Plotline: 


Things were quiet at Las Noches. And frankly speaking, all the worlds. Sans the issue a few months back about a missing mountain. But Souken Kouhai doesn't find themself concerned about such trivialities. His minions could easily destroy a mountain upon an order from him. And yet, there has not been anything for them to do. There's only one solution then. His minions, and by extension, the worlds at large need to get a reality check. Thus, Kouhai decides that ultimately, he needs to create a threat / challenge for his minions and the other organizations at large. Thus, he takes his funny magic wish ball, the Hogyoku, and uses it to forcibly merge an entire floor's worth of privarons into a monstrosity. From there he unleashes this monstrosity out into the Human World to not only garner the attention of others but also to see just how capable this beast is. Upon its release for those affiliated with Las Noches he issues out a particular order. Watch the hollow monstrosity's movements. Determine if the monstrosity is strong enough to be a tool for Las Noches. If so, capture it. If not, kill it. Either way return with details about the affair and those who respond.

Special Conditions: 


- The hollow will evolve every page for the first 3 pages. This will make the hollow progressively stronger. The changes and baseline for the hollow are below.

Initial Evolution: Max Stats and Rank 3, All techs are class 5 minimum.

Intermediary Evolution: Max Skills, Rank 4 acquired, all techs are class 4 minimum.

Final Evolution: +400 Bonus SP, two stats can be pushed to 500 with these points, two skills become 5's, and all techs become class 3 minimum.


- Wounds are healed upon the next stage of Evolution. Reiatsu/Stamina is also restored.


- Las Noches Affiliated need to wait at least a page before they can decide to kill off the hollow monstrosity. The hollow is also vaguely aware of those who are Hollows/Las Noches affiliated and will not directly attack them until attacked.

- Environmental effects will be listed in post and will affect all participants.

- Win Conditions:

Kill or, for LN folks, recapture the creature (if decided that Kouhai would want it.)

The moon was high in the sky as it always was in this realm. It's only companions the sand below, the trees of pure rock that grew from the depths, and the scattered buildings and rubble of Las Noches. The realm quiet and for good reason. Las Noches was standing tall. Strong. Unopposed. Seemingly invincible. At least, that's how Souken saw it. Perhaps more accurately that's how he made it appear. Little did the denizens of the sands know how fragile the entire facade was. It was pathetic and could be considered a reflection of how capable the grip Souken had been of recent times. Then again, perhaps it was a matter of those who he allowed to take on the mantle of "The Strongest". Tch. His eyes narrowed as he looked upon the softly blowing sands below. "What a collection of fools I've amassed. It's a wonder how the entire troupe truly believes themselves to be the best of the land. Heh, perhaps they are the best that this barren wasteland can create. But something tells me that's not quite the case."

Souken in one graceful motion, shifted on the soles of his dress shoes and slowly returned to his inner chamber. He patted his breast pocket, silently relieved to still feel the small sphere within. Make no mistake he could sense it, but occasionally it was nearly crossing the line to "comforting" to be able to feel the artifact he wielded. As he walked, he thought about all that had transpired recently. Espada's were gained and lost like broken tools that were replaced. His left hand, the fool that he was, had used his name in vain. Had attempted to strike at the Gotei 13 and spectacularly failed. Though perhaps it should be noted that despite the near immediate failure, Ningen had deigned to step onto the scene. Souken shoot his head and sighed. He was alone and thus could give small, very small breaks in his perfect and unassailable facade. His frustrations with the fool only piqued as he thought further over Rizer's actions. Attempting to place himself as a direct manipulator of Souken's soldiers. Attempting to overthrow Androxious simply due to their extended absence. A beyond classified and very specific order for investigation that he himself had given the Exequias leader.

And then the replacement of said fool with the vizard woman he'd disregarded previously. Considering her capabilities, one could almost consider the idea that Souken had made a mistake in not accepting her previously. Still. . . She was a conditional assistant. There was likely something more to her than simply destroying the Gotei 13. But that barely mattered, all things considered. She was a pawn to be played as he saw fit. Until he threw her away or she realized her own instabilities. Only time would tell. Souken having reached into his private chambers several minutes prior took a seat upon his exquisite personal couch. Leaning back upon the greyscale furniture he let his right hand become a fist upon which he leaned his head onto. "All things considered. . . . It's too quiet. My soldiers have grown weak from failed invasions and a lack of guidance. The other realms, complacent due to the surface level peace. The fools. I've allowed the Gotei far too much leash. The nuisances of the Human World have also begun to consider themselves capable. And the Vandenriech has also been eerily absent. It's likely they're scheming some farfetched plan for their false idol. All of this is to say nothing of Hell and its collective failures of every realm."

