Durability: Equal to gun it is equipped to
Bonuses: When attached to a firearm, this allows the bullets to be recycled and reused after they've been fired. After a bullet is shot, instead of being destroyed, it remains in the magazine. After all the rounds are spent, the user has the option to spend 200 reiatsu to restore the spent bullets, allowing them to be fired again. This can only be done once per post.

No problems with the Bullet Equip or Cero Rounds.

For the Unreasonably Durable Sword, it is, in fact, unreasonably durable. Remove the IP scaling, and remove the 25% damage reduction. Given the amount of durability this thing gets per post, that is more than enough to allow this thing to survive as an insane weapon.
