When they were faced with this mission task, she'd come with a swathe of other privates and lieutenants to scour the grounds for any would be interference from Russia's forces. Whether that might be nuclear or otherwise was left for discussion. However, it was uncertain. Though, when they arrived in Moscow, it seemed there was little to worry about from that front. The heated beams of quincy reiatsu and mortars proceeded to literally disintegrate if not outright obliterate everything for dozens of miles. What was left in the rubble was yet to be seen. However, what was clear was that the Shinigami would not idle.
"Sundering." She calls out, and with it, with a wave outward of her hands, she finds herself activating her power. Her heart channeling her energy more clearly and with greater precision than she could have imagined. Before she draws in reiatsu through her cross and the fragment along her wrist. She walked her way through as the others came from the shadow, scattering across the field and yard. However, it was clear that she herself was incredibly powerful. Though her eyes seemed tired and cold as she trudged her way, her winter boots trotting upon the snow.
The cold wind blew, and as she stood here, she found herself to prove herself and show her power. The chance to do so in the name of his majesty. The Emperor. She'd fought once hard to protect the lives of her fellow subordinates against Asmoskon Masurao. She'd cowered in the face of danger when faced with Kimiko and her subordinates when they massacred her and her fellow Quincy like dogs. It was a difficult place to digest it all. However, she had reached to new heights, and it was clear that her abilities had not yet ceased to grow. Already, she was close to reach another threshold.
It didn't mean she enjoyed this conflict. Frankly, as she moved across the snow, she didn't bother to kill any stragglers. If at all. The most she did was move swiftly from one end to another as she used movement to blur from vision and rise to a high vantage along a piece of rubble. In truth, she felt saddened by the sight of such destruction. She'd never wish this kind of fate upon anyone, especially not bystanders such as this. However, the Emperor had ordered it so, and the devastation was thus felt justifed by all those who followed his will. His blood in her veins boiled. Tilting her hat, she focused on the water that spilled out from the broken pipelines. Assimilating part of it into herself, it floats by herself as many small bubbles or spheres.
"..." She remained silent, as she watched the occasional blue projectile fly outwards and strike a straggler. Watched the smoke rise from smoldering homes and buildings. She sat, gazing upon all that was done, and she prayed for them. For she knew in her heart that they did her no wrong. That they tried to live their honest lives as best they could, and they had come to rapture them. To massacre them and ensure their souls would know nothing but oblivion. Even now. It made her lament this situation. However, she knew there was a more fearsome enemy that would come.
Retribution in the form of black and white. Shinigami.
Tilting her head and hat, she looked down from her vantage. Wondering when they would come to slay her.
When activating the Heart Property, Ruhe gains the ability to assimilate, control, and turn into water. This allows for her to gain a major resistance, if not immunity to slashing, piercing, and blunt forms of damage, alter her physical appearance and form, as well as assimilate any other water she comes into contact with. In addition, in terms of offensive capabilities, water assimilated may be fired as "arrows" with the caveat that they are incredibly fluid, may change shapes, and be manipulated in mid flight by the user so long as "Sundering" is active and the user may focus on the projectiles. A powerful ability. While water may be fired as arrows, normal arrow projectiles are still useable if the user desires.
However, in exchange for this fluid form, she becomes more susceptible to elemental damages or changes in the environment, especially freezing or electrical attacks, of which their damage becomes far more dangerous, if not mortally wounding. Utilizing either form of attack may force her to exit her liquid form. In addition, in order to avoid taking damage, she must be consciously aware that an attack is coming, or otherwise, divert her focus to be in her liquid form for extended periods of time.
Some examples of her assimilative abilities would be to absorb water to make multiple limbs, shapeshift, or to turn their own body into a form of extensive weapon. In addition, when wounded, or otherwise harmed, by assimilating into a larger body of water, or assimilating it into herself, she may otherwise heal wounds that have been afflicted to herself. She may heal from one major wound per post by spending four hundred reiatsu. Ruhe may assimilate ten feet of water passively every post or an additional ten feet for every one hundred reiatsu she expends so long as the source of water exists.

How was this something he could respond too? Tsukuyomi asked himself as he ran through the dangai, the last few days had been a breath of fresh air as he continued to put up the front that he was a healthy individual who could continue his duty as the Vice Captain of the Eleventh. Everything that his grandfather wanted him to portray he was doing although the weight of his injuries and depression just couldn’t be shouldered anymore. Although he’d been allowed out of his containment cell in the last few days the wounds that he’d sustained from being in there along with those his grandfather had inflicted on him hadn’t been treated. He was a beaten dog that didn’t deserve to live, one of the most common things he heard on repeat over and over again over the last year. His usefulness to the Kawada was just about done, at which point he’d be allowed to die.
All of that hanging on him proved too much and broke him in ways he didn’t think were possible. Although he’d met a few Shinigami who he hadn't met before he couldn’t shake the sorrow clinging to his veins. He was tired of everything to the point that even being a shinigami now fed into his depression. He’d been beaten enough, he’d been spared enough, there wasn’t a reason he should still be alive. So why despite how he felt, despite what his family told him, why was he being sent to the human world now. Something was going on in the human world, a city of snow under attack by the Vandenreich. Such a foe, who was fool enough to think he could aid in their defeat. Traveling through the dangai didn’t take him long and yet he could feel his muscles still fighting against him, could even his body feel the dread inflicted upon his soul?
The senkimon doorway would only appear for a couple of moments before disappearing once again after Tsukuyomi rushes through it landing on the snow covered street of Moscow. A city that he hadn’t visited in the past, one with a different design than any other he’d seen in the human world yet it wasn’t beauty that flashed in his vision, it was fear. He’d thought these same things when he’d visited London. There he’d fought against Beast and in that battle caused widespread destruction by losing control of himself. The Vandenreich didn’t need to try, the city would suffer with his presence alone, let alone the black flames that were likely to eat away at the snow soon. Mikoto and Honshitsu on his hips while Unum was positioned for the first time in months along his back. Tsukuyomi heard the sound of combat a few streets over. Inhaling deeply for a moment the false Shinigami steadies his body the best he can and draws Unum.