"So that begs the question then. What must I do to remind all those who underestimate my forces of our might? Of the threat we pose? And the promise of the Gotei's destruction. . . . " Souken looked into his ceiling. Not expecting any answers but desiring a change in perspective. His right hand fell upon his breast pocket again, reminding him of the Hogyoku's existence. And that's when it dawned on him. Like rise of a sun in this eternally dark realm. If the worlds had all but forgotten Hueco Mundo, of Las Noches, of his army, and most importantly of HIS power, then it was up to him to remind them all wasn't it? But he couldn't follow in Rizer's footsteps. He needed to gather information, more than perhaps what he would get upon return from the Exquias leader. He also needed a suitable test for his soldiers. Remove the rust and dust they'd been gathering. Remind them of their purpose while at the same time showing the other lesser powers a taste of what they were up against. He needed to engineer a threat, unique to Las Noches that would do all this, and hopefully more.

Souken smiled to himself as he pulled out his Hogyoku and gazed deep into its soft glow. "It's time for an experiment." Not wasting another moment Souken replaced the sphere within his breast pocket, reclaimed his quiet but confident facade, straightened his clothing and left his private rooms. Upon seeing an Exequias guard at his door he motioned a finger to them with a soft and even smile. "I have a task for you. See to it that the privarons of the first floor are gathered. Ensure they are lined up from the entrance of the first floor and continue this line for as long as is necessary to encompass all of them in one floor. You will then await at the front entrance of the first floor for further instructions. Understood? Oh. And find me an additional Exequias member, I had an additional task for them." Upon receiving an affirmation from the Exequias guard Souken slowly made his way down towards the first floor. After all, his Lessers would need time to corral the sheep into a herd and Souken was nothing if not generous in allowing those who he owned to fail when given an order.

Not an hour later Souken had finally arrived down a stairway that led to the entrance of the first floor. Ironically enough, leading to a gate that was open to the sand outside his immediate domain. His first glance upon the entrance was a veritable flood of privarons. All standing in silence. All standing in fear. All standing to do his accomplish his whims. All as Souken intended. He gave them a soft smile as continued to look into the distance of the room and its various entrances to see how many he had to work with. It was evident that he had more than could fill this room, the corridors to this room, and likely several other rooms and corridors further into Las Noches. At the forefront were two Exequias members, the first being a guard that had been stationed outside his private chambers and another one that he didn't recognize. Upon walking towards them he made a simple and brief motion for the second member to come near him. Once within a couple feet of him, the guard fell to his knees. Souken smiled further. "Excellent, you know your place and are not only capable but ready to enact my will. Return to the stairway I left from. Simply wait for my next orders and watch what I do so that you may continue to be capable of enacting my will."

A silent nod was given before the member quickly walked away to the staircase. Meanwhile Souken walked forward towards the initial guard and the privarons. All would kneel, heads low to the ground and from the looks of it touching the lower back of those before them. The last that these arrancar would hear was a single utterance by Souken. "Excellent." From there he grasped his Hogyoku, and with his forefinger, middle finger, and thumb he held onto the sphere before placing it gently upon the head of the Exequias guard. For a short moment nothing occurred. Stark silence was all that pervaded the room and corridors. And this silence was shattered as a bright multi-colored glow began to grow in intensity. What followed were screams, a few words of begging, and finally a cacophony of voices that screamed all manner of words, emotions, and bestial sounds. As Souken channeled yet more reiatsu into the Hogyoku he unleashed his will along with a command of both the Hogyoku and the entity he was creating.

Become a weapon unlike any other. Become the means by which all the worlds will know the name Souken Kouhai. Become a monster befitting Las Noches and the infinite armies of hollows that it bears within. Become a weapon, MY weapon, and enact my will alone. As Souken pulled back the Hogyoku what remained was an ever-compiling sphere of pure bright white energy. Occasionally faces of the various arrancar, the souls they consumed, and other monstrosities revealed themselves only to melt and merge with the sphere again. Winds and screams became one as all who had been summoned were being compacted further and further into the sphere and the reiatsu of said sphere growing ever higher. Souken then turned around using his latent spiritual energy simply pushed open the gate with a blast of spiritual energy. The being that he'd create would need far more space than a simple gateway to Las Noches after all. Nothing with a floor's worth of privarons would be humanoid or even monstrous in size. It'd simply be gargantuan at a minimum. He heard a bestial cacophony inform him of the ever-coalescing sphere's presence. Returning his gaze to the sphere revealed that there were no other beings capable of being compacted into said sphere.

