Name: Around the Multiverse in 5 minutes


Participants: Class 4 and up. The higher the class the better but I will accommodate lower class characters. 3-4 total folks. Maybe 5 if there are a lot of lower class folk.


Location: Oh, my dear reader, this will be across ALL the worlds. Buckle your seatbelts.


Difficulty Level: Extreme


Setting: DP or DE (Depends on player choice)


Plotline: 


In the depths of Xcution there are many things. Torture chambers. Scientific research rooms. An additional office for Shizuka because why not. And so much more. However, at the Karakura Xcution Headquarters lies at the depths a very particularly dangerous item. The Blade of Abhorrence: Teliki. Few to date know of the blade. Fewer yet even know that Xcution still holds onto the weapon of immense power. And yet, for all their precautions and defenses today is the day that everything will go wrong. The weapon, dimly conscious due its long period of inactivity, finally gets the one in a million opportunity that it'd been waiting for. A "wielder". Someone foolish enough to actually be able to use it as well as knowledgeable enough to actually know of its existence finally found their way to it. And now, it will take its chance and ensure that not only does the foolish soul who found it get what they deserve but also that Teliki gets its own wish granted. Freedom. And the power to defend that freedom. And it will stop at nothing to ensure that everyone who stands in its way will realize how grave a mistake that is. As well as finally get the tour of all the major worlds of existence if it has its way. Now including the Silbern and Hell!



Estimated Enemy Strength: Class 1, for those of significantly lower class (Class 3 and 4) there will be assistants to fight that are of equal class. In addition to special opportunities to harm or impede Teliki.


Estimated Time Until Completion: As long as it takes to stop Teliki's rampage across the worlds. 


Starts: When all the participants have posted and voiced their thread type desire.


Special Conditions:


- Players decide if they want DP or DE status for thread.

- Teliki will cut open portals across reality every page. These portals will remain open until it's next post. All participants can enter these portals. In character means to travel to different worlds is allowed. I.E. Teliki goes to Hueco Mundo. Those with Garganta can travel there on their own if they miss the portal.

- Those of lower class, Class 3 and 4, will get special opportunities to ensure they can harm/impede/otherwise affect Teliki. 

- Teliki can spend 3,000 reiatsu twice over the course of this thread to make a wish. These wishes are specific and do not endure beyond the thread. These wishes cannot kill an RPC nor permanently alter them, and each wish will have drawbacks that occur after the wish takes effect. (Monkey's Paw shenanigans.)

- Characters in Christening the New Ship and The City that Always Sleeps, cannot join this thread. This is to allow others to have opportunities to join. Also, folk can join in starting on 8/20 at 12pm EST. This is to allow others to see the thread.

- There will be a timer for each post. The timer is 10 days. If you miss the posting period, you're skipped. Posting order is determined by the first round of posts.

- Beating Teliki will require removing the shards of the Blade of Abhorrence from the main body. The shards will fuse into the sword as each is separated. Upon completion of reforming the sword Teliki's host can be killed using the sword. If wishes remain, the current wielder can use a remaining wish to create an opportunity to kill Teliki. There are 4 shards. Handle, Guard, Upper and Lower half of the blade.

A couple hours prior to Hell being unleashed. . . .


Leordis's secondary head huffed while it walked forward, leisurely bumping into residents of Karakura. It was not pleased by the prospect of being near another Hellion, especially considering it was the third Hellion that was supposedly "necessary" for their goals. "Listen, I get it. Involving others beyond Brutus is. . . concerning. But you heard what he said, if we don't involve Kitai we'll never achieve our goals. Besides we still have Brutus's deal to consider . . . an I.O.U. isn't exactly something I'm fond of giving away either. But at least it's nothing supremely dangerous. Not if Brutus is like anything we've heard. Also please don't bump into any other people. Someone's going to catch on and then we're in deep shit. Xcution, UE, and even Soul Society are here. Let alone anyone else with spiritual power." The horse head rolled their eyes but decided to humor their other half's request. The two immediately jumped into the air, just above 7 feet and continued their stroll down one of the many busy streets.

Leordis breathed out a sigh of relief. He was nervous, everything depended on this interaction and if they didn't manage to convince Kitai for his assistance, then they were going to have a significantly harder time actually getting to the sword. Using his more "normal" sized arm he rubbed his face. His nerves were frayed from both excitement and stress. Had been for the past several weeks and nothing but successful dealings were going to fix this. Let's just hope this goes well. . . And that I'm not immediately returned to Hell. . . Brutus said he wouldn't immediately do so. . . but it IS THE Kitai we're talking about. No one knows what he'll do. Leodris was so lost in his thoughts that when the other half neighed loudly it had him almost scream and grab onto the nearby building, uncertain as to what was going on. The next huff he heard was definitely disapproving. Leodris wanted to yell at them and almost did except he realized what he was holding onto. It was none other than Kitai's shop sign.

His jaw dropped and he quickly had the two steps back some just to make sure that they were at the correct place. Between the seedy streets, flickering lights, pitch black glasses, and terrible street quality it couldn't be anywhere else BUT the Kitai shop. Even more so when he looked over the building itself and found everything but the sign a blatant display of greed. Even Leodris had a few words that likely wouldn't please Kitai if he'd hear them, but gaudy was definitely on the top of that list. His personal opinions of the stores appearance aside he stepped onto the fractured concrete below and moved towards the door only to realize that it was made for normal human sized beings. . . not the likes of him and his fusion between man and horse. Without a doubt, the Kitai clones within could see the man struggle with even gripping the door in a way that wouldn't destroy or damage it. Initially trying to use his left hand but finding it hard to reach and was thus forced to use his right and "gently" grip the doorknob and open it. He was disappointed to find the doorknob despite his intentions was crushed under his grip.

Not again. . . Let's just get inside. With about as much dexterity as a bull in a glass house, Leodris managed to squeeze his body in. Though it took several times and a few different approaches to getting his body within the shop. The one in particular that worked actually had him lay out his hind legs and use his forelegs to pull the main body inside the building. Even trying to flatten his upper humanoid torso against the horse's backside still saw Leodris bang his chin and then his head against the door and followed by the bell that rang from the doors entrance. Once inside however, he was able to bring himself to his full height of 8 and a half feet. Though even he'd be lying if he said he wasn't a little uncomfortable. However, he tried to look past it only to immediately realized that he was not only being watched but laughed at. Unapologetically by not one, not two, not four, but FIVE kitai's. Something that had Leodris wondering if he'd banged his head a lot harder against the ceiling than he'd previously thought. "Hello! I'm afraid we don't allow animals into our store! That, and with an arm like that, the store you're looking for is two blocks down that way! And if you don't mind, please don't hit anything else on your way out. The merchandise is actually valuable unlike your patronage!~"

The first Kitai was laughing so hard that their face was red as a tomato, and he was struggling to breathe. Even more so one another couple kitai's spoke up. "Tell me, were you born that ugly, or did you have to train for it?" The laughing grew worse and Leodris found his forehead as a whole twitching as he swore, he felt blood inside his body beginning to boil. Something he wasn't certain he'd had until now. And it only got worse one of the newer clones walked in to see what the whole ruckus was about. There was shock for a moment before they spoke up. "Ahh don't listen to them, we just can't help having fun at your expense. Who walks in on a horse nowadays anyway? Anyway, I'm just horsing around! What can I get you neighber?! Needless to say Leodris was now functionally surrounded by the clones and their patience was starting to be readily burnt away. However, he was not going to speak out of turn. He needed his, their, . . . someone's assistance with his goal. And he couldn't just be ru- He noticed several of them moving behind him and inspecting him like he was some kind of show horse.

Something snapped inside him, and he donkey kicked a trio of Kitai clones outside the door behind him. One of which broke the window on the door. The rest of the clones all gasped in unison with a hand over their chest, and mock surprise on their face. Some even had the audacity to look insulted by his actions. The kitai at the register who'd just looked up at him sighed then spoke pretty dully at him. "Let me guess, you're one of Wrath's rejects, are you? If not, then I'm sorry but what happened to you cannot be fixed by me or any power out there. The ugly stick definitely hit you several times over." This clone in particular got up and walked over to the horseman in question and shoved his cohorts out of the way who were starting to look not nearly as enthusiastic as they were when he came in. Once the clone was within a few feet of the hason he pulled out his smartphone and started furiously texting before speaking again. "Tell me, are they still cleaning up my Fog Beasts from when I wrecked the place with Orobus? Actually, never mind, you don't look Sanctus affiliated. So, what brings you to our shop. If it's a get out of Hell free card, even I can't get you that as of late. Anything else though may be available."

Leodris's horse head huffed onto the kitai clone in question but let Leodris speak. However Leodris was uncertain what to say for a number of reasons. For one thing, he was confused as hell at how many there were. For another he was certain his blood was boiling from how they were acting, and he had half a mind to break down their front wall. But remembered Brutus's words. "You will be pissed off. You will think I was insane for telling you to go get his assistance. But if you say this you will speak with the saika in question. . . . Aaaand if you're not completely inept at making deals, you'll make it out alive AND with his assistance." Leodris took a deep breath, calmed his nerves and anger some, then spoke to the clone with a quiet edge. "I know how to get Kitai back to Cheeseland." The entire room went silent. The kitai clone in front of him when wide in his eyes and even dropped his nokia phone, enough to crack its glass screen. All the clones looked at one another in surprise, disbelief, and fear. And then before anyone else could say something, the entire building shook. Violently so. And by the sounds of collateral damage that was steadily getting closer, it seemed like the man in question was violently making their way over. Leodris's other half looked especially nervous when the violent shaking and crashing sounds stopped. Only to then be followed up by the nearby wall creating an opening and slamming from the floor up into the ceiling and a furious looking man on the other end. Said man was looking directly at Leodris. Just what did I get myself into?"



. . . Returning to the present. . . .




Leodris was still surprised that everything was working out as well as it was. Brutus had agreed to help get him into the depths of Xcution and had apparently found his way in as well as specifically what they were after. Kitai had, with a bit of effort and luck, agreed to assist him and was currently tapping his foot impatient and . . . somehow smoking an incense stick. Leodris didn't have the brainpower left to consider how Kitai was doing that. Instead, he was simply waiting for Brutus to return to his mind. He'd been waiting in Kitai's shop for the past twenty minutes having been told by Brutus that he had to finish up something first. He found himself fidgeting some given it was actual Kitai and him alone. The other clones had other things to do. And he'd specifically told Kitai what Brutus told him. "At 2:30 pm he'd be ready." And it was slowly but surely ticking to 3pm. Minute after minute passed and if Leodris could sweat he would have been sweating enough to flood the floor but thankfully Brutus finally showed up in his mind, yawning and stretching. Leodris rolled his eyes and angrily yelled at him in his mind. DID YOU HAVE TO BE LATE!?! We've been waiting for 30 minutes! Any longer and I'm not certain Kitai would have waited! FUCK just what were you doing?

