Description: Learned: You imbue a bit of your soul into an attack and if it hits, it makes a connection with whoever it hit. The bond is borken the next time either suffer damage or take a hit. Both bonded entities take the same hit/damage.
Proficient: Same as above but can keep a missed attack held for half cost [75]
Master: Same as above but can hold the technique until a hit is made. (Discharging the technique without hitting wastes the Reiatsu)
How to Use: Charge a weapon or attack with a bit of soul. Then attack!
Drawbacks: It hurts you if you use it. Can miss.
