Strong hands clicked the suitcase shut, the treasure within heavier and more valuable than gold, and while he'd managed to get it refined, he needed an exit now. He wasn't exactly supposed to be here, and snapping a stolen key card, Arcadus glanced over at the centrifuges, still warm from use. What wonders humans had created, when in ages past something like this would have been a quite deadly crown jewel in some soon to be cancer-ridden king.
Slamming one of the storage units closed, Arcadus heard a distinctive crunch as the equipment he'd moved in here, and now intended to put back where he'd found it as if he'd never been here, broke and was now in several pieces. Well, so much for that. Time to make his way out. Heading straight for the door would work under normal circumstances, but he needed to create the illusion he was supposed to be here. Then, he'd leave with another person for something.
Packing things up and taking a clipboard with some blank paper on it, Arcadus moved like he had a purpose. If anyone had a Geiger counter it would be buzzing off right now, but that was a concern for later. He really could have done with more lead shielding but then he wouldn't be able to fit as many vials inside. Regardless, he needed to keep moving. Nod to the staff, wave back. Remember to smile. Make an effort to blend in despite your standout appearance.
Heading for the break room, Arcadus set the suit case down on the counter, looking to grab a cup of coffee before he left. Remain calm, he was supposed to be here. Just grabbing a cup of coffee before... Grabbing a sheet of paper with writing on it, Arcadus decided the assignment he was doing was... Survery question review. Well, quality control and feedback processing was something that companies did. He was getting a cup of coffee inbetween working on the leading wording of the survey questions under review.
Turning the corner, Arcadus knew he was going towards the exit, but he nearly bumped into someone, and seeing security down the hall, figured he should say something. At a glance, the woman he'd dodged around was a beautiful blonde, though her eyes were heterochromic. What a standout feature! "Oh, sorry, I didn't see you there! Sorry, I'm in a rush to get back to my desk, lots of work to do." Leaning against the wall slightly, Arcadus sipped his coffee. "Nice shoes by the way, where'd you get them?"
Arcadus's outfit was the business standard, black pants and a white button up and black tie, but small details gave away his taste. Silver buttons, gold tie clip, the solid ebony black ring on his hand. While his shirt didn't strain against him, it certianly felt like it could tear at the seams if he exerted himself any more than a basic walk, his pecs giving a slight tension to the shirt, pulling at the buttons. Arcadus had a very kind smile, warm and open like a ray of sun shine, and his golden hair, neatly down his back, was to match.
