Facilitated by Mutagens he has meticulously crafted through his past experimentation, Victor's body undergoes rapid and profound metamorphosis. These mutations manifest in diverse ways, contingent upon the specific Mutagen and the scenario at hand. The resulting transformations might manifest as augmented body mass, heightened strength, the acquisition of wings to facilitate flight, or even the emergence of anatomical anomalies. This vast spectrum of enhancements equips Victor with a gamut of tactical options, spanning from brute force maneuvers to aerial maneuvers, and even unconventional defensive strategies. Moreover, the mutations afford Victor the means to conjure biological weapons crafting claws, spikes, and other offensive tools directly from his transformed physique.

Victor may only hold five Mutagens at a time or his body will break down. In order to swap a Mutagen Victor must get rid of one fo his choosing, the process of doing so is incredibly painful but "The Chimera" allows him to discard them at will. Additionally as a passive unique Mutagen within Victor's body he is immune to Hollow Poisoning, something he developed as the first step to one of his Goals.

Class 1 Soul Property: Das Feld von Frankenstein.
The Soul Property of "The Chimera" endows Victor with an extraordinary capability the power to cultivate a specialized field in his immediate surroundings, termed the "Das Feld von Frankenstein." Within the precincts of this enigmatic realm, Victor is enabled to merge any two entities €”biological or otherwise into a harmonious fusion. This amalgamation can result in the genesis of novel life forms, the alteration of extant organisms, or the fusion of inanimate objects into innovative structures or tools. The Fusion Field serves as an epitome of Victor's intellectual brilliance, a tribute to his fascination with the boundaries of existence, and a testament to his relentless quest to explore uncharted realms. The cost of fusing two inanimate objects is 50 Reiatsu while the cost of fusing something with a living organism that fails to resist the effects of  Das Feld von Frankenstein is 100 Reiatsu

Within the field, grotesque, humanoid arms will appear from any solid surface, adding a surreal and unsettling dimension to the Fusion Field. These arms are intangible and can phase through objects, their movements guided by Victor's will and his insatiable curiosity. However, once they grasp onto something, it becomes marked, and Victor can then envision what two marked items would look like once fused. The field will then force the two items together, reflecting Victor's mastery over the unknown and his ability to manipulate the very fabric of existence. The arms themselves can be dodged, introducing a layer of strategy and skill to the Fusion Field and reflecting Victor's tactical mind.

With that out of the way, we can get started on Powers! Starting with Chimeras Käfig, I don't have any problems! Looks good, all things considered!

Next up is Die Chimies! While this links in more with later properties, I did want to ask; what're these little guys' general stats? My recommended spread is going to be listed below. Another thing I'd like to ask, though; how much reishi do these little guys eat when they bite someone? My recommendation is likely going to be the cost of a normal Arrow at their Class (able to go up to their own Spiritual Pressure), but we can spitball this! From there, I'd make mention that they start with none, just for the purpose of balancing your other properties. We will also need a limit on how many can be created; my recommendation is a maximum of ten at any given point.

Moving onto Die Mutationen, I'm just gonna ask that the Self-Destruction portion of this power have an Offensive Stat attached to it! Given how you're looking to build, I'd recommend having it scale off of Victor's Spiritual Pressure, with a direct addition of all the Reishi your Chimies have stored! Other than that, this is looking good!

Next we've got Das Nest der Chimäre, and I'm gonna ask for how this would adjust your Chimies' stats! If utilizing the earlier recommendation, this would be my suggestion; Swarm Generation halves each individual Chimies' stats, but each in the sawm counts as 0.25 Chimies against your maximum of 10. With Larger Chimie Formation, my recommendation would be treating their stats as 50% greater, having durability function off of 3x their Strength, and in turn having each Large Chimie count against 2 of your maximum Chimies. I do also want to ask for these greater Chimie arrows to be 3x as expensive as a normal Quincy arrow, to accommodate for the damage these guys could deal with ease!

For Frankenstein, I'd like a limit on the amount of mutations that Victor can hold at one given time. My recommendation there would be no more than five, with any additional needing to replace one. Also a bit of a recommendation for this Property, given what you're going for here, you might want to bake in an immunity to Hollow Poisoning here! I don't think it'd jeopardize this power being too strong or anything, given what it is ^-^

I'll tackle this as second grader!

So to start with:

Class 5 Firing Property: Die Chimies

This Firing Property does a bit too much at present. Normally your Firing Property is exactly that. It determines something unique or special about how your arrows operate. In this case, your arrows possessing rudimentary sentience to chase down targets would qualify. However, giving these creations stats, and draining reiatsu by attacking opponents are something that would qualify as a Power Property, not a firing property.

Additionally, you should not be defining special shapes of arrows in the Firing Property, that's the territory of Form Properties.

Class 4 Power Property: Die Mutationen

Again, this seems like two separate powers. The Mutation bit is a power property on its own, while the self-destruct would normally require its own separate property. I would also say that, presuming the stats for your creations were listed under Power Property, those stats are way too high, given that Quincy can effectively spam out arrows like nobody's business. It would not be difficult, with the current set-up, for you to unleash a small army of your Chimmie's, and if so, they would need to have substantially lower stats. 70 reiatsu for a creation with 400's in stats across the board is a pretty cheap price to pay.

I have a similar concern for your Mass Property, where again it seems like two completely separate properties.

Class 1 Soul Property: Das Feld von Frankenstein.

I may require more information on this one, because this one seems.... rife for problems. The biggest one is it doesn't seem to specify how things can be fused. Does Victor simply snap his finger and make the fusion happen between anything in the field? Does he have to grab them and push them together? Does he get to decide how the final fusion takes shape, and what its qualities are? For example, if Victor is fighting a Shinigami, can he snap his fingers and (presuming the Shinigami has a lower OS than Victor does as per your comment) merge the Shinigami with their Zanpakuto, and replace a vital organ of the Shinigami with their Zanpakuto, causing them to die on the spot? Or would Victor have to physically grab the Zanpakuto and shove it into the spot her wants to merge it? Something in between?

It's a cool concept for an ability, but there's a lot of questions I have regarding its current implementation that could use some clarity.

The intention of the Mutagens are items to be listed and submitted for approval upon completion of said mutagen to keep the balance of the item. However generally speaking it would be no greater than a basic quality or ability of a hollow, this generally falls under enhanced strength, speed, flight, bizarre body parts, acidic spit, etc. This in term means that he cannot simply mimic something like a 'Cero' or 'Hierro' as that is not a strictly biological trait and instead is a technique
