- Researcher: A Rank 1 position that every employee occupies upon their entry within YUMI-ALCH. A Researcher can be of any Class, but most will find themselves at or below Class 4. They will sometimes be required to attend several hospitals owned by Yumiya across their native country so as to act as a normal nurse, so to speak, but for the most part, they will be asked to instead attend a Yumiya facility in order to take care of minor situations within it alongside other Nurses. Their general targets are the Human populace of the Living World and lower Yumiya employees. It is hard work, but for the most part, it pays off... mainly because of the salary.
- Resident: A Rank 2 position that marks the beginning of an employee's advent within YUMI-AID. Starting at Class 3, a Nurse can request a Doctor to recognize them as a Resident in order for them to begin achieving higher medical tasks. If their request is approved, they will be personally assigned to this aforementioned Doctor's team and be required to follow their lead, albeit with a modicum of autonomy in comparison to Nurses. From there on, they will be able to ascend the ranks of residency, from Junior, to Senior, and then Chief. By the time they have reached this last rank, they will have been introduced to a few confidential research projects that they may find themselves able to contribute to, assuming that they are capable of understanding how to properly use reishi.
- Doctor: The most common Rank 3 position within YUMI-AID. A Class 2 Resident is to be officially promoted to Doctor after having sufficiently contributed to each of the confidential research projects that has been revealed to them over the course of their career. After having reached this position, they will abstain from most minor healthcare situations to instead focus on treating more complex cases that cannot usually be solved by even the greatest of Human physicians. Their promotion is to proceed following the majority vote in-between all Doctors of the division. At that point, the Medical Director is to immediately focus entirely on the managing of all medical personnel across YUMI-AID and the success of medical research projects. Unless explicitly demanded to participate in medical procedures, they will typically abstain from all surgeries or any form of healthcare cases. The Medical Director must also report all progress achieved as well as the results recorded throughout each of these projects to Yumiya's Board of Directors.

Such can be witnessed in their products, which range from augmented ballistic weaponry, to firearms that are capable of shooting concentrated reishi beams, and then great armored suits to be wielded by expert pilots. An example of these products is the up-and-coming YUMI-LAU, or the Yumiya Light Augmented Unit, which is a straightforward, yet ingenious mech that is being progressively adopted by multiple military groups of the Living World.

- Machinist / Officer: A Rank 1 position that every employee occupies upon their entry within YUMI-ARMS, shortly followed by another. A Machinist can be of any Class, but most will find themselves at or below Class 7. They also occupy what is most probably the least respected position in the entire Yumiya corporation. Treated like fodder more than anything else, they are tasked to follow each and every order given to them by their superiors, even if the task itself is denigrating and humiliating. What the automated cleaning and manufacturing drones provided by YUMI-ANA cannot accomplish on their own, they must do in their stead, even if doing so may prove to be a danger to their life. However, at Class 6, a Machinist is to be immediately promoted to the rank of Officer, after which they are fully detached from all mechanical activities in order to be granted duties that are more in-line with the division's paramilitary goal.
- Senior Officer: A Rank 2 position that marks the beginning of an employee's advent within YUMI-ARMS. At Class 4, an Officer will find themselves automatically promoted to Senior Officer. At a glance, their duties do not entirely differ from the ones that are typically associated to an Officer. Like the majority of the soldiers working under the banner of YUMI-ARMS, they must follow the chain of command, and thus accomplish every task that is granted to them by their superiors. With that said, Senior Officers have slightly more input than a standard Officer. They can be part of meetings held by High Officers, introduce strategies that may be useful to the division in certain operations, and even provide suggestions for what projects the division will accomplish in the upcoming trimesters.