Souken simply waited for the sphere to finish its process of creating a new entity. His orders were instilled into its very being by the Hogyoku. So, it needed to do was complete its transformation. A process that didn't take too terrible long however Souken would only gain a glimpse into the beast he'd create as the sphere would immediately distort the space next to it so violently that it all but tore the fabric of space asunder and into shreds. From there he heard a screech, inhuman. Unlike any hollow he'd previously heard. It was made of many individual screams and cries that were all simultaneously in sync and out of sync with one another. And the head of the beast was starting to tear its way out from the orb as both the orb and the head immediately entered the tear in space. Upon its disappearance the fabric of space melded itself like it hadn't just been violently torn apart by whatever Souken had just made. Souken then turned and motioned for the only remaining arrancar on this floor. Said arrancar all but ran up to him before kneeling and shaking in utter primal fear of what it was about to have to do.

Souken however spoke freely, unconcerned about the events that transpired before him. Though he made it very clear that there was an undertone of authority in his words. The promise of a similar fate should the arrancar not do exactly as he command. "Go to my Espada and my Hands. Tell them of what you just witnessed. And inform them of my will. These are my words. Follow the beast to where it next appears. Watch it. Gauge its power, mannerisms, and capabilities. Whoever goes after this beast is tasked with determining the value of it. Should the beast prove an asset to Las Noches and more specifically to myself, then defend it from all who dare to slay it. Then subdue it and return the beast to me. If, however, it is unfit and is of no use, then slay it and return to me with whatever remains of it. Do NOT allow any other individual to take any portion of it with them nor to kill it. Upon the return of those who found the beast, you are to report to me directly. Explain your findings, what all occurred, and ultimately what decision was made." With his orders given Kouhai motioned for the arrancar to leave. To which they left immediately and ran throughout Las Noches. Meanwhile Souken smiled to himself wonder just what would happen now that he unleashed a veritable titan of a hollow upon the four worlds, or more specifically, the Human world. He'd be certain to watch and see for himself just what would occur.




Meanwhile in New York City, New York . . . .


The day had been long and hot, but it was normal. The ever-bustling city was managing, collapsing, and otherwise continuing its day-to-day activities as it would any other day. The sky was clear, the sun out, and with it being the afternoon it was hot and humid. At least, that was the case until clouds, dark and angry started to form from just above the city. The clouds formed changed rapidly from white, to grey, to purple, to black and finally ending up with something akin to dark green. The main bodies of the clouds were black with the linings and certain clumps looking dark green. It darkened considerably and thunder boomed ominously throughout the city as sheet lightning surged throughout the cloud. To those spiritually aware, it'd be obvious immediately that this was anything but normal. Even by those who had mastered their powers, this was leagues beyond it. The entire city had been coated in thick dark clouds and the seas surrounding the city became as dark as the sky above. Waves crashing ominously into one another and the banks of sand and concrete.

Then from deep within the clouds came an inhuman roar. A cacophony of souls that were in utter agony and yet were no longer individual but one being. The clouds brightened as lighting surged through the clouds and began striking buildings, cars, people, and everything in between at random. Then came the rains. A veritable flash flood of liquid that all but washed away what was not a several story building into the ocean. The waves began to grow in size from just a foot to a few feet, to several feet, and were steadily growing to tens of feet in height. The city as a whole screamed and cried out in terror as the sea and the sky were practically drowning the city and its inhabitants out. Then from the sky came the beast that was causing all this pure malevolence. It was nothing short of a titanic creature 50 meters long, with scales as grey as freshly set concrete, muscles that whipped around in a frenzy, and a thickness to the serpentine form that was nothing short of 30 meters thick.

An absolutely massive hole was made apparent in its chest cavity and as it descended it would become immediately apparent to all viewing it that this was a hollow. But unlike anything previously seen before. Where standard hollows mimicked creatures of all varieties this was more akin to a living, breathing Leviathan from all the folklore and Mythos. And like all myths, it was not here to allow survivors. It was going to wipe all present, spiritual or physical. Mortal or immortal. Animate or inanimate off the face of the Earth. And into the depths below. This was not a threat. This was a very real, very dangerous promise. And it had every intention of fulfilling it. With yet one final screech of fury it dived into the steadily growing depths of the water below. Causing a small tsunami to spread in all directions, tipping and knocking over several nearby buildings. Burying those that were smaller than 8 stories in water, and promptly going on the hunt for any and all beings or objects that were within the ever-raging sea of what was previously New York City.