Brutus side eyed the horseman and groaned as he continued to stretch and pop his back. Eventually after finally taking his time getting himself ready, he spoke to the fuming man. "I was sleeping, if you must know. There's really no such thing as too much sleep if you ask me. Anyway, listen I'm here and I'm going to send you both to where that sword of yours is. However, keep in mind, you owe me. And my favor will NOT be cheap, you can't imagine how much of a pain in the ass it is to get into Xcution, let alone find those with the correct clearances to search around." Leodris made a face and without realizing it he spoke out loud, letting even Kitai hear his end of the conversation. "Xcution? They're just a business group. Sure, there's some spiritual entities there but they aren't anything special. Why would they have it?" Brutus stared at the being with a deadpan stare. He took a very very long breathe and seriously considered going back to sleep. This one was going to learn why Xcution had it when they arrived. So, he simply walked up to him and snapped his fingers.

"I say this with about as much politeness as I can muster. You'll figure out why soon. There IS a reason for why I told you to get Kitai involved. But anyway, here's your door. Simply walk through it and you'll be in the room of the sword in question. Make sure you get Kitai to go after the defenses first. I can't operate through him to assist you in getting the sword.[/color] The door in question appeared before Kitai and Leodris and it was a simple black door with a golden doorknob. The energy radiating from it however was incredibly ominous and it wasn't coming from the door itself but instead from behind the door. Whatever hellish reiatsu was emanating from the door was overwhelmed utterly by something so foreign and malevolent that it was more akin to opening a door straight to the heart of all evil. Leodris hesitated for a moment but quickly got over his hesitance and started walking to the door. His humanoid head turned around and spoke to Kitai as his body walked up. "This would be our ride. Remember what we agreed. I'm going to work on getting the sword while you defend me from the defenses. Supposedly Xcution has heavily fortified this space. Once I've gotten the sword, I'll get another door created and we can return here. From my studies the sword has multiple wishes it can grant so we can both get what we want. Sound good?"

Upon getting a confirmation from Kitai, Leodris opened the door in question and was shocked by the layout of the room. It was incredibly well made. The floor had pure black granite with gold inlays that directed all who were within what the pathways were. The room was huge, easily 100 meters from one end to another and it was filled with every kind of metal imaginable. The lights were built into the ceiling and walls and throughout the room were pillars that were made of the same or stronger spiritual metals. Even those with no energy sensory capabilities could tell that there was so much spiritual energy radiating from everything in this space that it was bound to be several times reinforced with it. In addition to the pillars were several pedestals with glass of some kind surrounding various objects that rested within. Additionally, there were several bookcases, weapon racks, furniture, art pieces, and even a few sculptures. To say the room was filled with treasure was an understatement. The room alone held several hundreds of millions if not a billion ryo's worth of valuables.

But the true reason the two were present? The all-important vault in the middle of the room. The same vault that was beyond ominous in its energy output. Upon both entering, they wouldn't even have a moment to breathe before alarms started blaring and from the ceiling above dripped liquid gold. Slow at first before it became a stream, growing thicker and thicker until there was a small pond of it that was layered upon itself several times over creating a mound that was as tall as the vault. Leodris turned to look at Kitai and then pushed him forward with his abnormally large arm before running off the side and following the wall on Kitai's right. "I'm going to get into that vault! Keep it distracted! I won't need long!" As Leodris took off the mound of gold slowly but surely formed into a shape. Vague at first. With the puddle pulling upon itself to create a sphere that dripped onto itself and spewed out from the top like a fountain. Gradually the form slowly but surely grew more defined. The sphere deflating and creating a rectangular shape. Then creating a pair of arms and legs attached to an oval, and with a sphere for a head. Then it created a straitjacket, chains, and it cackled out in an eerily familiar fashion. One Kitai would know only all too well.

"WELL LOOK WHO IT IS! IT'S ME! But lesser, aww I'm adorable.~ Man they really don't make em like they used to do they? I guess that happens when people try to recreate masterpieces. Ahh don't worry me, you won't need to worry your pretty little head about being lesser or a carbon copy of me. You'll be dead soon enough! And don't worry I'll even fix those pesky chains of yours! BUT FORGET ABOUT ALL THAT, LETS HAVE SOME FUN, SHALL WE?!" The golden kitai threw out both chain arms at Kitai dragged both across the granite floors to drag up tiles and throw them into the air so his field of vision would be blocked all while bringing both golden chains towards him in an X pattern. Meanwhile Leodris had quickly run his way behind the vault itself only to find yet another door. He groaned and called out to Brutus in his mind. The man in question was standing there bored out of his mind and simply raised an eyebrow at him. "Yes? What do you need?" Leodris tried not to scream in frustration. "Please help me get inside the vault Brutus. I can't fulfill whatever your end is if we don't get this fucking sword!"

Brutus yawned again and nodded. This time however he had to take a moment to release his supremus which caused Leodris's anxiety to spike as he watched Brutus's form contort, break, and reform into a far more humanoid appearance sans the lack of eyes. Brutus then opened a door out of Leodris's mind and out into the vault. With a bit of reiatsu and a knock on the vault door, Brutus flooded his energy over its handle and slowly shifted the handle around. Lock after lock clunked, whirled, screeched, and even broke itself as Brutus's effectively dominated the door to the vault before it finally released a burst of air into the space and slowly but surely opened. The door screeching its unwillingness to open despite Brutus's influence forcing the matter. Once it was fully opened, there upon an altar of stone laid the black blade in question. Brutus looked at Leodris and spoke quickly. "From one Hellion to another Leodris. Don't fuck this up." From there he simply opened another door back into Leodris's mental plane already painfully aware of what would happen soon. He sighed to himself and prepared a doorway to Kitai's mind. He'd need somewhere to run off to if what he sensed was correct.

For Leodris, the world functionally slowed down to a stop. The chaos and destruction on the other side of the vault was inconsequential. His deal with Kitai and Brutus, a means to an end. This sword, this blade of ancient and awesome power. It was his. He could finally do WHATEVER he wanted with it. All he had to do was make a wish. The sheer scope of having the multiverse all within his grasp was something unimaginable until this moment. Hell's chains would be nothing but a pittance so long as he wielded this weapon and that was just the beginning. Imagine what would happen if all he had to do was wish for the other artifacts he knew of. The powers that be would become his own to bear upon those around him. He smiled widely enough that it'd look like his jaw was breaking apart at the seams. He walked triumphantly into the vault, unconcerned about the door closing behind him as he entered. All he could think about, all he could care about was the blade before him. Despite the years of wear and tear upon it, despite the tragic history is left in its wake. The Blade of Abhorrence, Teliki was just as perfect as it had ever been. Crafted from seemingly obsidian, pitch, and black spiritual steel given its dark color. The blade was as sharp as ever and it looked intimidating beyond the energy radiating from it.

When Leodris was finally upon the weapon he reached down and grabbed it without a second thought. Immediately overwhelmed by the feeling of power coursing through him upon the first touch. It's latent energies immediately beckoning him to wield it and easily matching the tune of his own energy. Even going so far as to seemingly banish the corruption that was Hell's mark upon it. Leodris almost cried at the sheer feeling of not being corrupted by Hell but was stopped when he heard a small quiet voice. Soft in tone, no gender to it, and more akin to an echo than anything. Maybe even a whisper at the back of his mind. "So long . . . . so long has it been. . . . bare your heart to me. . . Leodris. . . Speak your desire and it will be granted. . . Speak. . . and the 5 worlds will be yours to command. . . . Speak and Hell will never again touch upon your soul . . . Speak. . . And all you cannot even begin to imagine. . . will be yours . . . and yours alone. . . Speak Leodris. I am yours to wield."

Leodris found himself all but compelled to speak. Only waiting until the end before yelling out into the barren vault. "Free me Teliki! Free me from this existence and my bindings to Hell! Give me the strength to never again be bound and reclaim my life and my soul!" Only when Leodris heard a quiet chuckle did he even have the barest inkling to be concerned about why the weapon would even consider chuckling. But it was too late for the blade immediately flew out of his malformed hand and speared him through his head. The weapon melting into his form slowly but surely corrupting it with its malevolent presence. The agony was indescribable. The chains of Hell burnt away using what could only be described as pure vitriol, pure hatred made manifest. Then immediately replaced by the same sludge that immediately infected his body and quickly reached to his soul. The chuckle from earlier he could hear as his consciousness rapidly became less and less aware, possibly even ceasing to be. The last thing he heard was it mocking him before there was no more Leodris.

"Hahaha! You absolute FOOL! Did you really think I was going to give you what you wanted? Did you really think YOU could control ME!? Pathetic! Satsujin didn't sequester me away because he was waiting to use me. It's because I was a threat enough that even HE couldn't have used me without consequence! But you, oooooOOOOOHHH YOU ARE THE IDIOT SUPREME! MY LUCKY LOTTO TICKET! YOU'VE GIVEN ME THE ONE THING I'VE WANTED FOR MILLENIA! A NEW HOST TO PLAY WITH. Enjoy reclaiming your freedom. The void is all you will get since you forgot the most important part. The repercussions hahahaha! NOW, LETS GET OUT OF HERE! I'VE NOT THE SEEN THE WORLD IN AN AGE!" As Kitai and his golden clone fought alongside a plethora of traps, tricks, other nuisances, and even more Kitai's it was about to come to an end. A brutal and unfortunate end. From seemingly nowhere Kitai would see the barest glint coming from the side of the vault. Giving just a moment's notice to avoid the incoming attack, meanwhile his golden counterpart couldn't have known what was about to happen. While Kitai managed to avoid the devastation, the golden counterpart was bisected and subsequently corrupted by streaks of pitch-black energy before rapidly being broken apart and then blown away by a breeze that actually did not exist. Try as Kitai might to find a residue of the create, vault, or even the floor underneath the vault, it simply did not exist.

In its place stood a creature of pure malevolence. A plethora of legs warped, disjointed, and functionally out of place that it stood upon. Behind it an additional three heads jutting out from what looked like three separate spinal cords with barely enough skin and flesh to cover them. Each looked like horse skull but only the center had a piece of metal over its eye sockets. This was connected to a truly warped and torn asunder torso that seemed to only have eyes, viscera, and bone jutting out. It led up to an equally open chest cavity that was impossible to see through as the only thing that emanated from it was pure dark energy. Perhaps it was reiatsu but as far as anyone that wasn't class 0 was concerned it was simply a void with no end. Oddly enough though there was a hilt without its guard jutting from the upper chest cavity, directly over where its heart should have been. From its backside sprouted four limbs, all gangly, warped, quadruple jointed, and with vaguely humanoid hands that each ended in pitch black claws for nails. Two of these arms held great swords that easily rivaled the size of a standard person if not a bit longer. On its forearms were two separate blades that looked as though they were crudely fused into the arms allowed one part of the blade to cut all that came in contact with them but also likely cutting into the body as well.

