of cool, since in addition to Captains we have the strong guys like Vizards, who spawn directly out of Shinigami. We also have the side Shinigami, like Renji and Ikkaku, who are pretty cool to begin with. Plus, let's face it, they have epic fight scenes. Kira's got some too. Shinigami have had the most amount of epic moments. On top of that, there's untapped power. We saw the full power of all the Espada and Arrancar presented. We didn't see the Bankai of all the Shinigami or Vizards.