There are a number of buildings that are submerged at this point with torrential flooding encompassing the entirety of New York City. Rain is pouring from above with thunder and lightning as the only major light source. The winds are howling and make it difficult to hear anything that isn't the storm itself.





Below is an idea of the sky and water. Imagine more rough waves as they interact with the city as a whole. Barreling into the buildings as the city itself is plunged into the sea.

OOC: Let it be known that the thread is starting! As far as posting order is concerned, it will be based upon who posts first in this initial round of posting. Once all participants have posted and the order returns to me, this will be our posting order for the remainder of the thread. As far as stats, environmental effects, and other information regarding the hollow is concerned, I'll be getting all that information to you on my next post. So do not worry about having to immediately go into a fight (unless you decide to do so against another character). It's all about making your character's entrance. Have fun~

The Captain of Division 8: 

The head of the financial division and reinforcements of Seireitei. It had been the first time Senshi had ever been called to face such a challenge. For within the world of the living there lay an unparalleled amount of devastation. Something that consumed the lives of millions of people, and threatened the balance. So many souls died within a single instant that most of the Gotei present in Soul Society would need to purge those in the Rukongai, and due to the nature of this, she was the first to volunteer to head to New York City to investigate the cause. The horrible cause. Taking with her members of her division, as well as those immediate volunteers of senior ranking.

The Senkaimon gate opened, and she found herself transported to a normally beautiful city. Now turned into a sunken ruin. Brackish dark water filled the streets below as they landed upon the rooftops and skyscrapers of New York. Looking down, she could see the monstrous beast that lay before her. Frowning, she found her officers gathered before her. Deploying floating lanterns for light source, one of her lesser seated officers stepped closer. "What are your orders?"

"Get into contact immediately with command and inform them of what we see. And send surveillance of what we see using the butterflies. Do it now, and request a time dilation freeze over as much area in New York City as feasible. Afterwards. To those of you whom are incapable of long range combat. Stay your distance. To those of you who can cast Kido in the ranks of the thirties or higher, remain with me." Looking to Benjirou and what members of Squad 10 he pulled? 

"Reinforce me. I will soon initiate an assault." 

[Lagos Oscuras]

Lagos when called upon to observe and study this Hollow of Kouhai's was something that she didn't expect. However, what more, she never expected to be travelling with that left hand of his. Lagos Oscuras was an expert when it came to the study and research of Hollows and their development. And while she admits that she is not the greatest warrior amongst the Espada, she could at least boast that she held more value beyond her fighting capabilities. Hence why she was being drafted today. When she went through the Garganta, she'd do so alongside Camila Adaronde. 

Coming into this hellish plane riddled with thunder and downpours of rain. Her icy eyes gazed downward towards the monstrosity, and the fact it's mere presence was as destructive as it was proved to be something of noted interest. She stood back, taking the liberty to witness its rampage. To see its destructive power and potential further. "It'd be wise if we remained as observers. For the time being. Though I leave it to you to make that judgement on what you desire."  A simple statement as the foxy Espada crosses her arms across her chest.

Grateful her trenchcoat and skull like helmet did well to shelter her from this downpour.

"Though I've already made some observations." 

[Benjiro Hiroto]

Emergency.

As the newly instated Vice Captain of the Tenth Division, Benjiro's first mission was anything but ordinary. The Gotei 13 was facing simultaneous attacks on multiple fronts, a crisis that had prompted the deployment of Captains from every division. This left Benjiro in charge of the defense of the Seireitei, a daunting responsibility that weighed heavily on his shoulders. Captain Celes, his superior, was already dealing with a Quincy threat, and no sooner than she departed had an immense hollow presence manifested in New York City.

It didn't take long for the orders to arrive, and the situation was indeed dire. Summoned urgently to the scene, Benjiro swiftly assembled a small force of his subordinates—a mixture of seven Seated Officers and fifteen Unseated Officers who had volunteered for the mission. Among them was his trusted friend, Seijuro, the Thirteenth Seat. Knowing of the man's recent lack of resolve and his burning desire to prove himself, a desire that would likely endanger his life, Benjiro decided to let him rest. He turned to Seijuro with a sense of duty and determination. "Defend the Soul Society, Seijuro. We'll be back soon." He turned and left before his friend could object. 

With his forces gathered, Benjiro rushed toward the Senkaimon, where he met the head of the operation, Captain Senshi of the Financial Division. It seemed that both of them had urgent expressions on their faces, but the mantle of responsibility fell upon their shoulders. Benjiro introduced himself and his contingent without delay. "Benjiro Hiroto, Vice Captain of the Tenth, and the Seated and Unseated Voluntary Officer Corps of the Tenth, reporting for duty."