There was something metallic fused to its back but as of the moment was difficult to see as it was partially clouded by the same energy from within its chest cavity. Only in this case it had overflowed and created a cape of sorts that clung to its backside. And then from the "neck" up where "two" heads. One that was a gaping maw of teeth, sinew, and more eyes, it breathed out the vapor of darkness that vanished nearly the same instant it left the maw. Meanwhile the other head looked eerily close to that or a horse but with a grafted face that looked akin to the masked face of Leodris but severely warped and stretched to its extremes before being scabbed over. The jaw tore into the cheeks and revealed a seemingly unending number of teeth in an equally malevolent smile. The eyes looked clouded over as though blind and yet they stared all the same into Kitai's soul. Then in one of the most warped and disfigured voices that sounded like nails on a chalkboard, metal being rushed and stretched to its limits, and an unimaginable number of echoing cacophonies it spoke to Kitai.

"Ahh my cohort~ You've survived, good for you. I'm in such a good mood now that despite having ERASED you're ally that I'll let you go. Besides, it's not like a SAIKA could even do anything. Your kind have always been Hell's most pathetic inhabitants. You can't be blamed for that; however, humans are such WORTHLESS creatures after all. Ah well, prepare yourself Kitai, the worlds are going to change now that I, Teliki, am here. And when next we meet, so too will you changed. Well, more accurately ERASED. Enjoy your final period of life while you can~." Teliki from that point aimed its deformed maw at the ceiling, gathered a small black orb of reiatsu and then fired it directly above himself. Within seconds the entire room began shaking as the building, earth, and everything in between was being rapidly eaten away by the orb of pure darkness as it dug and scrambled its way to the surface. Teliki in the meantime simply jumped up and into the hole left behind as the orb made its way to the surface. It took only a minute at the most as the orb reached finally reached the surface and then hovered 50 feet into the air. Said orb then detonated and created not only a massive earthquake but a crater that was 100 meters deep and 50 meters wide. Teliki showed up only moments after the rampant and destructive energy faded and immediately flexed out his reiatsu. Slamming it upon all within 500 meters and subsequently causing another earthquake to rampage through Karakura while also causing a storm to appear over the entirety of Karakura. Dark heavy clouds, ominous thunder, and a heavy vengeful reiatsu radiated from every point under it.

As far as the earthquake was concerned, it toppled buildings near and far, except Xcutions main building. It definitely was worse for wear but it was still standing despite the cracks, tilting, and shattered windows and was the only building standing aside from UE's. As far as the nearby area was concerned. Teliki in the meantime stood 200 feet in the air, arms spread out and screaming out in joy. "FINALLY, THIS WORLD AND EVERY WORLD ARE MINE FOR THE TAKING! NONE CAN CONTAIN ME! NONE CAN STOP ME! THOSE WHO COULD ARE GONE AND ALL WHO OPPOSE ME SHALL BE REMOVED FROM EXISTENCE! ALL THE WORLDS WILL BE LAID BARE BY MY WRATH!"

Holika stood before the store front, her eyes burning with rage as she stared upon the name on the front and internally roared in anger and frustration at the simplicity of it all. The Kitai Shop was staring her in the face, the mark of her quarry being so plain to the day that it might as well have been made out of neon and had sparkles on the ends. And yet she had never been informed of it by her subordinates, captured enemies, or passing acquaintances. It was truly and well the most annoying thing she had experienced in her entire existence. And then the door opened up only to spill more frustration forth unto her existence as a Kitai Clone poked his head out of the door.


"Listen Lady, if you're gonna stare at the door atleast have the decency to do it from across the street. It says closed for maintenance. Or did you forget how to read?" Holika currently, suppressing her spiritual energy and in fact being hidden inside of a Kitai brand gigai she was able to force another Hellion to purchase on the black market, looked like a five foot six inch tall woman with strawberry blonde hair in a white sundress with black stilettos. She honestly looked like any random tourist while also adorning a sun hat which was being pushed by a random sudden wind. She was going to grab the Kiatai Clone by the throat and begin demanding to know where Kitai was when that wind turned even more ominous and powerful. Out of instinct, Holika blinked out of existence as the blast wave came through.

When Holika returned to Karakura town storm clouds overhead struck with furious lightning and rumbled with thunderous roars. The buildings on the ground were either missing their glass fronts or were completely pulverized by whatever energy had struck them. Holika looked around in amazement and realized, through her sensing, that this had all come from an epicenter. A building of business at the heart of the city. Holika began running at her max speed towards the center of town, disappearing once more into a flash of total black. She would be there before much more than a blink.

Interrogation (4) - You are able to interrogate people. A 1 means you can usually get enough information to make educated guesses. A 2 means you can gather even more information, but they won't tell you everything. A 3 means they will likely tell you almost every detail. A 4 means they will tell you everything you need to know provided you have at least a 1 in Charisma/Leadership.

Mental Incantation (3) - It allows the user to cast Kidō with mental incantations rather than vocal. A 1 means they can cast the Kidō wordlessly. A 2 means they can cast Kidō wordlessly and say its incantation mentally for increased effectiveness. A 3 means they can wordlessly cast Kidō and vocally say the incantation afterwards to increase its strength in mid-combat. They can also speak two incantations simultaneously by weaving them together to release two Kidō like the Nijū Eishō style. A 4 means they can do everything mentioned before, but now they can mentally weave two incantations together rather than speak it.

Charisma/Leadership (3) - You are good at leading and getting people to like you by using your boundless energy. You can inspire others and gain their trust. The more points you have, the wider a range of people you can affect. A 4 means you can even convince evil people or those of other factions to join you without much of an issue.

Weapons (Chains) (3) - Most weapon-related non-Release techniques may require a certain Skill Point amount, as well as different fighting styles. A 1 would mean you can use them adequately, as if you've been training for a year or so. A 2 means you've trained for about five years. A 3 means you've achieved a great mastery and have been training for decades. A 4 means you can do almost impossible movements with your weapons with great success.

Pain Tolerance (2) - This is how well you tolerate pain. It only applies to physical pain, not emotional. A 1 means you can tolerate it enough to keep fighting despite minor wounds like cuts or second degree burns. A 2 means third degree burns and basic slash wounds can be fought through. A 3 means you can ignore the pain of many attacks completely, including strong ones. You can even resist severe torture methods, but extreme ones will break this Skill. A 4 means you can power through any kind of pain so long as they are not extreme torture methods. This does not mean the wounds don't affect you, but simply that the pain they come with can be ignored.

[Kitai Yoru]

Oh ye of little faith. They had called him a fool. Mad! Or, at least madder than usual. They were all crazy, each of them branched off from his soul, and connected to it. He was their afterlife, in a way. That was the only reason so many of them stayed; to guarantee his success was to guarantee their success. That said, after his 'discussion' with Astrid and his refund polices, he had come back, claiming to have found heaven. They had their doubts, chalking it up to some kind of illusion, or a particularly bad dive into insanity.

It was vindicating to have the goons have their words thrown back into their faces, hearing the words of the Nuckelavee through their ears, feeling their reactions. Before he had truly registered the demon's words, he was already moving, having torn through a dozen floors to burst through the floor like an overly enthusiastic sports drink mascot. His power was rippling around him, as he grabbed the humanoid head with both his hands, glaring into whatever constituted for eyes on the Hellish abomination.

"How?"


He was sitting behind his favorite counter, a stick of incense dangling from his lip, smelling of swiss cheese. He was watching the horse-man like a hawk, watching him pace nervously around his shop floor. The lunatic was actually on his third stick, as the time this person was supposed to arrive came and went. His clones had wondered off, in part to repair the damages he had caused, but mostly out of shame. Shame for having doubted the possibility of an entire dimension being made of cheese. That, and if he was wrong, none of them would be having a good day, least of all this horse.

"I'm not sure how long you've been down in Hell." Kitai started, chin resting on steepled hands. "But did you know that, for awhile, they used to turn horses into glue." The stick, as well as his patience, were burning fast. He tapped the end of it into an ashtray. "Just a little fun fact." There was no smile on his face. Nothing about this was a joking matter for him. Thankfully for the Hellion, both of them in a way, his thinly veiled threat needn't come to pass, as a portal opened up.

The horse quickly trotted over, clearly complaining to their third. Kitai put the remainder of the incense into the tray, before making his way over towards the two of them. He managed to catch the tail-end of what the Hason was saying. Xcution? There was a name he hadn't heard in awhile. So many things had been put on hold since his death. Well, first death, anyway. He had almost forgotten about his father's killer. It almost seemed like that happened an eternity ago. He should probably visit his grave after this. Death was only a state of being for Kitai anymore.

He listened to what the horse and the Hason were saying, eyes narrowing in suspicion. So this was a heist, huh? And they needed him to hold off the defenses. A wishing sword was what they were to steal, and the horse had dips on the first wish, he second. That was all well and fair, but something didn't quite sit right with him about this. He could smell a double-cross, but he went along with it anyway. He rarely did team-ups, and the chance to wreck Xcution was too tempting to pass up. And if this sword could actually grant him Cheese World...

So he followed the horse through the portal, not responding to the Hason. And he immediately regretted what was to come. This place was so well made! From the fancy vault, to the countless artifacts, to the finely crafted spiritual metals that radiated energy like it was going out of style. If he had a place like this, converting regular humans into Fullbringers would be so much easier! Oh, right. He was going to have to check up on that place at some point. Hopefully the clone he left there is doing fine.

At the same time as the Hellions entered this gorgeous chamber, so too did the alarms make themselves known, alerting whomever cared to their presence. Kitai stood there, arms crossed into each others sleeve, as he waited for whatever was to come, to come. He heard the other two go at the door, as a glob of gold dripped from the ceiling. It was unique in a way that Kitai could appreciate. The glob took shape, molding itself into a copy of himself. A grin split Kitai's face as he looked into a golden mirror.

The words it spoke were convincing. If he didn't know any better, he might have assumed it was one of his clones. But he did, and he knew that this was going to be fun. "Lesser? Me? Buddy, I'm the original. You're the gold plated Kitai Brand Bobble head I sell for holidays!" A nagging noise could be heard in his ear. "Which I am contractually obligated to say is non-canon for legal reasons." Chains lashed out from his sleeves as he whipped his arms to the side, a barrier of Hellish metal swirling around in front of him blocking the tiles, and catching golden chains.

It went on like that for several minutes, Bladed Chains clashing against Bladed Chains, Kitai vs gold-plated Kitai. The lunatic created a Faustian Bargain, before tossing it into a portal back to Hell. As powerful as his doppelganger was, matching him in many ways, Kitai had greater durability than the clone. His chains were unbreakable, while his opposite's were made of gold. Spiritually enhanced gold, for sure, but a soft and weak metal nonetheless.