- Developer: A Rank 1 position that every employee occupies upon their entry within YUMI-ANA. A Developer can be of any Class, but most will find themselves at or below Class 4. For the most part, Developers are more so desk workers than anything else. They focus on coding and software developing throughout many work cycles, and will not often have enough time in their schedule to be able to do much else, aside from eating and sleeping. Nevertheless, if they are lucky, their assigned Moderator will give them a chance to participate in a few confidential projects. While it is far from being the most dangerous position within Yumiya, and it is most definitely not the least respected of them, this position remains one of the least coveted, as those who are not used to this kind of workload tend to crack under the pressure and decide to resign before they can go far enough within the ranks of the division.
- Senior Developer: A Rank 2 position that marks the beginning of an employee's advent within YUMI-ANA. The majority of Developers are automatically promoted to Senior Developers once they reach Class 4, as at this point, they will have proven that they are capable of handling the typical responsibilities that await them within the division. A Senior Developer will typically act as a manager of Developers throughout the life cycles of projects initiated by Moderators. They must oversee their work, review them, and make sure that everything is working correctly. Although this may seem as though they possess more complicated responsibilities in comparison to a Developer, the typical Senior Developer will create moderating tools or assign other Developers to accomplish their monitoring duties in their place, which gives them more free time for their personal works. A selfish solution to a long-lasting cultural problem, but one that Yumiya values quite extensively.
- Moderator: The most coveted Rank 3 position in the eyes of most employees within YUMI-ANA. Once they have reached Class 2, a Senior Developer will automatically receive an electronic mail informing them that they are now potentially eligible for the position of Moderator. A form will usually accompany this e-mail which asks several questions regarding the Senior Developer's expertise in YUMI-ANA's line of work, the mechanical and spiritual details of its products, and what they could potentially bring to it all. This form may be filled at any given time, to the leisure of the Senior Developer. Once the form is filled, it will then be sent to the Senior Developer's own Moderator. If is approved, they will immediately be relieved of all of their current duties to instead be assigned a team of Developers and Senior Developers in order to accomplish several projects of higher importance. They may also benefit from a much more fluid schedule, something which many employees of YUMI-ANA greatly covet.
- Administrator: The most important Rank 3 position within the entirety of YUMI-ANA. A Class 1 Moderator who have proven themselves to be sufficiently adequate for the inner workings of the division can decide to hold a meeting between each and every other Moderator of the division in order to call for a majority vote in favor of their succession. Should this vote be successful, they will be assigned to the position of Administrator, the person who is ultimately responsible for the overseeing of all activities undergone by YUMI-ANA. They must ensure the success of each of these activities, keep employee morale to a maximum, and prevent any information about the division's use of spiritual elements within its materials to spread to the public. The Administrator must also directly report the results of these activities to Yumiya's Board of Directors once they are available.
Upon reaching the highest position of leadership within one of these groups, an employee can then decide to either remain within that position until their inevitable retirement or send a request to the Board of Directors in order to become a part of it. In total, three Rank 4 individuals can occupy the Board at any given time: the Chairman, the Secretary, and the Chief Executive Officer. Due to the multinational nature of Yumiya, becoming a member of this prestigious triad is considered to be exceedingly difficult for one who is not well-versed in the art of bureaucracy, as internal office politics are rumored to be most overwhelming at this stage of the corporation. This is especially the case for normal Humans, as the advent of knowledge over the worlds that were once unknown to the corporation has pushed the Board to favor spiritually-inclined individuals to occupy their positions. Nevertheless, even if they are denied, an employee may follow different paths in order to convince the Board to assign them to one of their positions... some of which may be less respectable than others.
Alternatively, another path is available to an employee who refuses to join any of the previous divisions: Yumiya's marketing team. Should they decide to follow this path, the employee will be able to become a Representative, a member of the corporation whose sole purpose is to interact with its customers, both on the public market and the private market. Representatives must contact third party affiliates as many times as possible, present the products of each division in accordance to the affiliates' needs, and ascertain which will be most suited for them. They must also be able to guarantee that the affiliates' experience with these products remains positive after the sale has been achieved, mainly by conducting meetings with them and monitoring the performance of each product sold. A new employee will typically be tagged as a Rank 1 Rookie Representative from Class 8 to Class 4, before they can then be promoted at Class 3 to the position of Rank 2 Senior Representative, and finally, Rank 3 Head Representative at Class 1. With that said, due to their disconnection from the main product lines, they will never be eligible for the positions occupied by the Board of Directors.