There was no time to lose, and as the Senkaimon opened, the contingent marched through the gates and walked straight into Hell. The sight that greeted him was nothing short of a nightmare. The once-modern city was now engulfed in storms and dark clouds, with lightning wreaking havoc upon buildings and people alike, and flash floods tearing through the streets. It was as if the Earth itself was crying in agony, sparing no one from its wrath. But the true horror lay in the colossal hollow that loomed before them, a monstrosity surpassing any Gillian he had encountered. It was monumental in size, a building all by itself. Unlike anything he had ever seen, this hollow resembled a creature of myth more than any animal or beast. 

This was the Leviathan. 

For a brief moment, Benjiro was paralyzed by the sheer scale of the threat, but the voice of Captain Senshi snapped him out of his shock. She issued orders to her division, and Benjiro knew he needed to do the same. He turned to see faces of shock, of regret, and of sheer dread plastered on the faces of his Officers. With a sense of urgency, he rallied his own squad. "This threat is too much for most of you. Unseated Officers, go in groups of three and save as many civilians as possible. Seated Officers, half of you with me, the other half will defend the Kido experts in Captain Senshi's squad. Go, go, go!"

"Leave the hollow to us and do your best." With his orders delivered, his squadron sprang into action, each member determined to fulfill their duty. Captain Senshi, recognizing his capabilities, asked for his support, to which Benjiro responded with unwavering resolve. "I am at your side, Captain." He pulled his Zanpakuto out of its sheath, holding it in one hand. Futan Juzemasu thrummed gently in his palm, adamantly defying the sheer amount of death and violence in this city. With his other hand, he pointed at the creature as he began to circulate and gather the reiatsu within his body. It was time for battle.

Immediately suppressing her reiatsu from the moment they arrived, Camila followed the Noveno Espada in tow, stepping through the Descorrer they'd arrived to the scene in. Taking a deep breath, before letting out a dramatic sigh, Camila threw one hand on her right shoulder, before rotating her shoulder to loosen up the joints a bit. Doing the same on the other side, she took note of the Espada's words while observing everything that had been going on.

Suffice to say, New York City had been made into a shitshow. Even more of one than it was while she was here.

"Yeah," she noted, "s'pose that seems fair. 'Specially with all that's goin' on around here. Safe to say that we'll be seeing a few... competitors to the situation, yeah?" A smirk creeped up the side of the girl's face. Lord, she was excited to see who was going to show up here. If the devastation from the hollow's arrival wasn't enough to kill 'em, she'd be more than glad to clean up the rabble after that.

Though, it remained to be seen whom was going to follow in suit. The only tasks they'd been given had been focused toward the hollow; nothing about the others that arrived alongside the pair from Las Noches. Naturally, this meant they were free game. She couldn't begin to describe just how excited she'd been to deal with that lot, Kouhai's orders be damned for the moment. If nothing else, hunting down the others helped make sure that this beast of a Hollow actually had the opportunity to stay alive, yeah?

Turning her attention back toward Lagos, Camila snickered with her last little phrase. "Yeah?" She started, "you mean all the water?" Either way, Camila crouched down on the building they were on, stretching her legs and simply biding her time before she'd be able to let all hell break loose onto the scene.

As the Descorrer was getting ready to close, something fast slipped through at the last moment, aiming to hide in the shadows and without notice. Colina felt the Left Hand and the Noveno Espada moving about back in Las Noches as well as that massive spike in power shortly beforehand and out of curiosity wanted to see what it was all about. And so, she moved quickly and in a hurry in order to the world of the living behind them, trying to mask her spiritual signature as best she could.

As she arrived behind them she dipped behind what looked to be an entrance point into the building that they arrived atop of, trying to keep herself hidden while listening in on the conversation that her two superiors were having. 'So Lord Kouhai wants them to watch this...?' Colina lost her train of thought as she looked around, seeing all of the chaos and mayhem around her. She could feel the fear of the city as well, people drowning in it, both figuratively and literally. She licked her lips as she climbed over the wall of the building's edge and looked down at all the morsel's trying to swim to safety. And then she saw the big guy.

Colina looked down at the monstrosity of a hollow, all the wailing souls inside of it calling out in agony and wanting to pull apart while thrashing about. What a tasty thing it would be....

{Skills}Battle Analysis: 2
This is used to analyze combat specifics. When someone has this Skill, they can quickly evaluate what is happening and respond accordingly. This includes gauging what kind of technique was used and how to best avoid it logically. A 1 means you're standard. A 2 means you have a good grasp on battle analytics and can hold your own exceptionally well. A 3 means you are familiar with virtually any technique. A 4 means you are familiar with every technique and can come up with unique ways to avoid them, so long as your Stats allow for it.