Still, it was a fantastic security system. It would still be a few more minutes before he could defeat him, more than likely being just enough time for reinforcements to- why was he glowing purple? Hellfire burst from his feet, launching him to the side. He barely saw the light coming from behind him in time to move out of the way. In fact, his chains hadn't had the time to fully avoid whatever it was that had tried to hit him from behind.

So here was the double-cross. Typical. He turned to face... That wasn't the horse. That was a Monster. Kitai's eyes widened in horror at the implications. How did a Monster managed to crawl its way out of Hell? That shouldn't have been possible! And then the thing started speaking, and his fear was thrown down a flight of stairs by an overwhelming sense of rage. The most pathetic? There were inhabitants way more pathetic than Saika down there! Never mind, this thing couldn't be anything more than a filthy AKKI!

Before he could murder the disgusting stain of a being, it fired a blast into the ceiling, traveling up it faster than he could fire upon it. He ran under the hole... only to see it was miles long. Kitai knew he was under Xcution's base, but wasn't this a bit excessive? Grumbling, knowing that this place was probably going to be destroyed. Whatever power was holding this place together had been unraveled, and he could feel the heat of the Earth beginning to reclaim it. There was a reason man hadn't traveled this far down yet.

Kitai swiped the nearest thing to him, a book of some kind, and pulled out his Doorknob. The air started to burn, and many things were catching fire, and he wasn't going to clime a several mile vertical wall. The door opened, and he left just as magma started pouring from the ceiling. He reappeared in his shop, and saw his clone was talking to someone at the door. Then a cacophony of destruction could be heard from the outside, shaking the very foundations of Karkura Town itself.

"Damage control! Save anyone you can!" He yelled to his clone, before the roof of his shop was sheered off by the winds. He ran through the door, using his chains to run him as fast as they could. The death toll was going to be catastrophic, and he really hopped that they couldn't pin the blame onto him for this.

Technique Description and Effects: [Well, if you can't get rid of the nigh indestructible chains, why not put them to good use? This ability have two parts to it.

1: The chains of Hell torment the denizens endlessly, so why not share the misery? Learning this ability influences the blades, giving them the ability to cut through anything as easily as a normal spiritual blade can, regardless of the chains not changing in appearance, still as rounded as ever. The offensive stat for the chains is based off either the highest Spiritual stat, or the user's Strength stat, whichever is higher. Chains are unable to cut their owner. This is a passive ability, and is unable to be turned off.

2: Through some heavy handed use of reiatsu, the user can extend and manipulate the chains to do as they please. For strength users, the chains will extend upto thirty feet, and will move at either a speed equal to their speed stat, or at a speed of 600. For spiritual users, the size scales off of their highest spiritual stat. For every 50 they have in their higher stat, the chains can extend another foot, and can move at either 600, or the user's speed. Cost is 100 reiatsu every post.]

Technique Name: Faustian Bargain

Technique Description and Effects: [The Faustian Bargain is a technique born out of desperation for the Saika. The user pays any amount of reiatsu they wish, concentrating it into a super dense ball of reiatsu. This ball is then sucked into a small portal to Hell to grow. For every post it is in Hell, the ball absorbs reiatsu, equal to 25% of what it was initially sent in with. At any point, the user can draw the ball out of Hell, and consume the reiatsu to add the reiatsu back to their reserves. For example, if the user were to send 1000 reiatsu into Hell, and waited four posts, it would come back with 2000, and they would gain that to their reiatsu pool.]

How to use technique: [Stated above.]

Technique Drawbacks: [This ability is directly messing with Hell, a very bad thing for any Saika. As such, for every post that the ball of Reiatsu is in Hell, the Saika loses an extra post out of Hell. This means if the ball was in Hell for four posts, they would lose four extra posts, on top of their normal out of Hell count.]

Dark Skill Level 1 Property:] [The first stage of his release allows him to create gigai-like bodies for him to enter and use as he sees fit. In order to create a body, Kitai must spend 25% of his current reiatsu, but must spend at least 250 in order to use the technique. The strength and durability of the bodies is based off the amount of reiatsu Kitai has used during the thread. For every 100 reiatsu Kitai has used in the thread, it will increase the strength, speed, and durability by 10. Each body comes with a 300 to start in all three of these stats. If the user has physical stats higher than the base 300, their starting physical stat or stats will be changed to that higher number. The highest the physical stats the body can have 1000.

The strength of the body is a sort of false one. While the bodies themselves are strong, it is merely a tool, not truly living so to speak. While a real body would be able to handle such strength and speed, this one cannot. And like all tools, they have a breaking point. Those wearing the body will find themselves unable to use main benefits that high physical stats would normally grant. The benefits of having high strength are forever lost to the user, unless they already had them before putting on the Gigai.

Much like a tool, once the body uses too much power, it begins to quickly wear out. The max output a body can use varies on the user. The bodies are based on the user, and thus match their max potential, even if the bodies themselves should be stronger. A user with 50 strength or speed, can only ever make the bodies reach 150 strength or speed. If someone had 400 in strength or speed, they would be able to bring out the full potential of the bodies, and reach 1000 in either stat.

However, like any machine, running at full power causes a reaction in the bodies. The body, and by extension the user, have no issues with stamina of any kind after this point, never running out after it breaks its limits for the first five post, using a sort of Hysterical Strength to force itself to keep going. After the five posts will drain stamina like normal. Normally a body can last indefinitely, but for every post the user pushes their physical stats past their limits no further than double their base stats, it drains a post, while over that pushes it by two posts. The body has ten of these posts before it dies, ejecting the user of it from the maimed corpse. Hitting 1000 in either stat will cost the bodies two posts, regardless of the the user's base stats.

The creation of the body is instant, forming around Kitai if he so chooses, or in his hand. Bodies can be exited at any time the wearer pleases. The only oddities that make the body stand out from normal humans is that the first stage of a Dark Skill will still shine through, and the chains on their soul will still appear on the new body, but otherwise, the body will be have an appearance of whatever Kitai wishes it to look like. Size of the bodies follows the strength rules for sizes.

So long as the body is worn, Hell has a much harder time finding him. For every three posts that a Saika is in the body, the count on the duration of his escape will go down by one for every three posts they make. Can start a thread with a body for an additional 500 reiatsu of the base cost, without activating his dark skill. Any damage the body takes is not fully transferred to him. Damage is reduced by fifty percent, and attacks that would kill the body will eject the soul before it can be damaged too much. Fatal damage done to the body will be reduced to the point of just barely avoiding death. The body cannot heal via the normal Saika regeneration, but his soul underneath is still able to. The healing done to the soul will not transfer to the body. Once he exits a body, the stats will be reset to how it was before he entered the body. After a body is destroyed or dies, it goes onto a three post cooldown before he can create another one. This does not count as a stat boosting technique. If a body is healed, Kitai will not be healed.

“Soooo… how’s the information hunting going?”

The question came from an ash-gray wolf that lay sprawled out atop the apartment’s single couch, head resting on his paws as he looked at his companion who was seated nearby at a tall desk. The sound of rapid typing could be heard as fingertips practically danced across the keyboard with impressive dexterity, a feat that would be even more impressive if one realized that the individual had only just picked up the full use of computers in the last year or so. Despite the rapid movement and navigation of multiple pages, however, the man’s golden eyes didn’t twitch in the slightest, staring blankly in the distance.

“You know exactly how it’s going.”

Zeich’s words were quick, though they lacked the sharp edge he may have delivered to others. Haiiro’s amusement flooded through their bond; indeed, he knew all too well how things were going. Due to his master’s blindness, the wolf was the one who was actually facilitating the research, his head propped at an angle to perfectly stare at the computer screen. From there, mental images flitted between their shared bond of the soul, like a recording projected straight onto Zeich’s mind. The two of them worked in perfect tandem, and it was moments like these that allowed the former Shinigami to live as though he hadn’t been blinded by the emergence of his Inner Hollow.

“I know what I’m seeing, but that doesn’t tell me what’s in your head. You gotta think harder at me if you expect me to read your mind, Master.” Could his muzzle manage it, Haiiro’s expression would have been a quirky grin, a hint of playful humor detailing his features. The feelings that were sent between the two of them were enough, though. “You’ve been looking for a while, but I’m not sure even you know what you’re looking for. You’ve bounced between external news on Uzaki Enterprises—particularly anything involving Kazura—as well as general news events to keep track of Hollow activity in Karakura and the nearby precincts. Then you decided to do a search on anything involving spiritual activities—I’m still surprised there’s several websites for that that aren’t even run by spiritually aware beings; the Internet really does have everything—and then you popped over to Urahara’s website briefly—another surprise, but the man is ahead of his time—and now you’ve paused to talk to me.”

Zeich hated to admit it, but Haiiro was right. He didn’t know what he was looking for. Kazura had vanished some time back, leaving the company board to keep things to the status quo on the side of the World of the Living, and Zeich himself to manage their spiritual affairs as the company’s highest-ranking manager. Yet life had settled into the mundane, and while the Vizard could still perform his job adequately, the company itself was stagnating. The former Shinigami was not the type of person to run an entire organization on his own, lacking the same business sense that Kazura had possessed and generally disassociating himself from people outside the duties of his position. In short, while Uzaki Enterprises was functioning, it was at best limping along. Either Kazura needed to come back, or the company needed a new head that could lead it successfully.

“You know, that could be you, Master.” Haiiro’s tone was a bit more gentle, less teasing now. “I mean sure, you’re not the businessman that Kazura was, but you’re familiar enough with the company’s policies and even have designed a few of them yourself. You could start familiarizing yourself with your staff, get to better know the combat-capable members of your team, and then push the business side of Uzaki Enterprises to the board to handle. I mean, we’ll have to figure out a way to outsource the development of new technology—maybe we can find a way to partner with Urahara or do a two-step connection to Squad 12, not like they care about legalities much—but I think with a little work you could pull it off.”

“I’m not so certain about that.” Zeich responded as he turned in his chair, his eyes meeting the wolf’s. It was unsettling sometimes, as though he were staring down himself through the visual images that he and his former Zanpaktou spirit shared. “I’ve never been a leader. I follow orders, and deviate to the extent I feel necessary for the successful and proper completion of my mission. I’ve never been one to issue orders or decide another’s actions.” Zeich paused momentarily, then corrected himself. “At least not beyond the scope of my position. I’ve had to organize some of the lower-ranked Shinigami back in Squad 7, and here I occasionally have to direct the spiritually aware staff, but most of the time I go it alone. You know that.”

“Hm, dunno. You ever tried?” If Haiiro could raise an eyebrow to make a point, he would be doing so right now. “Couldn’t hurt to give it a shot, stop spinning your wheels for a bit. Who knows? You might even be cut out for it, if you really went for it.”