The Vandenreich from what Tsukuyomi could see had built some sort of flying island that could launch a wide spread attack in the human world or potentially even Soul Society. He was tasked with eliminating all threats on the ground, something that he wasn’t quite sure he could accomplish now and yet it was still the more reasonable task out of the two options. Although his muscles weren’t in top shape and his mind was strung out beyond recognition, the training and experience that he possessed along with his zanpakuto were enough to guide him. Taking advantage of lessons that his prior Captain had taught him, Tsukuyomi approaches the Vandenreich without relying on his zanpakuto, keeping his presence suppressed enough that his first few targets didn’t even have time to notice him.
An open street covered in white and red would see a flash of black glide across its surface, Tsukuyomi’s trained hand thrusting the straight sword forward through the back of a private’s chest impaling his heart from behind. The thin blade pulled back immediately and then his feet took once again moving to the next only a few feet away. Slashing from his right side to his left, Tsukuyomi felt the resistance of the Quincy’s skin against the sharp edge of his sword, then the give. Unum wasn’t a zanpakuto, but he’d forged her himself, crafting her into a beautiful thin blade that had no issue carving through clothing and flesh. Now the first soldier fell to the ground and the last who’d been leading the small group down the street began to turn. Tsukuyomi made sure the last look he’d see would be his silver eyes. Stepping in on the Quincy and shoving Unum directly into his stomach through his back. Although he was suppressing his reiatsu, Tsukuyomi knew there was a chance he’d be found now as three signatures just disappeared. “Come, save me from reality.”
{Unum}Name: Unum Description: This blade is the first of Tsukuyomi's Kawada's creations and as such is rather simple with a correspondingly plain appearance. It's a straight thin blade that's edged on both sides that end with a sharp tip at the end of the blade. The edges of the blade appear to be silver while the interior grows darker and darker until at the center it's nearly pitch black. This black area is very small a thin line that only begins at the halfway point of the blade and then extends downwards towards the handle growing in width. The blade has no cross guard instead curving in slightly and then out once again extending downwards to the grip. The actual grip is simply the metal of the blade wrapped in black leather. At the end of the grip is a small circle with a six inch circumference enabling a rope or wire to pass through the hole or something else small. All in all this blade is rather simple and uneventful. The hilt Unum is eight inches long while the blade section is 24 inches in length.
Class: 4 Item Type: Weapon Item Power (IP): 500 Offense Type: Physical Durability: 1000 Bonuses: By flowing reiatsu into Unum the blade is able to release a faint whisper. The whisper is actually the reiatsu being pushed off Unum's blade which will push everything away from Unum's blade up to eight centimeters with force equal to Unum's IP. Anything that's touching Unum with force/durability superior to Unum's IP can't be pushed back. Drawbacks: Unum's whisper costs 75 reiatsu and can only be used once per post.

The gate soon opened, and Ruhe could sense it from afar. When the figure came forth bursting from it and moving at swift speeds, she could sense a few of her comrades sliced down. Looking forward, she finds herself controlling the reiatsu. As she focuses on the snow before her. Diffusing it and melding it. Manipulating it to her whim as it turns to liquid. Manipulating the water she held, it'd proceed to scrape and grind the snow before her as she takes another sixty feet of water. Before she proceeds to make her way down towards the ground. Utilizing airground, she soon stops before him. Down the street.
She was a small girl. Just a bit taller than five foot. Adorned in a winter version of the private uniform with laden fur and mufflers to keep her warm. Her deep breath exhaled was like a cold mist. "That's far enough." She declares. This small girl was intent on stopping him from going forth and interfering any further with the Emperor's plans. With the soldiers loyal to his cause. Slowly, gazing upon the man and his long blade, she focuses her reiatsu and in her left hand, she forms a long three foot long blade, a seeming arming sword. Another deep exhale.
She was far from the best swordsman. However, this "arrow" in her hands would prove to be quite the capable weapon in its own right. She seemed relatively open. Her eyes sharply focused on his person, looking for every little nuanced motion. She looked incredibly relaxed and calm on the whole demeanor. With little to say, and with the ideal of ending this conflict as swiftly as she could, she hoped to take advantage of the situation and her powers to deal with him effectively. She looked upon him. The badge of the lieutenant that rest along his arm, and she yet seemed resolute and fearless.
Her free hand rests along her neck, drawing in reiatsu from the environment. Filling her with yet more energy as she keeps her body small, her stance narrow, and her body tilted sideways as to give him less surface area of which to strike. It seemed evidently clear that she sought to engage him in melee combat. Though. How he'd make his approach was a different matter one might suppose. Shall they begin? This was a battle. An age old story. A tale as old as time.

Eliminating a few Quincy in quick succession despite everything that he’d been put through was still something that his body could accomplish. Tsukuyomi would have argued that even what he just did would be beyond him. His body felt heavy to the point that even Unum with her light balanced body felt heavy. How could a blade he cared for feel so out of place in his palm. The straight modern blade was covered now in the crimson liquid of life. A liquid that he couldn’t cling to now, everything in his life that he once fought for was either gone or blurry. There wasn’t anything anymore that he could protect nothing he imagined spending his time with nor being with him at all.
What he felt didn’t matter though, he had a job given to him, one that seemed to have gotten much harder to accomplish. Scoping his area it didn’t take long for Tsukuuyomi’s silver eyes to lock on the small figure down the street. A Quincy in the white clothing of the Vandenreich with bright blonde hair. Most would have remarked about her size, the look of her face and the apparent age that a Vandenreich was displaying in one of its soldiers. Tsukuyomi knew all too well what it was like to be a soldier with the body of a child. Starting his journey as a shinigami when he too still passed as someone not yet across the line marking the beginning of adulthood.
Although he was far gone from his peak it would have been impossible for him not to notice the rather puzzling amount of water around this Quincy. Although she wasn’t a Fullbringer nor a Bount, he couldn’t limit himself to only them possessing the capability to utilize such an element. Such a thing in this climate, showed a degree of strategy that all shinigami should expect from the Vandenreich. Forming a sword of her own from the water though wasn’t something he would have expected and yet he knew it meant he couldn’t leave her now either. Any degree of pride he once possessed as a swordsman had been cut from him by the Arrancar, but he wouldn’t slander the pride of another by turning her challenge down.