Lack of Fear: 2
Your character can either ignore fear or does not feel it at all depending on how many points are given. A 1 means you can ignore things that are mildly scary, like thriller movies. A 2 means you may be able to resist fear, but if you are exposed to it repeatedly, it may overwhelm you. A 3 means you can completely ignore any fears, including your own. A 4 means you feel no fear at all, no matter what. This can be used in tandem with Light Aura to make you unquestionably immune.

Street Fighting: 2
This works in the same way that Weapons and Martial Arts do. It does not need any specification since it is its own subject. The same point values are applied. This kind of fighting is strictly improvisation and has basic, untrained movements.

Stealth: 2
You are good at being stealthy, escaping, disappearing, and remaining unnoticed so long as you are not Released or charging Reiatsu. A 1 means you're quiet and can sneak around well. A 2 means you can blend into shadows and crowds with ease and disappear without a trace. A 3 means you can be virtually unnoticeable and seemingly materialize out of the shadows. A 4 means you are completely unfindable unless you Release or charge Reiatsu. You cannot use Stealth randomly. You must be able to hide within reason. If those with high ES wish to detect you, they must have the appropriate Skills needed to do so.

Acting: 2
You can act or lie very well. You can fool others either through pretending to be something or someone else, or even alter your tone. A liar can be convincing. A 1 means they are on par with a movie actor. A 2 means their lies are highly believable. A 3 means they are almost completely believable without much issue or doubt. Anyone can see through someone with up to a 3 in Acting so long as they have a 4 in Analyzing. If you have a 4 in Acting, a 4 in Analyzing will not help you unless you have at least a 1 in Focused Eye.

Strength of Will: 2
This is used to resist giving in. You can overpower illusions, drugs, and overcome aversions to pain, hardship, trauma, and fear. You can basically just scream and power through to reach your goal. If you lose your will, the Willpower technique will no longer grant you eternal life. A 1 allows you to resist temptations. A 2 means you can resist drug and alcohol effects and overcome mild pain. A 3 means you can resist torture and power through pain. You will never age or lose your will. A 4 means you become somewhat of a mindless person who ignores everything around them if it means accomplishing their goal, but you will suffer from your wounds afterwards.

Damage Recovery: 2
You will be able to recover from pain, wounds, and damage more easily. You heal faster and regain composure more quickly, and your overall resilience is higher. A 1 means you can recover from minor damages faster. A 2 means you can recover from mild damage, such as gashes and stab wounds, more quickly. A 3 means you can heal from deep cuts and gashes more quickly and recover from minor bodily trauma. A 4 means you can recover from extreme damages (not including limb loss) quickly and push through the pain.

Acrobatics: 2
You are inherently good at acrobatics. You pick up the motions and are good at learning them quickly. You can also apply them to many different situations. A 1 means you have the skills of an athlete. A 2 means you have the skills of an effortless Olympian. A 3 means you can use these skills in battle rather diversely. A 4 means you can use them in battle without trouble and can intertwine these skills with your fighting abilities.

Lula was sitting in a comfortable chair reading a book inside a suite which was inside a tall sky scraper inside the city. Her foot bounced as she turned the page on the book she was looking over. There was an impatient pout on her lips and her brow knit half in study and half in annoyance. After her work in the mountains to help prepare one of the Emperor's glorious machinations, she was ordered to New York and told to await further instructions. What could be more interesting than watching His Majesty's grand schemes come to fruition? Why did she have to come to the city? She didn't care how nice the view was or how plush the living conditions were. 

She sighed and turned a page. After scanning the page she heard  a small thunk against the glass of the building. A drop of rain that was thick and dense. Then a few more and within seconds there was a downpour beating against the window pane. Lula stood up and set her book aside and went to the window. She peered upwards. The clouds in the sky hardly seemed to rush in. It was as if they were planted by some outside force, rather than the natural movements of the winds. 

"It's not supposed to rain today..." Lula muttered and glanced at the sky one more time. Something was wrong. Then, there was the deafening crack of thunder and the screech of  an uncountable number of gallons of water crashing into the city.    Her eyes widened as she watched the city suddenly under a deluge. Where she had been stories up, now she was looking at a lake with only patches of buildings and spires jutting helplessly out of the water. She lifted her hand and pushed it against the glass as the might beast appeared. Her eyes widened and her mouth hung open as the beast oozed from a gargantua. "Ahhhh...." A squeak of awe came from Lula's mouth. It was a terrifying beast. It was a creature of ruin and clearly a hollow. She stared in awe until her lips twisted into a grin and her eyes sparkled. She clapped her boots together and stiffened up. 