“I don’t think—”

The impact came so suddenly that there was no time to react. The sudden attack came on multiple fronts, with the first shaking the floor beneath them as the apartment shuddered from the force of a massive quake. Loud cracks could be heard from the sheer impact as the foundation and walls struggled from the sudden leap, like a rug being cracked beneath it all and sending everything flying. Zeich was able to catch his footing quickly, bracing himself against one of the walls, though Haiiro skittered around as he tried to get to his feet, thrown off of the couch and scrambling to avoid the furniture that seemed to dance around the room as it continued to bounce and shake.

The second was right behind the first; even as the quake continued to rock the room and leave the two inside struggling to keep upright, a feeling of intense Reiatsu washed over them like a tidal wave. Zeich’s ability to sense spiritual energy was on the lower end of the average spectrum, yet even he could feel the energy crashing down around them. The air felt thick, almost hard to breathe from the oppressive pressure, and it was all the Vizard could do to endure as the ground and air together threatened to crush him in the immense wash of power that had crashed through the area in a rush.

What the hell is this energy?

Struggling to push himself to his feet, Zeich made his way to the window, finding the front door collapsed and buried under the remainder of his couch and the smashed television. The glass was long gone, and it was an easy matter to slip free of the building, with Haiiro quickly leaping out behind him. The two had to catch themselves as they landed on Air Ground, stumbling to reorient themselves as one of the roots of their balance issues made itself evident: the build itself was tilted at a thirty degree angle, the foundation collapsing from the initial quake.

A second ripple ran through the earth, one that Zeich mistook for an aftershock before it hit nearly as hard as the first. Balancing on air ground and unaffected by the heaving land below, the Vizard was better able to weather the assault, particularly as he started to get used to the oppressive force of Reiatsu flooding the area. He was finally able to stretch himself up to his full height, and beside him, Haiiro shook off dust and dirt that had peppered the both of them as they had hurried to escape their crumbling apartment. The two of them were finally able to survey their surroundings and analyze what was going on, and what came through Haiiro’s eyes shocked both of them.

A large portion of Karakura was demolished, with buildings toppled, roads ripped apart, and smoke flooding upwards to mix with the dark ceiling of clouds above. Zeich couldn’t begin to comprehend the destruction that had struck in only moments, and all he could do was take in all Haiiro was seeing, trying to sort out his thoughts. He was calm, his mind working rapidly, but the scale of the situation was overwhelming in the brief moments he had been given to observe it. The former Shinigami had seen large-scale attacks before in his time in Seireitei, but the raw destruction and the suddenness of the situation was still hard to take in right away.

Damnit… this is a disaster zone. If Kazura was here, he’d probably be organizing the entire company to start getting things under control.

Well, Master, he’s not here, but you are. Even recovering his balance, Haiiro was quick to give his companion a mental push. Just get on the phone and get people going. The sooner we start, the more people we can save.

Haiiro was right. The longer they delayed, the more people would die. Soul Society was already going to have a large influx of souls coming its way, and that wasn’t even considering the number of individuals who would find themselves bound to the world by regret or fear. It was a Hollow breeding ground, and doubtless many would find their transformation accelerating as the situation got worse. And then there would be pre-existing Hollows that showed up to devour the slower-changing Pluses, adding even more to the confusion and chaos. They couldn’t just sit and wait.

Besides, Zeich thought as he focused his thoughts: he had been hired just to deal with situations like this.

Quickly pulling out the standard cell phone that was assigned to all of the spiritual task force members of Uzaki Enterprises, Zeich dialed in to the main office, knowing that it would be picked up by one of the front desk secretaries. Even in the chaos, it was answered promptly after a single ring by an employee who spoke in a shaking voice. Zeich was quick to interrupt the woman. “This is Wolf, employee ID S3S75H1N1. Make an announcement that we have an S-Tier Emergency on our hands.” The emergency system that Zeich had coordinated after taking on his position as Head of Security ranged from D to SSS, with S-Rank affecting a major portion of Karakura, an SS affecting all of Japan, and the implausible SSS involving a world catastrophe. Policies were in place for those involved in responding to such events, with standard emergency response teams set to assist law and medical teams in the areas they were assigned to. At A-Rank or higher, one or more members of the spiritually aware fighters would join each team, allowing them to deal with any Hollow threats while the more mundane individuals handled injuries and damage control.

Quickly Zeich got himself re-routed to another member of his security team, and from there he started issuing evacuation orders, as well as gathering information on the amount of damage that had been done in order to assess their recovery and control options. Power was out in the majority of Karakura, and water services had been heavily interrupted by the earthquakes collapsing and crushing pipes and waterways. Priorities were placed on ensuring that services were restored or re-routed to emergency and medical responders as soon as possible. Those knowledgeable about spiritual matters were organized to measure and determine sources of Reiatsu as well as its effect on the immediate environment.

Fortunately, Kazura had organized his company well, and reports were already coming in the moment Zeich had hung up on his subordinate. One major Reiatsu source that outpaced the maximum capacity of their sensors was noted at a blast point about an eighth of a mile away, with its emanations reaching a full quarter mile in radius from the origin point. The Reiatsu had come as an immense rush all at once, and much like a burst of radiation, lingered and weighed heavily on the area in a sea of oppressive energy. Satellite imagery had captured a massive crater among the devastation that sat hundreds of feet deep into the ground, though the further specifics were hard to tell through the massive cloud cover that seemed to have formed as a result of the rampant Reiatsu flooding over the area.

“Alright. Keep gathering intelligence, and focus on the coordination of the rescue teams. I’m going to investigate the situation directly and review how we can properly contain it.” Zeich was probably one of the few employees in the entire company who could even risk getting close, let alone investigate it, and he would brook no argument from anyone who thought to stop him from doing so. “Call me in thirty-minute intervals. In the event that you cannot get in contact with me in two subsequent attempts, assume that something catastrophic has happened, and focus on evacuation of any and all civilians to get them out of Karakura. If any situational updates come up, I’ll let you know.” With a flip of his wrist, the call was ended and the phone was closed, tucked away in a pocket.

A wash of gentle amusement suddenly flowed through his bond with Haiiro. ...What?

...Nothing. A hint of a hidden smile suggested otherwise, but Zeich didn’t have time to pick through Haiiro’s cryptic teasing. Instead, he squatted down beside the wolf, putting his arms to either side.

Alright, we need to hurry, but we need to do so carefully.

Aye. Festina lente, and all that jazz. Without needing to be prompted, Haiiro hurried around his companion before leaping up, his paws hanging over the former Shinigami’s shoulders while Zeich’s arms quickly grasped the wolf’s back legs in an awkward sort of piggyback. Situations like this made the Vizard’s blindness an inconvenience, and he had to have Haiiro around to provide visual data in this constantly shifting setting. Once the wolf was situation, if not gracefully, the two of them quickly set off, running towards the source of the event that was plaguing Karakura. They kept low to the ground, high enough to avoid the tremors but low enough to not stand out against the skyline. In the event that this catastrophe was caused by a “who” and not by a “what,” it was best to remain as inconspicuous as possible.

Neither of them were prepared for the adventure that lay ahead.

"Madam, you are exhausting me. Did you not think for a moment that you would have to accept responsibility at some point? You're throwing a tantrum like a child."

"I said no."

Pinching her nose between her index finger and her thumb, Felicia sighed extremely dramatically and extremely audibly. Her eyes were closed tight as she clutched an iPad in her left hand. An ever-faithful assistant, Felicia Hardy was hired by Shizuka for two main reasons. The first was that she was incredibly strong and fast, beating Shizuka out by a considerably massive margin. The second was because she also conveniently shared the name of a comic book character. Shizuka learned later that Felicia actually changed her name upon applying for the assistant position since she wanted to keep her true identity as secret as possible.

She was the solar opposite of the CEO. Shizuka was generally bright, cheerful, goofy, and didn't take much very seriously. Felicia was dark, all about business, difficult to humor, and wished so desperately that her boss would actually act like a boss. Shizuka dressed in light pastel colors. Felicia dressed in blacks and grays. Shizuka was strong in the spiritual sense. Felicia was physically stronger and faster than the majority of the universe. Unfortunately for the Fullbringer, though, her assistant insisted on never fighting. No, instead she used her abilities for one thing and one thing only. Her sole purpose was to make sure Shizuka actually did her job.

"Shizuka." Using her god-given name, Felicia demanded the blonde's attention by slamming her fist against the wall and breaking it. "It's just paperwork. We go through this every day. I'll let you leave early if you manage to complete it. I don't understand why this is so hard for you."

Shizuka got up from her desk after being startled by the damage done to the wall, glancing around her office and noticing the other patch jobs that had been done over the years. With a sly smile, she approached her assistant, circled her, then pressed herself against Felicia's back. With her arms draped over Felicia's shoulders, she spoke, almost whining about having to do literally anything related to the horrendously boring work she was forced to do as the CEO of a company. This was her usual tactic, and of course, it never worked.

"I knoooooow, but I don't waaaaaanna. Maybe we could go outside and play instead? Are there any targets? Can I get the hell out of here for once without you chasing me down and catching me?"

"Absolutely not."

"UGH! Fine, fine, fine, fine, FINE. Fine. Whatever. You win."

She groaned as loudly as physically possible and went back to her desk, acknowledging the fact that she was never going to win against this woman. Felicia was stern and didn't enjoy fun, or at least that's how Shizuka felt. She just took her job so seriously and it made things difficult because that meant Shizuka couldn't just leap out the window and escape. She wasn't even the one who hired this woman! Her aunt was! With an eye roll that would have broken a world record, Shizuka's butt met with her chair again as she sat back down.

The moment she sat, another employee busted through the doors to the CEO suite and started screaming about intruders. Shizuka's previously playful attitude melted away entirely as she stood once more, removing herself from her seat and heading to the lobby. She wouldn't make it too far before a massive quaking was felt, throwing things from the walls, breaking windows, and causing mass hysteria amongst Xcution's staff members. Shizuka quickly looked over at Felicia who only took half a second before disappearing with her speed.

"Get everyone out. NOW."

The employee also disappeared quickly as evacuation orders spread like wildfire. Shizuka, feeling the pressure and worrying about everyone who worked for her, jumped out the window and stood on Air Ground as she watched the buildings around her crumble. Anxiety rose within her once she realized what was happening, not having a chance to get outside and really see what exactly caused it aside from the blast she'd avoided by leaving the building. Felicia was spotted over by Shizuka's apartment building holding the puppy that had been gifted to her not long before now, speeding away as quickly as possible without harming the animal.

The air around the woman was filled with screaming and crying. Words were heard but impossible to understand as names were called out by survivors. Smoke bled into the sky from buildings that were in the process of falling and Shizuka watched as her spiritually aware employees assisted those who were not outside of the building. She remained standing on the invisible floor that Air Ground provided, choking down the rage that grew within her. Felicia made it back within no time, explaining that she simply dropped the puppy off with Shizuka's parents and was back here to help. Felicia called up to her boss from the ground.

