The Reason for this CIU is to return Arcadus to a Training Tier hollow for a multitude of reasons. Primarily to remove the disquiet in his soul that has poisoned him with compassion, and the human souls who remain within his mind. Secondarily to properly mask break as a Vasto Lorde and realize his full potential. This is being achieved through use of Mask On, lent to him by Kitai, though Arcadus is conducting a ritual around this item, to which he will be inviting his fellows to witness.

Arcadus's Death Day
rpforumbleach.proboards.com/thread/13267/death-day-party-social
Height/Weight 4’ at the shoulder, 9’ on hind legs, 700 lbs
Physical Description: As a menos, Arcadus takes the form of a white and black tiger, monstrous in appearance. His fur blends into his mask, a fearsome bony approximation of a tiger’s roar, permanently fixed. Significantly larger than an average tiger, Arcadus makes an imposing figure, especially when standing on his hind legs. His paws form into clawed pads, and retractable claws hide in the padded feet.
As a gillian, Arcadus has consumed enough souls to begin to lose himself, and similarly, his form, taking on the form of a standard Gillian hollow. Identifying him would require seeing his mask, now twisted in a screaming expression, signifying his desire to retain his personality and sense of self in the midst of his thousands of screaming victims, now trapped within him. The mask itself appears to be a chiselled skull, twisted into a constant scream as its jaw hangs open.
As an adjuchas, Arcadus takes on a permanent fiery aspect to his appearance, his white stripes becoming bioluminescent orange, giving the appearance of him being permanently on fire. This flares as he utilizes rieatsu, a rippling glow that tells when he is bound to strike. Ceros from him charge with this pulse, and while it is a tell that has given him away, he will use this to his advantage. His mask has reformed, closing its mouth into a grin, fangs and teeth bared in a triumphant smile.
As a Vasto Lorde, Arcadus begins to look more and more like himself. Standing now on two feet in a bipedal form, Arcadus’s distinguishing features and catlike form melt away as the fire burning within him falls away. Now so close to his transformation, Arcadus is surging with power and energy, and unable to contain it, it burns through his skin, giving the appearance of him melting from the inside, molten rieatsu dripping off of him.
Goals
Arcadus deeply regrets his transformation, or “rebirth” as he will call it. Currently, his only goal is to consume and, fruitlessly train, to regain and even surpass his strength as an Espada. Besides that long term goal, he simply wants to survive his gamble of a rebirth, and hasn’t developed much of a plan, save wanting to sort out the unrefined nature of his soul, including silencing or absorbing the separate personalities with in him.

Overall personality
Dislikes: [The color green-”Green is an awful color, it's the color of rot, of decay and impermanence. The color of blossoming things that fade and wither. It's also the color of greens, which are the worst food group.”
The Espada - “I feel that the espada lacks direction, a group of strong creatures with no intent, no drive. There needs to be a proper goal, an aspiration to succeed outside accruing personal power. “
Hollows - “hollow are disdainful, they have short sights and shorter attention spans. Crafty fighters and very decisive thinkers, but unable to plan beyond the setting sun.”
Ascetics - “Ascetics are such a pain. Why live your life in squalor and misery for what? Spiritual awakening? You had a better chance to be born with it than to find it under a tree.
Disillusionment “Nihilism and apathy go hand in hand. Trying to say that something is meaningless because there's nothing inherent to it is like trying to say water isn’t wet. Of course it is and isn’t. It's a matter of perspective and how you choose to interpret things.”
“Health” foods - “why diet and subsist on leafage and grains in portioned amounts when you can eat as much as you want and work it off? It sounds more like an unwillingness to indulge oneself, and being afraid you won’t face the consequences of your actions.”
Planned Obsolescence - "If a device isn't designed to perform a fuctino, or rather, its function is not what it is designed to do, but is instead designed to fail for the express purpose of being sold or made again, it is worthless. It is meant to fail, which defeats the purpose of such a complex scheme. If your intent is instead to just swindle people out of thier money, involve them in a ponzi scheme or in buying a bridge, don't provide them a half sufficient product."
Spinelessness - "Those who can't stand up for themselves don't deserve the ground they stand on. If you are just made to follow orders and to fall in line, you have no spine, no mind of your own."
Chastity - "life is too short, and pleasures too sweet, to be wasted in telling yourself your better off for being chaste and virtuous."]