"Now I see why I'm here. Of course you would know." She muttered to no one. "Who dares to try and upstage you, my Majesty!?" Lula stepped away and walked over to her book. She grabbed it and tucked it away and then began to meld into the shadows. "Thank you for choosing me for this glorious purpose. My Emperor." The Vandenreich Kapitän Vorgesetzter said, leaving the room with an effervescent giggle as she disappeared into nothing. 

When Lula appeared again she was on top another building that poked out from the water. She immediately felt the overwhelming presence of the beast but there were others. as well. The Shinigami, naturally, started spilling out to try and stop this hollow. Lula scoffed and then turned her head. The Leviathan wasn't the only Hollow energy around, it seemed. That might be an issue. Whatever this thing was, Lula needed to find out what it was and how it came to be. If she could take part of it back to His Majesty, well... it would be something fun to study. She certainly  wasn't going to do the heavy lifting herself, though. Let the shinigami take care of that. 

In fact... 

Lula hopped from building to building to get closer to where the Shinigami had come in. She kept her distance enough, but when she was within sight and range, she pulled out her Quincy Cross and formed her long bow. it was purple in color and shaped like a long, curved snake, with a head and tail holding the purple string. As she held it out in front of her, she pulled her finger back like she was notching an arrow. "I think that the fishy needs some bait~" Lula purred. Lula peered down the sightline of her bow as she scanned the shinigami. She needed someone not too weak but not too strong. Her green eyes fell upon the newly minted Vice Captain of Squad 10, Benjiro Hiroto

Once she zeroed in on him, Lula let the hand that held her bow drop and flipped her palm over. She created a small orb in her hand and then used her Scheller Schatten to get close enough to hurl the orb. - "Umarmen!" Now the fun could really  begin. Lulatrix once again thanked the Emperor as the orb streaked towards its target.

Lula’s heart property is her magic sphere. She can produce a sphere that encapsulates herself or someone else and then expands rapidly, making whoever the target is become as tall as a building for a short time! This violent expansion throws everything within the sphere but the target upwards into the air, leaving them to the whims of gravity if they can’t orient themselves fast enough.



The target grows to about 4x their original size and is granted the benefits and detriments that come with being that large.



Lasts as long as she keeps up her Heart Property Active.

Hunger. Deep seated and unrelenting pangs tore through the leviathan's insides. Every part of its body and even its soul ached and hurt. Its body was still growing and changing yet it needed more to complete the change. More food. More reiatsu. More prey. The hollows thoughts were narrow in scope as it continued rapidly swimming around the flooded city. Jaws open wide as can be while it consumed automobiles, falling debris, and any and all humans it could find along the way. The screams were dulled in the water, but it could feel and hear the satisfying crunch of human bones along with concrete and metal. The iron taste of blood from hundreds if not thousands of humans was present only momentarily as it would be washed away by the salty taste of seawater. Only to be found shortly thereafter as it continued to consume all that was before it. Meanwhile all the screams of the souls used to make it along with the new additions continued to add to an ever-growing cacophony. All the screams drove the leviathan insane. There could be no ability to think. No means to endure. It was simply present and all encompassing. To do anything but scream in agony and fury was all but impossible were the hunger pangs and the supernatural will of Kouhai's commands not equally as overwhelming.

Its feeble mind couldn't even comprehend how torn apart it was. And yet all it could do was continue down the path of consumption. Living or not, everything would be consumed and destroyed in its path if only to attempt to find momentary peace or lessen its burdens of the mind, body, and soul. Thus, is trudged on barreling into the borough of Brooklyn. It surfaced only to realize a building was before it. Humans within screaming but ultimately unheard from the furious winds and the beast's own screams. It tore through the building taking no less than 4 floors of the building into its jaw. The remainder of the upper portion of the building fell forward as the beast dived into yet more buildings and the waves below. The skyscraper fell and created more tidal waves that were sent in all directions. The sounds of metal and concrete breaking were deafening for a moment only to be hidden behind yet more ominous thunder and lightning that struck the waves below. With the beast having finished its newest meal, it continued its search for yet more of anything to eat. Anything that could sate it for a moment. And that's when it saw it from beneath the waves. Several lights glowing softly despite the rampaging storm.