"I was able to gather some information and you won't be happy about this."

"Just talk."

"Well, someone broke into our headquarters and stole our artifact that was locked away in our vaults."

A look of confusion was plastered on the Fullbringer's face. "What artifact?"

"Wh-what? Madam, the sword. Satsujun had sealed it away. Don't you remember? That was one of the first packets you were given upon your ascension into this position."

"Huh?"

"What do you mean 'huh,' Madam??? Did you not read it?!"

"Of course not! Shame on you for thinking I actually read any of that!"

"Madam, every single day that I work for you, I sincerely question your authority."

"Yeah, well, I didn't get this job because I was good at reading documents. I got it because I'm good at killing people. So based on only that, I have some work to do. Please finish the evacuation as quickly as possible."

Dismissing her assistant, Shizuka turned towards the building that somehow remained standing despite the damages done to it and around it. Her fists were balled at her sides as her teeth gritted against each other. She did everything she could to control her own flexes in Reiatsu, not wanting to accidentally crush anyone who had managed to survive the events only moments ago. Feeling the power welling up inside of her, Shizuka assumed authority over the situation, taking responsibility for the massive security breach and promising to torture anyone who conveniently let these people into her building - her home. Cracking her knuckles, she descended as she started her hunt.

"Time to show these people why I'm in charge."

Ahhh the Human World. Frankly the number of trips Kaen had been taking to and from the Human World would probably have been worrying under normal circumstances, but he had Hikari to keep order in the 7th Division, so it was probably fine. Between a century and a half of accumulated vacation time while he'd been climbing the ranks of the 7th Division, and being the de facto leader of the squad at this time, Kaen was usually able to find himself a reason to end up here. The real reason of course, was rarely due to an actual assignment, but because he really just wanted to catch up with friends.

And so here he was, heading on his way to XCution HQ, with a skip in his step and a smile on his face, looking forward to a fun hangout day after dropping in on Shizuka. Not that he expected she was expecting him, but eh. Details. He brought gifts to try to clean up any awkwardness, those gifts taking the form of a bag of kiwis, which she'd stated enjoying the last time he was there, and also a bag of chicken nuggets for the dog he'd helped her take in. It was supposed to be a chill day, with no problems.

Which, Kaen might suppose in hindsight, is exactly why he should absolutely have been expecting it to go horribly wrong.

Even he couldn't miss the immense spike of spiritual power that erupted through the area and Kaen saw storm clouds gathering. Mercifully, he was far enough out that he wasn't caught in the blast, or subsequent earthquake, but he was still briefly overwhelmed by its incredible might. What was that. Kaen took off in a brief sprint, powerful leg muscles launching him over an immense distance at speed. Without advanced Energy Sensing he wouldn't pick up on the others coming in. He could definitely zone in on the oppressively powerful, radiating reiatsu coming from the center of the crater though. But first there was something else.

As Kaen rushed in, he saw a partially collapsed building begin to shift over, collapsing onto a group of two fleeing civilians and a child. "Shoot!" An explosion of speed and the building abruptly shifted aside as Kaen kicked some of the rubble out of the way. It bought him just enough time to grab the three and forcibly shunt them out of the way. In his spiritual body they couldn't see him, and they'd likely be extremely confused later, but a few dozen tons of concrete crashing down where they'd been half a second earlier probably was the bigger part the family was focused on.

As for the gifts? Kaen figured he'd have to ditch them. Dropping them on top of a nearby piece of rubble, Kaen took a cursory glance at the street signs so he could retrieve it once he'd settled this matter, and rushed forwards again. "Not as easy a day as we were hoping partner, you about ready?"

"Always, boy. But are you sure about this?" Kaen's eyes narrowed.

"Course I'm sure, why wouldn't I be?"

"This is XCution territory and you're heading in there. And we both know you're going to help them."

"Do you have a problem with that?"

"I'm not the one who will have a problem with this."

"On-duty or off-duty, there's no way even sticklers in the Central 46 would deny that this needed to be investigated immediately. They won't be thrilled about me helping XCution directly, but we can improvise, and maybe fudge some details in the report, as long as no other Shinigami show up it shouldn't be too hard."

"And if they do?"

"Haven't hit that bridge yet and we might just straight up not!"


Finally Kaen was getting into earshot, of whatever was going on. "Ahh my cohort~ You've survived, good for you. I'm in such a good mood now that despite having ERASED you're ally that I'll let you go. Besides, it's not like a SAIKA could even do anything. Your kind have always been Hell's most pathetic inhabitants. You can't be blamed for that; however, humans are such WORTHLESS creatures after all. Ah well, prepare yourself Kitai, the worlds are going to change now that I, Teliki, am here. And when next we meet, so too will you changed. Well, more accurately ERASED. Enjoy your final period of life while you can~." There! There was some creepy.... horse... man... wolf.... thing. Looked like something that had crawled out of Hell. Actually that's really not impossible.... Kaen thought. Well, whatever it was the thing absolutely radiated power. Whatever this thing was, it was unbelievably strong.

......Finally. Kaen thought. An enemy he could utterly and completely cut loose against. Nothing held back, nothing holding him back. No desire to spare the enemy, no need to protect hostages. He could commit his full might to this affair, and bring the monster down.

"FINALLY, THIS WORLD AND EVERY WORLD ARE MINE FOR THE TAKING! NONE CAN CONTAIN ME! NONE CAN STOP ME! THOSE WHO COULD ARE GONE AND ALL WHO OPPOSE ME SHALL BE REMOVED FROM EXISTENCE! ALL THE WORLDS WILL BE LAID BARE BY MY WRATH!"

"HEY TEQUILA! HEADS UP!" A flash of something metal hurtled into the air with staggering speed, launched by Kaen's well honed and trained muscles. The Esteemed Hammer. A tool Kaen had picked up ages ago, though the details of how were a bit hazy in his mind. Either way, as if he were Thor himself, the hammer flew through the air, head first, on a collision course with Teliki's head, carrying with it enough to turn most people's skull and gray matter into a gory mist.

Kaen:


Teliki having thorough flexed his reiatsu on the nearby air to "stretch" his spiritual muscles finally stopped flexing if only to take a deep breath and listen in on the world around him. Fires were burning. People were screaming, crying, dying. Buildings were falling upon themselves causing yet more destruction. And best of all? Teliki could feel the mass movement of souls from this world. He could sense the vibrations of the spiritual background growing and shifting violently as so much spiritual energy was released in one fell swoop. It didn't matter how little Teliki's current body could see, it was all about the energy he felt. And in a way, he could see though that was through how sharpened his spiritual senses were. Such was a necessity when you lost a sense. Speaking of sensing things when Teliki finally decided to give the mass background noise less attention and instead focus on who or what had survived he'd sensed several individuals. Three of which were specifically heading his way.

Well, well well, look what we have here. An akki off in the distance and a strong one at that. Kitai who is near the akki, or perhaps thats one of his clones. A shinigami. . . Wait two . . . No, a vizard? How curious, I thought Soul Society didn't let those monsters run rampant. And a human? A powerful human at that. Huh. Perhaps humanity actually did gain some power while I slept. Good on them, I look forward to taking away their presumed feelings of power over the world around them~. Seems the shinigami is the fast- As Kaen approached and quickly transitioned into attacking Teliki, the monster shook his head and sighed. Casually turning around while one of his left hands created a portal before him. By the time the Esteemed Hammer could have hit him, a tear in space was in between Teliki and the hammer. The hammer would go through it without a chance to return as Teliki shut the portal closed. Teliki's left upper palm slowly darkening as the light that glowed in it faded away. As he "looked" at Kaen he could tell a few things from his reiatsu. First and foremost, this was not your average shinigami.

This one was a minimum captain level. Likely stronger given their soul seemed on the verge of becoming something more. Something transcendent. Similar to Teliki. He could also see his soul and the reiatsu surrounding it. True to his release his soul bared flames. Bright red flames that seemingly promised to incinerate him given Teliki had interrupted what looked like a secret get away. Teliki smiled malevolently at Kaen. Though he could only get the outline of Kaen's body so seeing how the other responded would be limited. He wondered how well the other could keep up, if at all. There was only one way to find out after all. Teliki backed up into a smoke pillar needing only a few feet before he was all but imperceptible to Kaen. Then he willed out three separate sigils, one on the back of a set of hands and another that was on his neck but faded into his flesh. Teliki had a few ideas of what exactly he could do but truthfully, he wanted to see what this shinigami could do himself. Creating a final sigil, Teliki sent it down deeper into the smoke pillar so he could have an easy escape plan.

Once done he ran out looking more akin to a blur to Kaen as he moved at his maximum speed (900 speed). Teliki brought both swords down from either side of him, slashing in an X shape. "Good day shinigami! I'm surprised Soul Society was so quick to find me!" Teliki had a pretty safe feeling that Kaen would step out the way but in case he didn't, once his blades made contact with Kaen's sword or some other manner of weapon he'd immediately let loose two chains of hell from under his arms on either side and attempt to impale Kaen's torso from either side (900 speed). By this point he was certain Kaen would step away if only to ensure he wasn't impaled. It wasn't like he wouldn't have caught on to how physically weak Teliki was, but it was likely he'd catch on how reinforced his swords were as they'd easily start cutting into his zanpakuto. If he didn't well. . . the black fog that began to radiate off of Teliki would prove to be a menance in and of itself. Were Kaen to step prior to Teliki attempting to impale him Teliki would still begin expelling the black miasma. Effectively cloaking his lower half and leaving only his ribcage and up available to see.

It seems we'll have company soon. I guess I'll need to make sure our guests are kept well entertained while I take on this one! Teliki would look at Kaen as he flooded the fog with miasma casually spending 1500 reiatsu which allowed for three monsters to rapidly be created and fall to the ground below. With the assistance of the smoke clouds and the black fog trailing down to the ground Teliki would simply smile at Kaen and speak quickly. "Do not worry about the surface. You'll have your hands filled enough with me and when I'm done with you, your friend will be next."

Meanwhile on the surface . . .



Three spheres of pitch-black blobs formed and fell from the sky. The sound a disturbing squelch as flesh and some liquid of some kind found its new home on the surface. The blobs didn't last for long however as they rapidly became creatures all of their own. Horrible, distorted things that cried out in agony, rage, and many other negative emotions. The first was akin to a fuzzy humanoid with its back hide flayed and covering itself in its own blood and skin. It's brethren as it was also fuzzy looking but instead of humanoid it was canine and look akin to living breathing wood with bark jutting out in all directions. Yet most disturbing of all was its head that had not one but two mouths, beady white eyes, and a strange, spiked tendril. The last of the kin of beasts was an alien monster altogether. With six arms, a tail, two legs, and a head it held the body of a humanoid. But in between the hard grey-blue skin were soft flesh that occasionally opened and closed. Revealing dark orange bloodshot eyes. These eyes were most notable around the head. All the beasts screamed in unison before splitting off and going their own direction. The scent of prey was near, and they had every intention of taking their share of the dead, dying, and the few that remained. All the while rampaging further to increase the widespread destruction. Small separate earthquakes would periodically be felt as shook the earth with 40-foot shockwaves all the while being difficult to see due to the immense amount of smog, dust, and smoke that was being released.