Likes:
Tinkering - “there's a true feeling to making things work and function, and in knowing why. If you’re able to take a plan from concept to completion with no help and aids, you really have furthered yourself and your abilities”
Occultism “Mortal magic is just spiritual engineering, wrapped in tradition and metaphor. Trying to follow spell books and rituals will trap you in the past. The only way to progress is to move forward, to form your own ways and path.”
The color black - “Better canvas color than white”
Hollows - “Hollows serve their purposes, dogs of war, beasts of burden, food in a pinch, and definitely useful for cannon fodder. They’re honestly quite helpful if given the right motivations and kept in line.”
Chess, against novices - “I’m more of a hobbyist in chess than I am a competitive player. I don’t care for the rote memorization of moves and gambits, nor do I have the patience for day long games. I’m more interested in the theory and representative mechanics of chess.”
Art Deco - “Lovely art style, black and gold or white is always a safe bet unless you like something that classes, like green or orange. Outside of elementary art theory, I like the materials, all black stone and gold leaf and light stained glass. It makes for a very fittingly regal appearance without the gaud of tapestries and stone halls.”
Learning - Arcadus has a definite joy in both learning, then applying knowledge and skills. These two need to come together, and Arcadus doesn’t have the patience for trivia or pop culture, though this aversion is selective, and he can be found reading old pulp and modern fantasy novels as “Inspiration”
The Espada - “A veritable hoard of potential and a lure for more suitable candidates. Power being the main determiner of one's ranking among the espada, the only lacking thing in this organization is its lack of leadership from its heads and the members listlessness.”
Spirit flesh- “There is no flesh quite like that of a spiritual being. Their combined essence, their being, is present, and there's so much potential there to taste and experience in consuming them.
Flaws: Pride “I think there's nothing wrong with being proud. Pride is your confidence in your achievements, your declarations that you matter, that YOU feel you matter. I think those that seek humility are destined to fade and wither.”
Recklessness “Recklessness is just the whining of fools who can’t stand to take the risks needed to succeed. Drive and calculated risk are what make a person great, and there is nothing better than greatness
Temper - Arcadus, when truly faced with something that he feels he should be able to fix and can’t due to either someone else's incompetence, he is truly inconsolable, often ranting and raving to anyone who will listen, most often his staff.
Grudges - While defeat is never mentioned, it also never forgotten. Arcadus often exaggerates slights and failures, even to the point of persistently antagonizing people if he feels they have it coming.
Spoiled-Considering Arcadus’s “unique” position as a rather fresh faced arrancar, isn’t particularly used to the harshness of Hueco Mundo, growing accustomed to his luxury palace quickly.]
Habits: [Trust issues - Even among Arrancar, Arcadus is not the trusting type, often being very particular in what he means to those he gives commands or requests to. Additionally, he rarely works in concert with groups composed of individuals all stronger than he is.
Valuation and Objectification - Arcadus has a hard time valuing people for who they are, rather than what they can do and their ability to perform. This manifests most often by boiling a person down to their abilities and their pliability and or desperation for something. This effectively boils down a person into cost benefit, and is the predominant way Arcadus views people.
Sadism - “You call it sadism, I call it evaluating my assets. I simply need to know how far they can be pushed, it's a matter of curiosity at this point. You can’t know what you're paying for if you don’t stress test the merchandise, and you don’t know the services you're getting till you throw them a curveball.”
Palette - Arcadus delights in eating sapient creatures, from normal humans to the few strips of quincy that can be laid over rice. As a part of his palace there is a veritable slaughter house full of corpses and casked blood from most races and regions.
Huge appetite - Despite his refined palette and lack of a need to eat, Arcadus has an enormous appetite, though this isn’t unusual for those familiar with his affinity for Hakai Gonzui. Arcadus has been known to eat entire buffets when hungry, and on one occasion ate an entire cow in a single sitting on an extended stay in the human world.
Food Based Matchmaking - “The blood of this tribal from south africa pairs well with the thigh roast, who was this, an executive's daughter? They’d make a lovely couple. I should look into procuring more of both of these. I wonder if the arctic hunter liver would work nested inside.”
Arcadus Spits off his balcony.]
Fears: [Death - much in the same way a vampire might layer themself in armor and fortress walls, arcadus puts as much distance between himself and death, with fear being his primary focus for acquiring power, wealth and allies
Slipping - due to his personality's composite nature, Arcadus can sometimes feel himself channelling different past lives more than his own personality, which concerns him greatly as it implies to him a kind of ego death if he doesn’t define and remain as himself.
Failure - “Failure means that my best wasn’t enough. My best being not enough means I can’t do something. If I can’t do something, and can’t get someone to do something for me, then its impossible. I do not deal in the impossible.”]