The glow was soft orange, and the beast tilted its head curious at the lights and what they could mean. Of course, there would only be one consequence for this sight. The beast beelined for the shinigami carrying the lights, the group a mixture of squad 8 and 10. It would be readily apparent that they captured the attention of the beast as building, after building, after building continued to be demolished as it got closer. Once within 30 feet its head breached from the seawater and screamed towards them. The glass of the buildings shattered, the foundations and structural support began failing almost immediately as a shockwave was produced. 50 feet in diameter and making its way before them, only so many could escape in time. The majority that either stood in fear or otherwise were slow to act were killed instantly as the shockwave torn them asunder. The beast quickly following behind ensured that nothing of even the building they were previously on remained. It's body crashing into it and its maw scooping up all the chunks of flesh, reiatsu, and what remained of their souls. The beast as it dived back within the depths of the water had a revelation as it swallowed the fresh souls. It felt better. For a brief instant, just a moment, it felt better. Something about what it had just consumed was more satisfying than the random humans and debris it had been consuming wantonly at this point.

Its eyes widened considerably as it barreled yet through more buildings before finding the ocean and more depths beneath. It needed to find those lights again. Lights were good. Lights were food. Lights were strong. It immediately jumped up from the ocean waves and swam its way into the sky as it released its loudest roar yet. A uniform spherical shockwave created that parted water, clouds, rubble, still standing buildings, and everything else from it all while creating 40-foot tsunami waves that bled into Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island. Once its unholy roar was released it looked around and found more lights and immediately gunned for them. The lights were hovering all around Brooklyn and the beast was intent to sink the entire island if it ensured that it consumed all the light presents. Not realizing that of all the beings present a select handful were no doubt more nourishing. Between the hidden allies/enemies, lack of a noticeable assault, and simply due to a lacking ability to sense reiatsu it would not realize just what was hidden around New York. Ripe for the taking.

As the beast barreled for the closest light source the world continued to get worse. As the beast had no semblance of control for its reiatsu it simply emitted volumes of it causing yet more interlopers to appear. Namely other hollows, the most notable being the walking skyscrapers, Gillians. At first it was only a few garganta opening. Some in small groups but most individual. Then as these gillians showed up and began to exude reiatsu more garganta appeared. Further prompting yet more hollows to show up. Within the span of only a couple minutes thousands of hollows were swarming New York. From Gillians to Adjuchas the skies were being filled with yet more cries of hollows. It wouldn't take long for the leviathan to take note of the additional screams. With 4 more groups of shinigami under its belt it stopped in its tracks to glance at a nearby group of Gillians that were steadily making their way towards it. For a moment it stood still mind and instinct at odds. It's hunger demanding it consume them. Yet its orders did not involve consuming them.

For what would be several minutes it watched as the gillians and other adjuchas made their way towards it as well as other shining lights of shinigami groups while the remainder of the two types of hollows were slowly spreading throughout Brooklyn at large. It wasn't until a group of gillians all began creating cero at the beast that it dawned on it why they were present. They wanted to kill it and consume it as it had done to the humans around. The ringing of several cero peaked before bright flashes of red were fired off towards the leviathan hollow. It didn't take much for instinct to take over. It roared out and created a "small" tear in the space before it. Quickly swimming into it only to narrowly avoid the cero then swim through the Valley of screams and exit before them all. It didn't hesitate when it brought its back end up and swung it through all of the gillians present, all 13 of them. There screams rang out before falling into the waters below and rapidly changing the water to a deep red only to be followed by the leviathan hollow rapidly devouring the various living skyscrapers. Unconcerned and unaware of what else may be present nearby.

Despite the thickness of the clouds, sight is only minorly impeded, those with 100 senses or higher can hear clearly. Thunder is loud but not harmful to anyone yet. Lightning strikes at random and does not target any one individual. Winds though strong are no stronger than 20 MPH with bursts up to 30. No tornadoes, waterspouts, or even a hurricane is present yet.

Tsunami waves are only upon creation via the Leviathan hollow as of the moment. Waves are however on average 10 feet in size unless near the natural ocean in which they are 15 feet in size. Water currents are sporadic and random as the water is constantly shifting directions.

Technique Type: Stepping

Usable By: Hollows (Not Arrancar)


Technique Description and Effects: This technique is a basic stale for a Hollow's ability to slide in and out of the valley of screams at will when it is hunting or stalking prey. By gliding in and out of the space used by techniques like garganta or descorrer, a hollow can get around quickly. This technique operates similarly to a stepping technique, but only moves at 5x the user's speed. However, the user weaves through rips in the fabric of whatever world they are in, and as such the hollows exits, and then re-enters at the destination, Hollows do not lose awareness of the world as they move through an Ulcera, and can return to the material world mid-step in response to a threat or opportunity. This technique does not take up a Technique slot.