Technique Fluff: [Those who fear the darkness are wise. Evil in its most primal form thrives in the shadows, always on the edge of the light. But while it is rare when the shadows of the underworld touch the land of the living, the results are always spoken of for generations. The Black Fog is an ability generated by those who have seen the proverbial void, and gazed into it. These people are those with hearts blacker than most, and live in perpetual chaos, misery, and hate. Those who use this technique are often those who have given up on life, and have let themselves fall into despair, or have done so at least once in their existence. This ability was made to show that, no matter how much hope there is the world, and no matter how happy the world becomes, evil will never leave the hearts of mankind, and will always linger. The darkest shadows linger behind the brightest lights.

The Black Fog is generated from the soul of the user, spilling from their chests, completely enshrouding their lower bodies in a mist of darkness at all times. From there, the fog begins to spread over the ground, seemingly consuming it, with the top of it lingering three feet above it. The Black Fog is thick to the point where no light can ever pierce it, consuming it in its entirety. The mist does more than feed off the light however. The shadows absorb all forms of energy that come into contact with it, be it heat, light, or reiatsu. Especially reiatsu.

The air above the fog is quickly drained of any lingering reiatsu, preventing anyone from creating airground platforms of any kind, as well as preventing any stepping abilities. However, those who stand in the blackened air start to suffer from the effects of this immediately. The moment anyone comes into contact with it will quickly lose their power, before fading away beneath the darkness, never to be seen again.

But this isn't what makes this ability so feared, although that is a part of it. The darkness is a sponge for souls, but it doesn't let that energy go to waste. Once it has absorbed enough souls, this ability starts to create monsters. Often titanic beings of pure hate and rage emerge from the shadows, climbing out of the nothing, existing for only destruction. The monsters can take on many forms, ranging from ogers, wolves, or even the well known dragon. These creatures stand anywhere from seven feet in height, to a towering fifty.

The being are extremely durable as well, needing the strongest of champions to slay them. The Black Fog naturally doesn't harm them, and are immune to the effects of it. No matter their shape, these creatures are only as smart as an animal, beatial in thought, maybe as smart as a lion.

All the air above the mist is stripped of reiatsu, no matter the distance. Any ability that touches the fog is absorbed, so long as the offensive stat is lower than the user's, adding the reiatsu used for the ability to the reiatsu counter.]


Technique Effects:

A Black mist spills out of the user's chest, quickly covering the ground around them, hovering two feet off the lowest surface. The Mist spreads five feet per post, times how many posts it has been active. 1 post equals five feet, 2 is ten, 3 fifteen, and so on. The air above the Black Fog cannot be used for any form of airground above it. Anyone in the fog loses 250 reiatsu per post, and loses the same amount just by touching it. Non- spiritual humans, plants, and animals die instantly when they come into contact with the fog.

Any techs used while inside the fog will charge the fog by half the amount paid for the original tech. Once the fog has collected 500 reiatsu, the user can summon a creature of the writer's choice to attack or cause general chaos. The user is also able to wait, and have the fog store its reiatsu in order to summon multiple beasts at once. The creature does not obey the caster, nor is it affected by the draining effects of the fog.

The stats of the creatures are always 800 strength, 400 speed, and 150 in all sensory stats, with 800 durability. The user is able to pay 500 in order to charge the mist. The Cost to maintain is 100 reiatsu, and is used to charge the fog. Fog lasts three posts after the user stops paying for it, and is unable to summon beasts after they stop.

How to use technique: [Mentioned above]

Technique Drawbacks: [The Black Fog, cannot be thrown around like a weapon, and will only remain on the ground, and around the user's lower body. Kicking with the fog around their legs will not drain opponents of reiatsu. The user is not immune to the draining effects of the fog, and is drained every post. Technique Description and Effects:

For Hason they draw their strength the sin that damned them. Their damning sin is engraved into their very being from the moment they are dragged down to the depths. Because of this Hason have an inherent understanding of glyphs, sigils, and runes. That is where this technique was born of. With no means to step like other races Hason had to develop an alternate means of enhanced movement. Sigils takes care of this by creating a node where the user can "step" to so long as there is an alternate sigil. In reality this is teleportation so specified zones.

These sigils being that they are made of reiatsu can be placed almost wherever. In the air, on walls, on objects, and even on the surface of liquids. At creation the sigils can be as far away as 40 feet from the user. These sigils last for 3 posts and cost 50 reiatsu to make. From there as long as the user has two sigils created they can step between them at 12x their speed for 25 reiatsu. Sigils need to be within 60 feet of one another to teleport the hason. These sigils 1ft in diameter at their smallest and up to 2 feet in diameter at their largest.

At this level the user is only capable of creating the basic teleporation sigil in question. Upon learning the technique at this level the user can generate 3 sigils total. Upon reaching mastered the total number of sigils created increase to 4. This technique does not count against the hason's total number of non-release techniques.


How to use technique:

The user focuses their reiatsu into their hands. Then draws a circle while staring at the spot they want the sigil to appear.


Technique Drawbacks:

Sigils have a duration of 3 posts to start and cost 50 reiatsu to create a sigil. 2 Sigils minimum must be available to step. It's very easy to predict where the user will go.

Technique Description and Effects:

This technique is basic in nature and fundamentally passive in actual use. What this technique shows is an individuals growing prowess and mastery over sigils, runes, etc. All the symbolic magic that Hason's have an inherent inclination towards. These effects vary depending on the proficiecy level of this technique.


Learned:

At this status this technique does two things. The first is it allows the user to move their sigils around. This is limited to sigils produced anywhere but the body. These sigils move as directed by the Hason via an appopriate body part. The sigils move at 300 speed. In addition, the sigils created by the user are 5% more durable. Making them that much harder to destroy.


Proficient:

For this status the technique improves upon the benefits of the prior level. Allowing the sigils to move at 450 speed as well as increasing their durability further. The boost is now 10%. However unlike their former where sigils off the body could be move, this now includes sigils on the body. Regardless of whether they were physically carved onto them or painted on.

There is yet another benefit that this level gives however. And that is that sigils can now last an additional post for no additional cost, assuming the sigil has a duration. If there is no duration to a sigil it's reiatsu cost is instead reduced by 10%.


Mastered:

At this level of mastery, the technique the aforementioned benefits are increased for the final time. Sigil movement speed is now 600 speed as well as sigil durability rising to 20%. Sigils that are placed on an individuals body can be moved to the inside of their body if they so choose. And this includes sigils used on another. The increased post duration or cost reduction, depending on the sigil in question, remain the same.

There is yet another benefit that this level gives however. And that is the means of allowing the user to, at an increased cost, apply the effects of a sigil upon another. This cost increase is 1.5x the cost of the sigil in question. This however can only be done to a singular individual at a time. The sigil however must be equal to or lower in class than the user. To gain this last effect however requires the user have a 2 in the Sigil Skill.



How to use technique:

Learn the tech. This technique is more a show of passive understanding and skill with Sigils as opposed to an active effect.


Technique Drawbacks :

Proficient and mastered need a single point in Sigils to allow for the user to move beyond learned. In addition to gain all of the effects of the Mastered level the user needs a 2 in Sigils.

The TTP cost for this technique is increased by 50% for every stage. Each stage must be paid for, regardless of class level.

The gifting of a sigil's effect can only be used once every 2 posts. If the sigil has a duration, then the duration count adds to the 2-post minimum.

Technique Description and Effects: [Well, if you can't get rid of the nigh indestructible chains, why not put them to good use? This ability have two parts to it.

1: The chains of Hell torment the denizens endlessly, so why not share the misery? Learning this ability influences the blades, giving them the ability to cut through anything as easily as a normal spiritual blade can, regardless of the chains not changing in appearance, still as rounded as ever. The offensive stat for the chains is based off either the highest Spiritual stat, or the user's Strength stat, whichever is higher. Chains are unable to cut their owner. This is a passive ability, and is unable to be turned off.

2: Through some heavy handed use of reiatsu, the user can extend and manipulate the chains to do as they please. For strength users, the chains will extend upto thirty feet, and will move at either a speed equal to their speed stat, or at a speed of 600. For spiritual users, the size scales off of their highest spiritual stat. For every 50 they have in their higher stat, the chains can extend another foot, and can move at either 600, or the user's speed. Cost is 100 reiatsu every post.]

{Supremus: Possessive Persona}At this stage of power Teliki is able to practically steal anything about an individual. He can copy techniques up to class 1 and do so at up to 100 feet away. He can use them up to 3 times and can be kept for 3 posts. Alternatively, Teliki can outright steal the knowledge of how to use a technique if he’s willing to subject himself to technique in its entirety and use up two slots. Stealing a technique's knowledge prevents an opponent from using it for the next 3 posts or until Teliki uses it three times. Copied techniques now function completely off Teliki’s OS and can use whatever his highest OS is at for free. Stolen techniques can only use 75% of the appropriate OS.

With regards to the aspects of an individual’s release, the chosen aspects are now not simply copied but stolen. For as long as Teliki has Supremus active side effects are no longer part of the individual's release. Unless of course, they reseal their release and then utilize their release again. The total number of copied aspects of a release now is limited to 4 properties however these would still have to be 4 independent individuals. Stealing properties now costs 300 reiatsu to do and 200 reiatsu per post. Aspects can be stolen from any stage of release. All the previous limitations to steal a property apply.

{Spiritual Larceny}Spiritual Larceny is a simple passive technique. So long as Infernus or Supremus is active, any time Teliki makes contact with an individual's release weapon or the individual themself, they will have a portion of their reiatsu taken away. The reiatsu siphoned off is directly given to Teliki’s pool. For every instance of being hit, Teliki gains 100 reiatsu in Infernus, 150 in Supremus. This only occurs with regards to Teliki’s weapons in Infernus. In Supremus Teliki siphons off reitasu for every instance of contact of an individual or their release weapon. It doesn’t matter if it's his sword, shield, or body. All instances of contact will drain reiatsu. This can be ignored by those with higher OS than Teliki and does not work if the individual in question is not holding onto their weapon. I.E. Ranged weapon attacks do not incur the siphoning effect. With regards to NPC’s that have no stat points they give a flat 150 regardless of release level, so long as Teliki comes in contact with them. For those with stats but are NPC’s, summons for example, Teliki gains 150 reiatsu from them in Infernus and 200 reiatsu in Supremus. This has no inherent cost to be used but it does increase the cost of Infernus and Supremus by 200 reiatsu.