Goals: [ Arcadus craves power, in any form, be it knowledge of some hidden flaw or quirk of anything that could prove to be an issue, raw physical or spiritual strength, a devastating technique or indomitable ally. Power is the only thing that matters to this arrancar, fitting to someone who wants to reform the Espada to fit this end. In terms of how Arcadus gains this goal, it is preferably by non lethal and constructive means, but you can't make the mother of all omelets and fret over every egg. ]
Fighting style:
As a hollow, Arcadus relies greatly on his physical strength to propel him in unorthodox ways and to manipulate his environment. He attempts to cut down an opponent without notice, often feigning friendliness and striking mid sentence. He is primarily used to the power of his arrancar form, and while he will fall into his old methods, he is very much oriented on not fighting those stronger than him.
Directly in combat, Arcadus often attempts to blitz his opponents down, expending any and all of his rieatsu and stamina to try and end fights quickly, or make enough of an opening for him to escape. Primarily relying on his physicality, as a hollow Arcadus has to make use of his extrasensory capabilities to gather information in a fight and make decisions on whether to leave or to make a gamble.
His unique ability to form Cero into weapons, primarily extensions of his claws or of a sword he would hold in his mouth, Arcadus makes an effort to utilize this more as a surprise and only develops this style once he grows in strength enough to form his spiritual attacks with a real punch. Aside from that, he attempts to break the wills of his opponents through his speech and charisma, trying to break through any kind of resolve.
As he returns to his Adjuchas and Vasto Lorde forms, Arcadus returns to more of his Arrancar fighting style, blasting Ceros and utilizing Sonido to close gaps and force his opponents to exert themselves in defending and counter attacking.
Overall Theme
The themes of Arcadus’s Techniques are power and manipulation, either of his opponents, or his techniques. Similar to his release as an Arrancar, Arcadus, rather than necessarily having unique and complex abilities, manipulates basic properties and techniques to better suit his style of fighting.
Hollow Techniques
Technique Name: Weaken Wills
Class: 7, 5, 3, 1,
Requires Cha 1, 75 dark aura or possessing the ability to generate 75 dark aura by a technique or item, and a type bonus to ES
Those who perceive you are compelled to listen and to hear, which you can leverage to weaken and distract your targets, targeting their conviction and concentration to ensure your words carry their weight in gold, and your already charismatic arguments worm their way into even the most hardened wills.
If you have this technique, you are able to use your force of personality and words to grind even iron wills into dust. By either talking to someone, or performing dramatic actions (revealing damning information against a belief or trusted person of the target) you can lower a person’s Strength of will or similar skills Mental skills (Analyzing, Calm mind, etc) by 1 if your Charisma Rank is higher than their targeted skill, to a minimum of 1. The use of this technique requires the opponent to be able to understand what you are communicating, i.e. being able to hear spoken words and understand the language you are speaking. This technique is resisted by having an equivalent mental skill from the before list to the users charisma. You can only lower a person's targeted skill once per thread, and if it is resisted you cannot target them with this technique this thread. You can target different skills, but only once per 2 posts, with the reduction lasting for the thread.
The multiple classes of this technique are based on additional effects. At class 8, the above effect takes place, at class 5 You can target non mental skills that still affect concentration and mental processes, such as battle analysis and battle Trance. Additionally, the opponent does not need to understand the language you are speaking. At class 3, You are able to affect Mental skills (and non-mental mental skills such as battle trance and battle analysis) of an equivalent rank to yours, and they must have a greater rank in this skill than your charisma. At Class 1, this technique becomes telepathic and is able to be conveyed by simply a glance.
This Technique is reserved but is teachable]
Technique Name: [Cero Weapon]
Technique Class: [7-1]
Technique Type: [Cero]
Usable By: [Hollow]
Technique Element: [Cero]
Technique Cost: [The class, and cost of this technique, is dependent on the technique it is being used on.]
Description: [This technique is a refinement on the ability of skilled cero users to manipulate the shapes and sizes of their Cero, and forms them into weapons the user is familiar with. So if a person has skills with a spear, it would form a cero into a spear, and similar. In doing so, it leaves the cero a more containable and longer lasting weapon, lasting a number of posts equal to twice the user’s cero skill. Drawbacks from the use of the cero this technique is applied to are not negated.]
How to Use: [Charge Cero, manipulate shape.]