Moving his right arm up with a swift graceful arc Unum is sheathed back within its room. His left hand reaching across to his rip he places his hand upon Honshitsu’s hilt. He could feel her, the enthusiasm practically bubbling up from her was a sensation he had missed. Pulling her out his wakashi shined bright in the white light of the snow. It’s gentle flakes falling upon the hair dipped in the abyss. Soldiers standing down one another dressed in white, the other wrapped in darkness only for the environment itself to brighten him with its blank tears. Her stance was fine along with the position she was holding the longer blade, he would meet her, blade to blade.
“Cast out the True Nature, Honshitsu.”
While most Shinigami shout with adrenaline, with pride the name of their zanpakuto especially in the heat of battle, Tsukuyomi only whispers her name. The beautifully crafted wakashi in his left hand altered its physical form into one that looked as if it were forged from just iron. A thick heavy looking wakashi with black leather wrapped around her hilt up and onto Tsukuyomi’s arm. His zanpakuto refusing to let him go would meet this Quincy with all the determination he was lacking in his heart. “Let’s do this, we’ve many more to eliminate down here.” Stepping forward towards her, Tsukuyomi would go from that single step into a sprint rushing forward at 300 speed. There was enough distance between them that Tsukuyomi awaited some kind of attack and yet once he got within fifteen feet he’d close in immediately. Executing Movement in order to reach 900 speed and get inside her guard he’d slash upwards with Honshitsu against her sword right away knocking it up and then move her forward to slash the Quincy girl across her eyes.
{Honshitsu Overall} Honshitsu is a deceptive zanpakuto that strikes at the core of all those who are unfortunate to face off against it. Tsukuyomi can at any point cause the blade of Honshitsu to ignite covering itself with blue fire. The first thing that Honsitsu is able to do is actually leave this fire behind on anything that it passed through including the air. Tsukuyomi is able to through this ability draw any shape or even words on any surface or the air itself. The blue fire is like ink from the blade itself which after Tsukuyomi is done can then be fired off like a projectile either straight forward or backwards.
However, the limitation is that these shapes-words can only ever be fired off in a straight line towards where they were written. This makes it rather difficult to actually strike anything under normal circumstances as the fire can only travel at a speed of 400. This is not so concrete in regards to Honshitsu as the farther the fire travels away from the location that it was originally written its size increases. For every ten feet that a shape or word travels it's size doubles. The limitation on distance is one hundred feet. It should be noted that the fire is sent out as a projectile whenever Tsukuyomi mentally deems it finished meaning it can be anything from a single slash of Honshitsu or entire Kanji. The fire that Honshitsu can generate can only be left on an object or in the air for 2 posts after its drawn at which point it will than disappear.
Now onto how Honshitsu is a deceptive type of zanpakuto. One wouldn't believe a zanpakuto with an ability as blatant as fire to be anything more than that of an all out offensive type. Well that's not where it's true power resides. The fire is only a catalyst for the ability which truly makes it fearsome. The ability to burn out the true nature of things. To cleanse their essence in fire that is what happens when one makes contact with the blue fire of Honshitsu. These essences are general depending on what is effected.
To put it simply Honshitsu causes any object to become less useful at its intended purpose while it burns away the essence of what drives individuals. How this works is if the blue fire gets on another zanpakuto(Weapon) or even reiatsu attacks in general than it's cutting/offensive power is reduced by 25%. That takes effect immediately however if the blue fire burns on the object or attack for more than 2 posts it's power is reduced by an additional 25%. The durability of weapon however stays the same. While the opposite would occur if it were armor or reiatsu techniques such as barriers to be effected. The durability would go down while any offensive capabilities would be unaffected. This ability can even effect visual aids such as binoculars which if caught on fire will cause the vision of anyone that looks through them to go down by 25% of their Senses Stat.
When an individual is caught on fire though it will actually burn away what motivates them. After the fire has burnt them for a total of three posts either constantly or over the course of multiple burns the individual will start to forget what motives them to battle. Whether it be a tragic past, the need to protect others or simply for enjoyment the motivation will start to vanish from them without them realizing it. This causes them to lose any reason to actually continue fighting because they don't recall why they should. This happens over the course of three additional posts over which the individual will experience these events.
Now the Blue fire can be put out by any water type of technique that is of equal or higher class. The ability can't work on anything that has an offensive value 50% higher than Tsukuyomi's. It can even be dispersed off by paying 100 reiatsu to whatever location its burning. Those that have either the skill Strength of Will or Memory however need to be burned an additional 3 times per the level of the skill either through constant burning or multiple occurrences before the effects even start. Even at that point it takes another six posts for the full effects to work on these individuals making them especially dangerous to Tsukuyomi. Honshitsu uses up a Long Term Stat Alteration. It Costs 50 reiatsu per post to ignite Honshitsu. It also costs reiatsu based on the complexity of whatever Tsukuyomi writes with the fire. Anything that ranges from 1-3 lines costs 50 reiatsu. Anything from 4-8 lines costs 75 reiatsu. Anything more complex costs 100. These symbols/shapes or kanji can't ever be bigger than a single foot in size. Nevertheless while there are multiple ways to get around the small zanpakuto it's without a doubt fearsome and not something to underestimate.

She paid careful attention to the man, and saw him sheath his blade along his back. Instead, deciding to bring forth a smaller blade instead. A shortsword. Ruhe was familiar with watching Shinigami fight with blades now. She'd entered a few scraps here and there, but she also got to study their Zanjutsu first hand and their techniques when she was in Nijukan. Though her experience was limited. The young Vandenreich girl swung her blade arm outwards, flourishing away from her form, she'd found herself immediately braced for the worst potential opportunities.
He dashed his way towards her, and with it, her eyes were able to keep up just fine. Her sword held centered with her body to protect herself. Water swirled around her person, droplets and small rings. To give his eyes much to focus on. For he could of course clearly see she could manipulate it freely. Yet, he might not have understood just how terrifying she could be. Not yet. She finds herself taking a few steps back. Just a few, until he steps. That technique. It wasn't like the Shunpo. It was like he-
Just like that, he appears before her?! Her blade is swung into, and with it, her blade is slammed with practiced precision. Knocking the blade upwards, and away from her center of body, she braces her blade, and as the wakizashi is swung closer for her head? She uses her preparedness to push her body inwards. The Wakizashi as a result would instead slam the side of her head as opposed to her eyes, and with it? Clank. The Wakizashi would scrape and hit abruptly against the side of Ruhe's head as if he'd just hit against solid steel. He'd feel a ringing recoil from his arm. Perhaps he'd have never imagined a child. A private at that could use it. Blut.