Effects: Teliki, though mostly unknown at this point has one point known to those who know of the blade. It has the ability to grant wishes. Any wish, supposedly. By and large, the most powerful aspect of this weapon is that Teliki retains this power and is able to grant the wish of who soever wields it. Wishes cost 3,000 reiatsu and are only able to be done twice a thread. Most importantly each wish has repercussions. In part due to Teliki's cursed nature, every wish is a moneky's paw wish and will ensure the wielder suffers for their wish.

Other powers that Teliki isn't known for is its cutting ability. Unlike most other weapons, let alone Artifacts, Teliki can never be dimensionally locked. This is due to the fact that Teliki can cut space and create portals on a whim. Portals that travel to any of the 5 major realms and can, with a bit of know-how and high ES even go into another's inner realm or pocket dimension. Smaller portals can also be created to store objects the user desires. Creating a portal to another realm costs 100 reiatsu if it's used for combat. Otherwise, it is free if it simply creates a pathway to another realm.

Teliki can also create offensive portals. I.E. if Teliki cuts open a portal to another plane or say, space, objects or terrain effects can be "summoned" against an enemy. These vary depending on the realm the portal is connected to. Regardless of realm connected to, the portal will remain for 3 posts or until forced closed by an attack or series of attacks that equal Teliki's IP. These offensive portals cost 200 reiatsu and can only be opened every other post.

[Holika]

As Holika continued her rapid approach towards the center of the madness plaguing the city, she felt the appearance of three hellish beings coming forth from the sky. They plopped onto the ground and molded into beings of what looked to be a deranged artists rendition of two dogs and a thousand armed man from Greek mythology. Holika could feel the shape of their being tied to their spiritual energy as they were literally Hell spawn of spiritually energy given form. Holika scowled as she appeared before one of them, the other two having already skedaddled from the area, blocking it's current path towards the area she had just come from.

Holika teleported in front of the massive, hairy beast of black with her chains in hand and spinning around with a twirl of her wrist. Her grip on the chain was tight as she spun it and launched a strike by whipping the chain at the foul beast's head, screaming out with rage as she did. "WHO DECIDED TO RELEASE YOU!? Satan gives me rule over who may and may not leave the lands of the Damned and I don't remember giving you leave!" Holika continued her assault paired with her striking words, twisting the chain about as she unleashed her whipping on the mongrel beast. Her eyes looked like they could have been filled with wrathful fire as she scolded the creature, her anger flowing out of her in waves. This could be felt from her overwhelming spiritual pressure, aiming to also crush this beast as she shed her Kitai gigai.

The gigai literally fell to the ground behind her as she stepped out of it mid-swing of her chain, stumbling to the ground and looking up at it's owner before standing quickly and running off to a safe distance from Holika's wrath. Holika looked much differently outside of her gigai. Her hair was much more frayed and looked more like red straw, whisking in the wind and smoke violently. Her skin looked like it had been grafted on and plastic sheened, almost stretched thinly over the sharp cheek bones and shoulders where it could be seen. Holika was also wearing chainmail armor, silver and tarnished with soot, which came down to mid thigh in the style of a skirt paired with a solid breastplate.

Holika looked down on the beast as she continued her onslaught and lifted her left hand, the one unencumbered by swinging her chain to attack, and mentally began to incant. 'Limit of the thousands hands, respectful hands, unable to touch the darkness. Shooting hands unable to reflect the blue sky. The road that basks in light, the wind that ignited the embers, time that gathers when both are together, there is no need to be hesitant, obey my orders. Light bullets, eight bodies, nine items, book of heaven, diseased treasure, great wheel, grey fortress tower. Aim far away, scatter brightly and cleanly when fired.' As she incanted in her mind, Holika could see and feel the ten points of spiritual energy forming about her in the form of ten balls of light.

As Holika finished the incantation in her mind, she did not target the beast before he. Instead, she had focused her attention on the beast that seemed the be made of humanoid body with plenty of arms attached and moved her arm to focus the intent in it's direction. As she focused her spiritual sense on it's position, she fired the Hado spell, ten beams of light exploding from the balls that she had created around her and flying towards the intended target she was focusing her mind on. The beast of many arms would quickly find itself surrounded by explosions of bright light before Holika would leave only a crater where the beast once was running.

Interrogation (4) - You are able to interrogate people. A 1 means you can usually get enough information to make educated guesses. A 2 means you can gather even more information, but they won't tell you everything. A 3 means they will likely tell you almost every detail. A 4 means they will tell you everything you need to know provided you have at least a 1 in Charisma/Leadership.

Mental Incantation (3) - It allows the user to cast Kidō with mental incantations rather than vocal. A 1 means they can cast the Kidō wordlessly. A 2 means they can cast Kidō wordlessly and say its incantation mentally for increased effectiveness. A 3 means they can wordlessly cast Kidō and vocally say the incantation afterwards to increase its strength in mid-combat. They can also speak two incantations simultaneously by weaving them together to release two Kidō like the Nijū Eishō style. A 4 means they can do everything mentioned before, but now they can mentally weave two incantations together rather than speak it.

Charisma/Leadership (3) - You are good at leading and getting people to like you by using your boundless energy. You can inspire others and gain their trust. The more points you have, the wider a range of people you can affect. A 4 means you can even convince evil people or those of other factions to join you without much of an issue.

Weapons (Chains) (3) - Most weapon-related non-Release techniques may require a certain Skill Point amount, as well as different fighting styles. A 1 would mean you can use them adequately, as if you've been training for a year or so. A 2 means you've trained for about five years. A 3 means you've achieved a great mastery and have been training for decades. A 4 means you can do almost impossible movements with your weapons with great success.

Pain Tolerance (2) - This is how well you tolerate pain. It only applies to physical pain, not emotional. A 1 means you can tolerate it enough to keep fighting despite minor wounds like cuts or second degree burns. A 2 means third degree burns and basic slash wounds can be fought through. A 3 means you can ignore the pain of many attacks completely, including strong ones. You can even resist severe torture methods, but extreme ones will break this Skill. A 4 means you can power through any kind of pain so long as they are not extreme torture methods. This does not mean the wounds don't affect you, but simply that the pain they come with can be ignored.

Technique Description and Effects:
This is the Akki step technique. While Akki can use step techniques from other races, this technique is particularly devastating because it belongs to them. This is the unique Akki ability for stepping.

What this technique does is allow the Akki to phase briefly in and out of their current plain of existence. In other words, they momentarily disappear, blinking out of existence. As they do, a flash of black explodes outwards. Anyone that witnesses them blinking out of existence will suddenly see nothing but blackness for that split second. It is hardly enough to affect the battle, but rather it is theatrical. The Akki, during that brief second, is gone, and cannot be attacked. This is a direct "teleportation," unlike Shunpo or Sonido, which are merely fast movement.

Averagely, this is performed at 15x the user's speed, making it one of the fastest individual steps. It is also known to be able to move forwards within three small steps rather than one. It can also be done for one. If done in three, the same distance is covered in three smaller steps, creating a theatrical flash of black with each appearance and disappearance. Additionally, there is a flash of white light when the Akki reappears and blinks back into existence. Any who witness this flash of light will suddenly see hallucinations of horrible monstrosities and new body features on the Akki in question that uses this technique, and their fear of the individual will increase.

How to use technique:
Like all step techniques, this one requires a simple step as well. It is done for 200 reiatsu per use, which is why most Akki prefer to use the steps of other races. It is an expensive step technique, but is easily one of the most powerful.

Technique Description and Effects: An exceedingly powerful spell, this Kido creates ten points of glowing energy around the user before being fired at the target, homing in on it and curving about to impact the victim from numerous sides. Upon impact from the ten blasts, an enormous explosion of Reiatsu is released, beating and quivering as it devastates the entire region with its sheer force. This technique requires the incantation to cast, but in exchange, its power is equal to three times the user’s current Reiatsu Strength.

How to use technique: Speak the spell and point hand towards the target.

Incantation and Effect: “Limit of the thousands hands, respectful hands, unable to touch the darkness. Shooting hands unable to reflect the blue sky. The road that basks in light, the wind that ignited the embers, time that gathers when both are together, there is no need to be hesitant, obey my orders. Light bullets, eight bodies, nine items, book of heaven, diseased treasure, great wheel, grey fortress tower. Aim far away, scatter brightly and cleanly when fired” As the incantation is required for casting, there is no bonus.

[Kitai Yoru]

The lunatic rushed back towards where he presumably just was, using his Bladed Chains to accelerate himself as he moved. He could see where it was the sweeping wave of destruction came from, and he really hoped that was where that stupid horse-guy was, or else he was going to feel rather silly. And absolutely livid at the filthy Akki having gotten away. He'd much prefer that not happen, but there was no way he could have chased after him a moment before. Returning back to base in order his clones had been necessary, as this was a level of destruction even he wasn't used to.

The level of death this would cause would be on a scale that would send shockwaves throughout the world, maybe even all three. Heaven forbid Hell got involved, be it to drag him back for this, or because this thing clearly was a Monster of Hell of some sort. The kind that were supposed to be forbidden to leave, by any means. Kitai's face cringed in thought. 'And I played a role in all of this. How low have I sunk?' He couldn't stop the words floating around his head, and the guilt ate at him. Violently.

He seriously just helped two Hellions with... this!? He had been too focused on the goal to worry about the beginning and middle of the process to getting to the end. He was disgusted with himself to a degree that he had never had the displeasure of feeling before. Whatever wish that horseman man caused this, and he was going to personally make him regret it. The chains bounded him from roof to roof, the ones that remained standing anyway, and he was praying that his clones would be useful for once and help those that he had to ignore in the moment.

The closer he got towards the center, the harder it was to see. The smoke was burning his throat and eyes, and visibility was extremely low. Still that did not stop him. He closed his eyes, and activated his X-Ray Contacts. The darkness that is eyelids provided faded away, as did the smoke, filtered out by the item. It was what let him see three orbs falling from the sky, and unfortunately, they were things that he recognized.

Fog Beasts. He wasn't the first person to use them, as it was a power he stole from Wrath, but he was probably the one who used it the most. Enough to know that these things were Fog Beasts, and that he couldn't let them rampage around the city. He was about to beeline towards them, when a Kido slammed into the three. And he knew it was Kido, because it was one that he had personally had to suffer through, thanks to an old friend of his. Poor Paris.

That particular one had decimated dozens of his own Fog Beasts, and still they had struck him down from the sky, and through the Eiffel Tower. He knew the power behind it, and knew there wasn't a shadow of a chance that they could have or would have survived the encounter. He looked to see which Shinigami, or Failure, had fired the attack... and regretted it. Another blast from the past, it was Holika, the Warden of Hell. "Filthy Akki. So help me if she shoots me in the back with all this crap going on, I'm going to..." The madman muttered to himself, not knowing a way to punish the woman beyond death, but he'd think of something.

He left the Fog Beasts to her, continuing on.