Drawbacks: [When using this technique, you pay rieatsu cost equal to the class of Cero weapon being used. So for a standard class 4 cero, you would use a class 4 cero weapon and pay 150 rieatus on top of the 200 to cast cero. Exchanging the size and reach of a cero attack for an extended duration of the attack and the ability to utilize it in a different form. You must have a point in Cero or similar skills (Cero Mastery) and a point in the weapon skill corresponding to the shape you wish to create.]
Incantation: [While there is no incantation, it is fairly obvious the technique’s nature after charging up a sword instead of a cero blast]
Made By: [Arcadus]
Reserved?: [Yes]
Technique Name: Kumon
Technique Class: 7
Technique Type: Hollow Technique (Cinematic)
Usable By: Automatically learned by Akki, Hollow and Arrancar at Class 7. For this population ONLY, it does not count towards a tech slot. May be taught (trained for in a JT with someone else who already knows Kumon) to any creature with Hollow reiatsu, latent or otherwise (predominantly including Vizard).
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Cost: N/A
Description: The Garganta is the void between worlds and is used primarily by Arrancar and Hollow (with few exceptions). From the Garganta, travelers may theoretically enter into any known dimensional space, including (but not limited to) Hueco Mundo, Soul Society, the Living Realm, the Silbern, or the Dangai.
Almost all Hollow and Arrancar are capable of entering the Garganta from any dimensional space by using their reiatsu to forcibly tear a hole in its dimensional boundaries. Likewise, they are able to exit the Garganta by forcibly tearing a hole into the dimensional boundaries of their intended location. This process is crude and rudimentary, but suits the vast majority of Hollow and Arrancar. Rifts in and out of the garganta using this method often linger and close exceptionally slowly on their own, sometimes lasting up to an hour depending on the size of the tear created.
How to Use: The being in question must utilize their reiatsu to first disrupt the dimensional boundaries of their current location, as well as the boundaries of their intended location. Hollow and Arrancar know how to do this instinctively, but it can become second nature for other practiced users as well. Once this is accomplished, the user forcibly tears open a space large enough for them to travel through. This often looks like physically ripping open the seam that they have created with their reiatsu. Because of this, larger Hollow often leave gaping holes in dimensional space that smaller hollow can easily take advantage of, traveling alongside them.
Drawbacks: Traveling to certain realms carries inherent risks and limitations. The Dangai may only be accessed by this method if its defenses have been deactivated by Seireitei. Attempting to access the Dangai in this manner outside of this instance usually results in death. Similarly, it is impossible to tear directly through into Seireitei due to its defenses and, as a result, it is impossible to tear directly through into the Silbern without already being in Seireitei. Due to its incredibly complex and heavily secured nature, Hell is impossible to enter into using this technique, though Akki specifically may use it to exit at their leisure.
Travel via Kumon is very imprecise, and it is usually impossible to choose a specific point of exit once a rift has been opened. The more powerful the Arrancar or Hollow, the closer they are able to get, with beings of Class 1 or higher being reliably capable of exiting the Garganta space within ten miles of their intended location.
Birthplace, Current Residence, and Memorable Figures:
Currently, Arcadus counts his “rebirth” place as Los Noches, where he conducted the ritual to return to the pits of powerlessness to climb his way back up, even higher. Having cast himself into the human world, he finds himself in the remains of his compound, a great number of his faithful and those his presence had spiritual awakened still residing there. As for where during his time he will reside, primarily destroyed parts of the human world from recent events, or the Menos Forest.
History
Arcadus’s power and might as the Tercera, and later, the Secunda Espada are well known, even being enshrined in the fabled Bingo Book, but Arcadus thirsted still for power, and a quirk of his ascension to an Arrancar limited his power, though he understood there also lie a more personal problem. The souls that retained their independence within him, Valeron, Oren, Giovanni, it, they all formed a problem for him.
They represented humanity present within an inhuman creature, a flaw in the statuesque monstrosity Arcadus projected and aspired to. He planned to expel much of his power in an effort to reform himself from a menos to a Vasto Lorde and break his mask once again. That would mark his ascension once again as a more powerful Arrancar as a more properly seated in his position as an Espada, his mind free from the machinations and the distractions these other souls burdened him with.
Memorable Figures:
Marik: The current Primera Espada, and someone Arcadus considers a peer and equal.
Cami: Arcadus’s First and arguably only friend, someone who due to recent events and their unwavering loyalty to Kouhai, has eared suspicion from Arcadus.
Hiyori: A vindictive and annoying Vandenriech pest, someone to which he will never falter against and she will DIE
Kitai: Kitai is a friend, accomplice, confidant. He is someone Arcadus can trust, and has trusted now with much of his reliquary