Yet...It was there also that as he swings forth? Two things happen. As Tsukuyomi entered her striking space, the snow where she previously stood upon...had been claimed. Immediately would ten spikes of water jut upwards from behind him, to impale him through the back of his legs and lower back, about two foot long in length each. But so too would Ruhe's body immediately shift upon his assault. Three extra arms burst from the small child's body. One along her right shoulder, looking to tightly grip the man's throat, shooting out to grasp Tsukuyomi tightly with a hardened, muscled limb. Taking advantage of the recoil.
But also two other arms from her stomach or waist, with barbed like nails, looking to grip his wrists, as hard as a vice. A twin pincer attack from front and back. If he stepped backwards to disengage with her, his legs would be impaled and shredded by spikes of water. If he didn't, he'd be grappled and held in place by her arms. He couldn't likely have the space or time to avoid upwards after the recoil. Though. He might be wary to do so when he already saw floating droplets and rings around her. What then?
Assuming she landed, her new, arm would seek to press it's now steel like hard skin deeply against the crux of his throat, as she seeks to strangle the life out of him. Her extra arms doing what they could to hold his arms in place. "You're fast..." She says, taking a deep exhale. "...Quite fast." She mused, though seemingly unhappy. Not daring to take any decisive effort in destroying his body further. She'd remain firm, her right hand slowly raising to clench along her Quincy Cross. Her left hand still held firmly along her blade.

A sensation that he wasn’t expecting, a counter that was beyond his expectations, a slip up as his experience couldn’t prepare him for this particular counter to his actions. Tsukuyomi now essentially right next to the Quincy felt Honshitsu’s edge grind against the side of her head, this Quincy utilized a technique he believed only the strongest could demonstrate. The slight recoil of his zanpakuto wasn’t nearly as bad as one could expect due to the diminished strength in Tsukuyomi’s limbs. Although Honshitsu’s edge could still slice through flesh and bone easily, his own muscles were little more than present after his long punishment. Despite this not going according to his plans he still gathered much information on his foe although he couldn’t act on them right away.
Although mentally he was far away from himself, battle was something he still felt a sense for, with his attention on his current foe enabling his mind to process everything even if at a decreased rate. The next moment was filled to the brim with actions as this Quincy launched a two front attack from multiple angles and yet Tsukuyomi could only perceive one or two. The hands extending out of this Quincy, such a technique wasn’t typical for one such as them, this appeared like something a Hollow could do and yet it took him by such surprise that his feet acted on their own, his mind subconsciously getting him out of harm's way.
Vanishing in front of the Quincy she’d find her hands of ice and water holding parts of fabric, ripped from the front of his uniform, torn by the witch-like fingers. Tsukuyomi didn’t evade her though by stepping with Shunpo, just as he hadn’t rushed in with it either. Although he wasn’t certain if she could the Quincy had a chance at picking up what he’d just done. Sonido enabled him to evade by moving to the left at a speed even greater than Shunpo, a step he’d long since mastered and one that once again proved its usefulness even to a Shinigami. Standing now about fifteen feet away once again to the right of the Quincy, Tsukuyomi surveyed the situation taking in all that was before him now. He’d shown too much of himself to this Quincy due to his weaknesses piling up, so he had to learn as much about her abilities as possible now.
What he saw though was that he had been wrong once again. This Quincy wasn’t a swordsman that sought an honorable duel as soldiers. No, that had never been the case, it seemed with the multiple arms from her front along with spikes jutting out of the snow towards her, another attack from behind him that he hadn’t been aware of. Almost as if his body was answering him though he felt the pain in his right leg, those spikes had hit his calf, one of them in fact piercing through and tearing out the side due to his own speed. Blood now leaking from his leg down to the snow below him. If only he was in top form such a tactic wouldn’t have been enough to hurt him. If only his grandfather trusted him, then he’d be fine. “Tsukuyomi keep your head in the game, you’ve got me.”
The gentle yet energetic voice of Honshitsu was comforting and yet he’d only brought her forward as a response to an honorable battle. “Seems I was wrong, you don’t deserve such treatment.” Tsukuyomi spoke aloud for the first time now, loud enough that the Quincy would actually be able to hear his words. His right hand now reaching over to the katana on his hip his hand felt calm once again once he felt her hilt. “Descend from the Abyss onto the Battlefield, Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto.” Once again releasing his zanpakuto with a whisper yet his tone carries with it more confidence. The katana still in her sheath transforms into a beautiful silver crescent sword with a long silver chain attached to the bottom of the hilt reaching up and wrapping around Tsukuyomi’s right arm, the very same way Honshitsu does with her leather. What the Quincy would have no problem noticing though wasn’t just the reveal of a second zanpakuto, but the three orbs of white reiatsu now rotating around Tsukuyomi.
“This isn’t a battle of swordsmen, let's finish her quickly.”
“You always want to end things right away.”
“Can you two work together?”
“We cannot have you getting any worse can we Shitsu.”
“Yeah, yeah just stop calling me that.”
The constant bricking between his zanpakuto had always been an annoyance like a parent far too tired to listen to the arguments of children and yet now it was welcomed. How could he have ever hated such a thing, when it felt so nice just to have them with him. Getting them to work together, even in his current condition while on the front lines of war, brought a smile to the sunken face of nobility. Swinging both Honshitsu and Mikoto at the same time towards the Quincy, Tsukuyomi would unleash an attack no one else had ever seen, a combo between his two that they never would normally allow. Honshitsu igniting for a brief moment, her blade engulfed in blue fire that Tsukuyomi traces across the air in front of him, only for Mikoto to form and release two more white orbs out at the Quincy. The close proximity of the fire and orbs though was enough that the fire was pulled from its palace and would swirl around the orbs.
In the moment that followed there would be two orbs of blue fire rushing towards this Quincy at a speed of 500. He wasn’t facing off against her in close combat now, she’d shown such a thing was just a farce to catch him off guard, no he’d melt this entire street if necessary after disgracing the sword. What Tsukuyomi hadn’t yet realized, but his zanpakuto had though was his emotions. He was finally feeling something again even if it took putting his life on the line they could feel him once again and wouldn’t let him go now. His silver eyes with dark bags below looked even more different now with the bright shining silver moon on his forehead.“Time to prepare then Mikoto” Tsukuyomi whispers as he starts his next play against this Vandenreich private, while she deals with the two masses of blue flames flying down the street at her.
{Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto Overall} Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto is a very potent Zanpakutou, and one that yields itself very easily to controlling a battlefield. Its power revolves around the creation and manipulation of small white orbs, which are moonlike in appearance. The Zanpakutou can not only create these orbs, it can bestow upon them special properties, which influence the way they behave, as well as the effects that they have upon other nearby objects.
Shikai Overall: At this level, when Tsukuyomi releases his Zanpakuto, it instantly creates three moons rotating around him. These moons are roughly basketball sized, and possess durability equal to his dominant reiatsu stat. He can control the movement of these moons, which have a maximum speed of 500, and the moons have no maximum range, although he must know where they are (whether through sight or energy sensory) to be capable of moving them. Controlling the movement doesn’t require concentration, but requires him to make motions with his weapon, as if he was conducting music. Anyone with a 3 in Battle Analysis or Analyzing can deduce what the motions mean and predict the attacks.
Beyond moving, these moons have a special property to them by default. These moons exclude a special gravitational force, one that only affects reiatsu based techniques. They draw reiatsu based techniques towards them, as long as those techniques pass within a five foot radius of them. Reiatsu techniques possessing an inferior offensive stat to Tsukuyomi cannot resist this gravitational force, unless they are moving at a defined speed that exceeds his offensive stat.
Other reiatsu techniques will be drawn towards the moons, although they are capable of escaping the gravitational force. Thus, he can redirect attacks incrementally, by shifting them over a little bit at a time with each moon, even if they are of a greater strength. This doesn’t apply to reiatsu techniques with 2x offensive stat superiority. These moons are still capable of being destroyed by the reiatsu techniques, they simply attract them, in order to defend Tsukiyomi himself. Tsukiyomi is capable of turning this gravity on and off, although he may only toggle it once per post.
By focusing his reiatsu into the curve of Mikoto’s form he can condense his reiatsu into additional moons although he’s only able to produce two moons per post. The moons once formed normally float out from the curve leisurely although Tsukuyomi can send them out via motion of Mikoto. It costs 75 reiatsu to form a new moon. Tsukuyomi is limited to controlling six moons at any given time + 2 additional for each point he possesses in Battle Analysis.

He moved well. And he moved most swiftly. Ruhe had never seen a Sonido in person before. She'd never faced off against the likes of Arrancar, never mind those powerful enough to use their step. However, she knew for certain that the technique he used was different from a Shunpo. The sound it made was entirely different. He would find however that her extra arms that burst from her body were not of water and ice, but instead, seeming extensions of actual flesh with bone like carapace for fingertips. It might seem as if she was actually like a Hollow in some capacity. Especially when he'd see their throbbing veins rippling as they grasped nothing but air. She tilted her head to the side then.
He reappeared a short distance away from her. Blood dripping from his leg onto the snow. "Forgive me. I'm not a fighter. I can't say I recall requesting a duel among swordsmen." She says, as the arms that burst from her slowly pull back into her body, as she slowly turns to face him. As he releases his Zanpakutou call. Shikai. Even now, she seemed relatively unconcerned. Even when bearing witness to those swirling moons of his. Instead, she leaped back a short distance, her hand still held and clenched along her cross as she calls forth. "Mächtiger Pfeil." Utilizing her keen battle analysis and awareness, the flaming orbs would instantaneously stop, once about twenty feet away from her.
Why? Because instantaneously, they would find themselves impaled and pierced through by the tips of long glowing blue lances. Almost spears or harpoon like in shape with a wave of her hand. Before she wills the arrows to move further away from her with the moons inside them before exploding. Not only causing a dispersion of the flames, but to destroy the moons as well. Before Ruhe raises her index finger. "Tact." She declares, and with it, once again, along Tsukuyomi, eight more lance like arrows ripple into existence. Forming and ripping towards him from his mid section and back, looking to pierce through each of his moons as well as into his person as she clenches the fingers of her right hand to control their movement. He was within her range. How would he deal with a multi-directional attack of arrows that formed nearly instantaneously she wondered?
Each of the arrows in question were eight feet long, with thin shafts, though the tips looked more like curved or serrated naginata edges, or the ends of a harpoon. The true terrifying thing wasn't their size, though it was quite intimidating. It was the sheer speed of which they could be manifested and moved within a tight close range. With mastery of the technique, it proved to be a grave threat to anyone that closed the gap to engage her in close range. They formed essentially instantly, extending in a rampant and violent manner. They would look to interlock and while tearing through him, she'd move her hands with finesse, looking to cause the arrows to slam his moons to the floor, creating binds to lock his legs and head in place while ripping through his flesh.
If she disabled his other leg, she could effectively win this battle. Slowly, she raises her right hand, and the water spikes she so previously made begin to rise into the air. before turning into two foot long harpoons with some focus on their shape change. Before she swings her hand downwards in a swinging motion. "Ursu!" She declares, sending them flying straight at him with 800 speed, looking to pierce further into his flesh and to shoot into his limbs, as to weigh him down, if not potentially to pin him down further into the floor. Ruhe was a frightening power at both close and long ranges. She was fluid. Quite literally at times. Yet she seemed to have no interest in going for killing blows.
What else? He might have noticed that she hardly needed to move to be a threat. As she assaulted him with plenty of heinous attacks, she slowly stands firmly in place. A ring of water slowly forming along her feet. It swirls inwards on itself before several sharp triangles form from the ground, almost like arrowheads as the shape slowly gyrates around her. It seemed as if she was standing in some form of moving puddle, and with it, she held the blade firmly in her hand. The circle seemed some five to eight feet wide in diameter. Enough to surround her body whilst laying flat on the ground. "I'm one of the worst people for you to face. So it seems."
-400 Machtiger Pfeil (Mighty Arrows) -80 Two Class 4 Arrow Explosions [Detonated the Fiery Moons] -70 Reiatsu One Class 2 "Arrow" Created. (Ring Around Ruhe)
Unless forced to move, I imagine she'll attempt to draw more Reiatsu yet again.
+600 Reiatsu
Technique Name: Mächtiger Pfeil (Mighty Arrows)
Technique Class: 4 - 40 TTP
Technique Type: Vandenreich.
Usable By: Vandenreich Quincy.
Technique Element: Spirit.
Technique Cost: 400 Reiatsu.
Description: Creates massive arrows from spiritual particles in the atmosphere. These are created without the use of a bow and capable of being controlled both mentally and with hand-gestures. They are roughly eight feet long. The arrow’s shaft is thin, but the tip of the arrow is large and resembles a naginata spear. The end of the arrow is in the shape of a Hagal rune.
A total of 10 arrows can be created and fired simultaneously. The user has the ability to summon these arrows instantaneously as long as they have the reiatsu to provide the technique. The user can create arrows up to a distance of 20 feet from their body. These arrows, however, are not ordinary arrows and have intense force behind them and can be used to pierce almost anything, including armor and kido. They travel at a speed of 600 if controlled by mentally and 800 when using hands.
How to Use: Activate the technique at-will.
Incantation: N/A.
Drawbacks: These arrows are initially slower due to the shear size and density of each arrow unless controlled by the user's hands.
Made By: Rennos.
Reserved?: No.

Watching the Quincy stand as she was now with limbs extending out of her body, Tsukuyomi could feel the wound on his leg and despite the pain it was causing him, the insult this Quincy just thrust upon him was much worse. He’d been meaning to answer her with a battle of swords and yet now it was clear that was never an option. To make matters even worse though now this young girl spoke to him as if she’d outwitted a simpleton. Fighting in an honorable way wasn’t something she deserved nor was it something she would receive now. While the new moons rushed towards her Tsukuyomi was already on the move beginning his next course of action.
The two flaming moons that he’d sent down the street were met with massive arrows that had been formed from the reiatsu in the environment, a power that Tsukuyomi didn’t expect and yet had no issue now that he was holding Mikoto. The three original moons orbiting around him would now shift as he taps the one in front of him with Mikoto’s curve. The silver zanpakuto would shine for a moment and then the moon itself would burst with a brilliant gold. Gliding his fingers down Mikoto’s hilt was all it would take to make the two new moons move away from him slightly now seven feet around and continuing to spin in safety from the celestial devourer.
As for the moons that were pierced through by the massive arrows well the Quincy would find that moving them or causing them to explode didn’t go quite like she envisioned. The blue flames of Honshitsu burned away at the strength of each arrow and the gravitational-like pull that the moons emitted even now was enough that when she caused them to explode the blast was limited to only a small blast of blue fire that would proceed to dance upon the snowy ground. Her arrows had the power to punch through and yet they hadn’t shattered and kept going; they'd been similar to a wooden pick one would use to collect bite sized food.
"Tact."
Just like that, Tsukuyomi was surrounded by the very same massive harpoon arrows that had been used to stop his moons. A very dangerous technique that would be enough to eliminate quite a few shinigami even the ranked officers like himself. This wasn’t a technique that he’d seen a Quincy use prior and it was something that from what he could tell was able to be used multiple times or in quick succession with basically no prep. A scary few bits of information that made it more problematic than most kido and soul command techniques he’d seen. All the same though, Tsukuyomi's mind could process what was around him and knew this was little different than being surrounded by an onslaught of bala.
The Quincy would have a nice little view though as her arrows disappear just as fast as materializing. One moment suddenly there and then the next once they’d begun to move gone. Dragged in and drank by the golden moon as if they were each a liquid sucking through a strew. They’d been too close to the moon which Tsukuyomi would keep right next to him now. The eight foot long harpoon arrows all simultaneously would merge in with the golden moon the reiatsu that formed each feeding the moon enabling it to expand, growing in size so rapidly that it would seem completely different in just the blink of an eye. One moment the golden moon was the size of a basketball and then next everything in front of her would be caught in the brilliant gold.
Tsukuyomi had fought with Mikoto’s golden moon in the past quite a few times and yet never before had his moon ever once even approached this size. He’d only once managed to absorb so much reiatsu that its size was large enough to stand on and now he could see the city below him. Mikoto’s curve catching the top of the moon lifted him up as it grew suddenly so that now Tsukuyomi wouldn’t even be in the immediate sight of the Quincy. It all came down to the simple fact that the Celestial Devourer was now over two hundred feet in circumference. The size of his moon now surpassed a basketball court let alone the ball that it only a moment ago matched.
Repositioning himself for a moment, Tsukuyomi now standing on top of the golden moon was over fifty feet off the ground and could look upon everything in the area while knowing that he was partially secure. The moment that any of this Quincy or any other Quincy arrows got near him they’d also be near the Devourer and thus would be eaten. Undoing some of the chain on his arms Tsukuyomi would swing Mikoto roughly seven feet above himself just outside the lips of his moon. Compress his reiatsu in her curve once again and then with a downward pull another two white moons would rush out down below to the Quincy.
Holding Mikoto right afterwards Tsukuyomi would move her like a beautiful instrument in order to control not just the two moons he’d just sent down at her but the prior two as well. Two rushing down from high above and two others rushing down the sides of the street. “Let’s see what happens first.” Tsukuyomi speaks in a low volume as he focuses his reiatsu and one of the moons descending downwards, the one on the right turns a beautiful green. Far enough apart from one another, but should an arrow or Quincy find themselves within five feet of this green moon they’d immediately experience a bad case of slashes.
Celestial Devourer Size: 219.9 feet in Circumference
{Techniques} Technique Name: Tentai Musaboru Hito (Celestial Devourer) Effects: When this technique is activated, Tsukiyomi selects a moon that he currently controls. The surface of the moon shimmers, turning gold, and any damage that the moon has suffered is instantly repaired. This moon becomes a Hungry Moon, and remains that way until another technique changes it. Hungry Moons have a speed of 250.
Hungry Moons possess the normal properties of a moon, albeit somewhat modified. They attract reiatsu techniques, but they do so much more effectively. Techniques require 50% superiority to Tsukiyomi’s offensive stat, or double the speed compared to his offensive strength, in order to escape the attraction. If they don’t possess that, they’re dragged into the moon. What makes the moon special however, is that it devours reiatsu. Reiatsu that touches the Hungry Moon that doesn’t possess at least 50% superior offensive strength is devoured by the Hungry Moon. And when the Hungry Moon devours reiatsu, it grows. Moons start out as big as a basketball, 2.5 feet in circumference, and every time the moon devours reiatsu, it increases in size by 1.75x size. This can spiral out of control incredibly quickly, and thus people have to avoid feeding the Moon.
Drawbacks: Hungry Moons are half as fast as Tsukiyomi’s normal moons, meaning that it’s very difficult to move them into place, and instead he has to position them correctly the first time. It costs a whopping 400 reiatsu to create a Hungry Moon. Hungry Moons don’t have any increased durability, so reiatsu attacks beyond it’s ability to absorb can destroy it quickly, as can any physical attacks with sufficient power. It tires Tsukiyomi to create a Hungry Moon, and he can’t use this technique more than two times per release.
Technique Name: Bokujō Monogatari (Harvest Moon) Effects: When this technique is activated, Tsukiyomi selects a moon that he currently controls. The surface of the moon glistens, turning a beautiful green color. The moon begins to rotate, slowly at first, then growing faster and faster, and even when Tsukiyomi doesn’t command it to move, it rotates rapidly and flies around in small circles. This moon becomes a Harvest Moon, and remains that way until another technique changes it. Harvest Moons have a speed of 450.
Harvest Moons possess very similar properties to normal moons, but instead of possessing a gravitational attraction, they possess an aura that extends off of them, same range as gravity normally would extend from the moon, and instead of attracting reiatsu techniques, it applies a rapidly cutting effect to any object that enters the area. Objects are sliced from all directions within the aura, with an offensive strength equal to Tsukiyomi’s.
Drawbacks: Harvest Moons cost 200 reiatsu to create, and he can only have 3 of them at once. Harvest Moons have a durability of 75% of Tsukiyomi’s offensive stat, meaning that they are less durable than his average moon. Additionally, they don’t cut reiatsu, meaning that they are rather vulnerable to reiatsu based attacks. Things that have a defensive tech of superior strength to the Moons are more or less immune to them, since they won’t be able to slice deeply. Tsukiyomi can’t use this technique more than once a post.

Ruhe was a huntress, and so she knew that a single moment's slip could cost her the game. Analytical, and with a keen focus, she watched the phenomena against her mighty arrows, and saw that the moons seemed to pull inwards her energy. Watching as the reiatsu explosions even were pulled inwards from the blasts; though did effectively destroy the flames he summoned, sending the moons he created flying off to the side.
She began deducing his abilities, and with her keen battle analysis, she'd begin to swiftly put together a profile. Next came the golden moon. When her arrows came rippling out towards Tsukuyomi, his moon would proceed to absorb and suck them in, drawing them in and making it massively increase in size. Lifting him fifty some feet into the air as it rapidly expanded.
The yellow moon absorbed her reiatsu attacks and grew in size. She listed that down. Standing firmly in place, she lets the extra limb along her shoulder sink back into her body as she focused her reiatsu. Sensing his spiritual pressure washing over the area with his Shikai. Before sensing him create something. Another few of those moons of his. Blasting towards her.
Ruhe had a fairly apt little hypothesis that she figured would need to be checked. Taking the liberty to get a feel for the floor? As the moons came blitzing for her down the street, she'd manipulated the water under her control to pierce through and rip into the floor. Her instincts telling her to move swiftly to avoid being sandwiched.
Before then she'd cause the floor beneath her to crack and split, just enough so that she could fall down into the sewer below, and that the orbs of his couldn't pursue. Running a short distance inwards, she digests her information as her boots tread along the disgusting stone. She needed information, and she had been under the presumption that Tsukuyomi's moons couldn't move beyond his own perception. It seemed as if he was a puppeteer of sorts; and he acted as the guide. Assuming she is successful, she proceeds to then focus her energy sensory. Getting a general pinpoint of each of his four moons if she could, and employing a tactic of her own. Manipulating the water she'd since assimilated and taken control over?
She would manipulate it into water shark like projectiles, looking to latch upwards and rip into the bodies of the moons above her. If the moons could absorb her reiatsu weapon projectiles? How about a physical medium? The shark like arrows are twenty feet tall, and very wide, lurching upwards and looking to consume and rip into the moons; crunching them before their watery jaws; looking to use their reinforced bodies to devour and break them down into little marbled chunks. Ruhe below, attempting to sense if their spiritual presence fades once broken. This would allow for her to more carefully evaluate her next course of action.
Drawing in more reiatsu, and manipulating the sewer water for her own, she'd only grow ever more powerful with the passing of time.
-280 Reiatsu 4 Class 2 (Water Shark Projectiles) -500 Reiatsu (50 Feet of Water Assimilated) +10 Feet Water Assimilation Passive. +600 from Quincy Cross / Fragment
Reiatsu Remaining: 3880/4000
Amount of Water under Ruhe's Control: 200 Feet
Summarization of Events:
Ruhe uses the water under her control to pierce into the earth and allows for her to fall through a crack in the floor. She wants to test a hypothesis that the moons cannot actively pursue her without Tsukuyomi being able to see, or know where she is, and proceeds to run into the sewer, while using energy sensory to generally pin down where the moons are. She attack each one with four Class 2 Water Shark projectiles, large enough to completely envelop and devour the moons entirely. Crunching them beneath their teeth. This is to test if they can attract and absorb actual physical projectiles as these "arrows" are not reiatsu constructs, but instead manipulated through a conceptual power.
If Ruhe has the time, she'll draw in more reiatsu and control more sewer water, giving her around 110 feet of unaltered water remaining for her to control.

Tsukuyomi wasn’t in the best of the positions to view the street below, but moving as he was at the top he could still see the Vandenreich that his four current moons were seeking out. The moment he watched her drop down into the ground he waved Mikoto. The movements of all his moons ceased now that his foe's location was a mystery. He was quite surprised, not with the fact she’d run as she’d already shown herself to be unhonorable. No the surprising thing to Tsukuyomi was that this frozen city had a sewer system. At least he assumed it was like Seiretei. Othersise this Quincy was more like a Fullbringer utilizing not just water, but earth as well. A Quincy with two elements wasn’t something he’d seen before and not something easy to accept.
The next moment Tsukuyomi moved both his arms at once, Mikoto upwards controlling all moons with the exception of the golden one beneath him to rise up several feet. His left hand still held Honshitsu and now held her at the necessary angle to burn the stab wound on his leg shut. A painful experience, but a needed one to keep himself from bleeding even more. It’d only take a moment or two and throughout those pieces of time he could feel Honshitsu crying. Such a kind girl that hated causing him pain even if she was helping him. Tsukuyomi afterwards questioned whether or not he had to drop down from his golden moon in order to lure out the Quincy.
A moment later though he heard the voices of others and it clicked in his head. He wasn't here to stop this single Quincy. The Vandenreich were attacking this entire city with that giant fortress and the ground troops. He was designated to handle the ground troops. If he couldn’t hit the commanding officer since she ran away then the best thing he could do wasn’t to focus on her. It was to keep reducing the number of enemy soldiers. Looking out once again it didn’t take long to see a small number of Vandenreich appearing whether they be on rooftops, streets or even in windows. Waving Mikoto several times, Tsukuyomi sent his current moons to each location.
Two of the Vandenreich soldiers were so enamored with the appearance of the golden moon they didn’t realize the attack was coming their way until it was too late. Each one receiving a moon slamming into their chests at full power, breaking the rib cage and arms while causing immense internal damage. Mikoto didn’t possess the most raw power, but it was still comparable to taking a cannonball head on. The other two moons were the damaged ones that all the same managed to find the Quincy, but the moment they were upon them Ruhe’s sharks would break up from the ground biting the moons and breaking them apart.
“Damn she’s figuring it out.”

The young girl had confirmed just a few things. First. Was that the moons didn't seemingly have their own sentience, nor did they track her of their own volition. Their senses and ability to strike her was limited to the sense of the Shinigami. Second. The moons that came her way had a limit to the things they could control and or absorb. Her rising sharks had easily bitten through the moons, crumbling them within their jaws, before then falling towards the floor. Snapping her fingers, she looked up through the crevice drop, and within those next moments? She strategized.
"Stil." She calls out, and with it, she begins to absorb and manifest her control and authority of the brackish water, gaining control of the liquid as she makes it rise into the air. Exhausting copious amounts of reiatsu, before she draws forth a greater water supply. So much so that she'd cut off the flow to the sewer for a moment, before she sprints towards the wall and leaps upwards, turning herself into liquid as she shoots out through the hole, reforming as swiftly as she'd formed. A deep exhale.
Before then a hundred feet of water begins to rise through the crevice and up with her. "This battle is over." She declares, as now three hundred feet of water lay before her. A terrifying amount to behold at a surface glance as those shark arrows hover and float around her. She'd been given ample time to build her strength, and now? All she'd needed now was to bide her time. Beginning to leisurely make her way towards him, small brisk paces as she saw his gigantic moon in the distance.
She didn't eagerly pursue him, didn't rush into his metaphorical jaws. Instead, she was calm, collected, and calculated. Because she held now a mobile field under her control. Her understanding and comprehension of her ability was expanding, as she gazes upon the honorbound swordsman. Clenching her fists, her water begins to fluctuate, slowly swirling before her feet in a whirlpool like motion. She didn't really desire to battle, but she'd intervene to defend her fellow Soldats. That much, she had to do. Stop him from killing or hurting anymore people.

The Vandenreich soldiers that were in the area didn’t manage to do much against Tsukuyomi just the same as those before the small female Quincy. She seemed to be the only one on the ground that could fight at a moderate level. Tsukuyomi still wasn’t sure why there were so many soldiers on the ground when the flying fortress was shooting down upon Moscow in what seemed like a random pattern. Maybe they had some way of telling where their soldiers were so as to not shoot them by mistake, but if they were going to destroy the city why did they have soldiers down here in the first place? Sighing with a sense of disappointment Tsukuyomi moves Mikito with a wave to bring his moons back towards himself. This Quincy knew how to attack from unseen locations and now what attacks to use in order to actually effect Mikoto’s moons.
Perhaps if he was still someone ambitious or proud of himself then Tsukuyomi would go above, utilizing the Devourer in hopes to aid the others in bringing down the fortress. Despite how massive the golden moon was now it was still absolutely nothing in comparison, but it would always keep growing when dealing against Quincy. Tsukuyomi though wasn’t as he had been several years ago now. The young boy with the wild aspirations had been killed leaving only the shell that was afraid of his own power and crippled by the cruelty of his family. It didn’t take long for his silver eyes to notice all the water in the area though moving against nature.
Just like he assumed, this Quincy wasn’t gone for long. He didn’t believe there to be more than a single Quincy with the ability to control water which just meant she found her courage. She was back after a brief reprieve and now would take him down. Waving Mikoto once again another two new moons of white would be formed from his reiatsu only to be sent out in front of him. He was relying too much on just Mikoto. The amount of water he could see forming together was going to be an insane amount that he likely couldn’t contend with using only raw power alone. He’d shown the Quincy already that he could cook his moons in blue flames, but that was only one way to use his zanpakuto working in conjunction.
He watched as the massive wave of water grew larger and larger reaching up to heights that almost every single building in this city couldn’t compare. A tidal wave that if produced naturally would likely break all records. One large enough to wipe a city block away like a sand castle made on the beach. Holding Honshitsu with his left hand, Tsukuyomi holds her outwards, his grip strong for the first time in a long time. Her body once again engulfed in flames of sapphire and then moved along the air itself leaving her flames in her wake.
One, two, three lines all drawn on the air itself as vertical forms of fire that a moment later would rush forward at not just the wave of water, but Ruhe who was now at the top and the wave was starting to move forward slowly. Tsukuyomi knew this was a crucial moment, but relied on his training to keep his mind calm. Honshitsu’s flames grew larger and larger every moment they’d travel towards Ruhe enlarging themselves from the long slash strokes of four feet to then eight, sixteen, thirty two, sixty four. It would happen in a brief moment and to the Quincy it really would appear as if the blue flames just grew like a giant instead of spreading like fire. If nothing changed then the moment of impact between his fire and her water the flames would each reach one hundred feet in size enabling them to clash although victory likely wouldn’t be possible.
Ultimately Tsukuyomi waved Mikoto executing the rarest of her techniques, the Lunar Dance. The massive golden moon beneath his feet moved through the air faster than any of the others, faster than a Quincy arrow. Times so that the massive moon would smash against the top of the tidal wave right after his flaming waves did the same. Ruhe would have to not just survive the waves of fire aimed for her and the wave, but then immediately a massive object moving at 2500 speed with every intention of smashing her like a small insect. Although he rarely used it the technique was of great importance and now he would finish what he was assigned to do here on the ground of the conflict.
